今天有幸聆听了泰兴市洋思中学刘金玉校长的讲座，感受到洋思中学先进的教育理念，先进的教育理念铸就了洋思之魂。早上的讲座和下午刘校长亲自师范讲授的《窗》，让我这个井底之蛙彻底的开眼界。在教学这条路上，我们要做的实在是太多太多。

“先学后教，当堂训练”，是洋思教学改革的成功经验。课堂是学生学习的主阵地。提高课堂教学效率，是提高教学质量的关键。在教学中，我们也应该注重突出学生的主体地位，发挥老师的主导作用，让学生由被动接受知识的“容器”变成主动学习的主人。洋思中学不嫌弃“差生”，坚持搞轰轰烈烈的“三清”运动(“堂堂清、日日清、周周清”)，从“最后一名学生”抓起。

以“学”定教。在课堂教学过程中，教师“教什么”、“怎么教”，学生“学什么”、“怎么学”，谁更重要?是让“学生走向教师”还是让“教师走向学生”?从我们所听到、看到的，洋思人已经给了我们一个很好的答案，这就是“以学定教”——根据学生的学情确定教学内容、教学策略。“教”也是有讲究的：教什么?怎样教?其中奥妙无穷。

“学生会的不教，学生不会的尽量让学生自行解决，教师少讲、精讲，只作点拨性的引导”，这是洋思人摸索总结出来的教学策略。留心一下洋思的课堂，就会发现教师绝不就题讲题，或只告诉答案，而是引导学生寻找规律，真正让学生知其所以然，引导学生预防运用时可能出现的毛病。教的方式，都是让已掌握的学生先讲(即使倾向性问题，也可能有人会)，如果学生讲对了，教师肯定，不必重复;讲得不完整、达不到深度的，教师补充;讲错了的，教师则更正。洋思课堂教学的全过程，几乎都是让学生自学。但是，其中的每一步都离不开教师的引导点拨。教师几乎成了“哑巴”，不是说教师“无为”，而是从“一线”退到“二线”，为学生自学、思考、讨论、答疑当好“参谋”，创造条件尽可能地让学生“有为”，让学生由被动的接受变为主动的建构，最终真正成为课堂学习的主人。对此，蔡林森有一个形象的比喻：在课堂上，学生的学习好比是在驾驶汽车，而老师好比是“引桥”、“路标”，他的任务就是引导学生走上学习的“高速公路”，不走“岔路”。

学生自学——做的过程，更是一种创新的过程。对学生来说，在没有自学之前知识一般都是陌生的，而通过经历自学过程，得到对这些知识的自我感悟，这本身就是一种创新。由于学生各自的生活经历和学习体验各不相同，在学习过程中达到学习目标的方法和途径也往往有所不同，学生在教师明确目标的引导下，通过各自的亲历体验，往往对问题的解决能达到“条条大路通罗马”的效果，这更是一种创新。让学生课堂学得紧张，恰恰是洋思提高课堂教学效益、效率的“玄机”之一。蔡林森将这种让学生在课堂上像考试那样紧张地自主学习的作用，形象地概括为“七能”，即：一能发现真实的问题并及时解决;二能最大限度调动学生学习的积极性;三能培养学生运用知识和分析问题的能力;四能真正理解知识，提高质量;五能培养学生的创新精神、思想品质和好的学习习惯，全面提高学生素质;六能最有效地“培尖补差”;七能确保减轻学生过重负担。

仔细观察刘校长的课堂，我们发现学生真的都像考试、竞赛一样紧张。值得注意的是，学生自主学习时不讲，并不等于让学生放任自流，也不等于让学生松松垮垮，而是在适当的时候教给学生自主学习的锦囊妙计。洋思的课堂基本上都是这样，都是在教师出示教学目标后先让学生读书、看书，让学生从读书、看书中领悟，然后再通过上黑板书写和当堂作业来让学生试着运用，每一步都尽可能地放手让学生自己去走。课堂上看似平淡无奇，其实紧张无比，学生注意力高度集中，不敢有一丝一毫的懈怠。蔡林森说：自主学习是学习，不是玩耍;越是要减轻学生负担，就越是要每节课都像考试、竞赛一样;课堂上只有让学生真正紧张了，教师的教才会高效，学生的学才会高效——“紧张”是课堂教学高效的标志。

拜读了《高效课堂22条》后，我认为要想创造真正的“高效课堂”，我们必须要努力成为符合“高效课堂”的优秀教师。一个合格教师的标准是“学高为师，身正为范”。但要成为一个符合“高效课堂”的优秀教师，我觉得不仅要有深厚的专业知识和能力，即高标准的“学高”，而且要做到高标准的“身正”，在校内校外的言谈举止、衣着打扮、行为道德等各方面都能成为学生、家长的榜样与楷模，对学生起到模范示范的作用。此外还必须对学生有着爱心，是发自内心的爱心，但不是热情而短促的，而是如涓涓细流般长久的，能让学生发自内心的崇敬、关注并影响学生行为。对教育有着强烈的事业心，能从教学中寻找到属于自己的快乐和感到发自内心的幸福感!

一位优秀的教师，除了具备以上条件外，课堂教学还要能做到精心设计与详尽准备，这才会上出一节节的高效课，有了这样一节节、一天天、一周周、一月月、一年年的高效课，学生自然就愿学、善学、乐学。为了这些目标，我要努力奋斗，让自己首先成为一个拥有高效课堂的老师。

高效课堂的主体是学生，然而我们如何才能在课堂中充分体现学生的主体地位呢?这就看老师在课堂如何操作。可见老师的因素也尤为重要。

高效课堂喻为“知识的超市、生命的狂欢”可谓妙笔生花。高效课堂影响着当代学生自身的成长，有助于有效的实现做学问与做人、理论思想与社会实践、宽广知识和较强能力、技术素养与人文素养、健康身体与心理等有机结合，实现自身和谐健康的成长。将“高效课堂”的作用与学生的自身发展联系起来，我们能更容易地理解和把握高效课堂的精髓。

总之，我觉得高效课堂，就是用尽可能少的时间获取最大教学效益的教学活动，达到提高教育教学质量的目的。高效课堂主要研讨两个方面，即教师与学生，也就是教与学，是研究主导性和主体性以及二者的关系的。教师是设计课堂教学、实施课堂教学的，具有主导型。课堂教学根本目标就是如何把知识转化在学生身上，让学生领悟知识的本质，从而达到触类旁通，举一反三的目的。教要出效率，出效益;学也是如此，学生是学习的主体，通过指导学生学习知识的方法，引导学生学会学习、学会思维，有了正确的思维方法，理解得快，接受得快，记忆的也牢固。

在今后的课堂教学中，我力争做到：问其声、察其色、观其行、激其趣、引其好、导其路，打造属于自己个人特色的高效课堂。

Yesterday ,I went to a zoo with my parents .

When we got to the zoo, we climbed up a little hill first. We can see many kangaroos on the hill, I played with some kangaroos. Then, we went to a pond. I fished in the pond, and got a big fish and 2 small fishes. I was very happy at that time. After fishing, we walked on grass. There are many parrots on the grass. And we were surprised that one of them can speak English. I spoke to it, and it said ‘hello’ to me. That made a lot of fun for me.

In the afternoon, we went to see monkeys, pandas, snakes and big sharks. And I took many photos from them. I also rode a horse and painted a mask for fun.

When we back home, it almost got drak. But I’m very happy, because I had a good time at the zoo that day
