二、如何落实 “小组合作—高效课堂”?

(一)合理分组与科学操作

1.优化学生组合，合理划分小组

根据学生平时的表现和成绩，把全班学生分成9个大组 (每组6或7人)。分组时充分考虑了学生的能力、兴趣、性别、性格等方面的因素，遵循“组内异质、组间同质”的原则，每个小组都有a、b、c、三层学生，每层有2人，多者c层有3人。然后，又按上述的分组原则，将每个大组划分成两个小组，每小组3或4人，a、b各任小组长，两人分工合作。同时a兼大组长，负责全组工作。座位由传统的“排排坐”变为“对桌坐”。并且，座位编排兼顾了对桌互补，邻桌帮扶，这样利于组内互助与组间竞争。

2. 加强小组管理

为了发挥小组合作学习的功能，至关重要的是对小组加强管理。合作学习开始前，教师要使学生明确合作学习任务，对操作程序说明，并对学生进行集体合作精神的教育。同时给予小组长一定的权力和责任，组织本组成员在课内外开展学习活动，教师随时指导小组长的工作，培养小组长的管理能力，保证小组合作学习有序的进行。

(1)独立思考。在组织合作学习之前，老师要留给学生独立思考的时间与空间。建构主义认为：学生的学习就是在已有的知识经验的基础上主动构建新知的过程，学生只有通过对问题的独立思考，才能主动为新知的构建提供心理与物质的准备，才能培养不盲从，有自己独特见解的学生。

在学生自学交流的过程中。教师要巡视指导，必要时进行讲解，随时对自学进展好的小组给予表扬，给进展较慢的小组予以鼓励。确保真正发挥每个小组成员的积极性，形成集体的智慧。

(2) 测试竞赛

当学完某个单元后，由各小组自己进行相互检测。各小组成员按知识点共命一套测试题，抄写几份，上课时组与组之间互换试题，并在规定时间内完成，然后交对方批改。老师根据每组试题的质量、互测学生对知识的掌握情况，出示课前准备的竞赛，评出名次，最后按名次给出该小组课堂活动成绩。

尽管“小组合作—高效课堂”的实施不是一帆风顺，但我还是有不少的收获!从教师层面看，由单纯研究教材转变为研究学生、研究课堂组织、反思课堂效率，极大地提高了教师本身的综合能力;从学生层面看，彻底改变了学生的学习方式。学生不再是被动的听、被动的做，而是自己独立思考、积极合作、勇于实践，感悟知识的内在联系，生成自己的感受，从而有所收获，极大地调动了学生的学习积极性。尤其是“兵教兵，兵练兵”的合作、交流、展示、评价等措施使后进生收益很大，成绩有了大幅度提高，学习兴趣日益浓厚。

“小组合作”这一学习模式让学生充分体验到独立思考与群体智慧交合的成功，让孩子们品尝到了自我发现的乐趣，对学生综合素质的提升起了重要作用!我自己也真正的体悟到“教”与“学”的乐趣!真正实现了教学相长!

As the only child in my family, I know how much effort my parents put upon me, therefore I want to do something for my parents .I can give them hugs and kisses when they get home after a day of hard work. Everyone has different hobbies.Some people like to paint and others like to play basketball.I have many hobbies because I like to do many things.Let me share a few of my hobbies with you.

To begin with,I really lie games,both indoor and outdoor.I like collecting cards and playing card games with my friends.But my favorite games are vidio games.I could play them all day long.On the other hand,I also like being outside in the fresh air and sunshine,so I play a lot of sports.I like riding and rollerblading very much,but swimming is my favorite sport.

All our life, we will meet all kinds of difficulties, we have to face them

will meet different people and confront with distress, most people feel uneasy
