“先学后教”是生本理念下的是一种新的教学模式，是对传统的“先教后学”教学模式的颠覆性改革。这种教学模式，不仅能提高教师的业务能力，促进教师的专业发展，又能培养学生的自学能力，发展学生的思维能力;既有利于提高学生的学习积极性，又有利于大面积地提高教学质量。

一、什么是“先学后教”?

所谓“先学”，就是在教师未开讲、未引导、未明确相关知识之前，学生就主动、自觉地进行相关问题的自我实践、自我探究、自我学习，力争通过个人的力量独立地发现、分析、解决问题，形成自己个性化的学习成果，从而获取知识，提升能力，发展情感。

再看“后教”，不是教师漫无目的地教，而是在学生充分自学后，教师与学生、学生与学生之间互动式的学习。教师应该在学生自学后，或自学过程中，通过巡视、批阅学生自学练习作业，准确掌握学生的自学情况，在学生自学结束之后，发动学生通过小组交流、质疑、讨论等方式自行解决自学过程中暴露出的问题，让已会的学生来教不会的学生，促使学生相互合作、互相帮助，达到“兵”教“兵”的目的。在此基础上，教师再针对学生存在的共性问题或疑难问题进行精炼的引导、讲解，从而提高课堂教学效率，取得最佳的教学效果。

二、“先学后教”的好处。

1.“先学后教”落实了学生的主体地位。

《课程标准》指出：“学生是学习的主体。”而“先学后教”正体现了这一主体原则。传统的教学是以“教”为主，“学”为次。“先学后教”把“学”放在开头，即以“学”为首，以“学”为主，也就是以学生自主学习为主，而“教”为次。“先学后教”摆正了教师与学生的关系，真正发挥了主体作用。

2.“先教后学”提高了学生的学习积极性。

传统的教学，课堂的“主角”是老师，课堂的时间也归老师掌控，学生处于被动、消极状态。“先学后教”把课堂的“主角”让给学生，让学生自主开展学习活动，学生通过自主学习获得新知，就会有一种愉悦的心理;同时，“先学后教”把课堂的时间还给了学生，学生就有了更多的机会表现自己，享受到成功的喜悦。这样，学生的学习积极性自然得到了提高。

3.“先学后教”提高了学生的学习能力。

传统的教学，课堂上以教师讲解、传授知识为主，学生被动地接受知识，“知其然而不知其所以然”。“先教后学”注重学生自学，老师必须授学生以“渔”，让学生掌握自学的方法，让学生懂得如何读书、思考，如何围绕导学问题圈画、批注，如何开展小组合作、讨论，如何进行反馈、交流……这样，学生在潜心会文、解决问题的过程中，提高了学习的能力。

4.“先学后教”提高了学生的创新能力。

传统的教学，受应试教育的束缚，教学模式单一，照本宣科。“先学后教”注重自学，注重让学生潜心会文、独立思考，学生对文本进行个性化的阅读，必然会有自己的独特思维和想象，必然会有自己独到的见解和看法，极大地提高了学生的创新能力。

5.“先学后教”培养了学生的团结合作意识。

传统的教学，小组合作流于形式，课堂教学成了老师和一些优生的舞台。“先学后教”注重学生真正意义上的、实实在在的小组合作、交流，学生在小组学习中互相质疑、互相帮助，培养了学生的合作意识。同时，“先学后教”注重小组的评价，将同一小组的几个同学进行“捆绑”，一荣俱荣，培养了学生的团结精神。

三、“先学后教”的实施。

1.实施“先学后教”，需教师进一步转变教育观念。

实施“先学后教”的教学模式，有利于培养学生的能力和素养，这就需要教师一步一步地扔掉原来的不好的方法和经验。“先学后教”教学模式最主要的就是：学生是主体，在知识的学习中主要以学生自学、学生讲解为主。平时教学中总认为“自已不讲，学生不会;不自己讲、学生不会讲或讲不好”这些观念，是错误的。如果学生讲得不好、讲的深度不够或者讲得不全面，那是老师“引导”这个工作没有做好，就需要我们在“引导”的内容上下功夫。只要引导得当，学生可能比老师讲得更好。

“先学后教”的教学模式，无论是备课还是上课，无论是设计导学题还是作业批改，都要真正按照“先学后教”的教学模式来进行，工作量是特别繁重的，这就需要老师付出更加艰辛的劳动，需要老师贡献更多的时间、精力，需要老师更多的奉献精神。

2.实施“先学后教”，需精心设计“导学案”。

“先学后教”，重在学生的“学”。为了使学生自学时不偏离学习的目标、教材的意图，教师必须在课前精心设计好导学问题，而导学问题的设计也自然是“先学后教”这一教学模式在课堂中应用成功的关键。因此，在教学中老师必须转变思想观念，将备课的侧重点放在导学问题的设计上来。

导学问题的设计要依据教学目标，紧扣教材内容。必须源于教材又不落俗套，既注意扎扎实实打好基础又注意加强知识的拓展与联系，真正做到有效地把学生带入教材，潜心会文，深入思考。

导学问题的设计要详细具体，操作性强，利于引导学生自主地学习，在问题的解决过程中，培养学生的能力和素养。

导学问题的设计要体现三个结合：结合课标，结合教材，结合学情。为了让每一个导学案都成为精品，我们可以要求教师要在做好个人备课的基础上，进行集体备课。首先由主备教师精心设计出导学案，然后备课组进行集体备课时，进行充分地商讨、研究，最后达成共识，形成集体备课。教师在使用前结合本班学生实际和自己的教学风格，进行个性化的调整和加减。

3. 实施“先学后教”，需抓好学生自主学习。

培养学生的自主学习能力，是“先学后教”这一教学模式的重点。自主学习的质量决定着课堂教学的效果。因此，教师必须抓好学生的自主学习。

①培养学生自主学习的习惯。

教师应着力培养学生自主进行预习的习惯，培养学生根据导学问题进行自学的习惯，培养学生使用工具书的习惯。学生是否形成这种习惯，决定了“先学后教”教学模式实施的成败，至关重要。学生能否形成这种习惯，取决于老师是否坚持要求，取决于老师有无加强检查督促，取决于教师、家长是否经常联系沟通。因此，教师实施“先学后教”，必须将培养学生自主学习习惯这项工作做细、做实，并持之以恒，让学生将自主学习当作是一件必须要做的、不做不行的、理所当然的事情。

②提高学生自主学习的能力。

在培养学生自主学习习惯的同时，还必须提高学生自主学习的能力，授之以“渔”。大体来说，就是要指导学生会阅读、会思考、会动笔、会检索。会阅读，就是要让学生通过朗读、默读、浏览，从书本中获取、处理相关信息;会思考，就是要让学生根据导学问题，潜心会文，寻找问题的答案;会动笔，就是要让学生在读书的过程中圈画批注，不动笔墨不读书;会检索，就是要让学生通过报刊、书籍、网络、电视等途径查找、整理资料，从纷繁的资料中提炼出有用的信息，帮助自己的学习。

4.实施“先学后教”，需抓好小组合作学习。

《课程标准》积极倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式。小组合作学习是“先学后教”这一教学模式的重要一环。要使小组合作学习提高效率，不流于形式，就需要教师抓好、抓实小组建设工作。

①组建小组。

一般将班里的学生按好、中、差搭配，4～5人为一组，分成若干小组。

②明确分工。

在组内对各成员进行角色分工，选出一个小组长，负责每次学习任务的组织和监督，其他成员进行明确的责任分工，如记录员、汇报员、纪律管理员等。这样的角色是轮换着的，以使每个人在不同的角色中发展不同的能力，避免小组合作只是成为优生表演的舞台，促使学困生参与到小组学习中来。

③开展培训。

一是重点强化对小组长的培训，使小组长既具有权威又有亲和力，教会小组长在小组合作学习时应如何带领、指导组内成员进行有效学习，小组如何进行分工合作，怎样进行小组合作交流讨论，怎样进行全班汇报交流等。二是对小组成员的培训，让小组成员树立合作学习的意识，明确小组合作学习的大体流程，掌握一些交流、讨论、汇报学习成果的技巧。

④捆绑评价。

学校、教师要建立评价、激励机制。合作小组要形成全体组员的学习共同体，互帮互助，团结协作，整体考核，具有集体荣辱观。评价采用小组捆绑的形式，以小组集体的学习效果作为评价的依据，形成“组内成员合作，组间成员竞争”的格局，促使大多数孩子都受到老师和同伴的鼓励，感受到成功的喜悦，从而取得不同程度的进步。

5.实施“先学后教”，需抓好“后教”环节的点拨引导。

实施“先学后教”，“后教”环节是一堂课中最能体现教师个人素质和功底的环节，也是最难的环节。

①“后教”需要教师充分了解学生“先学”的情况。教师应通过批改学生自学作业、聆听学生小组合作学习情况，精心预设“后教”的内容。“后教”的内容应该是学生自学中暴露出来的主要疑难问题。

②“后教”并不全是教师讲，而是在教师指导下进行的“生生”之间、“师生”之间的交流、讨论。学生能够自已解决的，要引导学生通过自主思考、小组讨论、全班集思广益来进行解决;学生自学后不懂、互教后迷糊、合作后还不会的疑难问题、重点问题，教师应当作适当的点拔、引导、讲解，但教师不能光说答案，而是要引导寻找解决问题的突破口，发现解决此类问题的方法、规律，帮助学生提升解决问题的能力。

以上，是我对“先学后教”教学模式的粗浅的学习体会。对于这种教学模式，我们还存在许多困惑。我想：“先学后教”这种教学模式，它所代表的应该是一种理念，它的教学流程、教学结构并不应该是教条的、僵化的，我们只有在具体操作中视教材特点及学生实际情况的不同加以灵活运用，才能取得好的效果。对于这样一种新的教学模式，我们应该在学习中尝试，在尝试中探索，在探索中改进，在改进中成长。

Hometown is the place where a person belongs. Chinese people have special

feelings about their hometown. No matter where they go, they won’t abandon it

and always make some time to visit. My hometown brings me so many happy memories

and I wish it could keep its original face forever.

Two years ago, I lived in my hometown. It is a small village, so people

there get familiar with each other. When we walked on the country road, everyone

smiled when we saw each other. There was no distance for us. In the daytime, I

liked to go boating in the small river with my friends, or sometimes I could

catch fish. The green trees around me and I could hear the birds singing all the

time. It was a paradise for me.

每次上课，老师都会小考，第一次小考时，我有好多题不会写，我紧张得哭出来了，老师不但没骂我，反而安慰我说：“不会写没关系，我们就是不会才要来学呀!只要回家再多练习就好了。”回家后，妈妈每天帮我复习，我一遍又一遍的练习，到了下一次上课时，我终于考到一百分，老师称赞我进步很多，我听了好开心!

上英语课有很多作业要写，也要常常复习，不过老师说，虽然现在比别人辛苦，以后就会比别人轻松了。所以我要继续努力坚持下去，把英语学好。

My favorite Sports is basketball. It looks so cool in TV that I was crazy about those basketball stars ever since I was little.

两天的高效课堂公益培训，我们的共同感受就是心灵震撼，实施新课改、打造高效课堂是大势所趋、迫在眉睫，只有进行课改，才能真正建立起改变学生生命状态的“新课堂”，才能真正解放学生、发展学生。培训中，各位专家传递了几个信息：

1、课改不是改技术、改方法，而是改人、改观念。

2、课改并非课堂的创新，而是一种回归，回到正常的教育规律上来。

3、课改是以人为本，以学为中心，教师的作用是点燃、唤醒、激励、服务。

4、课改是从油锅里捞孩子，是拯救与放生。

5、高效课堂必须让学生主动参与、全员参与、亲身经历。

6、高效课堂的构建需要师生的民主平等，而平等是民主的前提，教师学会换位思考，平等对待学生是导学案设计的核心理念。

7、课改的目的是利用学习过程帮助学生做好进入现实社会的一切准备。

对于本次培训，我有如下感受：

一、 课堂改革势在必行

中国传统教育是以教为中心，以控制学生、满足教师的表演欲望为主，忽略了学生学的主体地位，限制了学生的思维，扼杀了学生的创造力，消弱了学生主动参与的积极性，降低了学生学的能力，不利于学生的成长与发展。而新课改是以学生的学为中心，以调动学生的主动性和积极参与度为主，重视了学生的主体地位，全方位培养学生的能力，为学生一生的发展奠定了良好的基础。所以说，课改是对学生的拯救与放生，是在解放学生的过程中自我练就能力，是为学生一生的发展谋求资本，是势在必行的一项工程。

二、更新观念，拉近师生距离，建立民主的课堂气氛

高效课堂中，教师必须正确认识师生关系，真正放下架子走近学生，成为学生平等的合作者。合作意味着参与，意味着一种师生之间的共同体验，从而可以使学生生成新的知识和技能。因此在新课程的课堂上，师生之间的合作是极为重要的。没有合作的教学是难以实施新课程的，或者说是无法体现新课程理念的。这就要求教师要从讲台上走下来，全身心地融入到学生中去。与学生一起交流，与学生一起活动，让学生在教师这里获得尊重和认可，让学生在班级获得归属感，从而与学生一起共建有利于个性发展的课堂气氛。

三、教师必须做好充分的课前准备。

打造高效课堂，对老师提出了更高的要求，首先，在备课方面要准备更加充分，每节课上课前，要自己问自己几个问题：我打算让学生获得什么?我打算让学生用多长时间获得，我打算让学生怎样获得?我怎样知道学生达到了要求?这课前四问能够让老师对于课堂有了大概地了解，准备就要更加充分，做到不上无准备之课。在上课时，应该合理分配课堂时间，什么时间学生自己学，什么时间老师开始讲，什么时间开始练，这些都应该做到心中有数。其次，教师要有明确的学法指导，要对自己的设计了然于胸，课堂上还要进行二次备课，并在学生疑惑处、知识重点处重锤敲打，精讲点拨，着力引导学生学会知识、学会思路、学会方法。

四、尊重学生个别差异，促进学生个性发展

学生的差异是客观存在的，正确认识学生差异是实施个性化教学的前提。学生之间有生活经验的差异，原有基础的差异。既然差异是客观存在的，那么，教师要重视营造民主的氛围，让每个学生在民主的氛围中都得到尊重，有发言权，积极进取，进而发挥自己的聪明才智。新课程标准和教材的突出特点，是密切联系学生的生活，便于学生生动活泼的、主动的发展。因此，教师在教学中应留给学生合作探究和互相交流的空间，让每一个学生得到充分发展。

五、讲究评价艺术，促进学生积极探究

在比较开放的教学环境下，学生的思维始终处于较积极的状态。在解决问题的过程中，不免会出现这样那样的不同想法，对学生各种想法如何评价，直接关系能否保护学生的积极性，恰当的评价将是“促进学生充分发展”的有效催化剂。

首先评价应以鼓励为主。评价应注意情感效应，对学生而言，不管是教师的评价，还是学生的互评，他都渴望得到一定的认可，获得成功感，因此，评价应以激励为主。例如，当学生的想法有道理，但表达得不够清楚，这时教师千万不可全盘否定，可以说，“你的想法很有道理，老师已经明白了你的意思，如果说得更明朗些，那么大家都能明白你的意思了，试试看。”如果学生的想法完全错误，也应用委婉的口气说：“看得出，你正在积极思考，但这种结论是错误的，没关系，再想想。”如果有的学生的想法出乎老师的意料，但又有道理，教师可以欣喜地说：“好!有创新，老师也从你的想法中长了见识。”当然激励的语言要注意恰到好处。千万不要言过其实，给人带来虚假的感觉，同时也要注意避免单调枯燥，机械重复一些套语，如“你真棒!”“好的”“很好”等等。

其次，评价的方式可以多样化。如可以采取教师评价与学生互评相结合，也可以采取一些小小的奖励手段等等。这种赏识孩子的方法，在课堂上激发了孩子的进取心，强化了其优良行为。孩子们表现得积极主动，课堂不断出现精彩的场面。实践证明，在这样一种人人都得到尊重和认可，人人都积极参与的状态下，学生的充分发展将不再是个空想。

六、今后打算：更新观念，改革课堂，利用学生，发展学生

我单位将以这次课改培训学习为契机，以县《高效课堂创建活动实施方案》为指导，结合实际，加强理论学习，强化课改与高效课堂观念，以“相信学生、解放学生、利用学生、发展学生”为目标，以导学案为突破口，积极致力于课堂教学改革，通过不断学习、探索，力争形成特色，真正解放学生，创建高效课堂。当然，高效课堂是我们正积极探索中的一种新的理念，更应该是我们每个教师追求的永恒的教学目标，在这条路上，我们需要做的还有很多，这需要我们孜孜不倦地努力追求。

One weekend in the golden autumn, the sun is shining and the autumn wind is

crisp. My mother and I went to visit the Palace Museum in the center of the

city. I was very happy.

Enter the gate of the Forbidden City, "wow! Its so big here!" I couldnt

help it. The mother said, "the most spectacular is still in the back!" We first

visited the architectural model of the imperial palace and its construction. I

know that the imperial palace covers an area of over 720,000 square meters, with

more than 9,000 rooms, all wooden structures, and all the wooden structures have

no nails. The palace is the blue and white stone base, the tall roof, the yellow

glazed tile, the pattern of the dragon everywhere, and decorated with the

brilliant color of the golden wall. I observed all the palaces, and found that

the palaces were lined up along the north-south axis, and spread out to the

sides, to the north and south, and to the right and left. I told mom, I found

We have been visiting the taihe temple from the imperial garden. What a

breathtaking view! In the Forbidden City, the most striking is the "three halls"

: the hall of supreme harmony, the hall of harmony, the hall of protection and

the temple. They are all built on the 8-meter-high base of the white jade, which

looks like the qiong yuyu in the myth. The first hall of supreme harmony was the

most magnificent building. People called it the "throne room". It was the place

where the emperor held the grand ceremony. It is 28 meters high, 63 meters, 35

meters north and south, and a large pillar with a diameter of 1 meter. Among

them, six large pillars, one meter in diameter around the throne, are flat

dragon pillars of leached gold. The throne is located at the base of the two

meters high in the temple, with the graceful crane and the top of the furnace,

followed by a carefully carved screen. The whole hall is decorated with golden

walls, which are both majestic and magnificent. The hall of neutralization was

the place where the emperor went to the hall of supreme harmony to take a rest

and exercise etiquette. Baohe and the temple are the place where the emperor

gives banquet to the king of the foreign land every New Year. This is just the

palace buildings, and house decoration is numerous, the rarities of the mother

said: "these treasures is only part of it, when Chiang kai-shek fled to Taiwan

carried away many treasure palace, there are some loss in a foreign country". I

feel sorry for the loss of these treasures. When will these lost treasures

return to the embrace of the motherland? I am looking forward to the reunion of

Taiwan and mainland as soon as possible.

The visit of the Forbidden City made me linger. The Palace Museum is an

unparalleled masterpiece. It is a miracle. Our five thousand years of Chinese

culture are profound and profound, and we should be proud and proud to have

built such a magnificent palace for the ancients. At the same time, we also have

the responsibility to protect these cultural relics from destruction, so that

the five thousand years of splendid civilization of the motherland will be

handed down.

When I lived in my hometown, I could play a lot of games with my friends.

Such as I could catch fish in the river, and I could play the game of hide and

seek in the mountain. I like living in the countryside so much, the closeness to

the nature brings me much pleasure. There is a tree in front of my house,

someday, I found bird’s nest in it. So I asked a couple of my friends to climbed

up the tree. We wanted to catch the little bird. But when I saw these lovely

creature, I changed my idea. I did not mean to hurt them. I gave up my plan, I

realized that every life was precious.
