第一，转变教学观念和教学方式。课堂低效多是教师教学观念较落后，没有积极采用新课改理念，教学仍以讲为主，不是把课堂交给学生，自己组织、引导学生学习。教师必须在课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断转变教学观念，进而转变教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，从而提高课堂效率。

第二，精心备课，尤其是备学生。现在教师把主要精力放在了上课上，而不是放在备课上，没有精心备课就去上课，以致课堂效率较低。教师在备课时，不但要根据教学内容精心设计教学过程，采用不同的教法处理重难点，更要认真学习课程标准，认真研究课本和教法，充分备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第三，研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，有些教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第四，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答。这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提时间和要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干。这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第五，积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师要根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制。同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高小组的自主学习、合作学习的效果。这样，小组学习就可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

自我县实施高效课堂改革以来，我迷茫过，退缩过，怀疑过，但是硬着头皮一步步跟着课改的步伐慢慢走来，感触颇深，收获颇大。

我觉得上好一节好的高效课，必须有活跃课堂气氛，把课堂真正还给学生，让学生做课堂的主人。在课堂上要积极营造适合学生发展的学习氛围，让学生想说、能说，会交流，会合作，会展示，让学生在互动的氛围中激活思维、发展能力、培养个性，真正让学生乐学、想学，从而为教学提供保障，这就是我理解的高效课堂。

如果想要更好地实施高效课堂，我们必须把预习提前，这样为我们的课堂节约很多时间，就是让学生按导学案进行自学，在课堂上，先是师友互查，第一检查是否完成，第二检查完成质量，把不会的题上交小组，小组内讨论，把共性问题呈交课堂，让学生把自己提前写的答案尽可能多的展示在黑板上，因为数学本身就是一题多解，不管对与错，都应该给与及时的鼓励与肯定。这样学生才会大胆动脑，大胆展示与交流，成为数学课堂的主人。通过展示与质疑解决本节课的重点与难点。

下面我以九年级数学上册的一节探究课作为例子说明一下。我讲的是《二次函数的图像》，在教学中我采用了探究的教学方式，在教师的配合引导下，让学生自己动手作图，观察、归纳出二次函数的性质，体验知识的形成过程，力求体现"主体参与、自主探索、合作交流、指导引探"的教学理念。整个教学过程主要分为三部分：

第一部分是前置性作业，前置作业是前一天发给学生的，主要涉及如何作图(二次函数y=ax2的图像)、一次函数性质等问题。在课堂上让学生汇报作图中遇到的困难，教师再去订正，效果要好很多。

第二部分是探究活动。一是让学生在坐标纸上画出二次函数y=2x2的图象，每一个小组找一对师友把图画在黑板上，有问题的老师适时点拨。观察图像在老师的引导下说出函数的性质。探究活动二是独立画出函数y=-2 x2的图象，然后是自主探讨当a

第三部分是课堂检测。最后五分钟时我让学生们独立完成课堂检测部分题目。

本节课从当堂的反馈来看，两班共有六十七人，只有两个人没有完成基础题部分，八人因为知识点不清晰，做错一道题，十五人完成了选做题，百分之九十以上的同学能掌握本节课的知识，达到了学习目标中的要求。以前讲这部分内容，都要分为两个课时，学生不爱画图，觉得简单，一看就会，但是一画就错，细节性的错误很多，比如坐标轴不写x、y，不标正方向等等。通过师友纠错，组内讨论，学生把图都能画对，而且都画得很漂亮。这是以前的讲授法从来没有做到的。课下让每组学师负责教会找那八名同学和两个没有完成基础问题的同学(如果两个都不对的找组长解决)，第二天上课第一件事就是检测，出乎意料的是每个同学都过关了。同学们高兴地告诉我：“王老师，我也会学数学了”。

Today, many people, especially young people, are phone freaks. They are addicted to their mobile phones. They always spend too much time chatting or watching movies on their mobile phones. They have less time to communicate with their friends and family members. They often feel anxious without mobile phones.

Depending on mobile phones too much is a kind of illness. Its bad for health. Looking at the mobile phones too often is bad for our eyes. Playing with mobile phones is a waste of time and gets in the way of study.

Phones can help us communicate more easily and know more about whats happening around the world. If we can use them at proper time and proper situations, they can help us have a better, happier life.

通过构建高效课堂的学习培训我受益匪浅。我从中明白了自己应从那几个方面来进行构建高效。课堂教学的高效性，最终反映在学生对于教学内容的掌握上，这也是一堂课是否“好”的关键。在教学中我们要力求做到：每一节课都有明确清晰的教学方向;每一节课都让学生有实实在在的认知收获和学科感悟;引导学生进行深入的思维和有深度的交流讨论;加强教学的针对性，不断提升教学的层次和水平，使教学走在发展的前面;注重高水平的预设又要注重动态的生成。我还从中领会到：教育要有大发展，必需与时俱进，不断创新，同时善于抓住机遇，锐意进取，才能蓬勃发展。

这次学习不仅内容丰富，而且学习的形式非常新颖，采取移动式学习，即有集中理论学习，又有听评课实践活动 “构建有效课堂、高效课堂”研讨会使我转变教育思想，树立现代教育管理理念，着力提高课堂教学效益。老师们探索的新的课堂教学模式，既让教师教得轻松，又使学生学得愉快。在这样一个学习环境中，学生乐于参与，积极探究，合作交流，学在其中，乐在其中。××、××、××等几位老师执讲的观摩课，真正体现了“课堂因互动而精彩，学生因自主而发展”的新课程理念。其中使我感受最深的是：他们主要通过加强教师教育教学理论学习与积累，提高教师的理论修养;通过加强教师视觉的积累，提高教师的教育教学研究能力;通过加强教师教育教学的反思，提高教师教育教学技能，促使教研型教师的成长。

回顾反思参加构建高效课堂理论学习，在此谈一下自己对教学的体会和感悟：

首先，锐意进取，敢于探索。××老师曾说过，“把孩子们当作活生生的人来看待，让校园里充满民主平等，让老师学生在校园里自由呼吸!教育就不会有多少问题”。由此，我联想到我们的课堂教学，尽管并不完全是老师“满堂灌”，但是学生并没有完全地参与到课堂的教学中，只是被动地听。这样就大大地助长了学生对老师的依赖心理和懒惰心理。因此，在以后的课堂教学中，我们教师应积极调动学生的学习兴趣，让学生大胆地讲，大胆地说，让学生积极地参与到学习当中，在“动”中学。我们教师的任务并不仅仅为教给学生知识，更重要的是教会学生如何学习，只有这样，才能实现我们新课改的目的!

其次，我觉得今后我们的课堂要加强师生间的情感交流，形成亲切、和谐的氛围，给课堂创造一种群体的感情氛围，使师生产生共鸣。由此，我感触颇深，今后在课堂上，一定要注意用自己真诚的心，亲切的教态来组织课堂，来感染每一位同学，并且要潜移默化的教育孩子如何做人，如何做事，做到“学高为师，身正为范”，让赏识教育推动课堂的有效高效发展。

再次，教师要精心备课，使学生们的课堂真正达到了积极参与和有效参与的统一。

教师为主导，学生为主体，把课堂真正的还给了学生。老师真正轻松了吗?不是的。因为“功夫在课外”，老师的任务更重了。只有充分预习，才会有丰富多彩的课堂展示。要使学生在课堂上的活动有意义，一定要加强预习。学生的预习实际上是在教师指导下的自学，帮助学生明确目标任务、引导学生掌握学习方式方法，教师的精心备课准备，充分自觉地把学生带入了一种想学、能学、抢着学的氛围之中。使学生们不但能积极参与课堂并且能有效地参与课堂。

我们要立足本土，因地制宜，不搞形式，尽心备课，让学生们的潜能在课堂上超常的释放出来，让学生们的思维在课堂上动起来，学生的灵感生发出来，课堂精彩起来!

教育作为一门艺术，而我们怎样成为一名艺术家，这就需要我们必须提高我们的教育管理水平和我们的教育科研能力，提高自身修养。有了一些进步，让我进一步丰富自己的专业知识，提高理论水平，使自己取得更大的进步。总之，通过这次培训的学习收获很大，同时我也努力将这次的学习收获尽快地运用到我的工作实践中，为教育事业发展贡献自己的一份力量。
