在崔其升校长的讲座中，我深有感触，总结了以下两点：

第一， 归还课堂，让学生成为课堂的主人

杜郎口中学教室里没有讲台，学生桌凳也不再按传统的纵横排列，学生以学习小组对面而坐，教室三面是黑板，上课时主要是学生讲，学生听，学生问，学生答，或站或坐，或静或动，这一切不是“作秀”，而是为了适应于课堂教学的需要，这些不仅仅只是形式上的变化，而是一种教学理念的转轨。

杜朗口中学的课堂教学模式，打破了传统的教师讲学生听的格局，课堂不再是教师的“独角戏”、“满堂灌”，取而代之的，学生是整个课堂教学过程的主角，是课堂的主人，由小组合作研讨、探究到演算、讲解、答疑都由学生自主完成，这儿的课堂没有课前的“预设”，相反，更多的是生生互动，师生互动，是动态生成，教师则充当导演的角色，是课堂教学的策划者、组织者、合作者，起到指导、引领、提升的作用。“自主、合作、探究”是素质教育的核心理念，这三者在杜朗口中学的课堂教学中得到了充分的体现。

第二 ， 相信学生，让学习成为学生自己的事情

崔其升校说：“杜郎口中学的教学改革，始终围绕着以人为本，关注生命这一核心理念，那就是在整个教学过程中相信学生，发动学生，利用学生，发展学生”。他是这样说的，也是这样做的。

在示范课中，几乎每一位老师都展示了如何构建高效的课堂，怎样精心设计导入，如何激发学生学习兴趣、怎样处理好兴趣与学习的关系等方面，结合实例和很好的互动，给我们示范了一堂高效率的课程，让我看到自身的课堂中的缺点，也学到了那些有经验的老师的教学优长。

通过本次学习，我更加对教学思路、教学环节的设计、教学手段的应用及学生的年龄特点、在课上可能有的反应做了充分的反思，背好每一节课使教学内容及方法更适合学生，更符合学生的认知规律和心理特点，从而使学生真正成为学习的主体。让学生在实践中学习，不断地激发学习积极性与主动性，既培养学生的学习兴趣，又培养学生思维能力、想象力和创新精神，使每个学生的身心都能得到充分的发展。每个人都是舞台上的角色，只有老师努力扮演好自己的角色，让学生也能够在课堂的舞台上扮演属于自己的角色，那么大家都尽力了，我想离成功也就不远了。在今后的教学中，我会通过不断地学习总结提高自己的教学水平和创新能力。

“学生会的不教，学生不会的尽量让学生自行解决，教师少讲、精讲，只作点拨性的引导”，这是洋思人摸索总结出来的教学策略。留心一下洋思的课堂，就会发现教师绝不就题讲题，或只告诉答案，而是引导学生寻找规律，真正让学生知其所以然，引导学生预防运用时可能出现的毛病。教的方式，都是让已掌握的学生先讲(即使倾向性问题，也可能有人会)，如果学生讲对了，教师肯定，不必重复;讲得不完整、达不到深度的，教师补充;讲错了的，教师则更正。洋思课堂教学的全过程，几乎都是让学生自学。但是，其中的每一步都离不开教师的引导点拨。教师几乎成了“哑巴”，不是说教师“无为”，而是从“一线”退到“二线”，为学生自学、思考、讨论、答疑当好“参谋”，创造条件尽可能地让学生“有为”，让学生由被动的接受变为主动的建构，最终真正成为课堂学习的主人。对此，蔡林森有一个形象的比喻：在课堂上，学生的学习好比是在驾驶汽车，而老师好比是“引桥”、“路标”，他的任务就是引导学生走上学习的“高速公路”，不走“岔路”。

学生自学——做的过程，更是一种创新的过程。对学生来说，在没有自学之前知识一般都是陌生的，而通过经历自学过程，得到对这些知识的自我感悟，这本身就是一种创新。由于学生各自的生活经历和学习体验各不相同，在学习过程中达到学习目标的方法和途径也往往有所不同，学生在教师明确目标的引导下，通过各自的亲历体验，往往对问题的解决能达到“条条大路通罗马”的效果，这更是一种创新。让学生课堂学得紧张，恰恰是洋思提高课堂教学效益、效率的“玄机”之一。蔡林森将这种让学生在课堂上像考试那样紧张地自主学习的作用，形象地概括为“七能”，即：一能发现真实的问题并及时解决;二能最大限度调动学生学习的积极性;三能培养学生运用知识和分析问题的能力;四能真正理解知识，提高质量;五能培养学生的创新精神、思想品质和好的学习习惯，全面提高学生素质;六能最有效地“培尖补差”;七能确保减轻学生过重负担。

仔细观察刘校长的课堂，我们发现学生真的都像考试、竞赛一样紧张。值得注意的是，学生自主学习时不讲，并不等于让学生放任自流，也不等于让学生松松垮垮，而是在适当的时候教给学生自主学习的锦囊妙计。洋思的课堂基本上都是这样，都是在教师出示教学目标后先让学生读书、看书，让学生从读书、看书中领悟，然后再通过上黑板书写和当堂作业来让学生试着运用，每一步都尽可能地放手让学生自己去走。课堂上看似平淡无奇，其实紧张无比，学生注意力高度集中，不敢有一丝一毫的懈怠。蔡林森说：自主学习是学习，不是玩耍;越是要减轻学生负担，就越是要每节课都像考试、竞赛一样;课堂上只有让学生真正紧张了，教师的教才会高效，学生的学才会高效——“紧张”是课堂教学高效的标志。

洋思的经验我们该怎么学，是单纯的学习课堂的模式还是学习洋思的创新精神呢，面对不同的学生，我想，洋思的教学模式有自己的特点适合我们借鉴，但是我们在学习的过程中，更重要的是结合我们学生的特点,集思广益,找到适合我们的教学模式，引进先进的教学观念，注入新的教学方式，进行教学角色的转换，真正的学好洋思，用好洋思的模式，做到为我所用，有创新，有发展。
