Today is August 5. I have to study at home in the morning. In the afternoon, I first learned two hours after the acquisition, and then I turned on the computer. In the evening, I and my parents together go to the seaside to swim, I still had to drink a few mouth water.

传统的英语教学方式一般以组织教学、讲授知识、巩固知识、运用知识和检查知识来展开，在教学中就亲身感觉到学生在课堂上容易走神，倦怠，提不起兴趣，参与课堂极少。而新课改下的“英语高效课堂”，我校探索出了“导，启，主，动”式教学模式，是通过教师引导启发、设置情景，使学生能够主动思考、积极探索，热情参与，实现学生多方面能力综合发展、培养学生能力的一种教学模式。

现将从以下三个方面汇报学习总结与感悟：

一.机会难得，热情高涨。

首先感谢杨老师和学校领导多次给我外出学习的机会，让我开阔眼界，丰富知识，提升能力，逐步成长，更好的工作。不胜感激!说句实在话，真的有些累，学习内容安排的满满的，甚至是计划多了，时间不够，可激情深邃的报告与热情精彩的公开课让你来不及去思索累与不累，只有沉浸其中……

二.内容丰盈，异彩纷呈

1.咸慧校长的报告---先哲苏格拉底。

咸慧是一位女校长，干练的外表，激情的语言，的确有感染力与号召力。她的报告内容深刻，意义深远，作为女校长，有如此超前的教育意识，丰厚的文化底蕴，锲而不舍的钻研精神着实令人欣佩。她向我们介绍了先哲苏格拉底的哲学思想、教育思想等，震撼了我的心灵，启迪了我的智慧。在以后的学习与工作中我将不遗余力的感悟其哲学思想与教育思想并彻头彻尾的实践在教育教学此文转自斐斐课件园中。

2.李梦康老师的三节公开课。

三节公开课分为说读课，听写课，综合课。大致是用这样的三节课结束一单元的学习。听之前就很难苟同，听之后也很难谋和。李老师的课无非是打破上课的常规，打乱教材的顺序进行灌输性的教学，跨越太大，内容太简，结构太乱，违背学生的认知规律。再者教师的基本素质也很一般，总之，感觉不是很舒服。但是李老师的执着与奉献，勤奋与钻研的精神让我陷入深深的思考，从他身上，我学到的是他执著于教育事业、孜孜不倦、严谨勤奋、潜心钻研、尽心尽责的那种热爱工作，热爱生活的高品位的生命形式。这些，促使我反思以前的工作，更好的展开现在的工作。

3.张秀玲老师的公开课

张老师是日照市一位优秀的英语教师，多次参加省级讲课比赛，战绩赫赫。有幸听张老师的课犹如丰盛的大餐，营养丰富，回味无穷。张老师那镇静的教态，流畅的口语，严谨的组织，活泼的教学，精心的设计，让整堂课如行云流水般的舒畅，蓝天碧水般的清澈，柠檬怡人般的清新。Wonderful ! 受益匪浅，我将不断学习，不断思考，不断更新理念，全新的投入英语教学。

4.阅读课教学的设计与组织---徐庆仰

日照市教学研究室的徐主任对阅读课教学的设计与组织给出了精辟的的理论和独到的见解，他那种最前沿的思考与指导对进行阅读教学有很明确的指导意义。主要从以下几个方面给我启示：

(1.)阅读教学设计步骤要分析课文的真实语义、语境、语用目的;设计恰当的阅读技能与学习目的;确认图式差异---即学生尚无课文理解却需要的图式;设计目标。

(2.)阅读教学应遵循：意义理解在先，语言学习在后;体现层次;先主旨后细节;先表层后深层;阅读技巧贯穿于始终;知识学习基于语篇。

(3.)阅读步骤。分别阐明Pre-reading While-reading Post-reading 三环节的aims﹠strategies.有很强的可操作性和实用性。

三.收获颇丰，感悟至深

每次的学习对于工作在教学第一线的我，感觉是幸福而又充实的，因为面对不同风格的名师，不同类型的讲座，能感受到思想火花的冲击。耳濡目染的东西很多，但要采他山之玉为我所用，纳百家之长解我所困却需要一个消化吸收的过程，作为一线教师的我会坚定不移的走下去，前边的路很长，我不能走到最前沿，但我会朝这个目标去努力。所谓“高山仰止，景行行止，虽不能至，心向往之”这是我一生的追求。

随着新课改的逐渐深入，我校由点到面开始全面实施高效课堂教学模式。对我而言，高效课堂教学模式的实践只有一年的时间。刚开始，我也非常茫然，编制导学案不知从何下手，教材内容不知如何取舍，每上完一节课，总觉得心里不是很踏实。但一年下来，我感触颇深。课堂是教学的主阵地，要提高英语教学质量，必须重视课堂教学，聚焦英语课堂教学的有效性，必须实施有效课堂教学。下面我谈谈一年来自己实施高效课堂教学的几点感受：

一、创设生动的教学情境

热爱是最好的老师，兴趣是最强大的动力。兴趣是一个人获得知识、发展能力的巨大动力。没有兴趣，学生动也不动，就更谈不上互动了。因此，学生学习的兴趣是实现师生互动的前提。它可以使学生变被动为主动，充满自信，主动探索，勇于创新，积极参与。我们做了一节示范课，没有华丽的"装饰"进一步创设英语环境，比如：课前唱一支英语歌等，老师和学生共同打着节拍唱着欢快的英文歌曲，复习旧知，又使学生轻松、愉快地走向新知。而不是和学生逗趣。课堂中应该进一步激励、鼓励学生大胆开口说英语，培养学生自信心，达到了学以致用的目的，培养学生的语言交际能力。

二、营造良好的师生关系，创设宽松的课堂氛围

英语高效课堂最突出的特点就是：课堂的学习气氛活跃，师生合作，交流的方式灵活，表现学生个性和差异的机会要多。比如在各个小组的展示过程中，几乎小组每个同学的积极性都要调动起来，本小组学生能够充分发挥自己的个性和能力，小组成员都有机会展示自己的内容。这样使每一个学生在交流学习与合作学习中都能得到充分的发展，事实也证明，协调合作的师生关系无疑能为达到共同的教学目标产生促进作用。更重要的，这种交往还可以使人和人之间的合作精神得以增强。

三、对学生的思维活动要及时点拨，师生"互动"

学生思维的活动是开放的，多维的，甚至有些时候是天马行空的。老师应多表扬积极思考提出问题的学生，鼓励学生积极思维调动同学们的积极性。同时，老师还要把握好师生互动的方向，及时点拨，使得整个课堂师生互动在有序、有节、适当的范围内进行。学生在遇到疑难、把握不准时，教师及时指点思考分析的途径，拨通知识理解上的关卡，化难为易，使学生的研讨活动得以继续进行。适时点拨还包括在学生思维误入歧途时，教师迅速捕捉，作为新的教学内容，凭机智的点拨把学生的思维引导到正确的轨道上来。

四、鼓励学生相互质疑

：

传统的教学提问有如下特点：教师问，学生答，问题环环相扣，步步深入，答案明确唯一，最终以学生解答教师的所有问题为教学的归宿。相对于传统的教学提问而言，教师应在课堂教学中鼓励学生全程质疑，在课堂真实问题动态生成的过程中，引导学生以自主合作的方式解决问题，促进学生学习方式的改变。教师要始终采取积极鼓励的态度、引导学生质疑。不仅要让学生解决"是什么"、"在什么地方"、"什么时候"等问题，更要鼓励学生解决"为什么"的问题。

通过进一步的学习，特别是这次学习让我认识到互动的课堂是开放的、真实的、多维的，是教师与学生、学生与学生、学生与文本的多元的对话，是充满生命活力、充满智慧与挑战的课堂，我们要于创造条件把握关键，提高我们的课堂效率，使我们的互动课堂真正成为学生学习成长的乐园。只要教师精心设计，广博收集，周密组织，备好教材，备好学生，互动式教学就会开展的有声有色，高效有序。

Mother is the most important person to us. Now people celebrate Mother’s

Day every year. It has become more and more popular. This day is on the second

Sunday in May. On that day, children often send their mother flowers to express

their love. And some children make small gifts for their mothers.

In last years Mothers Day, I didnt spend it with my mother because she

was in the hometown and I was at school, which made me feel ashamed. At night, I

called my mother. At that time, I left my tears, and my mother told me that I

should study hard at school. In the end, I said to her “Happy Mother’ Day, I

love you" and she was very surprised and happy.

The night of November 12th, 2010 was indeed a glorious night for our Chines, because the Opening Ceremony of Asian Games was held on Haixinsha Island in Guangzhou. Over 7000 people took part in it.

All of the performances were impressive, but the most interesting one was Sail on Cloud. During that programme, 180 performers were hung in the air to dance. How wonderful it was! Every audience burst out praise. I couldn’t help shouting. But it was a pity that I just watched it from TV. How I wish I were there!

Traveling is moer and more popular in the modern world.it helps us open our

eyes and learn knowledge differden places.so i thing traveling is helpful for

us.

When we are free during the holiday ,we can go to some beautiful places to

relax ourselves .w hile we are in different pleaces ,we will have a wonderful

feeling in all we see,there we can eat all kinds of delicious food,visit many

places of interest or something else.

On the other hand ,traveling will help us learn lots of local cultures

,people’s lives there ,sometimes you can make some new friends,it also can make

life,we can use these experiences in our studying.

When summer holiday comes, I always go back to my hometown and spend the

time with my grandparents. I like the life there, it is so simple and happy.

Living in the countryside, I feel the peace in my heart. It seems the days

I went to Xinjiang with my mom and dad in the summer vacation。 Every station of the silk road was full of beauty and magic。

Our first stop is to reach thirteen in the ancient city of Xian， where the world famous Terracotta Army of Qin， is the unity of Qin Shihuang made his China funerary， magnificent， true to life。

The second stop is Dunhuang。 We go by train。 In the silk train I met some new friends， they are three with a tour group is big sister in high school。 The train arrived at the destination at second oclock in the evening at 8 oclock。 Although it took a day and a half， but because we got to know so many new friends， we enjoyed ourselves on the train， so we didnt feel tired at all。

The second day early in the morning， we went to Crescent Spring， Mingsha mountain， enjoy the boundless desert scenery， riding a camel in the desert to explore the inexhaustible wonders of Crescent Spring。 In Dunhuang， we also see the Mogao Grottoes murals， there are flying fairies， Pipa dance， is really worthy of the ancient works of skilled craftsmen! On the fourth day， we once again took the train to Turpan， the famous vineyard in Xinjiang。 We are enjoying the sweet grapes， enjoy a beautiful song and dance in Xinjiang， experience the Flaming Mountains hot， watch the water - amazing kariz engineering。

暑假我和爸爸妈妈一起去新疆旅游，丝绸之路的每一站都充满美景和神奇。

我们到达的第一站是十三朝古都西安，那里的秦兵马俑世界闻名，是统一中国的秦始皇造出来陪葬他的，宏伟壮观，栩栩如生。

第二站是敦煌，我们是坐火车去的。在丝绸火车上我认识了几位新朋友，她们是同一个旅行团里的三位即将读高中的大姐姐。火车第二天晚上８点才到目的地，虽然坐了一天半的时间，但因为结识了这么多新朋友，我们在火车上玩得开心，所以一点儿也不觉得累。

在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

这次旅行，让我看到了祖国山河的美丽，体验了不同民族的风情，欣赏了古代人民的智慧成果，学到了很多历史和地理知识，还结识了很多新朋友。

Recently we have held a class meeting to discuss what is considered to be

honorable behavior and what is shameful. It is really a pity to see all this in

our school.Some students dont respect their teachers or parents.Some dont take

their studies seriously and cheat in exams.Some throw wastes everywhere and

pollute the environment .It is honorable to obey the law and rules , care much

about our class and study hard.It is shameful to break school rules, to be

After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Yesterday I had a surprise call from Tom suggesting we turn out for a short ride. This being my intention anyway I gladly agreed and we met up at Jiedaokou Station at about ten o’clock.

As Tom has a permanent Sunday Lunch appointment at 12-30pm we opted to make a round trip to Hannan . The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

来我们班上英语课的是一位姓陈的男老师，他在其他班教英语都是十分的出色，几乎可以与城市里的英语教师相提并论。他刚走进教室门口，我喊：“起立。”没想到竟受到老师的批评，为什么呢?原来在上英语课时只允许用英语，不能用普通话。这时引来了同学们的一番大笑，也是，我毕竟做错了，心里感到一点儿自悔。老师并没有说那么多，只是叫同学们翻开课本第一页，学习二十六个字母的写法，这太简单了，以前在三年级时就已经学过了，写出来更熟悉。由于是学过了的知识，大部分同学都没认真听老师说，只有少数几位在听而以。讲完了，就叫一个个同学在黑板上各写一个字母。我是第一号，所以由我先写，“l”是二十六个字母中最容易写的一个，为了节省时间，我就选这个字母在黑板上一竖，搞定，这真是太容易写了，当我走下讲台时，老师叫我站住，这次我又做错了什么?老师抓住我的手，说道：“同学们，你们看，这就是不认真听讲的后果，这们同学写出来的字母一点都不对，二十六个字母中的‘l’虽然易写，但也有要求，就是这个字母的尾端要加上一个钩，这才对，不是随便画上一竖，就好了。”由于我上课没认真听讲，写字母又写错了，因此老师罚我把这个字母按规定的要求写三十次。天啊!只是写错了，就要写三十次，英语太难学了。当我回到了座位上，有几个同学在笑我，我惭愧地低下了头。老师连续叫十到二十号的同学上来写，写完才发现只有两位女同学正确。老师越看越气，往讲台上一拍，说：“不用写了，我从来没见过这种班级，我还以为能教出一班尖子班，这实在让我太失望了!各位同学听着，每人各写三十次，明天上交，不交就别上英语课了。”如果再加上三十次，那我不就是要写六十次了吗?这时下课铃响了，老师气冲冲地走出了教室，我马上拿出笔和纸，写了三十个字母，跑向英语老师的办公室，拿给老师看，老师一看，对我说：“不错，知错能改，这才是班长的风范，去吧，这次算通过了，不过，下不为例哦。”我点头说了一名英语：“yes。”

这一堂英语课，使我向英语人生跨进了一小步，使我明白英语真正的困难度。不过，我决定了，英语，我一定要学好，为我的未来做基础。

My Mother is a kind of gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes

good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and

two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We

all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor

to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very

early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without

complaining.

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she

In my dream

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.
