为了更好的将新课标三维目标的必然要求——小组合作学习落到实处，我校组织了赴××中学考察学习活动。总的来说，这是一次收获颇丰，且让人受益匪浅的学习之旅。第一印象是“激情”，学生因梦想而激情，学习自然变得更有激情，更是体现在课堂激情;第一感悟是“高效”，教与学的关键是课堂，精英中学用自主学习、合作探究成就了高效课堂;第一收获是“不同”，是想把精英中学的高效课堂与舜耕中学的卓越课堂，两者之间的所有不同之处都作为此行的第一收获。

去之前的简单了解，知道了××中学的逆势崛起、昂扬奋进以及良好成果。正因为如此，高效6+1课堂开放日，吸引了全国同行的曙目，迎来了教育同仁的观摩交流。在安排紧凑的高效6+1课堂观摩活动中开始了一上午的参观流程。由初一历史和初三政治开始了第一、二节听课。一进教室就看到了积极向上的班风、班训，感受着那份浓厚的班级文化，同时也拿到了学生人手一份的××中学学生课堂导学提纲，这是一份包括学习目标、重点难点、导学流程的学案，其中导学流程又分为了解感知、深入学习和迁移应用三个部分。紧接着教师熟练地采用××中学的高效6+1课堂教学模式进行授课，即“导”“思”“议”“展”“评”“检”“练(用)”课堂模式。在接下来的课堂时间里，××中学的师生共同将“自主”诠释的淋漓尽致：一方面在教师导入新课以后会根据导学案给学生布置自学任务，学生按照老师的要求，根据导学案自主学习本节课的内容。自主的另一方面体现在自主“思”后的“议”，自主思考后，学生在小组内组织讨论，答疑解惑。4-6的小组内每个学生都有各自的分工，轮流有序发言，各司其责。在展的环节主要是学生说出小组合作的想法，教师只做简单点评，鼓励回答;教师在评的环节会着重讲解重难点、易错点。看到这样的良好效果，不得不说：高效6+1课堂是学生的课堂，是学生的天地，它打破了传统课堂中老师一言堂的教学模式，在尊重教师课堂主导地位的前提下，充分发挥学生的主观能动性，放手让学生做学习的主人。学生在6+1的课堂上可以享受到独立思考的乐趣，可以尽情地展示自己的才华，他们还可以享受到分享和帮助别人的快乐。在观摩激情跑操时，不禁让人想到一句话：每个人手里都有一个苹果，放在自己手里永远都是一个。每个人手里都有一个苹果，放在一起就是一堆苹果。在精英中学合作无处不在。跑操必须合作，乱一人而倒全班;疑难问题需要合作，不合作打不跑学习的拦路虎;课堂展示离不开合作，小组不合作难以立足班级。独学而无友，孤陋而寡闻。合作出真知，团结就是力量!如果要问：是什么支撑那些孩子们闻鸡起舞?是什么让那些孩子们为了一个问题争着面红耳赤?是什么支撑那些班主任们喊着号子风驰电掣般地跟在跑操的队伍中?那答案就不言而喻了，是激情!激情是一种力量，激情是一种热爱，激情更是一种对梦想的追求，也是精英中学留给我最深刻的印象。

对于刚刚执教的年轻教师来说，由于经验不足，只想浅浅的说一句：××中学的卓越课堂与××中学的高效课堂，可以说是各有千秋。××卓越课堂新授课的情景导入激发了学生兴趣，通过精巧设问，学生更好的自主感悟新知;出示案例时的师生互动以及小组合作探究，到后面的成果展示，使得生成新知变得更易理解。当然，小组合作学习这一环节，也正是向××中学着重学习的薄弱环节和重要环节，学生把合作学习变成一种习惯时，提炼观点、形成共识对学生来说会变得轻而易举。在生活情境中，学生会更好的运用新知探寻解决方法，进而理解生活真谛;学生也会更清楚自己学到了什么，更明确构建体系，归纳新知。与其说这是一个适合学生的课堂模式，不如说是老师要细细琢磨的学习模式，更是我这样的年轻教师需要努力学习的模式。

有学习就有比较，有比较就有差距。身为年轻教师的我，发现自己有时总能给没做好的事情，找到无数借口，这也是急需改掉的毛病之一。到现在还清楚地记得，精英中学听课时，也是位年轻的女教师，在“评”这一环节时，不仅讲的通俗易懂，学生爱听，而且也可以用口若悬河这个词来形容，没有充分的备课，换不来这样的效果，没有坚持精心准备的习惯，换不来讲课时的如鱼得水;一些××的老教师在刚踏上三尺讲台时，会精心加用心的准备上课说的每句话，甚至写在纸上然后背下来，这是怎样的一种敬业态度，再想想自己可以说是惭愧至极;××中学的那位政治老师，复习课上的ABC三个等级的问题，选题好，设问有针对性，照顾到了全班所有学生，并且更是把三类“是什么”“为什么”“怎么办”的政治题目分析透彻，这是深入了解每一位学生的结果，这是深入探究教学的表现;××中学也有一些老教师写教案时，会仅仅因为写错一个字而撕掉重写，这是又怎样的一种认真态度，不得不说再也不要为任何事情找任何理由。此刻的我只想说：该学的，该做的，还差之千里万里。

作为年轻教师的我，不仅要向老教师学经验，而且要向所有老师学心得，多听课的同时还要学会消化，进而转化成更适合自己的东西;最重要的是学会把舜耕卓越课堂教学模式理解得更透彻，才能熟练地运用教学;与此同时更要学会提出好的设问，有利于引导学生自主感悟，合作探究;课堂中教师语言也可以说起到举足轻重的作用，这些最基础的语言习惯，也是需要加强之处，做到不能以所谓的“讲”，过度霸占课堂，不说废话，以免给学生造成不必要的误导。会认真对待每天的每一节课，锻炼自己，提高自己;会做到在每一次的抽课听课中，都尽最大努力讲好，每一次的评课都能有所收获、有所进步;近期目标是能够讲好、顺利通过今后的教师达标课。以上即是此次学习之旅的心得体会和自我折射。

How to protect the environment

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit . To improve the environment means to improve our life.

We should plant more trees and flowers around us . We shouldn’t cut them down . We should stop factories from pouring waste water into the river and waste gas into the air.

Whenever we see litter on the ground , we should pick it up and throw it into dusbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

在国庆假期里，最快乐的事就是妈妈带我去动物园游玩。

动物园里的动物可多了，有会喷水的大象，有活泼调皮的猴子，有高贵漂亮的长颈鹿……最凶猛的狮子、老虎和大狗熊是圈养在虎山的，我和妈妈是坐着缆车观看的，坐在缆车里往下看，我刚好看到有一头黄色的大狮子正在张着那血盆大口吼叫，声音大得像打雷，我的心紧张极了，不由得握紧妈妈的手。

在百鸟园里，我见到了好多鸟，不过大部分我都不认识。我们看了鸟艺表演，观看了鹦鹉说话、鸽子识字等节目。最有趣的要数乌鸦拉车子了。一只黑黑的乌鸦拉了一只雪白雪白的鸽子，到了目的地，鸽子却不付钱，乌鸦气呼呼地把车子推翻在地，逗得观众哈哈大笑。

参加关于组织参加2015年江佛小学语文高效课堂研讨活动，让我受益匪浅。这次的课堂展示非常精彩，细致。听着教师们的课时，我想教师的语言竟有如此之魅力，它能带领学生重温校园生活片段，引出狭小的课堂，深入人的心灵深处。有的老师在教学时，她让学生一边观看图片，一边听老师的介绍，声情并茂的语言勾起了学生思绪。

Oh! it was the spring festival. it’s chinese traditional festival. people were very happy. they went shopping, cleaned their houses, had supper together……i went to my grandparents’ home with my parents. my grandparents were very happy to see us. they prepared many kinds of nice food, such as fish, meat, vegetables and fruit. in the evening, we watched tv and lighted fireworks. we also knocked on people’s doors and gave some presents to them. after the spring festival, we went to shanghai to go shopping. we bought clothes, shoes and some delicious food.

I had a good holiday, i think. i also have very nice school life now.

The traffic problem is one of themost serious problems in my hometown. Recently, more and more people have privatecar, but the roads are so narrow that we have to fight against the heavytraffic when we go out. Especially during the rush hours, cars and buses areunable to move. To make things worse, many people are killed in the trafficaccidents. How miserable it is!

在我的家乡交通问题是最严重的问题之一。现在越来越多的人拥有私家车，但道路却是如此的狭窄，所以我们出门的时候都必须和交通拥挤对抗。尤其是在繁忙时间段，汽车和公共汽车都动不了。更糟的是，许多人在交通事故中丧生。那是多么悲惨的啊!

For the sake of our life andsecurity, some measures must be taken to change the present situation. In thefirst place, as there are a great many cars, we should control the number ofprivate cars and vehicles and use the public transportation more often.Secondly, the government should widen the roads and build more flyovers, so asto ease the traffic pressure and reduce the traffic accidents. In addition, theundergrounds and light rails should be constructed, so that we can have morechoices when going out and do not have to worry about the traffic jams in thefuture.
