The Spring Festival comes in winter。 It is the most important traditional festival in China。

People usually go home to spend the festival with their family。 They have a big family get-together。 The Chinese people have big meals and watch TV during the Spring Festival。 They also visit their friends and relatives。

I was afraid of my uncle who has a scared tattoo on his arm till my mother

the neighborhood with my toy saber. Unfortunately, one day I hit a wild dog by

accident. The dog became crazy and tried to bite me. It was that time my uncle

From that moment, he is my hero in stead of a bad looking uncle.

My schoool life is busy and fantastic。 First， we have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon。 We have to get to school before 7：30 because we have a morning class。 Second， I like my school life because teachers and my classmates are friendly and helpful。 We also have lots of after—school activies。 Third， our school environment is very beautiful， the teachers all can make their lesson interesting and instructive。 So I like my school life very much。

今天，去作文班上课时，老师叫我们折纸飞机。我心里是又高兴又惊喜，不知为什麽明明是作文课，怎么就玩起飞机来了。唉！管他的，反正又可以和同学一起玩了。

我先拿一张纸，把它对折，然后把它压平，再把它打开，中间就有了一条清晰的中线，将左右两下角沿中线对折两次，最后反面朝上，往外翻折，这样我的纸飞机就做成了。我还给它画上了五颜六色的图案。

于是，我就拿着我的那架纸飞机准备去试飞。我轻轻地把飞机向前一飞，它居然在空中飞了一个半圆形，然后它就落地了。所以，我给这架飞机取名为“飞圆号。” 忽然，只听老师再喊：“同学们，拿着自己的纸飞机来参加纸飞机大赛了。”老师话音刚落，我们马上就站在起跑线上了。我心想：我的这架飞机飞到空中一定会飞一个半圆形的图案吧！老师喊预备的时候，我就哈了一口气，心里暗暗地给纸飞机加油。老师喊飞的时候，我就轻轻地把纸飞机往前一飞。结果，我的纸飞机被另一架纸飞机撞到了。我的纸飞机因为它后重前轻，另一架飞机正好撞上了机尾，我的纸飞机被撞下来了，第一次我是第四。我拿着它去改装后，我们又站在起跑线上，老师喊预备时，我还是哈了一口气，喊飞的时候，我把飞机轻轻地往前一飞，这一次我的“飞圆号”好像爆发了一样，它居然没有飞一个半圆，而是直线飞向前方，第二次我是第三名。

这次的“纸飞机大赛”我可真高兴啊！

通过不断学习和实践，让我认识到高效课堂的重要性。课堂教学的高效率，是每一个老师不断追求的目标，它是教学过程的最优化，教育效果的最大化，是师生完美配合的结晶。

高效课堂是针对课堂教学的无效性、低效性而言的。课堂教学高效性是指在常态的课堂教学中，通过教师的引领和学生积极主动的学习思维过程，在单位时间内(一般是一节课)高效率、高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效发展。高效发展就其内涵而言，是指知识与技能，过程与方法和情感、态度、价值观“三维目标”的协调发展。就其外延而言涵盖高效的课前精心准备、返归教学本质的课堂教学中实施和教师课后的反思与研究来提高课堂教学效率。课堂教学的高效性就是通过课堂教学活动，学生在学业上有超常收获，有超常提高，有超常进步。具体表现在：学生在认知上，从不懂到懂，从少知到多知，从不会到会;在情感上，从不喜欢到喜欢，从不热爱到热爱，从不感兴趣到感兴趣。一般来说，高效课堂效益评价主要标准是，学生思维活跃，语言表达正确、流利、有感情，课堂充满激情，分析问题与解决问题的能力强，目标达成且正确率在95%以上。前提是看学生是否愿意学、会不会学，乐不乐学，核心是教学三维目标的达成。

因此，评价课堂是否高效主要是看能否高效地促进学生的发展、高效地实现预期教学目的。它既是一种理念，也是一种教学策略，更是我们课堂教学的基本追求。而课堂能否高效的关键在于教师，在于教师指导下的学生自主，在于教师研读教材的功夫，在于教师对课堂的精心设计，在于教师对教学的科学规划，在于教师对教学材料的精心取舍与提炼，在于针对学生实际设计出学生能高效自主学习的活动抓手，在于让学生既能进行长时间的充分实践活动，又有大量的知识积累，老师又能不失时机的引导和提升，使得在单位教学时间内获得最大的教学效率。

从我们教师的角度来说，高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适切性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消解，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

总之，课堂是我们教学的主阵地，要切实的提高教育教学效率，课堂就是我们的主战场。影响课堂效率的因素很多，但课堂教学因素占了相当的比例，我们只有理性地认识我们的课堂教学，客观地面对我们的课堂教学存在的问题，才能不断改进我们的课堂教学。提高课堂教学效率的方法有很多，除了课前的周密准备、课堂求真务实、不断改进教学结构和教学方法、营造和谐教学氛围外，还有很多需要我们去思考与实践。我们遇到的困难也会不少，碰到的问题也会很多，教师要把追求课堂教学艺术的完美与课堂教学的高效作为自己一生孜孜不倦的追求。只要我们面对问题和困难，冷静思考，勇于实践，善于总结，一定会不断提高课堂教学效率。

A few days ago, the movie Red Sea Operation was very hot and people were

very impressive about the policemen, who saved the citizens lives in a very

urgent situation, some even sacrificed their lives as the price. We live in a

peaceful country. This is because policemen protect us all the time, and they

are the great persons. March 14th is the policemens day, people make this day

for them and show respect. They deserve the publics praise. They sacrifice so

much, such as the time to accompany their families. Many childrens future dream

is to be a policeman, as this career brings the public hope and future.

1、成功建立了自主合作的学习小组

小组合作学习是课堂改革的基本形式，小组建设显得尤为重要，组内成员应本着尊重、互助、促进、发展的原则把每个小组建设成小组成员的精神家园。通过听课我发现在课堂上每个学生都充满了热情和激情，能积极参与和展示自己，点燃那思维的火把，展示展现自我。能在交流的过程中发现问题解决问题，帮助同学，提高自己。可见教师在小组的建设和发展中肯定是下了一番功夫的。教师充分地利用好学习小组，让学生们在小组中学习和展示，充分地理解和运用所学语言，势必会提高学生们的综合语言运用能力。

2.积极的课堂展示

教师在教学过程中，应努力建立相互平等、相互尊重相互信任的朋友式的师生关系，形成民主、和谐的教学气氛，使学生能在一个欢乐、和谐、宽松的良好氛围里学习。在这节课上，教师做到了让学生放开手脚，人人参与，积极展示，学会交流，学会研究，善于倾听，营造阳光、和谐、高效的课堂。实现用空间换时间，用面代线，抓住重点，突破难点。在交流展示中，学生的自信心增强了，心理稳定了，表达流利了，思维敏捷了;在交流展示中，学生有了成就感，找到了自身的价值;实现了由模仿性学习到自主性学习，研究性学习，创造性学习的转变，提高了学生的分析能力，思考能力。

3、有针对性很强的课堂检测内容

课堂检测的目的是为了检查学生本节课教学目标的完成情况，首先习题的设计非常重要，必须紧扣当堂检测的知识点，要有针对性，要坚持少而精的原则。本课的设计就主一直围绕着本课的教学重点。课堂检测的形式多样性，学生学习扎实。

我们可能已经习惯了长期的灌入式的教学模式，学生自主学习能力不强，有了这种新的学习模式，让我们不禁眼前一亮，有了六道河学区的引路，我相信经过我们自身的努力，在这种新的、科学的模式的引领下，我们的数学教学会开辟一条崭新的教学之路。

It was a sunny day today,when i got up in the morning,i decided to see my

grandparents.so i took the bus and got there at noon,they were happy to see

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there. There are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals kind people. I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

如何构建生本高效课堂是我们每一位教师毕生都要研究的课题，把老师和学生都从题海和加课中解放出来，让教师快乐地教，让学生快乐地学。在教学实践中，课堂低效一直是管理的一大难题。那么，究竟什么是生本高效课堂呢?

从学生角度来讲，生本高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对三维教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思考。从这个角度来说，生本高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

那么，如何构建生本高效课堂呢?我认为必须抓好以下几个方面。

第一，抓好教师教学观念的转变和教学方式的转变。教师教学观念的转变不是一蹴而就的事，必须在推进课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断推动教师观念的转变，进而转变教师的教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，逐步解决忽视学生情感、态度、价值观目标实现的问题。

第二，开展以学课标、研课本、研方法、课后反思等为主要形式的校本培训。在教学实践中我们发现，在很多情况下，课堂的低效是由教师对课标与课本的学习与研究不足所造成的，而教师这方面的不足又影响和制约了其课堂驾驭能力，课堂驾驭能力又反过来影响课堂教学的效率。

第三，抓好教师备课中的备学生问题。不少教师在备课时，只习惯于备教学内容，而忽视备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第四，研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第五，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

参加江门市实验小学优质课观摩活动，期间我聆听了两位骨干教师精彩的课堂教学，收获很多。置身于课堂教学中，看到两位老师气定神闲、信手拈来，不仅让我连声赞叹，这样的功底岂能一日为之?课堂上老师们先进的教学风格、变化多端的教学形式，这些都给我留下了深刻的印象和启迪。赞叹之余，更多的是深深地沉思，从中让我更深刻地体会到了学习的重要性与紧迫感。下面谈谈自己的听课体会：

一、课堂形式的多样化

对于儿童来说，一本书是枯燥无味，教师需要采用不同的方式去刺激学生、培养学生的兴趣，激发学生的求知欲，引导学生热爱学习。针对这低年级的儿童的心理和身理特征，实验小学低年级开展绘本课程，通过讲故事，演故事形式进行。从3分钟《小鼹鼠找新家》，两个低年级学生声情并茂，动作大方，校本课程不但让学生在听故事中学到了知识，同时还培养了学生的表达能力、语言组织能力和自己动手的能力，也给学生锻炼口才的机会。

实验小学还选用经典诵读、你问我猜等多种形式来上好国学棵，保持学生的对国学好奇心和新鲜劲。再比如单单诵读这一项来说，实验小学也采用多种形式，像分小组读、男女读，诗句接龙读、问答式读……尽量做到课堂实现形式的多样化，不断的刺激学生，以达到我们国学课的要求。

二、快乐的课堂气氛

罗曼•罗兰曾经说过：“要播撒阳光到别人心里，先要自己心里有阳光。”任何人只有在轻松、愉悦的心情下学习才是丰富生动的，也只有在保持快乐心情的时候，学习才是有效的。在王林老师《临死前的严监生》一课中，我感受到学生们学习的快乐。
