这里平时就有风，而且风中还夹杂着一些包装袋，令人马上想要离开这里，是什么原因导致平如镜的操场变成了这样那？

在咨询同学中得知操场上和操场旁边没有垃圾桶，所以同学们就在吃完东西后的包装袋就随手扔掉了，就造成了现在的风一起，垃圾满天飞。

以上众多不文明的现象，所以我建议：

1。在学校的其他楼层上也多设几个垃圾桶，或是多建几个垃圾点也行。

2。操场上的环境问题是操场旁边的道路上没有垃圾桶，所以人们才水手乱扔垃圾，建议在旁边多设几个拉几桶。
