With the improvement of living conditions, more and more people can live

longer. However, many old people always suffer from loneliness, which is one of

the major problems in today’s society. To make the old people live better, some

“有效的课堂”是我们教育实践者的不懈追求。通过一些学习，我对课堂教学的有效性展开了思索，在此谈谈自己的体会。

一、高效课堂重视课前的备课

(1)认真确定课堂教学目标。教师在备课前，应当认真阅读教材、教师用书，对所教授内容的三维目标、教材编写特点等要了然于胸，并结合学生的实际制定切实可行的课堂教学目标。所拟定的教学目标要具体、可操作，如果目标过高或过低，都容易使学生失去兴趣，而应当处于学生的“最近发展区”，即“跳一跳能摘到果子”。

(2)教学设计要关注学生学习过程。备课是上好课的前提，那么备课“备”什么?教师备课的重要指导思想不是备教师怎样“教”，而是备学生怎样“学”。教师要关注学生的学习基础、学习状态，精心设计学生学习的过程。要充分预设学生对哪部分内容学习困难大，应该如何实施，对哪部分内容学生容易产生分歧或独特见解，如何应对等。

(3)创造性地使用教材。课程改革实施以来，教师们都认识到应该“用”教材教，而不是“教”教材。教师要创造性地使用教材，变“死教”教材为“活用”教材，使课堂教学生动而有效。而创造性地使用教材是提高课堂教学有效性的关键之一。教师要创造性地使用教材，首先应当在认真钻研教材的基础上，能根据学情和教学需要对教材进行改进和补充，使之更好地为教学、为学生服务。其次是教师要勇于创新，大胆对教材进行“再加工”、“再创造”，使教材更加切合学生的实际，提高课堂教学的有效性。

二、高效课堂重视课中教学行为的有效性

课堂教学行为是教师的“教”和学生的“学”双边互动的过程。课改思想倡导学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式，而学生的这些学习方式都是在教师组织、指导等“教”的行为下发生的。要提高课堂教学的效益，重在提高教师“教”的行为的有效性。因此，教师在课堂教学中的每一个具体行为都应当精心地思考、精巧地设计。如何提高教师高效课堂教学行为的有效性呢?我认为：

(1)教师要着力打造平等、和谐的师生关系。教师要放下传统观念中“师道尊严”的架子，要“俯下身子”与学生交流。只有在和谐、平等、其乐融融的师生关系中，才有师生全身心的投入，教者神采飞扬，学者兴致高涨。这就需要教师树立以发展学生为本的观点，坚持教学为学生服务的思想。教师更要明确自己的角色定位，即自己是教学活动的组织者、合作者、参与者。此外，教师还要时刻铭记学生是有血有肉、活生生的人，而不是知识的容器，他们不是被动地接受知识，而是主动、积极地建构知识。

(2)教师要创设学习情境，激发学生学习兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师。教学中教师要尽可能地联系学生的实际，从生活或具体情境中引入数学新知，让学生在有效的情境中产生学习和探索的兴趣。教师要善于了解学生的学情，结合教学内容，努力创设各种生动形象的教学情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，引导他们积极、主动参与到学习中去。教师通过创设情境使学生产生学习新知的动机，积极投入到探索新知的活动中。

(3)高效课堂来自贴近学生生活的问题设置。力求从学生熟悉的生活情景与童话世界出发，选择学生身边的、感兴趣的数学问题，以激发学生学习的兴趣与动机，使学生初步感受数学与日常生活的密切联系。数学教学中，教师要不失时机创设与学生生活环境、知识背景密切相关的，又是学生感兴趣的学习情景，使学生从中感悟到数学的乐趣，产生学习的需要，激发探索新知识的积极性，主动有效地参与学习。

三、高效课堂重视课后的教学反思

“教无定法，教学是一门遗憾的艺术”。一堂课不会十全十美。我们自己每上一节课，都要进行深入的剖析、反思，对每一个教学环节预设与实际吻合、学生学习状况、教师调控状况、课堂生成状况等方面认真进行总结，找出有规律的东西，在不断“反思”中学习。促进课堂教学质量，教学效果也一定会更好。

一、宣传活动

(一)市级宣传活动

“全国疟疾日”前后，市卫生计生委将组织开展多种形式的疟疾防治宣传活动。具体如下：

1.4月26日下午，会同上海出入境检验检疫局在地铁陆家嘴站1号出口广场组织开展主题宣传活动，通过专家讲座、知识问答和发放宣传资料等形式，开展疟疾防治的健康宣传。

2.通过有线电视、广播电台、公共交通移动传媒和市、区县疾病预防控制中心网站等播放疟疾防治宣传片;通过上海疾控官方微信等，科学、准确地发布疟疾防治信息等。

3.会同上海出入境检验检疫局等部门，开展输入性疟疾疫情应对处置桌面推演。开展全市医务人员疟疾防治专题培训，举行疟疾实验室检测技能竞赛等。

(二)区县级宣传活动

各区县卫生计生委应围绕宣传主题，结合辖区实际，组织开展现场咨询解答、宣传资料发放等形式的宣传活动;深入社区、学校和有境外员工派遣的大型工厂企业等举办疟疾防治核心知识宣传科普讲座;开展辖区医疗机构医务人员疟疾防治业务培训等。

二、工作要求

(一)各区县卫生计生委应高度重视“全国疟疾日”宣传活动，加强对疟疾防治工作的组织和领导，充分利用开展“全国疟疾日”宣传活动的契机，进一步加强与辖区发改、教育、科技、经信、公安、财政、商务、文广、旅游等部门的沟通与协调，不断巩固和完善部门间的联防联控工作机制，认真实施《上海市消除疟疾行动计划(2010-2020年)》，切实落实各项防控措施。

(二)各区县卫生计生委应在“全国疟疾日”前后，结合辖区实际，充分利用报纸、广播、电视、互联网等各类媒体，开展形式多样、内容生动的疟疾防治宣传活动，为疟疾防治创造良好工作氛围。要主动与教育、旅游、出入境等部门沟通，配合做好中小学生、出国旅游、经商和务工人员等重点人群和有境外员工派遣的大型工厂企业等重点单位的针对性宣传活动，增强其自我防护意识，谨防境外感染，减少境外输入病例。市疾病预防控制中心应落实好市级宣传活动，加强对区县宣传活动的指导。市健康教育所应充分发挥“12320”公共卫生公益热线宣传平台作用，做好疟疾防治知识等的宣传和咨询解答。

(三)各级各类医疗机构应不断加强对医务人员的业务培训，切实提高疟疾诊治的技能和水平，提高警惕性和敏感性，发现病例及时报告。市和区县两级疾病预防控制机构应加强对网络报告病例的监测，主动发现疟疾病例，及时、规范、有效地处置疫情，结合爱国卫生运动，清除蚊虫孳生场所，阻断疟疾传播途径。

(四)各区县卫生计生委应于5月15日前将辖区活动总结(含视频、照片、宣传画等材料)报送至市疾病预防控制中心;市疾病预防控制中心应于5月20日前汇总全市宣传活动情况后报送至市卫生计生委疾控处。

高效课堂是针对课堂教学的无效性、低效性而言的。课堂教学的高效性，指在课堂教学中，通过教师的引领和学生积极主动的学习思维的过程，在课堂上高效率，高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效的发展。因此，评价课堂是否高效主要是看能否高效地促进学生的发展、高效地实现预期教学目的。它既是一种理念，也是一种教学策略，更是我们课堂教学的基本追求。

高效课堂改变了老师的教法和孩子的学法。传统课堂上老师是绝对的权威，老师的主导单位不可动摇，老师的言语不可置疑，而孩子却是有问题不敢问，也不敢提，更加不用说上台去展示了，但高效课堂却打破了这一现象，孩子的主导地位得到体现，老师的辅导地位得以明确，孩子改变观念以后真正成为了学习的主人。

现在回想一下，其实，最初我改革课堂模式初衷是想让自己轻松一点，那是××年××月一次听课，第一次见到一种与我不同的课堂模式的课后就深深的吸引，我觉得教师在课上真轻松，不用怎么板书，把教学目标、预习步骤打在投影上，课堂上让学生带着明确的任务预习规定的时间后，让学生讲解，而且，还当场完成课堂作业，并当场批改，后来知道这就是××模式，所以，这八年来我的课堂都有这种方式的影子，从××学校成功的课堂我再次体会到：要真正把课堂还给学生，把说话权还给学生，使学生真正在动的过程中得到提高。我想现在我要做的就是点燃学生智慧的火花，点燃后让学生自己燃烧!

高效课堂教学，我深深地体会到：

快乐是前提：学生是学习的主体，兴趣是高效课堂的前提，学生有兴趣学习，才能提高学习效率。

人文是内涵：数学课和其它学课有着不同的特点，不仅仅是传道授业解惑，还具备“对全体人民的科学思维与文化素质的哺育”，应该通过数学课堂让学生学习数学时不仅仅是为了获得数学知识，更要通过数学的学习来接受数学精神，数学思想和数学方法的熏陶，提高思维能力、锻炼意志品质。

总之，在数学教学中，教师要充分尊重和信任每一位学生，为他们提供充分的从事数学活动和交流的机会，通过学生与学生间互动、教师与学生间互动，让学生在交流与互动中焕发活力，在自主探究、合作交流中得到充分发挥，真正地让数学课堂变成学生交流与互动的舞台，有效地促进学生的可持续发展。

China is a developing country. Many years ago, I remembered seeing a lot of

news about criticizing how Chinese people copied the advanced technology of

developed countries. Nowadays, things have changed. There are some technologies
