In China, the subjects that students learnt are necessary. They can learn special classes when they enter university. Sometimes I think it will be perfect to have the special class in middle school. On this day, people often eat moon cake, nuts and some special food. And in some places, the days before Mid-autumn day, they do the rabbits with wheat, which stand of peace and reunion. On the evening, family members or friends always stay together to watch the moon as eating moon cake and nuts, or as talking each other happily.

There is a library in our school. It is open from eight oclock in the morning till half past five in the afternoon. We often go there to borrow books.

We can borrow five books at a time and keep them for two weeks. If we cant finish reading them in two weeks, we can go and renew them. The librarian is always ready to help the students. If the book you want is out, she will help you to choose another one. We always take good care of the borrowed books. We can also look through newspapers and magazines in the reading-room, but we are not allowed to take them out of the reading-room.

如何提高小学英语课堂教学效率，我认为最重要的就是培养学生学习英语的兴趣，学生有了兴趣才能做课堂真正的主人，只有学生积极主动地参与课堂，才能使课堂活起来、动起来，学生在轻松的氛围下接受知识，才能体现高效课堂。我在英语课堂中认识到，农村孩子学英语困难，主要是因为刚开始对英语很好奇，但由于课时量少，平时接触的更少，仅凭几节英语课来学习并消化知识，时间长了对学的知识不能保证熟练的操练，因此学生消化不了就慢慢没有了兴趣。那如何构建英语高效课堂，我主要从以下几方面入手：

一、充分利用课前3分钟，唤起学生注意

一节课开始的最初几分钟是学生注意力极不稳定的时候，多数学生的心理仍处于上节课或课间活动的兴奋中。因此，为了让学生尽快地进入到英语学习的氛围中来，一般情况下，我都会提前几分钟进教室，和学生们一起“活动”起来。如：每天必有的值日生汇报制，要求值日生用英语作自我介绍、表达自己的喜好;简单介绍家人、朋友或班级情况等等，鼓励学生大胆地用所学英语进行实际的交际活动。同时，结合本课时要学习的新课内容组织学生唱唱英语歌曲，讲讲英文小故事，说说英语绕口令，表演英语情景剧等内容丰富，形式多样的活动。这样不仅将学生分散的注意力集中起来，也为每个学生提供了参与运用英语的机会，既加强了他们的口语运用，也进行了听力训练，使学生整体听说能力得以提高。

二、积极为学生提供自主学习的时间和空间

以往的教学中，我一直认为作为城乡结合的学生，没办法进行课前的自主学习即预习，同时也认为小学英语很简单，没必要进行预习。但随着对新课改思想和理念的进一步领会和理解，我觉得要实现高效课堂，促进教学发展，培养学生主体意识和能力，真正体现教师主导，学生主体作用，科学的预习必不可少的，同时通过预习也为学生的自主学习提供了时间和空间。教学是教师与学生的双边活动，课堂效率的提高需要教师与学生的共同努力，而课前预习恰好可以充分调动教师和学生的积极性。当然，教师布置的预习问题要有很强的针对性，并要充分考虑学生的实际情况，既不能太难也不能太简单。这就需要我们教师在布置学生进行课前预习前，自己先要做精心的准备，要对新课内容有充分认识，预习题目要精心准备反复斟酌，以求真正达到预习目的。自主学习使学生扫除了课堂学习的障碍;学生有了学习兴趣;在这个时候学生的各方面就会调整到最佳状态。

三、合理利用多媒体进行教学

英语教材中内容十分丰富，每个单元都有一首有节奏的歌谣或一首好听的歌曲，学生都喜欢在音乐声中读、唱。因此，在英语教学中，我会合理地运用录音机、多媒体课件等多种现代化教学手段来活跃课堂气氛，提高课堂教学密度，丰富教学内容，增加学生练习的机会，发挥学生主体作用。开拓学生的思路，启发学生思维，培养学生的观察能力，提高理解能力和语言表达能力，使英语教学有声有色、有情有景，从而提高教学效率。

总之，要实施高效的英语课堂，作为教学主导者的教师首先要不断转变自己的教育教学观念，改变自己的教育教学方式，建立起一个民主、和谐、宽松的教育教学氛围。同时要在自己的教育教学实践中不断探索，促使学生主动、有效地参与教学活动。

一、引言

初中语文教学中，令人最苦恼的莫过于学生的作文教学，这是一个我执教的差班，共有21名学生，各科成绩普遍很差，这些学生平时写作文字数总在四百字左右，所写内容单调乏味，不会综合运用多种表达方式，平铺直叙较为简单的生活、学习事件。为了激发他们的写作兴趣，使他们感受到作文并不是一件困难的事，我设计了一堂作文课，从学生的角度出发，为增强学生的信心，力求拓展学生作文的思路，引导学生自由写作，表达自己对社会、自然、人生的独特感受和真切体验。

二、教学设计说明

面对这些基础并不好的学生，如果只是简单地告诉他们这次作文的要求，读几篇范文，然后叫他们写作，这样效果肯定不好，因此在设计时必须抓住学生感兴趣的内容，让他们即兴说、想说爱说，让他们通过畅所欲言萌发写作的信心，进而产生写作的欲望，于是我就选取了“兴趣”这个话题。

三、教学进程

作文课上，当我走进教室正准备上课时，突然有两个学生在下面窃窃私语，打打闹闹。我站在讲台上，平静地望着他们，直到教室完全安静下来，我便微笑着说：“初三即将毕业，老师以前对你们关心不够，没有过多地与你们交流沟通，今天想跟同学们聊聊天，好吗？”学生听了我的话，开心地笑了（对他们来说由于基础差，上课是一种折磨）。于是，我提出第一个问题：“你们平时最喜欢干什么？”“一石激起千层浪”，学生都在下面说了起来，这时我要求学生一个个清楚地告诉我。

“最喜欢打篮球、最喜欢看NBA；最喜欢踢足球；最喜欢看电视；最喜欢上网；最喜欢看小说；最喜欢逛街……”也许是找到了学生说话的兴奋点，学生们在下面显得格外起劲。看到这种情景，我又欲擒故纵，“大家说了这么多喜欢的事，能告诉我你为什么喜欢”话刚完，下面学生安静下来了，没过多久，学生又开始“动作”了，我抓住这一时机，叫了一个平时不爱学习的学生，那学生平时非常喜欢打篮球，一起来，那学生语出惊人：“打篮球给我自信，使我快乐，所以篮球是我的最爱”，说得好，我立即鼓掌叫好，下面同学也拍手叫好。由于开了一个好头和对学生的鼓励，接下来学生都积极配合，思维活跃，说话热情高涨。

这些即兴的发言使我一下子惊呆了，也使学生对自己的出色表现感到兴奋，于是我因势利导，抛出早已准备好的话题作文——以兴趣为话题写一篇作文，“以上我们每个同学谈了自己的兴趣爱好，说得非常精彩，只要我们每个同学把刚才说的话整理好，说具体，就可以写成一篇较好的作文；其实，写兴趣，第一步要告诉别人你的兴趣是什么，第二步需要介绍你是如何拥有这个兴趣的，如何保持这个兴趣的；第三步，最关键要写出你对这个兴趣的体验，对你的学习生活有什么帮助等。就举我们同学刚才的例子，如“篮球”这个话题，其实大家只要写清楚你从什么时候就喜欢打球、看篮球，篮球怎么成了你学习生活中重要的一块，同时还要写从打球中学到哪些对人生有益的知识，获得哪些人生的感悟，如……”这时我又发问了，“喜欢打篮球的同学，请你说说，从打球中获得了哪些有价值的东西，你有哪些独到的感受？”话一完，学生就低头思考起来。过了一会儿开始举手发言了：“打球讲究的是配合，我们同学在平时也应相互支持鼓励，不要因为我们是差班学生而看不起自己。”“打球最需要顽强的毅力和永不言败的精神，在我们的人生中也会遇到困难挫折，打球使我懂得如何对付这些困难挫折。” ……“说了这么多，我们要对“兴趣”这个话题拟个题目，先看老师的，《我的兴趣爱好》，大家说好不好？”

“不好，这个题目太一般，不能吸引人。”

“《生活因篮球而精彩！》”…………当学生说出《生活因篮球而精彩！》时所有学生都拍手叫好，如果不是亲耳听见，确实很难相信这个题目出自这个差班学生之口，有了这个好题目，作文就已完成了一半。

接下来，进行作文开头结尾辅导，我给他们作了两组示范：1、开头：“阳光、空气、水是人类生存的三元素，在我每天的生活中，也有一样少不了，那就是篮球，它陪伴我每一天，给我莫大的快乐和幸福，在此，让我慢慢告诉你。”

结尾：感谢你，是你给了我信心和勇气；是你给了我快乐和幸福；是你使我从幼稚走向成熟，从软弱走向坚强；感谢你，篮球，你是我一生的最爱！

2、开头：“音乐一直是我的挚爱，我是一个不折不扣的乐迷。音乐已融入我的生活，我实在无法想像要是没有音乐，我的生活会成什么样。我经常光顾音像店，那些美妙的声音从而陆续流进了我的家、流进了我的心中。”

结尾：生活，成长，在音乐中，我觉得自己在音乐中永远是一个孩子，一直跟着它一起哭、笑，感受生命的存在与灿烂。听音乐时，闭上眼睛，放飞心灵吧！

即兴开了两组开头结尾，是让学生明白，对自己喜爱的事物一定要把这种强烈的感受抒发出来，尽可能打动读者，产生共鸣，尽管要求过高，但要让每一个同学相信自己有这个能力，尝试着去写，相信会有奇迹发生。

围绕“兴趣”写一篇作文，采用开门见山、“先情夺人”的开头方式，使学生有一种创作的新奇感；中间的叙事也做到了选材于生活，真实生动感人，在叙事中表现这个兴趣所带来的启示或感悟；结尾采用抒情式结尾，亦显得感情浓烈，得以升华。在学生已充分理解作文目的的基础上，学生们开始写下刚才说的话，写得认真快速。

四、教学反思

通过这样一堂课，作文的火花在每一个学生心中点亮，就连平时写作文最差的学生也写出了400字左右。由此可见，差生的作文是可以写好的，只要是触动了学生的感情神经，选材得当，命题新颖，相信作文自然会绽放其独有的光芒，也会让差生自主地发挥主观能动性，变厌写为乐写，变白话为含蓄，变浅层为深刻，使学生在琢磨中悟道，在坚持中获得乐趣。

作文教学是一个循序渐进、不断积累发展的过程，仅仅通过一堂课，其实很难断定学生已对作文有了浓厚的兴趣，并能坚持写作。要全面提高学生的写作水平，功在课外。但通过这堂课，使我对这些学生有了新的认识，也感觉到新课标新教学理念学习实践的重要性。这堂课我认为有几点是成功的：

1、树立学生的主体意识，发挥差生说话写作的主观能动性，让学生活动起来，对自己感兴趣的话题能畅所欲言。

2、找准切入点，让学生找到生活与写作的桥梁。每个学生都有自己感兴趣的事物，即使再差的学生，他也有自己的“一技之长”，作为教师一定要善于发现并利用学生的这些“亮点”，从而有效点燃写作兴趣之火。特别是学生所表达的有关活动的感受，言语自然有味，确实体现了学生的个性。

3、实践“跳摘”理论，化解作文难度，使学生稍微一跳便能摘到“果子”。课堂上与学生聊天说话，消除学生对作文的紧张恐惧心理，让他们轻松进入写作状态，调动学生学习生活中的知识积累，使作文有话可说。从学生拟写的作文题目来分析，远远超出平时的水平，若不是采用这种方式，很难让这些学生有这种水平发挥。

但这节课也存在一些不足，未能采用灵活多样的方法，使学生自主探究，如条件允许，可在学生叙说的同时，播放有关NBA篮球赛、世界杯足球赛的画面，把学生的情感推向高潮，更有利于激发差生的写作热情。另外由于学生基础水平的局限，写作思维仍旧单一，未能进行较好的想象联想，在文本中呈现的语句表达仍旧直露，不含蓄，未能综合运用多种表达方式和修辞方法。

因而我认为，在写作教学中尽可能为学生创设自主探究的“境”，即提供自主的机遇，设计自主探究的情境，创设自主探究的氛围，来有效激发学生的写作兴趣。教师应善于营造平等、民主、和谐、轻松的课堂气氛，使用最佳的教学艺术，为学生自主写作提供有利条件和广阔空间，减少束缚，使学生易于动笔，乐于表达，思维灵动，笔下生辉。写的文章自然就富有创新，富有真情实感和情趣

在写作教学中，应注重培养观察、思考、表现、评价的能力。要求学生说真话、实话、心里话，不说假话、空话、套话，使作文朝自然、生活、哲理的方向迈进，真正做到“让写作快乐起来”！

Many people, sometimes myself included, tend to judge a person by his

appearances.

I was afraid of my uncle who has a scared tattoo on his arm till my mother

told me a “story”. When I was a three-year-old naught boy, I always ran around

the neighborhood with my toy saber. Unfortunately, one day I hit a wild dog by

accident. The dog became crazy and tried to bite me. It was that time my uncle

appeared and protected me with his strong arm. However, this accident left a

scar on his arm. My uncle went to get a tattoo in order to cover up the scars.

From that moment, he is my hero in stead of a bad looking uncle.

So we need to go beyond peoples looks and focus on more internal spirits

in order to truly judge a person.
