所谓“高效课堂”就是用尽可能少的时间获取最大教学效益的教学活动。开展“高效课堂”研讨，其指导思想归纳起来就是两个减轻两个提高：减轻教师的教学负担，减轻学生的学业负担，提高教师教学效益，提高学生学习效益。最终达到提高学校整体教育教学质量的目的。

那么，究竟什么是高效课堂呢?

从学生角度来讲，高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思。从这个角度来说，高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

从教师角度来说，高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适应性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消化，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使教学目标的达成度更高。

那么，如何构建高效课堂呢?

第一、抓好教师教学观念的转变和教学方式的转变。教师教学观念的转变不是一蹴而就的事，必须在推进课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断推动教师观念的转变，进而转变教师的教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，逐步解决忽视学生情感、态度、价值观目标实现的问题。

第二、开展以学课标、研课本、研方法、课后反思等为主要形式的校本培训。在教学实践中我们发现，在很多情况下，课堂的低效是由教师对课标与课本的学习与研究不足所造成的，而教师这方面的不足又影响和制约了其课堂驾驭能力，课堂驾驭能力又反过来影响课堂教学的效率。

第三、抓好教师备课中的备学生问题。不少教师在备课时，只习惯于备教学内容，而忽视备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适应性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第四、研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第五、加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第六、积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，可以把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制，同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高学习小组的自主学习效果。这样，可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

这个假期，真是有趣，走在大街上，大大小小的广告语贴满了围墙，走过那条街的人，不免都要停下脚步来看看这引人注目的广告，那上面滑稽的字语，也不免惹人哈哈大笑。

先看东墙边的第一条广告吧。“咳不容缓”咳咳牌小儿止咳糖浆，看，咋样，这个广告有些品味吧，看了这个广告的人，谁不想去买一瓶呢。现在的商家可真行，利用成语的谐音来做广告，真是一举两得，一个字，牛。

接下来看看东南边的那条广告吧。“欲速则不达”，看，知道这是啥意思吗？就是说呀，淋浴时间过短，不能达到一定的目的。哈哈，淋浴也淋出学问来了，那淋的时间长了，那不成落汤鸡了。嘿，这个广告也有点品位。

然后再看看北边的这条广告吧。“鸡不可失”，香喷喷的烤鸡，物美价廉，哇塞，这个广告可太诱人了。说到这儿，谁不先去买只烤鸡来解解馋呀。真可谓，‘鸡[机]不可失，失了再来呀。

最后来看看街东头那家饭店门前的广告吧，“清凌大饭店”，别光看这几个字，定睛一瞧，招牌下那几个闪闪发光的小字，“本店食品物美价廉，包您‘食[十]全食[十]美’，吃了还想吃”。咋样，这个广告不错吧，这家店大老板可真聪明，肯定是个见识广的人，要不咋会想到用成语的谐音来做广告呢。我相信，这家店的生意一定很火吧。

现在的社会真是丰富多样，多姿多彩。随着时代的进步，科技的发达，人们的智商也越来越高。放眼望去，这个世界多么美丽，多么有趣啊。

这个假期，真是充实又有趣。

从学生角度来讲，高效课堂应具备以下两个条件：一是学生对三维教学目标的达成度要高。二是在实现这种目标达成度的过程中，学生应主动参与并积极思考。从这个角度来说，高效课堂就是学生主动学习、积极思考的课堂，是学生充分自主学习的课堂，是师生互动、生生互动的课堂，是学生对所学内容主动实现意义建构的课堂。

从教师角度来说，高效课堂应具备以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，最大限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适切性。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、消解，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

那么如何构建高效课堂呢?

一、教师必须有清晰的教学思路

课堂教学的成功与否，很大程度上取决于教学思路是否清晰。叶圣陶先生曾说过：“教师之为教，不在全盘授予，而在相机诱导。”这诱导即是教学思路，诱导的过程，即是教学思路在教学活动中的体现。一般地说，学生对教材的学习主要是循着教师的思路进行的，因此教学思路就有了鲜明的实践性的特点。它不只存在于教师的头脑中、教案中，而必须转化为课堂教学活动。教学思路清晰，课堂就会呈现清晰，学生的思维也会渐渐清晰，从而会获得创造性思维的启迪。教师的个人思维品质集中地体现在教学思路上，又以非常鲜明的个性化色彩，潜移默化地影响学生。

二、教师讲授需把握分寸

教师的讲在课堂教学中是不可或缺的，但应把握分寸，恰当的讲。在教学的某个环节，恰当的讲解分析，对于帮助学生理清思路是极为重要的。教师若面面俱到，讲的太多太泛，学生听课时的思维会处于“休眠”状态;教师若讲得太深奥，学生听课时的思维会处于“茫然”状态。只有遵循可接受性原则，强调因材施教。这样，学生才能在教师“恰当的讲”的引导下，渐入课文的佳境，渐入学习的佳境。

三、教师应善于设计问题，促进学生思考

提问是组织教学、启发学生思维的手段，能帮助我们探索并优化学生的认知结构，教师应熟悉教材和学生，设计出有价值的问题进行提问。另外，教师应善于运用教学话题，提供一个讨论中心，围绕这一中心引出多个问题，问题的解答可以是教师也可以是学生，使课堂交流呈现多向性。在这个多向交流的过程中，学生提出的问题可能与教学任务相去甚远，但教师应珍视学生的提问，保护学生的思考成果。

四、提高学生参与教学全过程的程度

叶圣陶曾说：“教师所务，惟在启发诱导。”这就是说教师应当启发诱导学生学习主动性、让学生自觉地去想、去分析、去研究、去开拓，发挥学生的主观能动作用。在一堂课上，如果70%以上的学生以主人翁的姿态，积极主动地参与教学的全过程，这就可以说是一堂高效率的课。”当代教学理论认为：尽管教学是教与学统一的过程，但是如果以为教师教的过程同时一定也是学生学的过程，那就大错特错了。因为事实上，教师教的过程，学生未必在学，即使在学，很可能是被动地学，低效甚至无效地学。真正有效的教学不是简单地让学习者占有别人的知识，而是要建构自己的知识经验，形成自己的见解。因此，依靠教师单方面的积极性，不争取学生参与教学的主动性，是无论如何难以实现有效教学的。学生可以参与制定教学目标、选择教学方法、质疑解惑、与他人合作和教学评价等教学的全过程。这样从根本上改变长期以来教师向学生“奉送真理”的状况，把“发现真理”的主动权交给学生，最大限度地提高学生对教学活动的参与程度，从而做到如美国教育家杜威所言“使教育过程成为真正的师生共同参与的过程，成为真正合作的相互作用的过程”。

五、要为学生创设民-主、和-谐的课堂教学环境

心理学家罗杰斯曾指出，一个人的创造力只有在其感觉到“心理安全”和“心理自由”的条件下才能获得最大限度的表现和发展。教育学研究也表明，人在轻松、自由的心理状态下才可能有丰富的想象，才会迸发出创造性思维的火花。由此看来，课堂教学要实现有效教学，营造一个民主、宽松的教学环境必不可少。全国著名特级教师魏书生即是典型代表。他不仅班级管理依靠民-主，讨论问题发扬民主，就连每节的教学目标、教学内容和教学方法也跟学生共同商量。这种民主作风将教师的意愿不知不觉化作了学生自己的意愿，给课堂带来了活力与生机，大大提高了学习时间的利用率。因此，教学过程中要充分发扬民主教学思想，让学生始终拥有安全、自由、开放的心境，无拘无束，敢疑敢问，敢说敢为。从某种意义上说，教学的民主程度越高，学生自觉学习的热情就越高，课堂教学的效率也就越高。

总之，高效课堂是一种过程，更是一种理念。它不仅关注知识的教育，更崇尚智慧的教育。让我们真正走进新课程，把教学过程看作是对话、沟通、合作共享的活动，为学生主动探索和发现提供空间和机会，让学生积极参与语文学习，真正实现课堂教学的高效率。

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

该书提供了英语教学中最基本最实用的表达句式。Part1中介绍英语课堂中常用句式。Part2中介绍在指导学生4种技能及词汇、语法、发音时需要用到的表达方式。Part3中介绍在练习、游戏、文体活动、分组活动等各项活动中需要用的英语表达。Part4中收录了教师与学生之间常用交流句式。此外，在附录中还为学生们整理了不同主题的英语课堂常用语，这样更有利于师生之间的互动交流。

而且该书经过严格筛选，收录的常用语简洁易懂，实用性强。用英语教学的根本目的不在于展示教师英语实力，所以避免使用一些晦涩难懂的高级词汇，提倡使用一些有利于教师解释和学生理解的简单句式。并且针对不同层次水平的教学内容以及每个表达方式之间会存在一些细微的差别，书中收录很多常用语以适用不同情况。

看了这本书中针对各种情况下的课堂用语，简明扼要而且用多种句子表达相同或相近的一个指令，真的非常值得我们借鉴学习，越细细地去阅读这本书，越开始对自己的课堂用语进行反思。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。
