1、调动学生参与课堂的积极性。学生式教学活动的主体，教师的教学效果就是最终通过学生体现出来的，教师的教也是为了让学生学会学。只有学生积极参与课堂活动了，课堂才会有效，才能谈高效。要调动学生的积极性，首先让学生觉得学习的内容有用。其次，要对学生的参与给以及时的评价。及时评价，适当的鼓励，是学生积极参与的不懈动力。只有学生都积极参与了，课堂活起来了，课堂教学才会有效，才可能高效。

2、坚持贯彻“三讲三不讲”原则。学生会的不讲，学生自己能学会的不讲，讲了学生也不会的不讲。删除无效教学环节，向效益出发，构建道德课堂，不浪费学生的分分秒秒。让学生感觉课堂上时时刻刻的内容都很重要，不敢有丝毫的懈怠。

3、明确任务，运用“合作”重学习小组。学习小组经过合理、优化的组合，由学习小组民主推荐一名组织能力强、表达能力好的同学担任小组长。另外，各组内还设有不同的角色，保证每个学生的积极参与性。在学生的共同参与下，通过组内学生的探究和互助活动，共同完成学习任务。

4、重视提高课前预习质量。预习质量的高低，直接影响到课堂效果，而预习是否主动也影响预习的质量。但是一些同学缺乏预习的目的性和自学性，课前不预习，到课堂上疑点重重，感到吃力。教师对学生预习要加强指导，使学生重视预习，掌握预习要领。

这次系统深刻的学习，让我深深感受到高效课堂带给孩子们的益处，今后的教学道路上，我将与学生一起走在高效课堂的路上，我相信，高效课堂，会带领我们开辟荆棘，迎来前面的繁花似锦……
