Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

No one can have failed to notice the fact that water shortage is a grave problem with which the whole world is confronted. Actually, it has become so widespread that it has severely affected peoples daily life and hindered the development of the global economy.

A number of factors could account for the problem, but the following might be the critical ones. First, with the development of agriculture and industry, an increasing amount of water is needed. Secondly, the ever-increasing population is another leading cause of water shortage. Besides, the global tendency of warming up also contributes to the problem. Whats worse, pollution and waste of fresh water aggravate the situation.In view of the seriousness of the problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. First, it is essential that laws and regulations be worked out and enforced to protect water resources. Secondly, people should enhance their awareness of saving water. 可现在那？家里开着窗，河水的腐臭味就会飘进来。不管什么时候出门，马路上就是尘土飞扬，到处都灰蒙蒙的。路边的花草树木也苦着脸，没一点精神。最让人讨厌的是汽车尾气。路上的小汽车越来越多，越来越漂亮，可“屁股”后面的尾气也在成倍地增加。哪些运土的大卡车、长长的公交车、偷偷进城的农用车，他们启动、加速的时候，冒出的就像拖了一条灰黑色的长纱巾。还有慢车道上的旧摩托车，连等红绿灯时也不熄火，一个劲儿地放“毒气”弄得周围骑自行车的行人各个皱眉。这些毒气的味道真难闻呀！刚闻到的时候鼻子直痒痒，想打喷嚏。后来逐渐闻不到了，其实是闻久了变的麻木和习惯了，但钻到肺里的废气一点儿也没少。唉，这样的空气一点儿也不新鲜，出门就得戴个大口罩，谁还有兴趣啊！还不如把门窗关好，一个人在家看动画片那。

如果能都把废气，污水治理好，把环境保护好，让人们呼吸到清鲜的空气，闻到淡淡的花香，那个小朋友会不喜欢出门玩呢？

As a college student,I can be responsible to say that all my classmates dream about getting a satisfying job,and devote themselves to this career in an perfect environment.Certainly I am not an exception too,though nowadays there is a growing employment pressure . For many students, a satisfying work environment may be the aim of four-year college life,I also hope I can work in a colorful and competitive climate in the future .At first,I can get a handsome salary so that I live a comfortable life .Although salary is not the main factor , most of people they cannot neglect salary,because job with low salary cannot hold water for the young men . How to protect the environment.

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

电视里经常播放着湖州的迷人风光，古色古香的房屋,干净整洁的街道,风风火火的商店,事实是不是这样呢?

为了了解家乡环境，我对家乡的环境做了一下调查。调查的对象主要是工厂、河流、公共场所等。

一、空气污染

在我们的家乡，空气污染已十分严重。例如：工厂排放的烟尘废气，汽车、火车、轮船排放的烟尘废气，都含有许多对我们人体有害的物质，是空气的主要污染源。随着社会的进步，人们生活水平的不断提高，许多家庭中也有了各式的交通工具，如汽车、摩托车等，它们给我们的生活带来了方便，但是排出的废气却污染了我们周围的空气。

二、水污染

在我们家乡的小河，几乎全都受到了污染。家庭中的脏水，这些都会流进附近的小河，给我们的生活带来了影响。鱼类难以生存，其他生物的繁殖生长也受很大影响。比如奶奶家门前的小河吧!听爸爸说以前的小河，河水清澈见底，他们常去捉小鱼。而现在我来到了河附近，看到的却是另一番景象，河水的两边堆满了垃圾，甚至在河中也漂着一些白色垃圾。河水又黑又浊，哪里还有个小鱼的影子呢?而且河中还发出臭味。这哪里还是清澈见底的小河，简直是个“臭水沟”。

三、噪音污染。

家乡的噪音污染也十分的严重。噪音能影响人们的生活和工作，对听觉和身心健康都有损害，还会影响少年儿童智力发展，影响我们的思考和学习。噪音的主要来源是工厂、街道、建筑工地、公共场所等。在大街上，汽车、摩托车喇叭的声音，以上的三种污染，对我们的正常生活会有很大的影响，如果继续这样下去，还会威胁着我们的身体健康，以及造成其它方面的损失。
