我校开展的6+1高效课堂改革已经有一年多的时间了。看到学生的变化，课堂的变化，特别是我们一年更比一年好的高考成绩让我不由得再次庆幸有这个机会参与高效课堂教学改革。我们听了很多高效课堂模式的授课，也进行了很多设计和思考，到底怎样才是高效课堂，怎样才能真正达到高效，我有一点看法。高效的目的是使学生学到更多，更加合理的发挥课堂的有效性，在有限的时间内让学生有更多的收获，这才是最终的目的。所以，我们老师在教学中不断地进行摸索，争取最大限度地发挥学生的主动性和积极性。

一、明确学生的主体地位

在6+1课堂中，真正体现了学生是学习的主体，教师是学生学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。6+1高效课堂改变了过去“满堂灌”、“一言堂”的教学模式，同学们可以大显风采真正成为学习的主人、课堂的主角。教师在课堂中创设条件让学生深入学习、合作探究。教师想尽办法调动学生的学习积极性，提高学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习的能力。在展示的环节教师又会设置丰富多彩的展示平台，鼓励学生用适合自己的方法和策略汇报探究结果。使学生个性得到张扬，潜能和创造性得到较好的发挥，真正体现“我的地盘我做主”。

二、建立高效的教学模式

6+1高效课堂是教与学的交往、互动，师生双方面的相互交流、相互沟通、相互启发、相互补充，而不是教师单方的输出和学生单方的接受。在整个教学过程中教师与学生分享彼此的思考、经验和知识，交流彼此的情感、体验与观念，丰富了教学内容，求得新的发展，从而达到共识、共享、共进，实现教学相长。学生是发展的人、生动活泼的人、有尊严的人，发展的人是具有巨大潜能的，最好的教师就是把学生的潜能开发出来。要改变以往命令式的、生硬的教育方法，要用激励性的语言与学生交流。在我们的学案编写中正体现了教师的教要为学生的学服务，一切从学生的实际出发，从学生的生活体验、已有的经验着手，一切为了学生，为了学生的一切。

三、重视弱势群体

以往有这样的现象，教师对品学兼优的学生关爱有加，而对学习有困难、思想品质不那么端正的学生只有批评与责怪。因此上课只提问好生，给好生很多机会，而学习有困难的学生很少有展示自己的机会，使他们觉得压抑，无形中限制了他们的发展。其实这样的学生，他并不是天生迟钝，只不过是这方面的潜能没得到很好的开发，6+1课堂模式给了他们机会，鼓励他们，让他们也能积极参与到课堂的讨论中，他们也会勇于发言的。不再成为置身于课堂学习之外的“看客”。

针对6+1的导、思、议、展、评、检六个环节我有以下体会: 在课堂的六环节中，“导”这一环节，我们英语课堂针对每节课的内容有不同的导入方式。比如阅读课，我们就根据课文内容找一些相关的资料，图片等，激发学生的学习兴趣。如果是知识点课，就在导的环节，先进行初步的学习，并在下次上课导的环节再对重点知识点进行复习或提问。有时在导的环节也会处理一些限时练上的错题。

导的3分钟时间总是显得很短，很不够用，因此，通常会提前上课。 思的环节是学生进行独立学习的阶段，在这一阶段，作为老师，不干涉，不打断，静静地观察，同时也观察学生对学案的完成程度，也为下一课时的设计做好参考。一般情况下学生都能完成，所以在思的环节，我们会分成两步走，先让学生读背知识点，然后再做题。所有的课型中只有阅读课，学生完成的不是很好，特别是差生不能在有限的时间内把学案做完，特别是课文小结的部分。因此在以后的学案设计上我们老师应该更合理的设计，应该分层次教学，也可以在题的设计上适当降低难度。

议的环节是学生互教、互动的环节。在这一环节学生可以进行思想的交流，可以互相帮助，共同学习，共同进步。但是在这一环节也存在一些问题，成绩好的学生一般都能积极讨论，成绩差的学生，有时就处于边缘地带，老师检查的时候，走到身边的时候，就装模作样地学，走过去以后就又不参加大家的讨论，有时甚至还在下面说些与学习无关的话，做些与学习无关的事。针对这样的学生，我的做法，是先进行说理教育，然后给其改正的机会，并对其提出学习的要求和目标，如果还是我行我素，不听教诲，就开红条。

在展示的环节，我尽量鼓励学生，支持他们，帮助他们，让他们大胆地把自己的真实想法，展示出来或者说出来，并鼓励学生使用课堂激情用语。在学生展示这一环节，有时是口头展示，有时是书面展示。书面展示的效果比较好，口头展示有时不太理想，有的组员不敢站起来说，总是怕说错了被同学笑话，有的组员是对他们的答案不确定也不敢说，在这个时候我就会积极地鼓励学生，告诉他们不要怕出错，在学习的过程中出错是很正常的，我们可以在错误中进步。课堂激情用语，贯彻地也不太好，也不彻底，所以在今后的教学中，我会强调学生多使用。

评的环节，一般只重点讲解重难点的知识，其他的知识点就让学生多读、多背、多提问。展和评的环节有时是分开，有时是结合在一起。虽然学校要求展评分开，但我个人的实践感觉是得按所学的内容来定，有时完全分开，学生的错误不能及时纠正，在回过来去纠正，有点浪费时间，而且学生此刻的印象也不深刻。因此，我个人感觉展评分开还是结合应视情况而定。

检的环节，时间把握上不是那么准确，所以有时会拖堂，这和学案的设计上也有关，题量多的时候，或者题难的时候就会超时，所以以后在学案的设计上我们会更下功夫。

关于学案和限时练的编写，我们还有待提高。学案应层次化，问题化，特别是应该和教材有机地结合。限时练也应该更有针对性，更系统，不能随意编写，而且也应该层次化，照顾到各个程度的学生，不能让差生在做限时练时无事可做，像是在看天书。

集体备课方面，也不够高效，而且有时会流于形式。但是我们高一一部英语组的集体备课，备课内容真的很实在，下次学案的编写我们会认真讨论，修改，第二天要讲的课，怎么讲，我们也会讨论，而且课件的制作我们也会每次都在集体备课上大家认真地看一遍，再讨论修改。当然也有很多不足，有时没有做到全英，有时课件的制作会滞后，影响集体备课的效果，而且对当天刚上过的课反思较少，有时大家也会讨论课后反思，但也没有做到坚持。所以今后的集体备课要我们大家的共同努力和督促。

最后我想说一点有关课堂评价方面的看法。在课堂上对于学生的展示，我都会给他们打分，但是，也仅限与打分，没有后续的奖惩机制，所以我建议今后应建立更详细的评价机制，而且要具体到班，具体到组，具体到个人，范围也应该更广一些，不能只奖励优等生，其他层次的学生其实更看重评价的结果，我们也应该给他们一些被表扬的机会。

以上是我对6+1课改的一点初浅体会。课改让教师原有的角色发生变化，课改也为教师发展创造了一个新的机遇。相信我们在教学中不断反思、不断创新，一定会使学生的成绩一年更比一年好，相信自己也会不断地成长。6+1高效课堂教学模式还有更长远的路要走，要想有更辉煌的战果，还需继续探索，开拓创新，相信在不久的将来定会形成有××一中特色的6+1高效课堂模式。

In the ocean of natural calamities and man-made misfortunes emerge in an

endless stream today, human pollution is often not from the original intention,

but it is caused by the unexpected effect. The British Petroleum oil, because

the drilling platform explosion, caused by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico,

to 9900 square kilometers of sea water is seriously polluted, so that tens of

thousands of seabirds soaked in oil to move, die in hunger and misery, makes

countless fish poisoning death; and the Japanese earthquake and tsunami

triggered a nuclear leak the marine pollution is more serious......

The sea is so vast that it is because the rivers and streams flow into the

Yangtze River and then run into the sea. If we do not solve the pollution

problem from the source, then no matter how people clean up the sea, there will

always be sewage flowing into the sea, and all the efforts will be futile. Now,

streams and streams are often seriously polluted, or they become places where

people dump rubbish or are loaded with pesticide cans. Finding a clear stream in

an inhabited area can be very difficult today!

In any case, the protection of the oceans can not be achieved by individual

forces, and the protection of the oceans depends on the joint efforts of all

mankind. I do not want one day in the future, our descendants can only imagine

the image of the vast and wide sea.

This is not only the wish of a pupil, but also the wish of all mankind,

isnt it?

通过一段时间的学习，渐渐认识到高效课堂就是在有限的时间和空间内，用恰当的教学方式激发学生的积极性、主动性，让学生主动参与学习的过程，获得较大容量的真正有效的知识，同时充分培养和锤炼学生的创新精神和实践能力，形成良好的情感、正确态度和价值观，从而促进学生的全面发展。高效课堂绝不是只图眼前热闹的应景之举，而是实实在在的求真务实的活动。

那么，如何才能更好的打造高效课堂呢?我认为应该把握好以下几点：

第一，转变教学观念和教学方式。课堂低效多是教师教学观念较落后，没有积极采用新课改理念，教学仍以讲为主，不是把课堂交给学生，自己组织、引导学生学习。教师必须在课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断转变教学观念，进而转变教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，从而提高课堂效率。

第二，精心备课，尤其是备学生。现在教师把主要精力放在了上课上，而不是放在备课上，没有精心备课就去上课，以致课堂效率较低。教师在备课时，不但要根据教学内容精心设计教学过程，采用不同的教法处理重难点，更要认真学习课程标准，认真研究课本和教法，充分备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第三，研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，有些教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第四，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答。这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提时间和要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干。这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第五，积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师要根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制。同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高小组的自主学习、合作学习的效果。这样，小组学习就可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

第六，激发学生的学习兴趣。课堂上，学生的学习兴趣高不高，也影响到课堂效率的高低。现实中，有些课上学生没精打采，既不积极地思考问题，也不积极地回答问题，课堂气氛沉闷，这样的课堂效率不会高。兴趣是最好的老师，兴趣也是提高效率的法宝。课堂教学要提高效率和质量，首先必须激发学生学习的兴趣，点燃他们求知的火花，才能引发他们求知的欲望，调动起学习的积极性，使他们喜欢课堂。在教学过程中，时时调动学生的积极思维，处处开启学生的心智，课课给学生以知识、方法及新颖感，营造一种浓厚的学习氛围，使学生在轻松、愉悦、和谐的气氛中自觉的获取知识和养成能力，变“要我学”为“我要学”。教师的课堂教学设计只有让学生保持较高的学习兴趣，能围绕学习目标积极地参与、认真地思考，才能使课堂教学有效、高效。

总之，就是每一堂课教师要为学生营造轻松、和谐、愉悦的课堂教学氛围，使学生在轻松和谐愉悦的课堂氛围中，有最理想的学习状态，才能达到高效课堂。
