“铃铃铃”上课铃响了，我马上跑回教室做好上课准备，这一节是英语课，我很兴奋，因为我实在是太喜欢上英语课了。

在课堂上，我特别喜欢老师听写，因为每次听写都能取得好成绩，在我的听写本里，差不多每页都盖满了表示满分的鲜红印章。

上英语课的时候，我经常主动举手发言，积极回答老师的问题，比起上语文、数学等其它课，回答问题的次数多了四、五次，经常受到老师的表扬。

每逢上英语课，我都非常认真，坐得端端正正，注意力非常集中，炯炯有神的大眼睛总是望着老师和黑板，认真地听老师讲解课文，注意老师的单词发音。课后总是反复拼读英语单词，并大声朗读课文，遇到不懂的地方就请教老师或父母。

我上其它课的时候，总的来说都是不错的，只是偶尔忍不住会说说话，还有的是没有经常举手发言。

这就是英语课堂上的我，希望大家能喜欢这个可爱的我。

下午，我们来到了海鲜超市，我一进去就嗅到了我最讨厌的海鲜味，在家人的劝阻下我才知道有的海鲜好吃，我一口吃了一大把。日照的海鲜很便宜长治50元的日照买5元。

在日照的两天，我们在海边赶海。捕小鱼，行程虽短但，但美景却常绕在我心中。

参加江门市实验小学优质课观摩活动，期间我聆听了两位骨干教师精彩的课堂教学，收获很多。置身于课堂教学中，看到两位老师气定神闲、信手拈来，不仅让我连声赞叹，这样的功底岂能一日为之?课堂上老师们先进的教学风格、变化多端的教学形式，这些都给我留下了深刻的印象和启迪。赞叹之余，更多的是深深地沉思，从中让我更深刻地体会到了学习的重要性与紧迫感。下面谈谈自己的听课体会：

一、课堂形式的多样化

对于儿童来说，一本书是枯燥无味，教师需要采用不同的方式去刺激学生、培养学生的兴趣，激发学生的求知欲，引导学生热爱学习。针对这低年级的儿童的心理和身理特征，实验小学低年级开展绘本课程，通过讲故事，演故事形式进行。从3分钟《小鼹鼠找新家》，两个低年级学生声情并茂，动作大方，校本课程不但让学生在听故事中学到了知识，同时还培养了学生的表达能力、语言组织能力和自己动手的能力，也给学生锻炼口才的机会。

实验小学还选用经典诵读、你问我猜等多种形式来上好国学棵，保持学生的对国学好奇心和新鲜劲。再比如单单诵读这一项来说，实验小学也采用多种形式，像分小组读、男女读，诗句接龙读、问答式读……尽量做到课堂实现形式的多样化，不断的刺激学生，以达到我们国学课的要求。

二、快乐的课堂气氛

罗曼•罗兰曾经说过：“要播撒阳光到别人心里，先要自己心里有阳光。”任何人只有在轻松、愉悦的心情下学习才是丰富生动的，也只有在保持快乐心情的时候，学习才是有效的。在王林老师《临死前的严监生》一课中，我感受到学生们学习的快乐。

王林老师给予不同程度的学生都提供了展示的机会，学生们有的展示有感情朗读课文，有的说自己的想法，有的展示扩词，有的展示课文朗读，还有的交流自己的读书感受。因为人人都有机会，因此人人都为能够展示自己而激动万分，争先恐后地发言，学习兴趣非常浓厚。

三、教师深厚的知识素养，让人叹服

小学学生以具体形象思维为主，他们主要通过模仿来获取知识。小学学生心理、智力、知识等方面发展尚不成熟、独立性差，尚不能辨别知识的真伪。这一阶段的学生对教师有一种特殊的信任、崇拜，认为教师说的一切都是对的，甚至不相信父母的话以教师的话惟命是从。实验小学的王林老师以深厚的知识素养影响着学生，押韵的白话文朗朗上口，使学生产生“我们老师懂得可真多”的感想，从而激起他们向老师学习、向老师看齐的愿望，让我由衷地敬佩。学生洋洋洒洒的说上几句白话文，让我感叹，还让我忏愧。

On the second day， we were examined on history and geography in the morning and physics and chemistry in the afternoon。

当然，在英语方面，我也是犯了一些原则性的错误。前几天，老师突然在早上检查起了作业，要知道平日里老师是很少用课堂上的时间来做这样耽误时间的事的。可是那天，也是因为我的一些失误，作业有些未完成的没有告诉老师(再说句实话，告诉老师，真的很得罪人，就是因为怕得罪人，所以.....可是，世界上哪里有不自私的人啊?!!)也是被狠批了一顿，并跟着他们被多布置了几遍作业。对此，我很是心服，我也当然知道这是不对的，是害了同学。可是我却是因为怕得罪同学，我觉得这是我思想上的问题，今后我也应当正确承担起课代表应付的责任，真心为同学服务，所以，这也应了一开始我就说的话，老师对一切同学都是一视同仁的!

这便是我的英语老师，一个能够一视同仁，为同学着想，一个真正让我心服的老师!

过去的我是一个好动、又容易走神的男孩，坐在教室里，总向往外面的世界。看！外面轻风拂柳，悠悠沁河，缕缕阳光，如果此时的我可以在外面尽情的嬉戏，那该是多么的快乐啊！想着，想着，我就想入非非了。突然老师一声吼，“吴谨，怎么又走神了。”我赶紧定了定神，看着老师又开始讲了，我的心又开始在外面飞翔。现在的我积极发言，大胆质疑，勇敢展示，是什么原因让我发生了翻天覆地的变化呢？没错，就是华严中学推进的高效课堂。

现在的我依然好动，依然喜欢上课走神，心依然想要无拘无束的飞翔。可是，老师们不再整节整节的讲，给我提供飞翔的机场；同学们也都不再静静地听课，给我提供飞翔的环境；时不时的还会有听课的老师进来，给我来点飞行的提示。我的心再也无法像以前一样自由的飞翔。这不，同学们叫我了，快来讨论问题，我问讨论什么呀，数学啊，于是我被拉入了一片讨论声中。他们一会这个问我，那个求我，我说不会也不好意思。于是我热情的加入了他们，做题也变的小心翼翼，当我们小组第一个完成时，我们会非常自豪的向老师汇报，当我们的展示受到老师的表扬时，我们是那样的幸福。

高效课堂培养了我们的团队精神，我们能互相取长补短，共同进步，记得有一次我有一道数学题不会做，我们组的成员都过来帮助我，他们耐心地为我讲解，我的问题迎刃而解，经过我们大家的共同努力，我们组在班级中脱颖而出，在课堂上表现的特别出色。

I always hear about my friends complaining, they say their income is such low that they cant not make ends meet. At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 9 am to 5 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. While I see another friend, he works so hard, his working hour is very unstable, sometimes he even works until 9 pm. The fact is that he earns the most between my friends. “嗯——嘟——”“唰”同学们再次把目光投向小五，有的同学甚至站起来。这次，我们都受到了惊吓。难道小五被鬼魂附体了吗？难道这世间真的有鬼不成？

可我们都没有看见小五的同桌早已笑的前仰后合。在真相好似已经水落石出之时，那个笑得快岔了气的同桌却说：“不好意思，小五他……”“什么？带手机了？”

“小五他早上红薯吃多了，放了几个屁而已，让大家受惊了……”

After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Yesterday I had a surprise call from Tom suggesting we turn out for a short ride. This being my intention anyway I gladly agreed and we met up at Jiedaokou Station at about ten o’clock.

As Tom has a permanent Sunday Lunch appointment at 12-30pm we opted to make a round trip to Hannan . The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .
