My favourite great book is The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain.

Tom Sawyer is a lively and clever boy. He lives with his aunt Polly. His

aunt is strict with him, so he runs to an island in the middle of the

Mississippi River with two friends, Huck and Joe. With Huck, he goes looking for

treasure; with Becky, he gets lost in a cave. And finally Tom and Huck find a

box of gold. Tom is the hero of the story, but there are other important

characters. Becky is pretty with fair hair. Huck is Toms best friend, and Injun

The theme of the story is to do with children growing up and becoming more

serious.

The walls are white and blue. The curtains are blue too. There is a big

window on the wall, so my bedroom is also very bright. There are some photos on

the wall. They’re very beautiful.

In the middle of the room, there is my bed. It’s not so big, but it’s very

comfortable. Every night, I lay on the bed and have a good dream.

On the right of the bed, there is my desk and chair. They’re in front of

the window. My computer is on the desk. There is a lamp on the desk, too. I can

do my homework here and play computer games.

My bookshelf is on the left of the bed. There are a lot of storybooks and

picture books in the shelf. I like them very much.

Not everyone has a bedroom. I’m very lucky, because I have a very beautiful

bedroom. I’ll try my best to keep it clean and tidy.

课堂是教学的主要阵地，提高教育教学质量的关键在于提高课堂效率。我读了《打造高效课堂的有效策略》一书，感受颇深，先将其总结如下:

一.教师的主导作用.

在新课程的理念下，师生关系、位置发生了根本改变，教师不再是过去的主宰者、权威者，而只是学生学习的引导者、合作者、参与者。教师的主导作用体现在：启迪学生学会做人;引领学生会学习;鼓励学生会思考;培养学生发散思维的能力，培养学生的问题意识;引导学生在学习中学会合作;成为学习过程的评价者;指导学生实践。

1.新颖的教学设计

教学设计是教学的起点，教学设计的成败直接影响着教学效果。我们在教学设计时要以教材为依据、以问题为纽带、以学生为核心进行创新设计，要追求教学过程的最优化和教学效果的最大化。那么怎么进行教学设计呢?

(1)我们要依据教师自身的素养进行设计

教师式教学设计的主角，好的教学设计应充分体现教师的个性色彩，体现教师独特的教学风格，不能人云亦云，更不能简单照搬别人的东西，为此，我们必须充分了解自身的特长、优势，杨己之长，避己之短。这样才能在教学之中自如驾驭课堂，展示自我风采.

(2)依据教材的特点进行设计

教材是设计的依据，教学设计要建立在充分研究教材的基础上，研究教材的首要任务是辨识它与其他内容的区别，如内容、难易、地位和作用，进而根据自己的判断来决定采取何种手段的教学设计，总之，不同的教学内容有不同的教学设计策略。

(3)教学设计要根据学生的实际情况进行设计

教学设计要树立学生观，为学生设计、为学习设计。这是教学设计的基点，设计必须符合学生的实际情况，比如年龄特征、思维发展水平、认知水平、已有的知识积累、不同的学校、不同的生源等，都是我们必须充分考虑的因素。

二.恰当导入新课

俗话说，良好的开端是成功的一半。运用恰当的方法导入新课，能够集中学生的注意力，引起学生浓厚的兴趣，激发其内在的求知欲望，让课堂气氛变得轻松活泼，使课堂活动顺利进行，课堂效率显著提高。下面我就谈谈怎样做到精巧导入新课。

1. 复习导入法

：

这一方法就是教师在复习上一节课内容的基础上，激起学生学习下一课内容的一种导入法。例如：我在讲《梯形的中位线》时向学生提出以下问题：①什么是三角形的中位线?②三角形中位线定理给出了哪些量之间的什么关系?③什么是梯形?这样可使学生在头脑中自觉的将梯形与三角形联系在一起，起到复习旧知识，引出新知识的作用。这种方法便于学生巩固已学内容，能将新旧内容有机地联系起来，序渐进的开展教学，使学生在“温故”的基础上产生“知新”的内在动力。采用这种方法对于学生构建知识体系，理清知识脉络有很大帮助。

今年我校为老师推荐了一套好书《走向高校课堂》，我利用闲暇时间，认真的阅读了这本书，通过阅读这本书,我更深层次的了解了什么是高效课堂，也让我对有效教学以及如何打造高效课堂有了深深的思考和认识。

这本书以实例剖析，通过发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的形式，系统阐述了高效课堂实践的核心要素。本书主要从这几个方面论述了打造高效课堂的具体操作模式：从旧理念走向新理念;从“大班”走向“小班”;从“观模”走向“建模”;从教案走向学案;从牵生而教走向顺学而导;从学会走向会学;从以教评教走向以学评教;从被动发展走向主动发展。

这本书可谓使我受益匪浅。因为它让我知道了要打造高效课堂，学生的自主学习是前提，课堂中只有让学生自己去探究，从而经历发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的过程，让学生自己去认知、去感受、去体验，这样才能使学生对知识有全面的了解和认识，才能对所学知识记忆犹新并且能灵活运用。

1、高效的课堂是学生“自主”的课堂。

要实现高效的课堂，其前提和基础首先要实现学生的“自主”学习，离开了学生的“自主”学习，“高效课堂”就无从说起。 书中介绍了如下秘诀：让学生自己生成知识、让学生在体验中自主发展。“自主”学习的目标还体现在课堂教学力求做到：问题由学生自己去发现解决，规律由学生自己去探索应用，概念由学生自己去概括提炼，文本由学生自己去解读体悟，实验由学生自己去设计操作，作业由学生自己去布置选择。让学生被“被动”为“主动”，我想，这与我们提倡的“生本”理念是同出一辙的。只有调动了学生的积极性，才能实现我们教学的高效，才能达到教育的目的。

2、高效的课堂是学生“互助合作”的课堂。

“独学而无友，则孤陋而寡闻。”合作探究可以提高单位时间内学生学习、交往、表达的频率与效率，可以优势互补。实施“互助学习”，落实合作学习方式，这是一个提高课堂教学效果的很好的渠道。合作学习是学生进行思想的交换，在合作中培养学生相互尊重、宽容、理解、欣赏、信任，善于交流。在合作中往往学得更好、更深、更快。就如何提高课堂效率来看，“合作学习”确实是一个非常有效地途径。

3、高效的课堂是学生“展示”的课堂。

学生展示自己在学习中探究的结果，并与同学一通分享学习的快乐。在展示中体验成功、增加自信，在展示中谋求进步、促进发展，在展示中学会展示、学会学习。每一次展示都是一次难忘的的经历，每一次展示都是一次成长的过程，每一次展示都是学生进步的阶梯。

总之，通过学习高效课堂之后，本人受益匪浅，颠覆了以前的教学思路。相信在今后的教学中借助于这些好的经验，我要踏踏实实地研究“高效课堂教学”，从学生实际出发，从素质教育的目标出发，合理运用控制论的原理，使我们的课堂教学建立在更加有效的基础上。定能更轻松地驾驭课堂，让课堂变得活跃，让学生轻轻松松学到知识。

事件一、趣味失书

我的同桌是一个爱书如命的人，不管走到哪儿，手里总会拿着一本书，边走边看。这不，一到数学课，她就拿她前面的“大肥猪”当挡箭牌，神不知鬼不觉得从谁拿出了一本书，有滋有味地读了起来。为什么会在数学课上看书呢？

need to find something to do. Setback is part of life, and we should get used to

There are four people in my family, my father, my mother, my brother and I. My parents love me so much, they try their best to educate me.
