围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

从学生角度来讲，高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对三维教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思考。从这个角度来说，高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

从教师角度来说，高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适切性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消解，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

那么如何构建高效课堂呢?

一、教师必须有清晰的教学思路

课堂教学的成功与否，很大程度上取决于教学思路是否清晰。叶圣陶先生曾说过：“教师之为教，不在全盘授予，而在相机诱导。”这诱导即是教学思路，诱导的过程，即是教学思路在教学活动中的体现。一般地说，学生对教材的学习主要是循着教师的思路进行的，因此教学思路就有了鲜明的实践性的特点。它不只存在于教师的头脑中、教案中，而必须转化为课堂教学活动。教学思路清晰，课堂就会呈现清晰，学生的思维也会渐渐清晰，从而会获得创造性思维的启迪。教师的个人思维品质集中地体现在教学思路上，又以非常鲜明的个性化色彩，潜移默化地影响学生。

二、教师讲授需把握分寸

教师的讲在课堂教学中是不可或缺的，但应把握分寸，恰当的讲。在教学的某个环节，恰当的讲解分析，对于帮助学生理清思路是极为重要的。教师若面面俱到，讲的太多太泛，学生听课时的思维会处于“休眠”状态;教师若讲得太深奥，学生听课时的思维会处于“茫然”状态。只有遵循可接受性原则，强调因材施教。这样，学生才能在教师“恰当的讲”的引导下，渐入课文的佳境，渐入学习的佳境。

三、教师应善于设计问题，促进学生思考

提问是组织教学、启发学生思维的手段，能帮助我们探索并优化学生的认知结构，教师应熟悉教材和学生，设计出有价值的问题进行提问。另外，教师应善于运用教学话题，提供一个讨论中心，围绕这一中心引出多个问题，问题的解答可以是教师也可以是学生，使课堂交流呈现多向性。在这个多向交流的过程中，学生提出的问题可能与教学任务相去甚远，但教师应珍视学生的提问，保护学生的思考成果。

四、提高学生参与教学全过程的程度

叶圣陶曾说：“教师所务，惟在启发诱导。”这就是说教师应当启发诱导学生学习主动性、让学生自觉地去想、去分析、去研究、去开拓，发挥学生的主观能动作用。在一堂课上，如果70%以上的学生以主人翁的姿态，积极主动地参与教学的全过程，这就可以说是一堂高效率的课。”当代教学理论认为：尽管教学是教与学统一的过程，但是如果以为教师教的过程同时一定也是学生学的过程，那就大错特错了。因为事实上，教师教的过程，学生未必在学，即使在学，很可能是被动地学，低效甚至无效地学。真正有效的教学不是简单地让学习者占有别人的知识，而是要建构自己的知识经验，形成自己的见解。因此，依靠教师单方面的积极性，不争取学生参与教学的主动性，是无论如何难以实现有效教学的。学生可以参与制定教学目标、选择教学方法、质疑解惑、与他人合作和教学评价等教学的全过程。这样从根本上改变长期以来教师向学生“奉送真理”的状况，把“发现真理”的主动权交给学生，最大限度地提高学生对教学活动的参与程度，从而做到如美国教育家杜威所言“使教育过程成为真正的师生共同参与的过程，成为真正合作的相互作用的过程”。

五、要为学生创设民-主、和-谐的课堂教学环境

心理学家罗杰斯曾指出，一个人的创造力只有在其感觉到“心理安全”和“心理自由”的条件下才能获得最大限度的表现和发展。教育学研究也表明，人在轻松、自由的心理状态下才可能有丰富的想象，才会迸发出创造性思维的火花。由此看来，课堂教学要实现有效教学，营造一个民主、宽松的教学环境必不可少。全国著名特级教师魏书生即是典型代表。他不仅班级管理依靠民-主，讨论问题发扬民主，就连每节的教学目标、教学内容和教学方法也跟学生共同商量。这种民主作风将教师的意愿不知不觉化作了学生自己的意愿，给课堂带来了活力与生机，大大提高了学习时间的利用率。因此，教学过程中要充分发扬民主教学思想，让学生始终拥有安全、自由、开放的心境，无拘无束，敢疑敢问，敢说敢为。从某种意义上说，教学的民主程度越高，学生自觉学习的热情就越高，课堂教学的效率也就越高。

总之，高效课堂是一种过程，更是一种理念。它不仅关注知识的教育，更崇尚智慧的教育。让我们真正走进新课程，把教学过程看作是对话、沟通、合作共享的活动，为学生主动探索和发现提供空间和机会，让学生积极参与语文学习，真正实现课堂教学的高效率。

2、职责

领导小组全面指导所辖党员的学习教育，下设办公室，安排专人负责，制定方案，进行周密部署督促执行“三会一课”制度，落实学习教育，切实搞好组织协调，加强沟通联系，及时研究解决学习教育中的问题。针对不同类型党员学习需要，提供合适的学习方法和途径，强化督促检查，及时了解学习教育开展情况，发现和解决学习中存在的问题。

三、目标任务

党支部要根据通知要求，认真组织党员学习党章党规，学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话。通过学习，准确把握学习教育的总体目标、主要内容和具体措施，正确处理好“两学一做”的基础在“学”、关键在“做”的关系;准确把握学习教育面对的是全体党员;准确把握以支部为基本单位、以组织生活为基本形式、以落实党员日常教育管理制度为基本依托，注意抓在平常、融入经常的要求;准确把握坚持领导带头、以上率下的方法。切实增强政治意识、大局意识、看齐意识，自觉把党的纪律和规矩放在前面，自觉向上级基准看齐，严格要求，做合格党员。把思想和行动统一到夏寨村党支部的决定部署上来，体现到夏寨村的发展目标、品质提升上来，走内涵式的发展道路，为把夏寨村建设成为具有一定影响力、有特色、高品质的农村示范村而努力奋斗。

四、学习教育内容

1、认真学习党章党规。

党章是党的总章程，也是党内的根本大法，是全党必须遵守的总规矩。党的十八大以来，中央先后出台一系列规章制度，特别是新修订的《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》和《中国共产党纪律处分条例》，彰显了党中央把纪律的规矩挺在前面的鲜明态度，体现了全面从严治党的实践成果。认真学习党章党规、严格遵守党章党规是加强党的建设的一项基础性、经常性工作，也是党员的应尽义务和庄严责任。全体党员要按照党支部的安排部署，以集中学习与自学相结合的方式，认真学习党章党规，自觉加强党性修养，增强党的意识、宗旨意识、大局意识、责任意识，做好基层工作。

2、认真学习系列讲话。

全体党员认真学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话，深刻领会讲话精神。全体党员要认真研读《习近平谈治国理政》、《习近平总书记系列重要讲话读本(2016年版)》，学习以习近平同志为总书记的党中央治国理政新理念、新思想、新战略，引导全体党员深入领会系列重要讲话的丰富内涵和核心要义，深入领会贯穿其中的马克思主义立场、观点和方法。用讲话精神武装头脑、明确方向、提高认识，从而推动各项工作的开展。

3、做合格党员。

党员是党组织的肌体细胞，党的先进性和纯洁性要靠每名党员的先进性和纯洁性来体现，党的执政使命要靠每名党员卓有成效的工作来完成。要引导党员强化政治意识，保持政治本色，站稳政治立场，把理想信念时时处处体现为行动的力量;自觉地在思想上、政治上、行动上和党中央保持高度一致，自觉维护党的中央权威，做政治上的明白人;牢记党的宗旨，全心全意为人民服务;加强党性锻炼和道德修养，始终保持开拓进取奋发有为的精神气概。全体党员都要努力践行“三严三实”要求，坚持自重、自省、自警、自励，不断提高思想认识、提升境界，做一个合格的党员。

三、实施方法

1、广泛深入做好思想动员工作。村党支部要充分做好党员的思想动员工作，切实把思想动员作为重要任务。要向全体党员传达开展“两学一做”学习教育的各项要求，坚持“三会一课”制度，引导党员坚决防止和克服“学习倦怠”的情绪，主动适应思想政治教育的新常态，自觉增强开展好学习教育的政治责任感和现实紧迫感，激发党员学习的积极性和能动性。要充分运用QQ、微信平台等多种媒体，采取灵动多样、喜闻乐见的形式，大张旗鼓地在全体党员中宣传开展“两学一做”学习教育的重大意义，提高广大党员对学习教育的知晓度和参与度。

2、抓好集中学习。各党支部在集中学习方面，要制定学习计划，每周组织一次集中学习，每名党员在学习过程中要认真记录学习笔记，撰写学习心得。领导干部要坚持带头学，带动党员扎扎实实地系统学习，深刻领会精神，以此来武装自己的思想、指导自己的行动。

3、党支部在思想动员和学习的基础上，根据党章党规学习内容，制作“新条例、新准则”宣传展板一期，用于开展宣传教育。认真组织党员观看展览，丰富组织生活内容，提高学习效果。

4、年底前，支部要召开专题组织生活会。支部班子及其成员要广泛征求意见，深入开展谈心谈话，对照职能职责进行党性分析，查摆在思想、组织、作风、纪律等方面存在的问题。要严肃认真开展批评和自我批评，针对突出问题、薄弱环节提出整改措施。组织全体党员对支部班子工作、作风等进行评议。

夏寨村支部结合实际制定具体实施方案，切实做好“两学一做”学习教育工作。

My winter holiday was very interesting.as that day I got back to my native hometown,cousins and cousines took me to ski.My skiing skill isnt well,got down for 15 times,they laughed at me behind,I cant help smiling too.

The day of spring festival was the most happiness day,we had meal for the first,a table of delicious food,that made me so glad.then we played the fireworks.The childrens waving the lightening ticket while watching the adults playing the fireworks.that was so beautiful!like the stars rainning down the world.at the end,it was time to get the red bag.

We were very exciting,and satisfied.sometimes,we also go shopping and buying something we like.

Winter holiday life was really abundant!
