我们的社会要以人为本，这样社会才能发展。我们的课堂要以学生为本，这样才能有和谐的师生关系，才能有轻松愉快的课堂氛围。师生关系是教育过程中最基本、最重要的人际关系。良好的师生关系是进行正常教学活动、提高教学效率的保证，是健全完善学生人格，培养新型人才，构建和谐师生关系的关键所在。“以人为本”“以生为本的”教育理念呼唤着新的师生关系——和谐的师生关系。在教学中我们应该注意以下几点：首先要做到“为人师表”它是构建和谐师生关系的基础;其次，对学生要“一视同仁”它是构建和谐的师生关系的关键;最后，与学生共同成长是构建和谐的师生关系的目的。

二、教学目标把握要准确。

在教学时，我们要认真研读《课程标准》，严格按照《标准》的要求进行科学有效的教学。在制定教学目标时，要充分考虑到知识与技能、情感态度与价值观、过程与方法，三维目标的统一，这三个方面同等重要，缺一不可。否则就会导致语文课程性质定位的偏差，造成工具性与人文性的分离。教学目标的制定还要兼顾好、中、差三个层次。根据因材施教原则，教学目标的制定也要因人而异，不同层次的学生要求达到的目标也各不相同，要避免一概而论。对于优等生我们可以在课外延伸一些略带挑战性的练习;而对于那些后进生，我们也可以为他们制定一些浅层次的要求，让他们循序渐进，体会学习的快乐，从而激发他们的学习积极性。

就语文课教学来说，教学环节的设计基本采用“四步导读”的模式。第一步，在老师诱导下学生初读课文，让学生感知课文语言。第二步，在老师引导下学生细读课文，让学生理解课文语言。第三步，在老师指导下学生精读课文，让学生品评课文语言。第四步，在老师辅导下学生进行综合训练，学会运用语言。

在这个过程中，学生的实践活动始终处于课堂教学的中心地位，教师的一切启发引导都是为训练学生创造性地进行语言实践提供服务。老师的“导”与学生的“读”相互渗透、相得益彰，充分体现了师生间、生生间、师生及教材之间的双向多边的互动反馈。“四步导读”模式符合《标准》提出的教学理念，这样的流程的设计是合理的。当然，对于不同类型的课文也可以根据实际情况予以适当调整或删减，形成灵活的教学风格，但其核心理念是不变的。

四、要开展及时的教学评价。

中学作文教学一个最基本的方法就是读写结合，以课文为写作范例，模仿借鉴，以期实现对范文的超越，最终走向创造性作文。如何做好以读促写的工作?首先，要对课文读懂、读活，加强思维火花的点拨。学习《故乡》一文后，我以《变》为题要求学生模仿鲁迅写杨二嫂和闰土的方法来写一个相隔多年后才相见的同学。我引导学生思考：(1)鲁迅笔下的人物外貌有什么变化，语言有什么变化，动作有什么变化?(2)为什么这两个人物会有这样的变化?(3)作者这样写要揭示什么主题?如果没有这些问题作基础，学生就会走入机械模仿的误区，过去我在作文指导中，过多的注重对课文写作方法上(即形式上)的分析，对课文思想内涵方面指导较少，结果有不少学生写自己的同学时就用上了“像一支细脚伶仃的圆规”，“他恭恭敬敬地叫我‘王小明’”之类的话，这些语只不过是生搬硬套。而让学生读懂、读活教材，并加强思维训练之后，学生在借鉴时就不再是“邯郸学步”式的搬抄，而渗透了自己的思想。这样练下去，学生要不了多久就会抛开课本，走自己的路，用最适当的方法，写自己最想写的话，他们的作文能力必将得到大的提高。

三、加大阅读量，走进作文的新天地

(一)学习最新期刊，打开学生灵感之门

写作，最怕落入俗套，脱离时代，缺少新意，千篇一律。这种现象固然与学生观察能力、思维能力有关关，但还有一个重要原因是他们对周围活生生的事缺乏发现，缺乏写的勇气。从学生初二时起我就让他们每人订一份中学生期刊，并且每周专门用一节课指导他们阅读。因为学生在阅读上存在着严重不足，表现在：(1)阅读无目的、无计划、无时间保证、无做读书笔记的习惯;(2)随便翻翻，只重情节不善于质疑;(3)对故事看得多，对其它知识读得少。于是我加强这几方面的指导，努力使学生读有所获。在阅读中有的学生发出了惊叹：“哎呀，假如记忆可以移植，这样的东西也可以写进作文?我也可以写!”

“《windosXP，我的新朋友》。我也喜欢电脑，我怎么就没想到写它呢?”显然，这些最新的期刊传递了最新的信息，写出了他们的同龄人的思想和生活，这就无疑扩大了学生的视野，开阔了他们的思路，增长了他们的知识，提高了读写能力，更重要的是这些出自同龄人之手的文章启开了他们的灵感之门，增添了他们写作文的勇气。在这些活动后不久，我的学生就有作文在《荆门晚报》、《全国中学生优秀作文》等刊物上发表，也有学生在分局作文竞赛上获一、二等奖。

(二)读名著，吸取思想与语言的精华

叶圣陶先生多次强调：“要提高学生阅读能力，靠薄薄的课本是解决不了问题的”，“要大量阅读……一学期读它80至100万字不够多”。阅读和写作相辅相成，开卷有益不仅仅表现在阅读期刊上，更要在对文学名著的阅读上得到体现，因为名著、名篇是千百年来人类智慧的高度概括和结晶，这些作品的丰富思想和文化内涵会对学生产生潜移默化的影响和巨大的激励作用，这些作用不是几本课本就能取代的。例如：《钢铁是怎能样炼成的》一书主人公保尔的内心独白：“人最宝贵的是生命，生命对于每个人只有一次。人的一生应当这样度过……”这段独白成了一代革命青年的座右铭。今天，保尔的光辉形象仍然激励着中国年轻的一代。像这样思想深刻的句子，或是自己认为的佳段妙语，或生动的描写，或生动的对白，如果能摘录下来，经常读一读，一定会有新的体会。因此，当学生刚上初中时，我就让他们准备了摘录本，三年来，有的已经积累了三大本材料，涓涓细流，汇成江河。日集月累，学生的知识丰富了，写作时，自然有路可循，有话可说，有事可写，有感受可发，他们的作文一定会步入一个从量变到质变的新天地。

四、研究作文命题，强化课堂作文的练习

上述三点作法，我从积累语言素材和内容材料上谈得较多，这些材料如何得到运用，成为学生自己的东西?关键还在“练”字上。如何练?简言之，一是要多练，二是要限时练，三是让学生能练。

多练。如果不多练，学生积累的材料再多也只能算作一堆死材料，时间一长，这些材料就会“生锈”。因此长期以来，我坚持让学生每周练两篇作文，一篇由老师精批精改，精讲精评;一篇由同学们互批互改，互相交流，并推荐优秀作文在全班交流。

限时练，就是让学生必须在一节课的时间内按要求完成一篇作文。一开始的时候，大多数学生不能按时完成，有的虽然能完成，但是质量不高，这说明学生还不善于将平时所观察的、所想的以及所积累的材料最大限度的调集起来进行筛选、取舍、运用。但是我没有降低要求，而是坚持按这种方法练了下来，通过两个学期的训练，全班大多数学生能够在45分钟内完成一篇内容完整、选材新颖(或较新)、主题明确、语言通顺的习作。

关于命题的研究。学生作文命题无非有三种方式，一是自由写作，不作任何限制。这种练习比较自由，我们通过写周记这种形式不间断地进行着练习。一种是给材料作文，这种作文方式既有一定的限制又可充分发挥学生的想象力和创造力，是我们练习的重点之一。还有一种是半命题和全命题作文，这种作文训练方式最为普遍，对训练学生的思维、培养他们的作文能力也最为直接、最为有效，但是如果文题命得不科学，往往会阻滞学生思维的发展，造成学生无所适从，无话可写，无处着笔，或虽然写了，也缺乏真情实感。比如近些年有的地方就出现了诸如“做跨世纪的主人”、“头上的一片蓝天”、“三月，播种理想的季节”等作文题，这些文题，意义抽象、形象模糊，初中生很难准确把握，最后只好去堆砌一些“假大空”的漂亮话，或者从一些教辅书上生吞活剥一些似懂非懂的语句。这样去作文，别说提高水平了，最后会练得连学生自己也不知道自己在说什么了。

荆门市参加了全国中考语文改革试点，在作文命题上，荆门市提出了一条响亮的口号：“不给学生设置审题障碍，让每个学生都有话可说;让能走的走，能飞的飞。”命题者在命题时写了一段充满感情的导语，然后给出一个非常容易理解的题目：“最珍贵的……”，这个命题获得了极大的成功，不仅使每个考生有话可说，而且有一大批好作文脱颖而出。其实我的学生之所以能够在每周都写两篇作文(不含周记)而有话可说，学生能够在一节课内完成一篇有质量的习作，与我的命题朴实、清新不无关系.。如何命题?一句话，多多深入学生的生活，多多了解学生的所思所想。比如，我命的文题《第一次进语音室》、《今天，我忘了带作业》、《我最爱唱的一支歌》等无不来自学生的生活。对于这样的命题，学生的潜能就能最大限度的被发掘出来，他们又怎么会不喜欢写作文，作文水平又怎么会不提高呢?

几年来，我的学生课外自觉练笔的多了，偷偷向外投稿的多了，作文被刊用或获奖的多了，这些情况不正是我作文教学取得成功的明证吗?

My Mother is a kind of gentle woman. She is always very gentle. She takes

good care of her children and keeps them all at school. I have one brother and

two sistets. So she gets four children in all. She gives us every comfort. We

all love her and she loves us also.

My mother has too much to do in bringing us up. As our family is too poor

to keep a servant, my mother has always to do very much work. She gets up very

early and sleeps very late every day. She works hard, yet without

complaining.

She is also a thrifty, and industrious woman. She saves every cent that she

can and keeps everything in order. As she has been busy eversince she was young,

she looks older than she really is. Her face is wrinkled, her hair becomes

silver white, but she works as hard as ever.

Often she says to us, "work while you work, play while you play. If you do

not work, you will become lazy and of no use to society." What piece of good

advice this is! We must worth it well and always keep it in our mind.

I am already 18 years old,but the memory of my childhood is still like an unforgettable sweet dream.

One day,all my family went to climb a mountain.There father told my elder sister and me that the first one to get to the top of the mountain would be given a toy.Hearing this,we began to run up.At first I kept ahead,but a few minutes later my sister was ahead of me.However,I didnt give up.That toy attracted me to run forward,In the end I reached the top first.

On the top we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and had a picnic.At dusk,we went down the mountain happily.I was the happiest one,because I not only got a toy train but also knew that one shouldnt give up readily.
