那么如何构建高效课堂呢?

一、教师必须有清晰的教学思路

课堂教学的成功与否，很大程度上取决于教学思路是否清晰。叶圣陶先生曾说过：“教师之为教，不在全盘授予，而在相机诱导。”这诱导即是教学思路，诱导的过程，即是教学思路在教学活动中的体现。一般地说，学生对教材的学习主要是循着教师的思路进行的，因此教学思路就有了鲜明的实践性的特点。它不只存在于教师的头脑中、教案中，而必须转化为课堂教学活动。教学思路清晰，课堂就会呈现清晰，学生的思维也会渐渐清晰，从而会获得创造性思维的启迪。教师的个人思维品质集中地体现在教学思路上，又以非常鲜明的个性化色彩，潜移默化地影响学生。

二、教师讲授需把握分寸

教师的讲在课堂教学中是不可或缺的，但应把握分寸，恰当的讲。在教学的某个环节，恰当的讲解分析，对于帮助学生理清思路是极为重要的。教师若面面俱到，讲的太多太泛，学生听课时的思维会处于“休眠”状态;教师若讲得太深奥，学生听课时的思维会处于“茫然”状态。只有遵循可接受性原则，强调因材施教。这样，学生才能在教师“恰当的讲”的引导下，渐入课文的佳境，渐入学习的佳境。

三、教师应善于设计问题，促进学生思考

在《高效课堂》的学习中，使我对高效课堂有了一个初步的认识，我觉得它主要是指教学过程的最优化，教育效果的最大化。是师生的共同进步，是知识和素养的共同提高。

一、我理解的高效课堂是在课堂教学中，通过学生积极主动的学习过程配合老师的点拨指导，在单位时间内高效率、高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效益发展。教学高效益就其内涵而言，是指学生在知识与技能，过程与方法，情感、态度、价值观“三维目标”的协调发展。就其外延而言涵盖高效的课前精心预习、课堂教学中实践展示和课后反馈来提高课堂教学效率。一般来说，高效课堂效益评价主要标准是，学生思维活跃，语言表达正确、流利、有感情，课堂充满激情，分析问题与解决问题的能力强，目标达成且正确率在90%以上。前提是看学生是否愿意学、会不会学，乐不乐学，核心是教学三维目标的达成。

二、从我们教师的角度来说，高效课堂应做好以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标，编制科学合理的导学案。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略和评价方式调动和激励学生学习的积极性。三是教学中适时指导、监控、反馈、激励，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

三、两节展示课的启示。共性的地方：1，学生素养高，学习过程上的学习参与度高，这就使得学生专注于课堂，能够保持较高学习兴趣取得较好的学习效果。2，评价方式的灵活高效是高效课堂的一个重要指标，即时、灵活的评价同样起到激励学习主动性、保持学习兴趣的作用。3，高效课堂应是长期进行的工作，最终形成一种常态的模式。它的预习、展示、反馈都应是高效进行的。4，高效课堂重视各学科基本素养的落实和训练。在物理课上对动手实验能力、语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力的训练;语文课上对听说读写的强化训练无不突出了这一点。

总之，课堂是我们教学的主阵地，更是现今我们课改的主阵地，必须切实的提高教育教学效率。影响课堂效率的因素很多，我们只有理性地认识我们的课堂教学，客观地面对我们的课堂教学存在的问题，才能不断改进我们的课堂教学。提高课堂教学效率的方法有很多，除了课前的预习准备、不断改进课堂结构和教学方法、营造和谐教学氛围外，还有很多很多需要我们去不断思考与实践。我们遇到的困难也会不少，碰到的问题也会很多，把追求课堂教学的高效益作为自己一生孜孜不倦的追求。只要我们面对问题和困难，冷静思考，勇于实践，善于总结，终会取得高效课堂教学改革的成功。

英语作为一门新兴的综合性课程，走进了小学课堂，要学习它就如同幼儿学习母语一样，一切要从头开始。教师不仅要懂得课堂教学规律，掌握一定的教育学、心理学知识，还必须关注每一位学生，运用一定的组织艺术，努力调动学生的有意注意，激发学生的情感，使学生在愉快、轻松的心境中全身心地投入到学习中去。在课堂上，应注意以下几个方面：

1、良好的课前准备习惯。上课前，要求学生把课堂上要用的东西如教科书、练习本、笔、纸放在桌上一定的地方。预备铃响就自觉地安静下来，收心，唱唱英文歌或chant，造成英文气氛。

2、课堂尽量英语化。

尽量避免用母语进行教学，是进行外语课堂教学的原则之一。语言是思维的工具。为了使小学生的思维尽快地与英语联系起来，在英语课堂组织教学中要尽可能使用英语，做到课堂英语化，以排除对母语的依赖和母语的干扰。小学阶段是学习英语的关键期之一。尽管他们刚涉及英语，掌握的单词和句型甚少，但我们应该从第一节课起，坚持用英语组织教学。由于这时所学一般都是词义具体的单词和简单句子，教师完全可以借助于直观手段来教，帮助学生尽快对内容的理解。在课堂中教师可以充分运用眼神、手势、动作、表情等形式。以此来培养学生直接理解、直接学习和直接应用英语的习惯，初步形成直接用英语的思维能力。

3、教学做到情景化。

小学英语课堂教学必须尽最大限度地引起学生的学习兴趣，为学生提供足够的机会用英语进行活动，让学生感受到运用所学语言成功地达到某种目的后的愉快。这是小学生的年龄特点和英语学科的特殊性所决定的。要使小学生能够在 40 分钟的时间内保持良好的学习状态，教师必须根据不同的教学内容创设各种情景，做到教学情景化。
