2016年5月9日—13日，教育局杨爱军常务副局长带领我们到江西省新余市渝水三小为期4天的高效课堂模式培训学习。4天时间里，从一场场精彩的讲座和一节节全新的三十七度二教学模式展示中，我更进一步了解和掌握了新课改的发展方向和目标，反思了以往工作中的不足。使我的教育教学观念进一步得到更新，真是受益非浅。下面是我通过培训获得的几个方面的体会：

一、要想课改成功，小组建设是至关重要的。

从我观摩的三节数学课例来看，小组成员进行了科学合理的分工，充分调动小组成员的积极性，利用小组来开展工作，使小组文化更好地融入课堂中，通过组际间的竞争，实现班级个性化管理取得了很好的效果。小主持人组织课堂井然有序，老师真正的把课堂还给了学生，成了课堂的组织者、导演者。

二、没有学生的主动参与，就没有成功的课堂教学。

新课程倡导的自主学习、合作学习、探究性学习，都是以学生的积极参与为前提，没有学生的积极参与，就不可能有自主、探究、合作学习。实践证明，学生参与课堂教学的积极性，参与的深度与广度，直接影响着课堂教学的效果。

那么，怎样调动学生的“参与课堂的积极性”呢?专家认为，应当创设情景，巧妙地提出问题，引发学生心理上的认知冲突，使学生处于一种“心求通而未得，口欲言而弗能”的状态。渝水三小三十七度二课堂，就是倡导“四学”(自学，对学，群学，展示);“四环”(预习，交流，展示，达标)，既要求每位教师在课堂上做到“三点”(点拨，点燃，点评)，又要求学生“三动”(身动，心动，行动)，从而实现课堂“三声”(笑声，掌声，辩论声)。同时，教师要放权给学生，给他们想、做、说的机会，让他们讨论、质疑、交流，围绕某一个问题展开辩论。教师应当给学生时间和权利，让学生充分进行思考，给学生充分表达自己思维的机会，让学生放开说，并且让尽可能多的学生说。条件具备了，学生自然就会兴奋，参与的积极性就会高起来，参与度也会大大提高。只有积极、主动、兴奋地参与学习过程，个体才能得到发展。

三、在教学活动中，教师要当好组织者。

教师要充分信任学生，相信学生完全有学习的能力。把机会交给学生。俯下身子看学生的生活，平等参与学生的研究。教师把探究的机会交给学生，学生就能充分展示自己学习的过程，教师也就可以自如地开展教学活动。新课程实施的灵活性大，让教师觉得难以驾驭教学行为，课堂教学中表现为过多的焦虑和不安。原因是教学过程中，教师面对学生精彩纷呈的学习活动，还不习惯参与学生的学习过程，观察和探究学生的学习方式，及时了解他们的认知情况，学生的需要没有真正地被关注。

四、在教学活动中，教师要做一个成功的引路人。

一堂新课开始，教师可通过新课导入的设计、学习氛围的创设，教材所蕴含的兴趣教学因素、课堂内外的各种资源来唤起学生对新知识的兴趣，让学生产生学习的意愿和动力。然后，教给学生探索、发现的方法，让学生会探索、会发现。教师除了必须把学生自学作为课堂教学的重要步骤外，还需精心设计对学、群学、展示的目标和内容，同时加强巡视指导。

回顾以往的课堂，感到自己有很多的不足：

1、小组建设有待加强，特别是小组长的培训。

2、激励性评价做得不够好。有时没有及时评价和鼓励学生。

3、教学过程中还应注意处理好一些细节问题。

4、课堂上练习偏难、偏多。

学生很少有机会通过自己的活动与实践获得知识与发展，学生追求的是唯一的正确答案。学生对书本知识关注比较多，而对情感、态度关注比较少。

5、有时课堂内的讨论与交流，流于形式。

由于教学进度的要求有些讨论时间过少，学生在叽叽喳喳地说，谁也听不清楚，课堂讨论效果有限。

6、课堂讨论积极，但是广度和深度不够，没有达到所有人都参与的效果，并且学生还没有深入分析问题，解决问题。

总之，经过这次培训学习，作为一名新课改的实施者，我应积极投身于新课改的发展之中，努力改变自己，营造课堂，积极探索适合学生的教学模式，与全体教师共同致力于新课标的研究与探索中，共同寻求适应现代教学改革的心路，切实以新观念、新思路、新方法投入教学，适应现代教学改革需要，切实发挥新课标在新时期教学改革中的科学性、引领性。让我们与课改一起成长，为孩子每一天的成长而快乐着，愿我们的课堂呈现思想生命火花碰撞与展现，使学生在新课改中获得能力的提高。

1、导学案教学的优点

一是实践了学生主动学习。导学案一般是在新课前发给学生，留为作业，学生可根据教师的引导展开自主学习，这个做法使“学生主动学习”的理念得到了落实。也真正发挥了传统课中学生课前预习的功效。学生在课前的“自主学习”或者说“预习”是有必要的。一般来讲，学生在上新课前至少应当知道新课要学什么，对要学习的内容是否了解。通过自主学习，知道哪些内容自己能够学会，哪些内容还存在迷惑，需要得到帮助。这样，学生带着问题走进课堂，听课有了针对性，提升了听课效果。

二是分散了教学任务，保证了教学质量。一般情况下，教学任务主要包括两部分，即基础知识的落实和思维能力的培养。我们在教学过程中长期存在着的一个困惑，就是我们仅用一节课(40分钟)的时间去完成这两项任务，总感到时间不够用，尤其是文科知识量大，识记的东西多，要落实好基础知识就要用去大半节的时间，时间有限，讨论和探究就不能深入展开，所以经常会看到教师上课“满堂灌”的现象。学生思维能力得不到有效锻炼和养成，而对于学生的个体发展来说，这恰恰是最重要的，这些年的高考有明显的体现。而基础知识少讲或不讲更不行，没有基础知识，其他活动就无法进行。总之是时间短，学生准备不足，两头难顾。而导学案中的自主学习即预习案部分，主要任务就是落实基础知识，并为下节课的讨论预设问题，做好充分的准备。展示课实际上是自主学习课的延伸，主要体现的是师生和生生之间思想的交流，学习经验和方法的总结，学科思维能力的养成和提高。通过自主学习和合作探究活动，教学的两大任务得到了较为有效的落实。

三是发挥了合作互动的优势。有人说过这样一句话：你有一个苹果，我有一个苹果，两人交换后，每个人仍然只有一个苹果;如果你有一个思想，我有一个思想，两人交换后，每个人就拥有了两个思想。这正是人与人之间合作交流的妙处所在。学习也是这样。学生在学习的过程中会遇到很多疑难问题，单靠个人力量不易解决，通过同学、师生间的合作、交流，问题便会迎刃而解。这样做既提高了学习效率，又培养了学生的思辨能力，也增强了学生克服困难的信心。

四是面向全体，全员参与。课堂教学的最高境界莫过于高效课堂。在新课程条件下，我们强调要关注每一个学生，体现在高效课堂上，一定是让每一个学生在每一个时间都有事做。导学案教学充分体现了这一点。在自主学习的环节上，导学案要求每位学生都要完成，并在课堂上展示、反馈;在合作探究的环节上，分小组讨论，学生都参与其中。当一名学生回答问题的时候，其他学生是倾听者，补充者。实际上，学生的评价更能体现学生认识问题的水平。这些环节和做法充分体现了一切以学生为中心，面向全体、全员参与的教育理念。

2、对导学案设计的认识。

首先，导学案的设计不要太复杂。导学案一般分三个部分，即预习案、探究案和训练案(我称为自主学习、问题探究和拓展训练)三部分，但有的导学案又增加了“预习自测”、“知识网络图”、“当堂检测”等内容。环节过多，显得有些乱;任务过多，学生不易完成。我觉得在环节和内容上，都不必过多，关键在于落实好。

其次，学生的基础知识，也就是预习案要完成的自主学习任务，一定要落实好。传统课堂下，老师用大量的时间给学生讲基本知识点，学生能力训练得不够。现在，这部分内容由学生在课前自主完成，但这并不意味着基础知识不重要了。我想，无论怎么改，基础知识的重要性都不会改变。历史学科中的基本史实、基本线索、历史理论、历史概念，这些基础知识和语文科中的字词、英语科中的单词在本质上都是一样的，没有这些东西，就无法造句、成文。历史课是用史实说话的，历史基础知识既是高考考查的基本内容，更是解答材料分析题及评论题的工具，如果基础知识在课前没有落实好，那么，课堂上学生就不能较好地回答问题，要么就是捧着材料或教材读，这样的课堂学生表现的再积极主动，也是形式上的东西多，效果不会太好，老师也感觉不踏实，必竟高考是不开卷的。在这方面，新绛中学比较务实，学生自主学习部分是由老师看着完成的，而且在课堂上还有展示环节，老师进行检查、评价，没经过学生认真自学的不讲解，没经过学生充分思考的不交流探究。

第三，预习案的设计主要有两种方式，一种是填空式，一种是问题式，各有优缺点，填空式的优点是知识条理清晰，体系完整，但这个体系是老师预设的，不是学生通过自主学习生成的，在这种方式下，学生的任务仅仅是机械地找书填空而已，虽然容易完成任务，节省了时间，但起不到培养思维能力的作用，这实际上是一种回避困难的做法，不符合教学新理念。在这个问题上，我倾向于问题设置法，尤其是针对高一高二年级的学生。在历史教学上，高一、高二重在学生基础知识的积累和历史思维能力的养成，高三注重体系的构建、知识的拓展深化以及答题技巧的强化。学生能力应该早培养，而不是等到临近高考，以前我们吃过亏，要知道，学生能力的养成不是一朝一夕的事情。在日常教学中，我们确实发现学生在这方面存在着严重问题，阅读材料抓不住重点，不会从材料中提取信息，进行归纳、概括、总结，而这些能力正是解答历史问题最基本、最重要的，也是历史高考要考查的重点。问题教学法根据教材的内容设计一个个问题让学生通过阅读教材作答，这样既梳理了知识，也培养了学生的能力，一举两得，使教材资源得到了充分的开发利用，这是打造高效课堂的一个好办法，我们正在进行的省课题 “如何提高学生的阅读能力”，我想这是一个很好的策略。不过，问题的设计需要根据学情而定。我在高一刚开始使用导学案时，设计的问题就有些偏难、过多，基础知识部分与问题探究部分混杂，犯了急于求成、“眉毛胡子一把抓”的毛病，学生解决问题比较困难，任务往往完不成。在同组老师的合作下，逐渐改进，到高二时，我做了进一步改进，课堂状态有了较大的改观。

第四，问题探究是课堂展示的关键环节，在材料的选取，问题的设计上一定要紧紧围绕课程的核心内容进行，难易适度，有针对性，有典型性、层次性和启发性。在教学过程中，教师应该充分发挥主导作用，对学生的发言议论作适当的点评，还应注意掌控学生谈论的方向及时间，及时纠偏，做到收放自如。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

今天听了仇海云老师的讲座，给我留下了深刻印象使我对高效课堂有了一个初步的认识，我觉得它主要是指教学过程的最优化，教育效果的最大化。是师生的共同进步，是知识和素养的共同提高。下面是我的一点体会。

我理解的高效课堂是在课堂教学中，通过学生积极主动的学习过程配合老师的点拨指导，在单位时间内高效率、高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效益发展。教学高效益就其内涵而言，是指学生在知识与技能，过程与方法，情感、态度、价值观“三维目标”的协调发展。就其外延而言涵盖高效的课前精心预习、课堂教学中实践展示和课后反馈来提高课堂教学效率。一般来说，高效课堂效益评价主要标准是，学生思维活跃，语言表达正确、流利、有感情，课堂充满激情，分析问题与解决问题的能力强，目标达成且正确率在90%以上。前提是看学生是否愿意学、会不会学，乐不乐学，核心是教学三维目标的达成。

从我们教师的角度来说，高效课堂应做好以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标，编制科学合理的导学案。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略和评价方式调动和激励学生学习的积极性。三是教学中适时指导、监控、反馈、激励，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

总之，课堂是我们教学的主阵地，更是现今我们课改的主阵地，必须切实的提高教育教学效率。影响课堂效率的因素很多，我们只有理性地认识我们的课堂教学，客观地面对我们的课堂教学存在的问题，才能不断改进我们的课堂教学。提高课堂教学效率的方法有很多，除了课前的预习准备、不断改进课堂结构和教学方法、营造和谐教学氛围外，还有很多很多需要我们去不断思考与实践。我们遇到的困难也会不少，碰到的问题也会很多，把追求课堂教学的高效益作为自己一生孜孜不倦的追求。只要我们面对问题和困难，冷静思考，勇于实践，善于总结，终会取得高效课堂教学改革的成功。

如何在40分钟内发挥最大的课堂效益，使课堂教学更有效，是我们教师都在苦心探索研究的。我在教学实践中就如何培养学生的自主学习，自主发展能力，如何提高课堂教学效率等方面进行了一些学习和探索。

备课是老师的富有创造性的复杂的劳动过程，做好了这一步，也就做好了成功高效课堂的第一步。备课，包括备教材、备学情、备教法，另外还要备学生的学法(学生的操练)。备课时，首先要钻研教材，熟悉教材的内容;把握知识、技能目标，找出教学的重点和难点，要整体地、清晰明了地把握教材，才能在课上得心应手，备课时一定要结合自己学生的特点，学生学习和接受能力是不尽相同的，备课时要注意全面性，包括内容上的全面和对不同层次学生照顾上的全面。我们对学生的反馈还要进行预设，尽可能多的为学生提供多种答案信
