afternoon. I go home at five oclock and eat the dinner with parents at

six-thirty in the evening.

I do my homework at seven in the evening and go to bed at ten oclock at

night.

Sea pollution is becoming an increasing problem for our planet and we have

a responsibility to reduce sea pollution.

I need to describe the problem. Our ship currently dumps all its rubbish

into the sea.Its easy to result in huge endanger. First of all, Non-organic

substances such as plastic bags kill fish and whales. Because fish get trapped

and whales cannot digest them. Secondly some rubbish is inherently toxic.

I can suggest some solutions. First and foremost we can create a better

system of disposing of rubbish for instance. We ought to store rubbish. Next, we

are supposed to make ships environmentally and friendly. A case in point is that

we should stop providing plastic bags.

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. 如何构建生本高效课堂是我们每一位教师毕生都要研究的课题，把老师和学生都从题海和加课中解放出来，让教师快乐地教，让学生快乐地学。在教学实践中，课堂低效一直是管理的一大难题。那么，究竟什么是生本高效课堂呢?

从学生角度来讲，生本高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对三维教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思考。从这个角度来说，生本高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

从教师角度来说，生本高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适切性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消解，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

那么，如何构建生本高效课堂呢?我认为必须抓好以下几个方面。

第一，抓好教师教学观念的转变和教学方式的转变。教师教学观念的转变不是一蹴而就的事，必须在推进课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断推动教师观念的转变，进而转变教师的教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，逐步解决忽视学生情感、态度、价值观目标实现的问题。

第二，开展以学课标、研课本、研方法、课后反思等为主要形式的校本培训。在教学实践中我们发现，在很多情况下，课堂的低效是由教师对课标与课本的学习与研究不足所造成的，而教师这方面的不足又影响和制约了其课堂驾驭能力，课堂驾驭能力又反过来影响课堂教学的效率。

第三，抓好教师备课中的备学生问题。不少教师在备课时，只习惯于备教学内容，而忽视备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第四，研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第五，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and light saving. 2016年1月7日，上杭县第十九届农村小学教改汇报暨特色办学汇报活动在溪口中心小学举行，我有幸的参加了本次活动并受益匪浅，从中学到了很多。

承办方溪口中心小学为我们展示了他们的课改成果、特色办学和文艺汇演，真是精彩纷呈。首先听取了杨晓松老师执教的《伯牙绝弦》一课，他采用“先学后教”的课堂教学模式为我们呈现了“先学后教，高效课堂”模式下的阅读教学。通过听课，我认真学习，对“先学后教 高效课堂”这一教学理念有了新的领悟。我觉得这种教学模式真的十分有效：教师备课、学生课前自主学习均十分充分，尤其是课堂上学生小组合作学习非常有效，组员之间配合默契，组长发挥了很好的引领作用。整堂课教学环节紧凑，充分体现了学生是学习的主人，而教师则是学习的组织者和指导者，教学效果非常显著。

活动中，我还听取了第二实验小学陈汝钰副校长关于《合作学习——高效课堂的有效载体》的专题讲座，他为我们开展“先学后教，高效课堂”指明了小组该如何组建的方向。

我认识到，“先学后教，高效课堂”的实质是：从上课到下课，学习的全过程都是让学生自学，教师由讲授者变为组织者。牢固地确立“以学生为主体，教师为主导，面向全体学生”的现代教育观念，真心实意地尊重学生，关心学生，热爱学生，突出学生在学校的主体地位，为“每一个学生都能学好”创设良好的环境。“没有教不好的学生”、“让每一位家长满意”、“没有差生，只有差异”诸如此类的话编织成了师生之间的一条条感情纽带，让每位踏进课堂的人都感受到一种温暖。

“先学后教，高效课堂”的教学模式在课堂教学中把引导学生自主学习放在首位，教师引导学生自学和探索，帮助学生在克服困难上下工夫，这种教学要求有效地制约了习惯于“满堂灌”的老师，这对建立“以学生为主体”的素质教育是十分重要的，但也不能忽略发挥老师的主导作用。有些属于教师该讲的内容必须讲清楚，讲准确。当然，老师更应该结合检测中暴露出来的问题，找一些具有针对性的训练题，有重点的对薄弱环节进行强化训练，让学生迅速弥补学习上的缺失和漏洞。

应用这一教学模式进行教学，教师必须加强自身理论学习，对教学方法和学生的学习方式要熟练掌握并形成技能，坚持不懈地让这一教学思想渗入到每个学生的心中，形成一定的学习习惯。“先学后教”简简单单的几个字，其中蕴含的却是先进的教学理念：“教师的责任不在教，而在教学生学”;“先学后教，以教导学，以学促教”，才能取得最佳的教学效果

我今后要由知识的传授者，变成学生学习的组织者、引导者。在学生自学时，教师一方面督促学生按照老师的指导自学，确保完成好自学任务;另一方面通过课间巡视、个别询问，特别是通过提问、练习等检测形式进行调查，最大限度地暴露学生自学中的疑难问题，并认真分析带倾带性的问题，进行梳理、归类，为“后教”作好准备。

“先学后教，高效课堂”教学模式为我们一线老师带来了机遇与挑战，在今后的教学和学习中我将更加努力的学习相关的理论知识，并不断借鉴别人成功的经验不断的提高自己的教学水平。把“先学后教，高效课堂”教学模式落到实处。

“英语课,英语课!”同学们叫唤着。接着，英语老师就款款而来。老师没有我们想象的那么坏。她很温柔，对我们也很好。每上英语课，同学们的兴致都很高涨，因为我们只要举手被老师叫到并且答对问题，就可以获得以一个苹果。一个苹果可以换恐龙橡皮，三个苹果可以换彩色铅笔，五个苹果可以换圆珠笔。我课上十分积极，所以老师奖我的苹果最多。 我有一次特别好笑。在吹喇叭时，我一吹 ，结果发出了特别难听的声音，惹得同学们哈哈大笑，可是老师还时奖给了我一个苹果。

我的礼物最多，老师夸我是小天才。

生活中处处有课堂，大自然更是人类最优秀的老师，任何一个微小的事物，都能给人以启迪和教育。

你见过挺拔的大树吗?他们的杆笔直笔直的，拼命地伸向高空，仿佛是要冲破蓝天。为了达到目的，他们不会畏惧任何风吹雨打，不害怕任何的困难。站在挺拔的大树下，我感受到的是磅礴的气势，学到的是不畏困难的勇气。只要有一往无前的勇气，我们就能冲破重重阻碍，到达光明的顶峰。

你见过辛勤劳作的蜜蜂?每到春暖花开的时节，蜜蜂便开始四处采蜜，他们珍惜着每一寸光阴，忘我地工作着。站在五彩缤纷的花从之中，耳边的“嗡嗡”声连绵不断，我学到的是蜜蜂昔时如金的精神。它使我懂得了时光的珍贵，让我在学习生活中学会了合理地安排时间，成了时间的主人。

你见过飞蛾扑火的壮烈吗?有一次我们晚上在楼下烧纸，我有幸亲眼目睹了这一壮烈景象。当原本温顺的火苗燃成凶猛的熊熊大火时，我们都忍不住要后退几步。然而仍坚持在火间飞翔的，却是那一只只微小的飞蛾。它们确实瘦小，但仍绕着火飞舞，一圈比一圈更近，一圈比一圈更牵动人心。它们在火光中跳跃，仿佛是最后的舞蹈。它们也在挣扎着，有的支持不住，便落入火中，化作灰烬。看着它们一起义无反顾地在烈火中奔向死亡，刚刚还嘲笑飞蛾愚蠢的我，突然领悟到：它们向往的是光明，面对熊熊的烈火，即使化为灰烬，也要奋力作最后的拼搏!如今正在初三的我，需要的不正是飞蛾的这种拼搏的精神吗?面对那数不尽的困难，我不能退缩，应当学习飞蛾的拼搏精神，勇敢地去奋斗，去拼搏，相信我一定能迎来光明的明天。

大自然中处处有课堂，它们有的教人奋斗，有的发人深省，还有的给人启迪。只要我们细心地观察，能学到的还有很多，很多。

时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。
