高效课堂是针对课堂教学的无效性、低效性而言的。课堂教学高效性是指在常态的课堂教学中，通过教师的引领和学生积极主动的学习思维过程，在单位时间内(一般是一节课)高效率、高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效发展。高效发展就其内涵而言，是指知识与技能，过程与方法和情感、态度、价值观“三维目标”的协调发展。就其外延而言涵盖高效的课前精心准备、返归教学本质的课堂教学中实施和教师课后的反思与研究来提高课堂教学效率。课堂教学的高效性就是通过课堂教学活动，学生在学业上有超常收获，有超常提高，有超常进步。具体表现在：学生在认知上，从不懂到懂，从少知到多知，从不会到会;在情感上，从不喜欢到喜欢，从不热爱到热爱，从不感兴趣到感兴趣。一般来说，高效课堂效益评价主要标准是，学生思维活跃，语言表达正确、流利、有感情，课堂充满激情，分析问题与解决问题的能力强，目标达成且正确率在95%以上。前提是看学生是否愿意学、会不会学，乐不乐学，核心是教学三维目标的达成。

因此，评价课堂是否高效主要是看能否高效地促进学生的发展、高效地实现预期教学目的。它既是一种理念，也是一种教学策略，更是我们课堂教学的基本追求。而课堂能否高效的关键在于教师，在于教师指导下的学生自主，在于教师研读教材的功夫，在于教师对课堂的精心设计，在于教师对教学的科学规划，在于教师对教学材料的精心取舍与提炼，在于针对学生实际设计出学生能高效自主学习的活动抓手，在于让学生既能进行长时间的充分实践活动，又有大量的知识积累，老师又能不失时机的引导和提升，使得在单位教学时间内获得最大的教学效率。

二、如何实施高效课堂教学策略?

以有效的课前准备保障高效的课堂。

实施高效课堂教学策略要对课堂教学的无效性、低效性表现行为进行梳理。当前，课堂教学的低效性表现在课前准备上是教学设计不精心：虽然所有的教师课前都能做到认真备课，认真钻研大纲和教材，也知道要沉着、自信的心理状态去面对学生，而很多教师备课却只停留在对教参、现成教案的照抄照搬，更有少数教师为了应付检查，突击抄写别人的教案，不能做到根据课堂教学目标的要求、教学对象的年龄、知识、认知能力等，去精心设计教学过程与方法，也没能深挖教材和超越教材，更没能预想到在课堂上有可能遇到学生提出的问题或有可能发生的突发事件而随机应变而具备良好的教育机智。因此，“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，要实现课堂高效，必须下足课前准备功夫，备课不是单纯地写教案,而必须备教材、备学生，不仅要花功夫钻研教材、理解教材，仔细琢磨教学的重难点，更要了解学生的实际情况，根据学生的认知规律选择课堂教学的“切入点”，合理设计教学活动。仔细考虑课堂教学中的细节问题，对于课堂上学生可能出现的认知偏差要有充分的考虑，针对可能发生的情况设计应急方案，确保课堂教学的顺利进行。还要设计高质量的有针对性的课堂练习。再根据教学过程的设计和教学的实际需要制作好教学所必须的教具或课件、学生操作的学具等。

第二、高效课堂是“学习的超市”。

就学习角度而言，所谓高效课堂，就是在具体的一节课中学生能达到厚积知识，破难解疑，方法优化，能力提高，学习高效的境界。

归根结底，高效的课堂即学生学习的高效。一定要少讲，有针对性地精讲，讲得通俗，讲得风趣，把学生的疑惑消灭在课堂中。课堂教学的目标是使每一个学生都有发展，它针对的主体是学生群体。要取得实实在在的效果，通过这一节课，使每个学生个体都有所发展，课堂教学的目标才能算实现。

“高效课堂”主要研讨两大方面，即教师与学生，也就是教与学，是研究主导和主体及二者的关系。教师是学教学、搞教学的，教学就是如何把知识同化在学生身上，以我昭昭使其昭昭的过程。课堂教学中，所有学生并不在同一认识水平上，有经验的教师在教学中会照顾到，一次就成功，这就是效率。

平常我们谈备课，既要备教材，又要备学生，如何备学生?那就是要清楚学生的基础、思维和接受能力。

和孩子们一起阅读，推荐优秀的儿童读物，教给孩子阅读的方法：做记号，摘抄，写体会，提疑问……让孩子少走弯路。

教给孩子们正确的学习方法，怎样预习?如读课文的方法：第一步，读正确;第二步，读通顺;第三步，明大意。有的放矢，让学生带着明确的目标去完成学习任务。好习惯让孩子受益终身，写字的姿势、文具的整理、审题的方法、系统的复习、“纠错本”的使用……孩子们要练就的本领太多了，也太有必要了。

小组长的组织能力、成员的执行力就成为合作学习的关键。不会就教，不熟就练，总有拨云见日的一天。

第三、高效的课堂让孩子们享受“生命的狂欢”。

这应该是我们每一个教育工作者的必然追求。

喜获丰收时，狂欢吧!学有所得时，狂欢吧!生活充实时，狂欢吧!

高效课堂让每一个学生过得心情舒畅，有良好的安全学习心理环境。这一切都源于自主、合作、探究的课堂。

全员参与的课堂是振奋人心的，到处有智慧的碰撞，到处有灵动的倾吐，到处有进步的欢愉。

其实，“态度决定一切”，不仅是体育的定律，更是生活的定律、教育的定律。教育，在一定意义上说，就是培养学生积极的人生态度的过程。

他进一步指出：课堂应该是学生生活和生命的重要组成部分，也是学生未来生活技能的操练场，是学生未来人生阅历的实习地。所以，在课堂里，我们不仅要让他们学到知识，还要让他们学会生活，为他们营造必要的交际场，让他们学会交往，甚至学会“理论”，学会争吵。“赤橙黄绿青蓝紫”，少了一色，就无七彩生活;“酸甜苦辣咸”，少了一味，也无五味人生，哪怕你给予他们的永远是火红的热情，是蜜糖的甘甜。所以，真正的课堂还要让学生拥有多种生活的体验、多种情绪情感的体验，让学生拥有解开疙瘩、战胜挫折的经历，体尝“苦乐年华”的滋味。
