崔其升校说：“杜郎口中学的教学改革，始终围绕着以人为本，关注生命这一核心理念，那就是在整个教学过程中相信学生，发动学生，利用学生，发展学生”。他是这样说的，也是这样做的。

在示范课中，几乎每一位老师都展示了如何构建高效的课堂，怎样精心设计导入，如何激发学生学习兴趣、怎样处理好兴趣与学习的关系等方面，结合实例和很好的互动，给我们示范了一堂高效率的课程，让我看到自身的课堂中的缺点，也学到了那些有经验的老师的教学优长。

通过本次学习，我更加对教学思路、教学环节的设计、教学手段的应用及学生的年龄特点、在课上可能有的反应做了充分的反思，背好每一节课使教学内容及方法更适合学生，更符合学生的认知规律和心理特点，从而使学生真正成为学习的主体。让学生在实践中学习，不断地激发学习积极性与主动性，既培养学生的学习兴趣，又培养学生思维能力、想象力和创新精神，使每个学生的身心都能得到充分的发展。每个人都是舞台上的角色，只有老师努力扮演好自己的角色，让学生也能够在课堂的舞台上扮演属于自己的角色，那么大家都尽力了，我想离成功也就不远了。在今后的教学中，我会通过不断地学习总结提高自己的教学水平和创新能力。

English is familiar to most people, because nearly every student in school has to learn English. It is a compulsory course in most schools. Why we have to learn English?

First of all, English is a worldwide language.

Nearly every country is using it, including China. If we want to earn a good position in China, we need to learn English.

Besides, learning English can provide us more chances when finding jobs. With the development of China, we have more chances to work with or work for foreigners. What’s more, learning English is helpful to build our confidence. The more knowledge we know the more confidence we will have.

这几年，许多同学都在假期补课，而且从来没有补过，由于我喜欢玩，不喜欢学习。眼看着新的假期又要来了，我们班上的许多同学都在报名被课。有的同学喜欢补数学；有的同学喜欢补作文；大多数同学喜欢补英语，由于英语太难啦！对我来讲，英语好像从来没有及格过，看着同学们都积极学习的样子，我也有些心动了。

由于去年假期，同学们都在补课，没有人和我玩，我现在想还不如去和他们一起补课算了，那么选哪一门课呢？后来想了一想，我就决定补自己最差的英语了。那天，我报了名，英语老师说：“凤凤，你早就得补你的英语了，这次来一定要好好学，其实英语一点都不难！”听了英语老师的话，我的心里别提多兴奋了。

到了补课其间，我们每个人都准备了新的笔记本，将老师讲的每一个要点都记了下来。因为在这里补课的同学还有其他班上的同学，所以学习热情很高涨，我也不好意思玩了。别的同学做什么，我就做什么，反正自己也没有好的学英语方法，所以现在就是我最好的学习机会。

差不多一个月的时间，我的英语水平提高了许多，最后的测试分数不再是倒数第一，我终于进步了。当我拿着成绩让爸爸妈妈看进，他们一直夸我有进步，并要继续努力。当时，我的心里乐滋滋的，非常感谢假期补英语的生活。

before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our

classmates planted trees around our school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug

the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth

hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

排了好长的队才买到回家的车票，虽然是中午，济南的车站仍旧“满地”都是旅客，烈日骄阳，让人有些烦躁。

车厢里的空调没开，近发车点，车上更是人满为患。正当车厢内的旅客都因闷热而愁苦不堪时，车窗外走来一位推着小冰箱的妇女——她是卖冷饮的。“冰糕——汽水——”她一面吆喝着一面车窗这边走。临近发车了，谁都不愿意跑远路，大家便纷纷把头伸出窗外，循声去买她的东西。我也热得不行，索性也凑凑热闹买瓶汽水喝。

车上一下子热闹开来，车内外尽是她的主顾。她一时间手忙脚乱，一边慌忙找钱，一边赶紧向外递东西。颗颗豆大的汗珠流入眉宇间。

耳边传来汽车发动机的声音，我的汽水还没有买到，便着急地冲着那妇女大喊：“快点啊，我的汽水呢？”她或许是吃了一惊的缘故，赶忙像我递上瓶汽水，还没等我给她钱，她又迅速向我递过几张票子。我见她递给我钱转头就是一怔，她见我呆着，一脸不耐烦地样子：“找你钱，你赶紧拿着啊！”四面的催促声还不停出现在我的耳边，我“哦”的一声，故作镇定地将那一小把票子也取走了，坐在位子上的我嘴角轻蔑地一扬，得意自己得了小便宜。

汽车隆隆地发动了，我大口喝着手中的冰镇的东西，却又忍不住回头看。那妇女还站在那里，手中还忙活着自己的生意。那身影越来越小，不知怎么我心中有些人的影子却越来越大起来，那是我的父母，是那些用辛苦劳动来担负养家糊口责任的人。她四十多岁的样子，也应当有我这么一般大的孩子吧？我不再热了，那几口凉凉的液体流入我的身体，确确实实将我的心凉到了底。

我喝不下去了，不想我竟还有这等丑恶的嘴脸，那一秒我的嘴角看不起的人是我自己。我沦为社会的恶人了吧？我平日所宣扬的诚实善良又去了哪里呢？一小把票子就那么轻轻松松地剥夺了我的信仰吗？我的良心不安，感觉似乎辜负了很多人。我感觉自己就像坠入泥潭，难受，喘不过气来。

可算熬到11：30分了，我回到家中。香喷喷的饭菜已经摆放在饭桌上了，吃完饭后，打开电视看看我最爱看的电影《生化危机》，妈妈要去上班了，告诉我收拾一下餐具，我正收拾的正来劲时，我看到了一团黑乎乎的东西，我仔细一看原来是一群蚂蚁啊！这群蚂蚁个头比一般的蚂蚁要大，还不少呢大约有几十只，我便用我的技能“手里剑”成功的消灭了这几十只蚂蚁，当我收拾完的时候，看见又有一大群蚂蚁出洞了，我看了半天才明白，啊！原来它们是从竹盆底下钻出来的。

这该怎么办呢？它们太多了用我的“手里剑”是打不过来了，我突然想到了一个计策，使用必杀技“通灵之木”我拿起胶水在地上画出了咒印，哈哈哈哈，一会回来再看看这些“败军之将”，便放下心去看电影了。

电影演完了，我回去看看那些蚂蚁怎么样了，当我回去看时，我被惊住了“胶河”上有许多小石子，蚂蚁们已经把米粒全部搬运回老巢了。

看到这一情景，我站在那里很久，我真的输给了那些渺小的蚂蚁，它们虽然体态渺小，但思想上要比人类崇高，它们团结一心，亲同手足，而人类则与它们完全不同，谢谢你，蚂蚁。是你教会了我永不抛弃，永不放弃，谢谢你们！是你们给我上了人生最宝贵的一课。
