一、联系生活实际，创设有效的生活情境

创设有效的生活情境是提高课堂教学有效性的重要条件。《数学课程标准》指出：“力求从学生熟悉的生活情景与童话世界出发，选择学生身边的、感兴趣的数学问题，以激发学生学习的兴趣与动机，使学生初步感受数学与日常生活的密切联系。”数学教学中，教师要不失时机创设与学生生活环境、知识背景密切相关的，又是学生感兴趣的学习情景，使学生从中感悟到数学的乐趣，产生学习的需要，激发探索新知识的积极性，主动有效地参与学习。

三、重视操作活动，发挥主体作用。

《数学课程标准》指出:“有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依赖模仿和记忆，动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方式。”因此，教学中教师要注意从学生熟悉的生活情境和感兴趣的事物出发，为他们提供了丰富的素材，创造观察和动手操作的机会。如肖雯老师教学《密铺》时让学生在实践活动中探索、归纳出“用正多边形密铺的规律”，并应用规律指导实践。在这一过程中，学生的思维与实践操作完美结合，促进了学生多种能力的整合与发展。如张德强老师教学五年级《找次品》时让学生借助圆片，以动手操作为手段，以思维训练为目的，把5个零件和8个零件作为学生研究的起点，放手让学生操作探索，让学生通过操作、思考、讨论、交流去获得数学知识，使学生得到主动发展。

在数学教学中培养学生数学思想方法一直是我们数学教学学科的特色。如肖雯老师教学《密铺》时，在学生明白密铺概念后，肖雯老师出示正方形、正三角形、平行四边形、正五边形、正六边形、正八边形等简单图形，问学生哪些图形可以密铺。先让学生大胆猜想，在头脑中形成表象，接着让学生小组分工操作验证。另外，在得出正三角形可以密铺这个结论后，林老师问：任何三角形都可以密铺吗?学生也先猜想判断，再分别尝试拼接，进行验证。学生在“观察——猜想——验证——结论” 的学习过程中主动思考、大胆交流、自由辨析、理性反思。又如张德强老师教学五年级《找次品》时渗透了一定的数学思考方法。本课的开始他就渗透了化繁为简的数学思想方法，然后在学生众多的策略中提炼出一般方法和优化策略;最后，再利用归纳出的方法去解决待测物品数更多时的问题。这过程中，就渗透了不完全归纳法，优化策略、分析，讨论等多种教学方法。让学生经历探索数学知识的过程。围绕问题的解决，让学生经历探索数学的过程，进而使学生得到数学思想方法的渗透、提高数学思维能力。通过在解决问题中展开观察、操作、猜测、实验、推理与交流等数学活动，感受数学思想方法，提高他们的数学思维能力和解决问题的能力。

2016年5月9日—13日，教育局杨爱军常务副局长带领我们到江西省新余市渝水三小为期4天的高效课堂模式培训学习。4天时间里，从一场场精彩的讲座和一节节全新的三十七度二教学模式展示中，我更进一步了解和掌握了新课改的发展方向和目标，反思了以往工作中的不足。使我的教育教学观念进一步得到更新，真是受益非浅。下面是我通过培训获得的几个方面的体会：

一、要想课改成功，小组建设是至关重要的。

从我观摩的三节数学课例来看，小组成员进行了科学合理的分工，充分调动小组成员的积极性，利用小组来开展工作，使小组文化更好地融入课堂中，通过组际间的竞争，实现班级个性化管理取得了很好的效果。小主持人组织课堂井然有序，老师真正的把课堂还给了学生，成了课堂的组织者、导演者。

二、没有学生的主动参与，就没有成功的课堂教学。

新课程倡导的自主学习、合作学习、探究性学习，都是以学生的积极参与为前提，没有学生的积极参与，就不可能有自主、探究、合作学习。实践证明，学生参与课堂教学的积极性，参与的深度与广度，直接影响着课堂教学的效果。

那么，怎样调动学生的“参与课堂的积极性”呢?专家认为，应当创设情景，巧妙地提出问题，引发学生心理上的认知冲突，使学生处于一种“心求通而未得，口欲言而弗能”的状态。渝水三小三十七度二课堂，就是倡导“四学”(自学，对学，群学，展示);“四环”(预习，交流，展示，达标)，既要求每位教师在课堂上做到“三点”(点拨，点燃，点评)，又要求学生“三动”(身动，心动，行动)，从而实现课堂“三声”(笑声，掌声，辩论声)。同时，教师要放权给学生，给他们想、做、说的机会，让他们讨论、质疑、交流，围绕某一个问题展开辩论。教师应当给学生时间和权利，让学生充分进行思考，给学生充分表达自己思维的机会，让学生放开说，并且让尽可能多的学生说。条件具备了，学生自然就会兴奋，参与的积极性就会高起来，参与度也会大大提高。只有积极、主动、兴奋地参与学习过程，个体才能得到发展。

三、在教学活动中，教师要当好组织者。

教师要充分信任学生，相信学生完全有学习的能力。把机会交给学生。俯下身子看学生的生活，平等参与学生的研究。教师把探究的机会交给学生，学生就能充分展示自己学习的过程，教师也就可以自如地开展教学活动。新课程实施的灵活性大，让教师觉得难以驾驭教学行为，课堂教学中表现为过多的焦虑和不安。原因是教学过程中，教师面对学生精彩纷呈的学习活动，还不习惯参与学生的学习过程，观察和探究学生的学习方式，及时了解他们的认知情况，学生的需要没有真正地被关注。

四、在教学活动中，教师要做一个成功的引路人。

一堂新课开始，教师可通过新课导入的设计、学习氛围的创设，教材所蕴含的兴趣教学因素、课堂内外的各种资源来唤起学生对新知识的兴趣，让学生产生学习的意愿和动力。然后，教给学生探索、发现的方法，让学生会探索、会发现。教师除了必须把学生自学作为课堂教学的重要步骤外，还需精心设计对学、群学、展示的目标和内容，同时加强巡视指导。

回顾以往的课堂，感到自己有很多的不足：

1、小组建设有待加强，特别是小组长的培训。

2、激励性评价做得不够好。有时没有及时评价和鼓励学生。

3、教学过程中还应注意处理好一些细节问题。

4、课堂上练习偏难、偏多。

学生很少有机会通过自己的活动与实践获得知识与发展，学生追求的是唯一的正确答案。学生对书本知识关注比较多，而对情感、态度关注比较少。

5、有时课堂内的讨论与交流，流于形式。

由于教学进度的要求有些讨论时间过少，学生在叽叽喳喳地说，谁也听不清楚，课堂讨论效果有限。

6、课堂讨论积极，但是广度和深度不够，没有达到所有人都参与的效果，并且学生还没有深入分析问题，解决问题。

总之，经过这次培训学习，作为一名新课改的实施者，我应积极投身于新课改的发展之中，努力改变自己，营造课堂，积极探索适合学生的教学模式，与全体教师共同致力于新课标的研究与探索中，共同寻求适应现代教学改革的心路，切实以新观念、新思路、新方法投入教学，适应现代教学改革需要，切实发挥新课标在新时期教学改革中的科学性、引领性。让我们与课改一起成长，为孩子每一天的成长而快乐着，愿我们的课堂呈现思想生命火花碰撞与展现，使学生在新课改中获得能力的提高。

As we know, water is very important to man, we can’t live without water.

The amount of water which is suitable to drink is less and less. But some people

don’t care about it. They waste a lot of water in their daily life. Even worse,

they pour dirty water into rivers. They throw rubbish into rivers, too. Many

rivers and lakes are seriously polluted. Something must be done to stop the

pollution. And I think it’s agreat shame to waste while millions are in great

need of water. I think what we can do is that we have to save every drop of

water as possible as we can. For example, we must turn off the tap immediately

after we use it. We can use a basin to wash our hands and faces. It’s also a

good idea to encourage my friends and family members to join me! Only in this

way can we live happily. If we don’t save water, the last drop of water will be

a tear-drop of us. I believe if everyone makes a little effort, we can make a

big difference.
