开了一个好头之后，当然要开始写文章的主体部分了，那就是文章的正文。

文章的正文应以文章的开头为线索，具体地叙述、说明或论证文章的主题。文章不论长短，每个段落都必须为主题服务。像说明文和议论文这一类的文章，一个主题还常分成几个小主题，每个小主题要用一个段落处理，另起一段时，应是一层新的意思。每一段的开头，要放一个表示段落小主题的主题句，这样可使文章条理化，易于阅读，便于读者抓住主题。段内的所有句子应围绕主题句的意义加以阐述或论证，为中心思想服务。句子之间应衔结自然，有条不紊，而且还要合乎逻辑，段落中不能出现任何与主题无关的句子；英语写作比较重视主题句的作用，缺少它段落意义就会含糊不清。主题句也可放在段落的中间和末尾等部位，但对初学者来说，以放在段首为好。

在记叙文中，段的结构有时可以很简单，不需要有主题句，叙事一气呵成，中途没有停顿。段与段之所以分开，只是为了起修辞作用，以便把某一细节置于显著的地位。

分段是文章组织上重要的一步，在写一篇文章的时候，一般都会将文章分为3段，第一段也就是文章的开头，第二段是主体部分，第三段自然就是结尾了。当然也可以分成4段等，不管怎么分段，都请大家要记住，在写一篇作文的时候，一定不可以不分段。

接下来就是文章的结尾了，以下是一些写好结尾的方法

1.自然结尾，点明主题。随着文章的结束，文章自然而然地结尾。

如“Helping the Policeman(帮助警察)”的结尾可以是：The two children were praised by the police and they felt happy.

2.首尾呼应，升华主题。在文章的结尾可以用含义较深的话点明主题，深化主题，起到“画龙点睛”的效果。

如“I Love My Hometown(我爱家乡)”的结尾可以是：I love my hometown, and I am proud of it.

3.反问结尾，引起深思。这种方式的结尾虽然形式是问句，但意义却是肯定的，而且具有一定的强调作用，可引起他人的深思。

如 “Learning English can Give us a Lot of Pleasure (学英语能为我们带来许多乐趣)” 的结尾可以是：If we learn English well, we can …Don’t you think learning English is great fun?

4.表达祝愿，阐述愿望

这种方式的结尾常出现在书信或演讲稿的文体中，表示对他人的祝福或对将来的展望等。

一、高效课堂重视课前的备课

(2)教学设计要关注学生学习过程。备课是上好课的前提，那么备课“备”什么?教师备课的重要指导思想不是备教师怎样“教”，而是备学生怎样“学”。教师要关注学生的学习基础、学习状态，精心设计学生学习的过程。要充分预设学生对哪部分内容学习困难大，应该如何实施，对哪部分内容学生容易产生分歧或独特见解，如何应对等。

(3)创造性地使用教材。课程改革实施以来，教师们都认识到应该“用”教材教，而不是“教”教材。教师要创造性地使用教材，变“死教”教材为“活用”教材，使课堂教学生动而有效。而创造性地使用教材是提高课堂教学有效性的关键之一。教师要创造性地使用教材，首先应当在认真钻研教材的基础上，能根据学情和教学需要对教材进行改进和补充，使之更好地为教学、为学生服务。其次是教师要勇于创新，大胆对教材进行“再加工”、“再创造”，使教材更加切合学生的实际，提高课堂教学的有效性。

二、高效课堂重视课中教学行为的有效性

课堂教学行为是教师的“教”和学生的“学”双边互动的过程。课改思想倡导学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式，而学生的这些学习方式都是在教师组织、指导等“教”的行为下发生的。要提高课堂教学的效益，重在提高教师“教”的行为的有效性。因此，教师在课堂教学中的每一个具体行为都应当精心地思考、精巧地设计。如何提高教师高效课堂教学行为的有效性呢?我认为：

(1)教师要着力打造平等、和谐的师生关系。教师要放下传统观念中“师道尊严”的架子，要“俯下身子”与学生交流。只有在和谐、平等、其乐融融的师生关系中，才有师生全身心的投入，教者神采飞扬，学者兴致高涨。这就需要教师树立以发展学生为本的观点，坚持教学为学生服务的思想。教师更要明确自己的角色定位，即自己是教学活动的组织者、合作者、参与者。此外，教师还要时刻铭记学生是有血有肉、活生生的人，而不是知识的容器，他们不是被动地接受知识，而是主动、积极地建构知识。

(2)教师要创设学习情境，激发学生学习兴趣。兴趣是最好的老师。教学中教师要尽可能地联系学生的实际，从生活或具体情境中引入数学新知，让学生在有效的情境中产生学习和探索的兴趣。教师要善于了解学生的学情，结合教学内容，努力创设各种生动形象的教学情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，引导他们积极、主动参与到学习中去。教师通过创设情境使学生产生学习新知的动机，积极投入到探索新知的活动中。

(3)高效课堂来自贴近学生生活的问题设置。力求从学生熟悉的生活情景与童话世界出发，选择学生身边的、感兴趣的数学问题，以激发学生学习的兴趣与动机，使学生初步感受数学与日常生活的密切联系。数学教学中，教师要不失时机创设与学生生活环境、知识背景密切相关的，又是学生感兴趣的学习情景，使学生从中感悟到数学的乐趣，产生学习的需要，激发探索新知识的积极性，主动有效地参与学习。

三、高效课堂重视课后的教学反思

“教无定法，教学是一门遗憾的艺术”。一堂课不会十全十美。我们自己每上一节课，都要进行深入的剖析、反思，对每一个教学环节预设与实际吻合、学生学习状况、教师调控状况、课堂生成状况等方面认真进行总结，找出有规律的东西，在不断“反思”中学习。促进课堂教学质量，教学效果也一定会更好。

我参加了《小学高校课堂教学模式培训》，通过这两天的培训使我真正懂得了什么是“高校课堂”。

所谓“高效课堂”就是用尽可能少的时间获取最大教学效益的教学活动。开展“高效课堂”研讨，其指导思想归纳起来就是两个减轻两个提高：减轻教师的教学负担，减轻学生的学业负担，提高教师教学效益，提高学生学习效益。最终达到提高学校整体教育教学质量的目的。

那么，究竟什么是高效课堂呢?

从学生角度来讲，高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思。从这个角度来说，高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

从教师角度来说，高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适应性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消化，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使教学目标的达成度更高。

那么，如何构建高效课堂呢?

第一、抓好教师教学观念的转变和教学方式的转变。教师教学观念的转变不是一蹴而就的事，必须在推进课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断推动教师观念的转变，进而转变教师的教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，逐步解决忽视学生情感、态度、价值观目标实现的问题。

第二、开展以学课标、研课本、研方法、课后反思等为主要形式的校本培训。在教学实践中我们发现，在很多情况下，课堂的低效是由教师对课标与课本的学习与研究不足所造成的，而教师这方面的不足又影响和制约了其课堂驾驭能力，课堂驾驭能力又反过来影响课堂教学的效率。

第三、抓好教师备课中的备学生问题。不少教师在备课时，只习惯于备教学内容，而忽视备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适应性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第四、研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第五、加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第六、积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，可以把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制，同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高学习小组的自主学习效果。这样，可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

第七推行作业分层布置制度。教师在布置课堂练习和课后作业时，必须充分考虑不同学生的学习水平，做到“不布置死记硬背、机械训练作业，布置启发性、思考性作业;不布置重复性作业，布置可选择性、层次性作业;不布置繁难偏旧作业，布置实践性、研究性作业”。布置的作业数量要少，质量要高，要避免进入“教师随意布置大量作业——学生应付作业——教师随意批改作业——教师再随意布置过多作业——学生再应付作业”的恶性循环，消除教师无暇顾及教学内容的研究和设计、无暇顾及研究学生的现象，从而解决学生不堪重负、疲于应付、厌学情绪滋生等问题。因此，加强作业的管理与指导，避免超负荷、重复性、低水平的作业，给每个学生留有充分自主发展的余地，是提高课堂教学效率必由之路。(以上内容来自互联网，特此说明。)

during the last two hundred years the art of mass communication has become one

of the dominating factors of contemporary society.

Firstly, inventiveness has led to advances in printing, telecommunications,

photography, radio and television.

Secondly, speed has revolutionized the transmission and reception of

communications so that local news often takes a back seat to national news,

which itself is often almost eclipsed by international news.

No longer is the possession of information confined to a privileged

minority.

In the last century the wealthy man with his own library was indeed

fortunate, but today there are public libraries.

Forty years ago people used to flock to the cinema, but now far more people

sit at home and turn on the TV to watch a program that is being channeled into

millions of homes.

Communication is no longer merely concerned with the transmission of

information.

The modern communication industry influences the way people live in society

and broadens their horizons by allowing access to information, education and

entertainment.

The printing, broadcasting and advertising industries are all involved with

informing, educating and entertaining.

Although a great deal of the material communicated by the mass media is

very valuable to the individual and to the society of which he is a part, the

vast modern network of communications is open to abuse.

However, the mass media are with us for better, for worse, and there is no

turning back.

Boys and girls ,

Today I’ll talk about our English club . Our English club was set up two

months ago . Now we have members of 25 . We meet once a week on Saturday

afternoon. So far we have conducted a variety of activities on English learning

, such as watching English films , holding a Christmas party and getting

together with foreign students .

Last week we held an English story-telling competition . We required that

the entries be original and interesting and be presented in English within five

minutes . Every member took an active part in the activity . Two foreign English

teachers were invited to act as judges . At last Li Ping won the first place .

Many members said the activity benefited them in many ways . Not only did it

improve their spoken English ,but also it brought them much fun . They hope many

such activities can be held .
