2016年1月7日,上杭县第十九届农村小学教改汇报暨特色办学汇报活动在溪口中心小学举行,我有幸的参加了本次活动并受益匪浅,从中学到了很多。

承办方溪口中心小学为我们展示了他们的课改成果、特色办学和文艺汇演,真是精彩纷呈。首先听取了杨晓松老师执教的《伯牙绝弦》一课,他采用“先学后教”的课堂教学模式为我们呈现了“先学后教,高效课堂”模式下的阅读教学。通过听课,我认真学习,对“先学后教 高效课堂”这一教学理念有了新的领悟。我觉得这种教学模式真的十分有效:教师备课、学生课前自主学习均十分充分,尤其是课堂上学生小组合作学习非常有效,组员之间配合默契,组长发挥了很好的引领作用。整堂课教学环节紧凑,充分体现了学生是学习的主人,而教师则是学习的组织者和指导者,教学效果非常显著。

活动中,我还听取了第二实验小学陈汝钰副校长关于《合作学习——高效课堂的有效载体》的专题讲座,他为我们开展“先学后教,高效课堂”指明了小组该如何组建的方向。

我认识到,“先学后教,高效课堂”的实质是:从上课到下课,学习的全过程都是让学生自学,教师由讲授者变为组织者。牢固地确立“以学生为主体,教师为主导,面向全体学生”的现代教育观念,真心实意地尊重学生,关心学生,热爱学生,突出学生在学校的主体地位,为“每一个学生都能学好”创设良好的环境。“没有教不好的学生”、“让每一位家长满意”、“没有差生,只有差异”诸如此类的话编织成了师生之间的一条条感情纽带,让每位踏进课堂的人都感受到一种温暖。

“先学后教,高效课堂”的教学模式在课堂教学中把引导学生自主学习放在首位,教师引导学生自学和探索,帮助学生在克服困难上下工夫,这种教学要求有效地制约了习惯于“满堂灌”的老师,这对建立“以学生为主体”的素质教育是十分重要的,但也不能忽略发挥老师的主导作用。有些属于教师该讲的内容必须讲清楚,讲准确。当然,老师更应该结合检测中暴露出来的问题,找一些具有针对性的训练题,有重点的对薄弱环节进行强化训练,让学生迅速弥补学习上的缺失和漏洞。

应用这一教学模式进行教学,教师必须加强自身理论学习,对教学方法和学生的学习方式要熟练掌握并形成技能,坚持不懈地让这一教学思想渗入到每个学生的心中,形成一定的学习习惯。“先学后教”简简单单的几个字,其中蕴含的却是先进的教学理念:“教师的责任不在教,而在教学生学”;“先学后教,以教导学,以学促教”,才能取得最佳的教学效果

我今后要由知识的传授者,变成学生学习的组织者、引导者。在学生自学时,教师一方面督促学生按照老师的指导自学,确保完成好自学任务;另一方面通过课间巡视、个别询问,特别是通过提问、练习等检测形式进行调查,最大限度地暴露学生自学中的疑难问题,并认真分析带倾带性的问题,进行梳理、归类,为“后教”作好准备。

“先学后教,高效课堂”教学模式为我们一线老师带来了机遇与挑战,在今后的教学和学习中我将更加努力的学习相关的理论知识,并不断借鉴别人成功的经验不断的提高自己的教学水平。把“先学后教,高效课堂”教学模式落到实处。

参加关于组织参加2015年江佛小学语文高效课堂研讨活动,让我受益匪浅。这次的课堂展示非常精彩,细致。听着教师们的课时,我想教师的语言竟有如此之魅力,它能带领学生重温校园生活片段,引出狭小的课堂,深入人的心灵深处。有的老师在教学时,她让学生一边观看图片,一边听老师的介绍,声情并茂的语言勾起了学生思绪。

在这所小学中,早读课时,一年级进行绘本教学,三年级进行写字教学,二、四、五、六进行国学经典教学,根据不同年级进行经典教学,培养学生乐于学习经典国学的兴趣。一年级的绘本教学里,学生可以先观察图片,进行说话,再进行短文学习,图文并茂,有助于培养孩子们的学习兴趣,培养学生的观察能力,语言组织能力。在学习《国学读本》诵读时,学习多样化(诵读,唱读,吟咏,小品表演,分角色朗诵,小组学习)。在课前3分钟,学生能尽情展示自己,锻炼自己,培养自己的自信心。

在王林老师讲授的《临死前的严监生》一课中,“小主持人”以“猜猜她是谁”引入课堂。“小主持人”提问,同学猜;同学出题,同学猜(猜班上同学)。 通过这样的一种形式燃起学生的学习热情。学生自由朗读课文,再指名朗读,最后教师示范诵读,通过不断的比较,不同的语境,体会各个人物的细节描写。初步分析后,请学生进行角色扮演,再次体会,走进人物的内心世界。教师注重品读细节,走进内心,通过说、读、写的形式抓细节描写,让学生更深刻的去体会,领悟。再次让学生进行分角色朗读,不同层次的感受课文中的每个人物的特点。最后,在课文延伸中,教师引入了严监生对妻子的爱的故事内容,让学生多方面的了解严监生的为人,性格,激发学生课后自行学习、阅读《儒林外史》。

李小斌老师讲授的《小猪变形记》,是一天绘本教学。教师以学生自制的小书作品展示引入课堂,引起学生的注意力,并引出书本“小猪的变形记”。让学生观察书的封面最吸引你的是什么?你有什么疑问呢?让学生边观察边思考,培养学生的观察力和思维能力。观察完后,学生自由阅读课文,再听范读。说说老师为什么喜欢小猪?凭印象说说小猪变了哪些动物?并请“小助手”找出相应的图片贴在黑板上。接着,看图说话,让学生选择自己喜欢的图,并说说小猪是怎样变的。让学生讲述图画的细节。锻炼学生的表达能力。最后,让学生自己想象,小猪还可以变成什么?用自己喜欢的材料,画小猪变成了什么?在快乐的音乐中,学生快乐的作画,既能培养孩子的动手能力,又能开发孩子的想象力。

写作是一个逐渐领悟的东西,有时甚至是只可意会,不可言传的。写作必须放手让学生自己去学、去感、去悟、去闯、去创。就像学游泳,必须先把学生推下大江大海,哪怕呛几口水,游去就是了;就像演员,要紧地是务必去登舞台:成功失败浑不怕,好坏皆在进行中。

走出作文课“应试教育”的泥沼。先让我们走进校园,深入课堂,看看“应试教育”在作文课教学中的种种表现吧:①只盯“指挥棒”不练基本功的教学目的。②本末倒置以考代练的训练模式。③猜题押宝投机取巧的教学心理。④“惰性”当头的教风学风。⑤以迎合阅卷人好恶为宗旨的歪道文风。    作文课应试教学的弊端还可以历数许多许多。走出这一泥沼,已经是刻不容缓了。

一、请“导演”务必把“演员”推上台

在作文课的教与学中,说到底,教师只是一个导演,一个镜头之外的局内人。“戏”演得好坏,归根结底还得看学生。写作本领的获得,尤其不同于其他知识的掌握。其他知识具有固定性或唯一性。一个字,一个词,音、形、义掌握了,就是掌握了;一种文学常识,一个语法知识点,弄懂了,就是弄懂了。而写作就有所不同,它主要表现在能力上。写作,不仅存在一个技巧问题,尤其还有一个与修养、阅历、情操有关的人文水平问题。因此,教写作,就不像教其他知识那样:懂了么?懂了。会了么?会了。那好,写去吧!如此教学,还是写不出。写作是一个逐渐领悟的东西,有时甚至是只可意会,不可言传的。写作必须放手让学生自己去学、去感、去悟、去闯、去创。就像学游泳,必须先把学生推下大江大海,哪怕呛几口水,游去就是了;就像演员,要紧地是务必去登舞台:成功失败浑不怕,好坏皆在进行中。

二、如何实现中学作文课高效教学

1.教师要当好写作的领头雁。

古人云:“以己昏昏,焉能使人昭昭”。教作文,必须自己会作文;要学生写,必须自己会写、先写。这就像游泳教练教游泳:仰泳、蛙泳、自由泳你当教练的必须样样拿得起、放得下。这样做一是让学生信服,二是让学生有所遵循。榜样的力量是无穷的,长于写作的老师必然会带出一茬茬长于写作的弟子。当然,当好写作的领头雁,并不是要求教师以“写”代教。恰恰相反,教师最先通过“深入虎穴”获得“虎子”,从而在具体地感受写作的甘苦中,把握寻找教与学的捷径,使作文教学“活”起来。

2.从训练听、说、读、观察、思考入手,养成天天记、天天写的习惯。

据教育心理学分析,学生的写作冲动,首先来自“听、说、读、观察、思考”诸因素,这些因素的萌发与形成,直接影响和决定着写作能力的萌发和形成。具体地说,“听、读、观察”就是训练对世界的感知能力,使学生能够把生活中的那些生动、形象、深刻、真知的东西一下抓住,这就是材料。而“说与思考”的训练又是培养运用内部语言进行整理、加工直至运用口头语言给以初步表达的能力,进而为书面写作蓄势。在此基础上再去养成天天记、天天写的习惯,让学生在不知不觉中获得写作能力。下大气力抓基础,还要务必抓好“炼字、炼词、写句、写段、完意”的训练,反复抓,不懈地抓。慢,恰恰是最快的。

3.变教师命题为学生“找题”。

在作文时,教师不再规定具体的题目,而是只指定作文范围、题材和体裁。具体的题目,由学生根据老师的指定范围自己去“找”,以给学生尽可能多的思考余地和独立创造的空间。写作是对生活的能动反映,是一个一步一步从现象到本质、从具体到抽象、从内部语言到书面语言的认识实践过程。好的文章,总是先从大量的原始生活中(也可从文字材料中)寻得素材,再从素材中发现生动深刻的东西,然后形成观点(主张或形象),最后确定题目。只有经过这样的大量地反复不懈地训练,学生才能形成真正的写作能力(当然也包括以更高的起点审视题目统摄材料的能力)。相反,单纯的命题作文训练不仅违背了认识规律,同时必然造成学生作文的空洞、做假、拼凑,甚至文不对题的普遍弊病,将写作引向死胡同。

4.改教师评改为学生自我评改。

多年来,中学作文教学都是学生写作老师改评,这几乎成了天经地义的法规。据调查,绝大多数学校对教师的作文批改都作了具体而又细致的规定。不仅规定了每学期至少批改多少次、多少篇、还规定了所谓“全批全改”的细则,似乎批改得愈多,教学成绩就愈大。殊不知这样做的结果往往是“费力不讨好”。近几年来,不少致力于改革的老师摸索出了一套“以点评为主,主要让学生自我评改”的新路子,实在可喜可贺。其做法有四:一是表扬为主法;二是重点研讨法;三是学生互评法;四是自我批改法。总之让学生自己在写作和讲评中发现自己的问题,然后自觉地主动地去改掉不足。当然,这绝不是说教师可以撒手不管,放任自流,而应多从宏观上去把握、调控、引导,多做评选、启发、鼓劲等方面的工作。

三、多让学生到生活中去练笔

深入生活,开展第二课堂活动,不妨从以下几个方面做起:

1.成立课外写作兴趣小组。

做法有二:一是教师组织活动,有计划有步骤地进行读写训练;二是由学生自己组织小型“文学社”、“写作社”,利用节假日、星期天开展活动,教师适时地请当地或外地作家来讲学、辅导,以开阔眼界,拓宽写作思路。

2.开展多渠道写作练习。

如举办人人参加的自写自编的手抄《班级日报》活动,一学期下来,每生可以轮办2~3次;又如开展课前10分钟演讲活动;再如,定期办好黑板报、学生优秀作文展示栏等。这些活动的开展会极为有利地促进学生练笔。

3.走出校门,丰富自己。

提倡学生深入工厂、农村、商店去了解社会。过去讲“读万卷书,行万里路”。这个“行万里路”就是:一要感知祖国的大好河山,二要感知五彩缤纷的社会。这就是积累――材料的积累、形象的积累、思想的积累、写作思路的积累。这会对学生的写作产生积极而深远的影响。

4.有计划、有选择地组织学生接触各种传媒。

订报刊,看电视,听收音机,并有针对性地开展讨论,以培养学生的鉴赏、思辨能力。

5.有组织地开展和参加写作评比活动。

每学期以学校或年级为单位搞一两次作文比赛,评出等级并给以适当奖励。有条件的还可参加一些县、市、省甚至全国级的作文竞赛活动,以此来检验促进自己。

光阴似箭,岁月如梭,转眼一学期的教学工作即将结束,回顾这半年来的工作,我感触颇深——有工作上的快乐,当然也有些许苦闷,这学期学校全面推进了高效课堂的教学模式,为了更好地完成教学,我对自己的工作不敢有半点怠慢,每天认真学习,深入研究教法,经过几个月的努力,我感觉自己获取了很多宝贵的教学经验,以下是我自己对语文高效课堂教学的几点心得

一、预习是提高课堂效益的前提

预习是语文学习的一个重要环节,也是提高学生自学能力的必要途径。教师首先要认真编写导学案。导学案是学生预习的工具,是学习的抓手。通过导学案的引领,学生能够自我开展自学。当然,用导学案也不能脱离教材,教材是第一手学习材料。不能有了导学案,就肢解了教材。整体阅读教材、理解教材是首位的,通过导学案的问题,要回到教材中去,不能让学生只注重找答案而不读书、不品悟。问题的答案是读出来的,同时在读的过程当中,又有新的生成。

教师要对学生每一次的预习进行检查,以便于在课堂上,对子组进行讨论交流,分享成果,每个单元的学习总结,由老师来评价选出预习之星,进行班内展评,以此激发学生自主预习的兴趣。

二、精心备课是提高课堂教学效益的关键

说到精心备课,第一次接触这种教学模式,在导学案的设计上,我绞尽了脑汁,每天熬至深夜,努力钻研,为了紧扣高效课堂教学环节,围绕三环六步(导学,独学,对学,研学,展学,检测)来教学,在落实学生为主体地位上下功夫,落实学生合作交流学习上下功夫,充分调动每一个学生的积极性上下功夫,切实提高课堂的教学效益,我深入地明白了备好导学案的重要性——这是高效课堂教学的关键所在。

三、课堂是提高教学效益的主阵地

1、精心设计导语。我觉得好的导语能抓住孩子的心,激起他们的求知欲望。如在《最佳路径》中,我是这样设计导语的:“同学们,你们喜欢看动画片吗?大家一定对“米老鼠”“唐老鸭”这样的动画人物并不陌生吧,那么,你知道他们都是谁创造的吗?——没错,就是美国动画片大师沃尔特,迪斯尼!”这样的提问设计,一下子就激发了学生的学习兴趣。

2、让学生动起来。在学习活动中学生是学习的主体,如何使学生动起来,成为真正的主人,是提高课堂效率的关键。在教学中,我采用学生合作交流展示,质疑补充的方式,来调动他们的主观参与意识,培养他们的主观能动性。如在教《怒吼吧,黄河》一文时,我放手让学生重点品读词句段,大胆质疑,学习作者的写作方法,领会作者的写作意图,培养学生的学习主动性。

3、鼓励学生创新。在教学中,我们应当对学生的创新表现予以及时的激励,让学生的创造性思维火花燃烧起来,并开设各种奖项,如“质疑之星”,“展示之星”等,来鼓励那些有创新、有特色的学生,让学生增强自尊心、自信心、自豪感,进而产生进一步学习的动力。这种丰富多彩的评价方式,实际上就是对学生创新的一种肯定,更能激发起他们的创新积极性。

四、强化小组的分工与合作

课堂教学完不成任务,展示环节杂乱,回答问题重叠。很大程度在于分工不明确,这是我感触最深也是最让我头疼的地方。为了让小组间成员真正意义上做到团结合作交流,各有其责。学习上彼此间相互取长补短,我不断进行观察,调整小组建设,利用优生组和差生组结对子形式,以优生来带动差生,对学困生的学习进行辅导和帮助。又利用每一个学习小组组内成员进行竞争来带动全班同学共同进步。经过多次微调,我发现孩子们的学习配合性提高了,不按时完成作业的孩子少了,学习成绩也有了一定的进步。由此,小组建设的重要性,也是非常重要的教学之一。

五、重视学生的课外阅读积累

要想学好语文,只凭课本是不够的,必须扩大学生的阅读面。我校自开展高校阅读课以来,提出:“多读书,好读书,读好书,一个月读60万字”的要求。引导学生大量阅读课外书籍,培养学生课外知识量。在此基础上,我要求学生必须根据自己课外阅读的内容做摘抄,可以是作文读后感,可以是名言,可以是精彩片段……时间久了,学生积累的内容越来越丰富,我相信这样的活动对于提高学生的语文水平是大有好处的。

六、注重多激励学生

好孩子是夸出来的,要以欣赏、赞美、夸奖、鼓励,作为主体,勇气是把利箭,能帮助你斩出前进途中的障碍,由此可见,激励学生可以使学生看到自己成长途中的点点星光,让他们像一棵棵自信的小树一样,茁壮成长,只有这样,学生才会有闪光的机会、才会有上进、自信心,才能养成良好的习惯,人人才会进步。

以上就是我在本学期的教学心得。教无止境,虽然在本学期的教学工作中,我经验尚浅,许多地方存在不足,但我仍会一如既往地努力工作,希望在未来的日子里,能在各位领导、老师的指导下,取得更好的成绩。

Man’s life is a process of growing up, actually I’m standing here is a

growth. If a person’s life must constituted by various choices, then I grow up

along with these choices. Once I hope I can study in a college in future,

however that’s passed, as you know I come here, now I wonder what the future

holds for me.

When I come to this school, I told to myself: this my near future, all

starts here. Following I will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a

fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind,

intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect

job.

Once my teacher said :” you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget

which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft.” I will put my

personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process I

will combine learning with doing. If I can achieve this “future”, I think that I

really grow up. And I deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will

perfection and happy in the future.
