I have lost a good teacher. Tears will dry up in time, but the memory will

Since I go to school, my parents always tell me that I should study hard,

so that I can find a good job in the future and earn a lot of money. To most

people, the purpose of reading books is to make money. But as I study more, I

realize that making money and reading books don’t have the directly connection.

The children should know more about the world by reading more books, at the same

The computer is a very useful machine. It is the most important invention

今天有幸聆听了泰兴市洋思中学刘金玉校长的讲座，感受到洋思中学先进的教育理念，先进的教育理念铸就了洋思之魂。早上的讲座和下午刘校长亲自师范讲授的《窗》，让我这个井底之蛙彻底的开眼界。在教学这条路上，我们要做的实在是太多太多。

“先学后教，当堂训练”，是洋思教学改革的成功经验。课堂是学生学习的主阵地。提高课堂教学效率，是提高教学质量的关键。在教学中，我们也应该注重突出学生的主体地位，发挥老师的主导作用，让学生由被动接受知识的“容器”变成主动学习的主人。洋思中学不嫌弃“差生”，坚持搞轰轰烈烈的“三清”运动(“堂堂清、日日清、周周清”)，从“最后一名学生”抓起。

以“学”定教。在课堂教学过程中，教师“教什么”、“怎么教”，学生“学什么”、“怎么学”，谁更重要?是让“学生走向教师”还是让“教师走向学生”?从我们所听到、看到的，洋思人已经给了我们一个很好的答案，这就是“以学定教”——根据学生的学情确定教学内容、教学策略。“教”也是有讲究的：教什么?怎样教?其中奥妙无穷。

“学生会的不教，学生不会的尽量让学生自行解决，教师少讲、精讲，只作点拨性的引导”，这是洋思人摸索总结出来的教学策略。留心一下洋思的课堂，就会发现教师绝不就题讲题，或只告诉答案，而是引导学生寻找规律，真正让学生知其所以然，引导学生预防运用时可能出现的毛病。教的方式，都是让已掌握的学生先讲(即使倾向性问题，也可能有人会)，如果学生讲对了，教师肯定，不必重复;讲得不完整、达不到深度的，教师补充;讲错了的，教师则更正。洋思课堂教学的全过程，几乎都是让学生自学。但是，其中的每一步都离不开教师的引导点拨。教师几乎成了“哑巴”，不是说教师“无为”，而是从“一线”退到“二线”，为学生自学、思考、讨论、答疑当好“参谋”，创造条件尽可能地让学生“有为”，让学生由被动的接受变为主动的建构，最终真正成为课堂学习的主人。对此，蔡林森有一个形象的比喻：在课堂上，学生的学习好比是在驾驶汽车，而老师好比是“引桥”、“路标”，他的任务就是引导学生走上学习的“高速公路”，不走“岔路”。

学生自学——做的过程，更是一种创新的过程。对学生来说，在没有自学之前知识一般都是陌生的，而通过经历自学过程，得到对这些知识的自我感悟，这本身就是一种创新。由于学生各自的生活经历和学习体验各不相同，在学习过程中达到学习目标的方法和途径也往往有所不同，学生在教师明确目标的引导下，通过各自的亲历体验，往往对问题的解决能达到“条条大路通罗马”的效果，这更是一种创新。让学生课堂学得紧张，恰恰是洋思提高课堂教学效益、效率的“玄机”之一。蔡林森将这种让学生在课堂上像考试那样紧张地自主学习的作用，形象地概括为“七能”，即：一能发现真实的问题并及时解决;二能最大限度调动学生学习的积极性;三能培养学生运用知识和分析问题的能力;四能真正理解知识，提高质量;五能培养学生的创新精神、思想品质和好的学习习惯，全面提高学生素质;六能最有效地“培尖补差”;七能确保减轻学生过重负担。

仔细观察刘校长的课堂，我们发现学生真的都像考试、竞赛一样紧张。值得注意的是，学生自主学习时不讲，并不等于让学生放任自流，也不等于让学生松松垮垮，而是在适当的时候教给学生自主学习的锦囊妙计。洋思的课堂基本上都是这样，都是在教师出示教学目标后先让学生读书、看书，让学生从读书、看书中领悟，然后再通过上黑板书写和当堂作业来让学生试着运用，每一步都尽可能地放手让学生自己去走。课堂上看似平淡无奇，其实紧张无比，学生注意力高度集中，不敢有一丝一毫的懈怠。蔡林森说：自主学习是学习，不是玩耍;越是要减轻学生负担，就越是要每节课都像考试、竞赛一样;课堂上只有让学生真正紧张了，教师的教才会高效，学生的学才会高效——“紧张”是课堂教学高效的标志。

课堂提问要有趣味性   孔子曰：知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。“兴趣是最好的老师”，趣味性的提问能寓教于乐，使学生在轻松的课堂气氛中积极思维。心理学实验也告诉我们，精巧的问题，有艺术性的提问，能够吸引学生集中精力、振奋感情、提高兴致，激起他们强烈的求知欲。为此，教师必须从教材和学生心理特点出发，引人入胜、步步深入地提出富有趣味性、启发性等充满生活气息的问题，用科学的、艺术的、生动的语言，激发学生的求知欲望。例如新目标八年级下册    Unit 1  Will people have  robots?教学时,可以先抛出问题, How will your life be different in ten years?引起同学们极大的兴趣,他们都在想象着自己十年后会是什么样子,然后不失时机地提出问题, 步步深入： 1. Will you be at this school in ten years? 2. Will you live in the same house in ten years?

2、课堂提问要有多样性     教师要活跃课堂气氛，驾驭学生思维，丰富课堂教学内容，就必须灵活运用多种提问方法，提问的方法有以下几种：  单个回答——由个别学生单独回答某个问题；小组讨论——由小组成员集体讨论，最后由小组代表回答，其他成员补充；全班讨论——由全班同学共同讨论同一问题，各抒己见，相互鼓励，相互补充，开阔思路，各种新颖、独特，甚至创新的见解就会在宽松平等的课堂气氛中产生出来。

3、提问的对象要有广泛性     “面向全体学生”是新课程标准提出的理念之一。然而，有不少教师往往喜欢提问少数“尖子生”，而对那些学习成绩较差的学生，总是怕他们答不出或答不正确而避开他们，“尖子生”成了课堂上回答问题的“常客”。这就使得大部分学生在教师提问时不积极思考，不主动参与，而是把自己当作局外人，导致他们学习能力和学习积极性每况愈下，所有这些都是与“面向全体学生”的新课程理念相违背的。因此，在对基础知识的内容进行提问时，可以面向中下程度的学生；面对知识难点的提问，就要面向中上程度的学生，真正做到“因材施教”，实行有效教学。

Since I was very small, my parents often took me to the animal zoo. I have

seen many animals and opened my vision. But as I grew up, I started to realize

that it was not reasonable to keep the animals in the zoo. They belong to the

nature and should live in the forest. But it is human nature that capture them

and then keep them in the zoo for earning money. Nowadays, animal park is

advised to be built. It can protect the animals in the nature, at the same time,

people can see the animals. It is better than the old zoo. Animals and human are

part of nature, and both share the same right to survive.

Great changes have taken place in China. Many new buildings have been built in cities初中生物, towns and villages.

The more cars we have, the more crowed the roads are. So the roads become wider and wider. Many overpasses (立交桥) have been built in big cities. Chinese people’s life is much better than ever before. We have Tv sets, washing machines, fridges, even computers, cars etc.

We’ll study harder and make our countrry stronger and more beautiful.
