初中英语高效课堂实施方案通用20篇

“先学后教”的课堂教学结构，对我影响很大，我还在学习、模仿并努力运用这种教学模式。通过学习我有了新的体会，学习这种先进教学经验，根本在于改变观念，要实实在在的学，根据学生的具体情况，打造高效优质课堂。

一、对“先学后教 当堂训练”的认识

“先学后教，当堂训练”的实质是：从上课到下课，学习的全过程都是让学生自学，教师由讲授者变为组织者。牢固地确立“以学生为主体，教师为主导，面向全体学生”的现代教育观念，真心实意地尊重学生，关心学生，热爱学生，突出学生在学校的主体地位，为“每一个学生都能学好”创设良好的环境。“没有教不好的学生”、“让每一位家长满意”、“没有差生，只有差异”诸如此类的话编织成了师生之间的一条条感情纽带，让每位踏进课堂的人都感受到一种温暖。

“先学后教，当堂训练”的教学模式在课堂教学中把引导学生自主学习放在首位，教师引导学生自学和探索，帮助学生在克服困难上下工夫，这种教学要求有效地制约了习惯于“满堂灌”的老师，这对建立“以学生为主体”的素质教育是十分重要的，但也不能忽略发挥老师的主导作用。有些属于教师该讲的内容必须讲清楚，讲准确。当然，老师更应该结合检测中暴露出来的问题，找一些具有针对性的训练题，有重点的对薄弱环节进行强化训练，让学生迅速弥补学习上的缺失和漏洞。

二、如何指导学生“先学”

所谓“先学”，就是我们上课时先把自学指导，它包括学习内容，有时还有重点、难点展示给学生，然后让学生自己带着思考去读书，去学习，去解疑。这正是新的课标新的理念要求我们做到的。这样可以充分调动学习的积极性，因为通过“先学”，学生至少要将本书的内容看一遍，先熟悉，然后才能要求掌握。那么如何能做好“先学”这一步，对于精读课文第一课时及略读课文我一般采用如下步骤：

1.读课文之前先让学生用阿拉伯数字标出自然段的序号，了解文章共有几个自然段，便于教学活动中师生操作。如果学生可直接向老师讲清楚：我从第几自然段中的什么词语或句子读懂了什么，也可以直接说明第几自然段的哪个地方有疑问，便于师生交流互动。

2.边读课文边在文中圈出生字新词，对个别不认识的字词，通过查字典注上拼音，对不理解的词语，通过查汉语词典或联系上下文、生活实际等途径理解其意思，并整理到预习本或书上，以便第二天在小组中讨论。这样有助于提高学生自学字词的能力，扫除语言文字上的障碍。

3.再读课文，概括课文主要内容，理清文章脉络，用“∥”给课文分段;用“△△”标出重点词语;用“?”标出不懂的地方;用 “~~~~”画出文章的优美句子反复朗读，并在其旁边批注自己的点滴体会。长此以往，学生会慢慢养成“不动笔墨不看书”的好习惯，对语言文字的内化吸收也能逐步加强，有效提高了语文的读写能力。

4.结合课后思考题朗读课文，把答案写在预习本上，有条件的同学还可以上网查找与课文内容相关的资料，了解作者的生平及时代背景等，加深对课文的理解感悟。

三、如何进行“后教”

所谓“后教”，也就是老师针对学生的共性问题进行点拨，引导学生按照自学指导看例题，找规律，以达到理解应用。“后教”实质就是老师发现问题，解决问题，进行点拨的过程。“后教”，不是教师漫无目的地教，而是在学生充分自学后，教师与学生、学生与学生之间互动式的学习，我认为教师在 “后教”这一环节中应该做到：学生在自学过程中，教师通过巡视，准确掌握学生的自学情况，在学生自学结束之后，发动学生通过讨论、质疑、交流等方式自行解决自学过程中暴露出的问题。让已会的学生来教不会的学生，促使学生相互合作、互相帮助，达到“兵”教“兵”的目的。学生在交流的过程中，可以反映出学生不同的思维水平，反映出学生“先学”的水平与态度的不同层次，如果教师再采用不同的激励、评价手段，那么将有利于促进学生“先学”自觉意识的形成，提高学生的学习能力。在课堂上，采用小组整体评价与个人评价相结合，生生评价、师生评价、生自评等不同的评价与激励方法。另一方面，为了考核学生对“先学”的态度，在课堂教学与课后应加强对学生“先学”的检查与辅导，在检查的过程中及时给予评价，在评价个人的同时也评价小组，把对个人的评价融入到对小组的整体评价中，促使学生必须认真关注“先学”，让小组帮助教师督促学生“先学”，有利于形成人人争先的良好氛围。

总之，应用这一教学模式进行教学，教师必须加强自身理论学习，对教学方法和学生的学习方式要熟练掌握并形成技能，坚持不懈地让这一教学思想渗入到每个学生的心中，形成一定的学习习惯。“先学后教”简简单单的几个字，其中蕴含的却是先进的教学理念：“教师的责任不在教，而在教学生学”;“先学后教，以教导学，以学促教”，才能取得最佳的教学效果。

Communication is the activity of conveying information through the exchange

of thought, messages, or information. There are many communicating methods, such

as speech, visuals, signals, writing or body languages.

It plays an important role in social lives of human beings, which some

people consider that it’s the basic of human existence.

On the one hand, it’s the communication that spreads information, making us

know the news although it’s far from us. By communicating with others, people

send and get information that helps us know about our surroundings. We all know

that information is extremely important in our lives. On the other hand,

communication builds personal relationship, which connects different people

together. We live in the same society which makes personal relationship

essential in lives. Only with communication can we build and keep good personal

relationships with others. In addition, communication can eliminate

When I was very small, I always looked forward to the coming of Christmas

Day, because it meant that I would have presents early in the morning. It was

such an exciting thing for me. My mother told me that if I was doing well in the

year, the Santa Claus would give me bonus. I believed in it and I acted

通过一段时间的学习，渐渐认识到高效课堂就是在有限的时间和空间内，用恰当的教学方式激发学生的积极性、主动性，让学生主动参与学习的过程，获得较大容量的真正有效的知识，同时充分培养和锤炼学生的创新精神和实践能力，形成良好的情感、正确态度和价值观，从而促进学生的全面发展。高效课堂绝不是只图眼前热闹的应景之举，而是实实在在的求真务实的活动。

那么，如何才能更好的打造高效课堂呢?我认为应该把握好以下几点：

第一，转变教学观念和教学方式。课堂低效多是教师教学观念较落后，没有积极采用新课改理念，教学仍以讲为主，不是把课堂交给学生，自己组织、引导学生学习。教师必须在课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断转变教学观念，进而转变教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，从而提高课堂效率。

第二，精心备课，尤其是备学生。现在教师把主要精力放在了上课上，而不是放在备课上，没有精心备课就去上课，以致课堂效率较低。教师在备课时，不但要根据教学内容精心设计教学过程，采用不同的教法处理重难点，更要认真学习课程标准，认真研究课本和教法，充分备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第三，研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，有些教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第四，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答。这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提时间和要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干。这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第五，积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师要根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制。同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高小组的自主学习、合作学习的效果。这样，小组学习就可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

第六，激发学生的学习兴趣。课堂上，学生的学习兴趣高不高，也影响到课堂效率的高低。现实中，有些课上学生没精打采，既不积极地思考问题，也不积极地回答问题，课堂气氛沉闷，这样的课堂效率不会高。兴趣是最好的老师，兴趣也是提高效率的法宝。课堂教学要提高效率和质量，首先必须激发学生学习的兴趣，点燃他们求知的火花，才能引发他们求知的欲望，调动起学习的积极性，使他们喜欢课堂。在教学过程中，时时调动学生的积极思维，处处开启学生的心智，课课给学生以知识、方法及新颖感，营造一种浓厚的学习氛围，使学生在轻松、愉悦、和谐的气氛中自觉的获取知识和养成能力，变“要我学”为“我要学”。教师的课堂教学设计只有让学生保持较高的学习兴趣，能围绕学习目标积极地参与、认真地思考，才能使课堂教学有效、高效。

总之，就是每一堂课教师要为学生营造轻松、和谐、愉悦的课堂教学氛围，使学生在轻松和谐愉悦的课堂氛围中，有最理想的学习状态，才能达到高效课堂。

Zhi Nu was said to be the youngest of seven daughters of the Queen of Heaven. With her sisters, she worked hard to weave beautiful clouds in the sky, while Niu Lang was a poor orphan cowherd, driven out of his home by his elder brother and his cruel wife.

Niu Lang lamented over his lonely and poor life with an old cow, his only friend and companion. The magical cow kindly told him of a way to find a beautiful and nice woman as his life companion.

Under the direction of the cow, Niu Lang went to the riverside on an evening, where the seven fairies slipped out of their heavenly palace to bathe.

He took one of the beautiful silk dresses the fairies had left on the bank. When the fairies left the water, tthe youngest couldn‘‘t find her clothes and had to see her sisters fly back to heaven without her.

Then Niu Lang came out with the dress and asked the youngest fairy, Zhi Nu, to stay with him.

Several years passed on Earth, which were only a few days in heaven. Niu Lang and Zhi Nu lived happily together and had two children before the Queen of Heaven discovered Zhi Nu‘‘s absence.

She was so annoyed she had Zhi Nu brought back to heaven. Seeing his beloved wife flying in the sky, Niu Lang was terrified. He caught sight of the cowhide hanging on a wall. The magical cow had told him before dying of old age: "Keep the cowhide(牛皮) for emergency use."

Putting the cowhide on, he went after his wife with his two children.

With the help of the cowhide, Niu Lang was able to follow Zhi Nu into heaven. He was about to reach his wife when the Queen showed up and pulled off her hairpin to draw a line between the two. The line became the Silver River in heaven, or the Milky Way.

Zhi Nu went back to the heavenly workshop, going on weaving the clouds. But she was so sad, and missed her husband across the Silver River so much that the clouds she weaved seemed sad. Finally, the Queen showed a little mercy, allowing the couple to meet once every year on the Silver River

牛郎上天无路，还是老牛告诉牛郎，在它死后，可以用它的皮做成鞋，穿着就可以上天。牛郎按照老牛的话做了，穿上牛皮做的鞋，拉着自己的儿女，一起腾云驾雾上天去追织女，眼见就要追到了，岂知王母娘娘拔下头上的金簪一挥，一道波涛汹涌的天河就出现了，牛郎和织女被隔在两岸，只能相对哭泣流泪。他们的忠贞爱情感动了喜鹊，千万只喜鹊飞来，搭成鹊桥，让牛郎织女走上鹊桥相会，王母娘娘对此也无奈，只好允许两人在每年七月七日于鹊桥相会。

后来，每到农历七月初七，相传牛郎织女鹊桥相会的日子，姑娘们就会来到花前月下，抬头仰望星空，寻找银河两边的牛郎星和织女星，希望能看到他们一年一度的相会，乞求上天能让自己能象织女那样心灵手巧，祈祷自己能有如意称心的美满婚姻，由此形成了七夕节。

4月4日至5日我参加了《小学高校课堂教学模式培训》，通过这两天的培训使我真正懂得了什么是“高校课堂”。

所谓“高效课堂”就是用尽可能少的时间获取最大教学效益的教学活动。开展“高效课堂”研讨，其指导思想归纳起来就是两个减轻两个提高：减轻教师的教学负担，减轻学生的学业负担，提高教师教学效益，提高学生学习效益。最终达到提高学校整体教育教学质量的目的。

那么，究竟什么是高效课堂呢?

从学生角度来讲，高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思。从这个角度来说，高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

从教师角度来说，高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适应性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消化，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使教学目标的达成度更高。

那么，如何构建高效课堂呢?

第一、抓好教师教学观念的转变和教学方式的转变。教师教学观念的转变不是一蹴而就的事，必须在推进课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断推动教师观念的转变，进而转变教师的教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，逐步解决忽视学生情感、态度、价值观目标实现的问题。

第二、开展以学课标、研课本、研方法、课后反思等为主要形式的校本培训。在教学实践中我们发现，在很多情况下，课堂的低效是由教师对课标与课本的学习与研究不足所造成的，而教师这方面的不足又影响和制约了其课堂驾驭能力，课堂驾驭能力又反过来影响课堂教学的效率。

第三、抓好教师备课中的备学生问题。不少教师在备课时，只习惯于备教学内容，而忽视备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适应性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第四、研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第五、加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第六、积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，可以把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制，同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高学习小组的自主学习效果。这样，可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

第七推行作业分层布置制度。教师在布置课堂练习和课后作业时，必须充分考虑不同学生的学习水平，做到“不布置死记硬背、机械训练作业，布置启发性、思考性作业;不布置重复性作业，布置可选择性、层次性作业;不布置繁难偏旧作业，布置实践性、研究性作业”。布置的作业数量要少，质量要高，要避免进入“教师随意布置大量作业——学生应付作业——教师随意批改作业——教师再随意布置过多作业——学生再应付作业”的恶性循环，消除教师无暇顾及教学内容的研究和设计、无暇顾及研究学生的现象，从而解决学生不堪重负、疲于应付、厌学情绪滋生等问题。因此，加强作业的管理与指导，避免超负荷、重复性、低水平的作业，给每个学生留有充分自主发展的余地，是提高课堂教学效率必由之路。(以上内容来自互联网，特此说明。)
