一、提高小学课堂教学效率，深入解读教材，认真确定课堂教学目标

小学数学是一个多层次、多方面的知识体系。课程改革使小学数学教材发生了翻天覆地的变化。教材是教师和学生进行教学活动的主要媒介，解读教材成了提高小学数学课堂教学效率的基础。解读教材即有效研读教材，把握教材的内涵，以保障教学活动高效的开展。我个人认为，了解教材应首先从整体上把握教材，知道本学年要交给学生那些知识，并知道各个知识点与前后知识点的联系。同时要领会教材意图。教材是死的，人是活的。新课标要求教师用教材，而不是教教材。教师不能认为让教材再现就是完成了教学任务，必须经过再加工重新创造，使教材“新鲜出炉”，更大程度上把知识的教学伴随在培养态度、能力的过程之中。教师在备课前，应当认真阅读教材、教师用书，对所教授内容的三维目标、教材编写特点等要了然于胸，并结合学生的实际制定切实可行的课堂教学目标。所拟定的教学目标要具体、可操作，如果目标过高或过低，都容易使学生失去兴趣，而应当处于学生的“最近发展区”，即“跳一跳能摘到果子”。

二、打造平等、和谐的师生关系，创设学习情境，激发学生学习兴趣

课堂教学行为是教师的“教”和学生的“学”双边互动的过程。课改思想倡导学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式，而学生的这些学习方式都是在教师组织、指导等“教”的行为下发生的。要提高课堂教学的效益，重在提高教师“教”的行为的有效性。因此，教师在课堂教学中的每一个具体行为都应当精心地思考、精巧地设计。如何提高教师高效课堂教学行为的有效性呢?我认为：教师要放下传统观念中“师道尊严”的架子，要“俯下身子”与学生交流。只有在和谐、平等、其乐融融的师生关系中，才有师生全身心的投入，教者神采飞扬，学者兴致高涨。这就需要教师树立以发展学生为本的观点，坚持教学为学生服务的思想。教师更要明确自己的角色定位，即自己是教学活动的组织者、合作者、参与者。此外，教师还要时刻铭记学生是有血有肉、活生生的人，而不是知识的容器，他们不是被动地接受知识，而是主动、积极地建构知识。教学中教师要尽可能地联系学生的实际，从生活或具体情境中引入数学新知，让学生在有效的情境中产生学习和探索的兴趣。教师要善于了解学生的学情，结合教学内容，努力创设各种生动形象的教学情境，激发学生的学习兴趣，引导他们积极、主动参与到学习中去。教师通过创设情境使学生产生学习新知的动机，积极投入到探索新知的活动中。高效课堂来自贴近学生生活的问题设置。力求从学生熟悉的生活情景与童话世界出发，选择学生身边的、感兴趣的数学问题，以激发学生学习的兴趣与动机，使学生初步感受数学与日常生活的密切联系。数学教学中，教师要不失时机创设与学生生活环境、知识背景密切相关的，又是学生感兴趣的学习情景，使学生从中感悟到数学的乐趣，产生学习的需要，激发探索新知识的积极性，主动有效地参与学习。

三、高效课堂应研究和设计好课堂提问，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理

真实常态的课堂教学中，我常常发现教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答，这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提任何时间和标准的要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干，这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

The sea is like a poem; it jumps; like a picture, rich in meaning; and like

a symphony, vast and mighty...... It is like a mirror; sometimes calm, sometimes

filled with rage, overwhelming, to sail the boat overturned. In my mind, the sea

is blue world, is also the cradle of life. Pregnant with many free and small

life. The sea is so mysterious, so charming!

Now the sea has changed. The sea is no longer clear, it becomes muddy and

shrimp, stinking. Why is that? Its all because of us. When people admire the

beauty of the seaside, they throw the foul rubbish into the sea. There are also

Whats worse is that the factory waste water flows into the sea in large stocks,

and the sea is dyed in a strange color. Led to the birth of a lot of lack of

brains, low IQ infants, our next generation - bright eyes [voice tender], the

Someone once did an experiment. He compared a basin of water to the ocean,

在教学中，我对高效课堂有了深刻的认识，我觉得它主要是指教学过程的最优化，教育效果的最大化。是师生的共同进步，是知识和素养的共同提高。

一、我理解的高效课堂是在课堂教学中，通过学生积极主动的学习过程配合老师的点拨指导，在单位时间内高效率、高质量地完成教学任务、促进学生获得高效益发展。教学高效益就其内涵而言，是指学生在知识与技能，过程与方法，情感、态度、价值观“三维目标”的协调发展。就其外延而言涵盖高效的课前精心预习、课堂教学中实践展示和课后反馈来提高课堂教学效率。一般来说，高效课堂效益评价主要标准是，学生思维活跃，语言表达正确、流利、有感情，课堂充满激情，分析问题与解决问题的能力强，目标达成且正确率在90%以上。前提是看学生是否愿意学、会不会学，乐不乐学，核心是教学三维目标的达成。

二、从我们教师的角度来说，高效课堂应做好以下三个条件：一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标，编制科学合理的导学案。二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略和评价方式调动和激励学生学习的积极性。三是教学中适时指导、监控、反馈、激励，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。

三、何有才和周景军老师两节展示课的启示。共性的地方：1，学生素养高，学习过程上的学习参与度高，这就使得学生专注于课堂，能够保持较高学习兴趣取得较好的学习效果。2，评价方式的灵活高效是高效课堂的一个重要指标，即时、灵活的评价同样起到激励学习主动性、保持学习兴趣的作用。3，高效课堂应是长期进行的工作，最终形成一种常态的模式。它的预习、展示、反馈都应是高效进行的。4，高效课堂重视学科基本素养的落实和训练。语文课上的语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力的训练，对听说读写的强化训练无不突出了这一点。

总之，课堂是我们教学的主阵地，更是现今我们课改的主阵地，必须切实的提高教育教学效率。影响课堂效率的因素很多，我们只有理性地认识我们的课堂教学，客观地面对我们的课堂教学存在的问题，才能不断改进我们的课堂教学。提高课堂教学效率的方法有很多，除了课前的预习准备、不断改进课堂结构和教学方法、营造和谐教学氛围外，还有很多很多需要我们去不断思考与实践。我们遇到的困难也会不少，碰到的问题也会很多，把追求课堂教学的高效益作为自己一生孜孜不倦的追求。只要我们面对问题和困难，冷静思考，勇于实践，善于总结，终会取得高效课堂教学改革的成功。
