Nowadays university graduates have different job outlooks. For most of them, to find a job with satisfactory pay is their most important wish while majority want to be self – employed. However, a certain number of graduates are not in a hurry to hunt for jobs. They are just waiting for better chances. Toward this point of view, some experts warn that it is not wise to be just waiting. They advise that graduates should find a regular, full-time job as quickly as possible so that they can earn money to support themselves and get working experience, which will help to find a better position later. Moreover, it might be more difficult to find a satisfactory job next year.

七天，像一张张重叠着的复印纸，同一个挥洒汗水的绿茵场，同样整齐而嘹亮的号子声，同样起伏着的日出与日落，见证着一日日的辛苦与甜蜜。

懵懵懂懂的第一天，好奇的注视着同班的同学与威严的教官，心中如打鼓般忐忑着，忐忑着都说军训枯燥无味而又艰辛，却又心中满溢着好奇，禁不住希望快点开始，暗自加油道：“苦也好，甜也罢，权当一当体验罢”。

当憧憬变成感悟，才真切的体验到做为一名军人该有的飒爽英姿。尤记得，灼灼烈日的下午，挺直了身躯站在军训场上，耳畔仍旧回荡着教官熟悉的声音：两脚并拢，双脚分开约60度，双手紧贴裤缝，两肩向后张，小腹微收，目视前方，身体向前倾。抬头望天，澄清的天空之上，云彩掩映了痕迹，唯有炙热的太阳把数道金光射向我们，汗水顺着发际汩汩的淌下，就算滴进眼中也只是紧眨着双眼，不曾动过一下。从脚底传来的烧灼感一寸寸侵噬着我，唯有心中暗想：我是军人!我要坚持!日复一日的训练，肩膀酸软，腰际疼痛，可真正结束后才欣慰自己没有言说放弃，没有为军训生活留下遗憾。那样的姿势一遍遍的被我温习，挺起胸膛，只觉得一股浩然正气在胸中激荡。如果青春是首动人的歌，那这军姿就是其中最铿锵的旋律，为军训奏响高潮!

看着QQ空间相片上同学们欢笑的场景，忆起军训时的种种，潘教官的谈笑风生与他离开时同学们的不舍，继任杨教官对我们宽容细致与他跳《小苹果》时的喜悦之情一一浮现在我的面前。短短七天，我们苦过、累过、笑过，绿茵地上，由低沉到嘹亮的军歌;跑步声中，由纷乱到整齐的节奏;艳阳天下，由白皙到晒黑的皮肤痛并快乐着呵!军训了，才感受到同学深厚的情谊，两个闪烁的一等奖是我们收获的硕果与团结的象征。

军训，注定是泪水与汗水的交织，它磨炼着我们的意志，重塑着我们的体格。由内到外的新生因子在体内迸发着“只有经历过地狱般的磨炼，才能有征服天堂的力量;只有流过血的手指，才能弹出人世间最美的绝唱!”在军训这场无声的战役中，我们熬过了痛苦，熬过了心酸，奏响了青春的最强音!

你受的苦，吃的亏，担的责，扛的罪，忍的痛，落的泪，最终都会变成阳光，照亮脚下的路!军训虽已结束，未来还在召唤，我不会抱怨，更不会放弃，以这昂扬的军人之风来激励自己。我坚信，只要努力，你想要的，岁月都会给你!

我的家乡在洛阳市吉利区。这几年来，我的家乡环境变坏了。

我听说，十几年前河阳广场上的水很清，但是现在却变的半青半黑的。这是为什么呢？

在十几年前，河阳广场上的小河里的水清澈见底，像一面镜子。人们用河里的水浇庄稼。可是现在因为一些工厂把废水排泄到了小河里，还有一些人为了方便，把垃圾扔到了小河里。所以河水才变得又青又黑。我每次从河边过的时候，河水"哗哗"的响。好像在说："乡亲们呀！以前我帮你们浇庄稼、供你们欣赏。你们却不懂得珍惜。"

每当我从小河边走过时，都忍不住想对那些把废水排泄到小河里的人，和把垃圾扔进河里得人说："我们只有一个地球，我们要爱护这个地球，把它变成一个绿色的星球。"

“唐山大地震，汶川地震，南方雪灾，北方大雪……”这些自然灾害是由于谁引起的呢？有人会说：都是自然灾害，是地球自己引起的。这是一个原因。不过主要是由于人类对地球无止境的索取，破坏才会导致这些事的发生。

日益严重的环境污染是一个主要因素。原本绿草如茵的草地变成了荒凉的沙漠。植物消失了，动物消失了，下一个会是人类，人类无休止的破坏使地球千疮百孔。原本美丽的地球变得到处荒凉。世界各个地方几乎都招到了破坏，甚至连南极都被污染。人类失去了地球上最后的一块净土。对于这些我们却依然毫不理会，仍然在破坏着美丽的家园。我们要眼睁睁的看着这美丽而富饶的地球家园毁于一旦吗？到那时，人类才会醒悟吗？白羊在草地上吃草，野马在草原上奔驰，鱼儿在清澈的河里游着。人类还有机会看到这些画面吗？

保护环境从身边的滴滴点点做起。节约用水是在保护我们的环境，是在节约资源。我们要把思想付诸行动，从小事做起，注意自己的行动，不浪费水资源。刷牙时关上水龙头，把用过的水浇花，洗拖把。节约水资源，你不能认为水龙头滴几滴水不会浪费水，积少成多，如果持久下去，那会浪费多少的水资源啊！水资源是地球赐给我们人类维持生命的重要物资，我们一定要珍惜它！节约电资源。电，现在已成为人们生活不可缺少的东西，离了它，电视，电脑，冰箱等电器都无法使用。可你是否想过他们从何而来。地球是如此的无私，他慷慨的向人类提供了电资源。

我们要珍惜这资源，如果不节制的使用，终究有一天他会枯竭。节约资源，要从自己做起，上完厕所随手关灯，不看电视关掉等。这些都是节约电资源的行动。要以现在为基础努力宣传，让人们样成良好的习惯。我们要低碳生活，在生活中节水，节电，节油这些小事做起。低碳生活是我们要建立的绿色生活的方式。我们要行动起来，为建设低碳生活的范围圈而努力！我们要从周围的小事做起。不让世界上最后的一滴水成为人类的眼泪。大家行动起来，让我们敬爱的地球母亲的累累伤痕消失。让今后的地球更加美丽，坚强。
