在这个过程中，学生的阅读实践活动始终处于课堂教学的中心地位，教师的一切启发引导都是为训练学生创造性地进行语言实践提供服务。老师的“导”与学生的“读”相互渗透、相得益彰，充分体现了师生间、生生间、师生及教材之间的双向多边的互动反溃“四步导读”模式符合《标准》提出的教学理念，这样的流程的设计是合理的。

当然，对于不同类型的课文也可以根据实际情况予以适当调整或删减，形成灵活的教学风格，但其核心理念是不变的。

二、课堂教学提问要精当

课堂提问是语文教学中不可缺少的一个重要环节，是启发学生思维、传授基本知识，控制教学过程，进行课堂反馈的一个重要手段。它贯穿于课堂教学的始终，直接影响着课堂教学的成败。教师必须细细揣摩，问到关键处，问到有用之处，问到学生心里去，问出水平来，才能更好的促进我们的教学，利于学生的发展。教师在课堂教学中，要通过问的技巧与艺术，体现出教学新理念。

提问要有一定的思考价值，能调动学生的主动性，集中他们的注意力，引导他们生动活泼的学习，使他们经过自己独立思考，对知识融会贯通，从而提高分析问题解决问题的能力。

提问的难易要适合不同层次学生的实际能力。教师对课堂中所提问的问题应在备课时精挑细选，严格控制数量，克服课堂提问的随意性。要做到数量适中，也要避免两种倾向，太多或太少。提问太多，学生没有思考回旋的余地，对所学知识难以理解、消化;提问太少，讲授太多，学生难有参与的机会，最终会产生厌倦情绪。

三、教学活动调控要灵活

教师要善于激发学生的学习兴趣。课堂上，我们不是倍受关注的亮点，应该把更多的精彩留给学生。要努力缩短学生与老师，学生与教材内容的距离，使他们从心底爱上语文课。还应该充分利用教材、图片、实物及学生情感体验来发展学生的思维，增加学生的想象力。

教师要给学生当堂练写的时间。我们的语文课多数是“老师讲，学生听;教师问，学生答”，一节课，加上学生活动，上的紧紧巴巴，写作训练常常被拖到课外，变成作业，加重了学生的负担，也大大降低了课堂效率。但实际上，如果能用一点时间，把练笔落实在课堂上，让学生当堂写，通过教师的巡视指导，可以端正态度，提高训练效果——字写得更好了，文章更通顺了。我们应该尽量把自己的活动压下来，保证学生活动时间，包括挤出几分钟完成课堂书面作业。

LastSaturday, my parents and I went to visit my grandma. My grandma was glad aboutour coming, so she had already prepared a lot of fresh fruits and deliciousdishes. We had a happy time at the table.

generation. They play it for such a long time that their body health is under

从踏入教师这一队伍那天开始，我就一直在思考，如何提高学生课堂学习效率。我认为，一个好的老师，要比学生很好得把握好课堂的四十分钟更重要，让学生在课堂上百分百地吸收老师所讲的知识，这比在课下布置大量的作业重要的多。可是，老师该如何提高学生课堂上的学习效率呢?

首先，老师要充分的备课。把该节要讲的课所涉及到的知识点全部准备好，等到讲课的时候可以适当地补充必要的知识点，激发学生的求知欲，使他们的注意力高度集中。其次，老师要积极地与学生互动，调动课堂气氛，让学生们积极参与进课堂，快乐地学习。最后，老师可以让同学们课下自己复习学过的知识，并在下次上课的时候请同学主动讲述课下的学习情况，并给与任务完成优良的同学奖励。久而久之，同学们养成了课前预习，课后复习的好习惯，把学习变成主动行为。这样，课堂的效率就会大大提高，学生的成绩也会随之提高。

这就是读完这本书后的心得感触，希望能对大家有所帮助，也希望大家提出自己的宝贵意见。

How to be a good learner?

As a good learner， we should have good habits and ways of learning。

We need to get ready for our lessons before class and always listen carefully in class。 It’s good to study in groups and help each other。 We should do more reading in our free time。 If we have some problems， we’d better ask others for help。 As a student， working hard is important， but don’t forget to do sports and keep healthy。

I think all these above will be helpful to us。

说起课堂趣事，都是因我引起的。

前天下午，我发现一只青蛙蹲在墙角，脚被踩断了。出于同情，我掏出布条将小青蛙的腿轻轻缠好，然后把它带回了课堂。

上课的铃声响了，音乐老师来了。

同学们，先复习一遍已经学过的歌曲《海鸥》。琴声响了，大家起唱。我低头瞧着书桌膛里的小青蛙，嘿，它还挺老实，下颌一鼓一鼓的。

海鸥，海鸥，我们的朋友，你是我们的好朋友，呱呱!咦，老师瞧着窗外，可是同学们全都瞧着老师，大家在想：老师的琴声怎么还有蛤蟆叫呀?只有我和同桌明白，刘欣边笑边咬着嘴唇儿。

又唱第二遍：海鸥，海鸥，我们的朋友，你是我们的好朋友呱呱!嘿!这一来不但同桌笑了，全班同学都哈哈大笑起来，老师也看出点儿门道来了。她踱着步，在桌间来回走动，我心里咯噔一下，心想：小青蛙，我的小青蛙，你可别再叫了，再叫就麻烦了。

要说咋就这么巧，偏赶上老师从我身边走过，小青蛙开始了独唱呱呱!

全班同学又发出一阵笑声。

完了!我只好将情况一五一十地向老师讲了一遍。也该我走运，老师被我对小青蛙的同情心给感动了，她并没有责备我，只是看看小青蛙，说：海鸥是我们的朋友，青蛙也是我们的好朋友!既然它的腿已经好了，我们就放它回大自然吧!

呱呱!小青蛙临走前伤心地叫了一阵，同学们又哈哈大笑起来，这回连老师也笑了。

Mothers Day

Mothers Day comes on the second Sunday in May each year. On that day this year, I bought a sweater and some flowers for my mother to thank her for her hard work for me. Receiving my gift, my mother was very happy.

Last Qingming Festival,i return home to worship my grandfather.Qingming

Festival is a folk Festival.In the past,the Qingming Festival was called "Arbor

Day". But Today, Chinese visit their family graves to tend to any underbrush

that has grown. Weeds are pulled, and dirt swept away, and the family will set

out offerings of food and spirit money. Unlike the sacrifices at a familys home

altar, the offerings at the tomb usually consist of dry, bland food. One theory

is that since any number of ghosts rome around a grave area, the less appealing

food will be consumed by the ancestors, and not be plundered by strangers.

With the passing of time, this celebration of life became a day to the

honor past ancestors. Following folk religion, the Chinese believed that the

spirits of deceased ancestors looked after the family. Sacrifices of food and

spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good

harvests and more children.

Li Hua spent too much time playing computer games and he fell behind

others. As a good friend of his, I must do something to help him.

Firstly, I think its very important for him to learn lessons well. He

should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games. Secondly,

I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health,

especially for his eyes. So he must give it up. I can play more sports with him

after school. Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer

games. And then Ill ask him to concentrate more on his study. Of course, I will

try my best to help him with all his subjects. I think I can do it in many fun

ways and let him find much fun in studying. At the same time, Ill ask both his

parents and our teachers to help him, too.

If I try these, Im sure he will make great progress soon.
