在教师进修学校四楼多媒体教室开展省名师工作室优质课网络展播活动,我有幸参加了这次观摩活动。我看到授课的两位老师都以自己的特色诠释着数学课堂教学中生命的对话,真可谓“八仙过海,各显神通”。置身于会场中,倾听着老师们一堂堂精心准备的课,在这里,我亲身领略着他们对教材的深刻解读,感受着他们对课堂的准确把握,体会着他们对学生的密切关注。他们在开启学生智慧大门的同时,也让我学到了很多很多新的教学方法和新的教学理念,引发了我对如何构建高效课堂的思考:

一、联系生活实际,创设有效的生活情境

创设有效的生活情境是提高课堂教学有效性的重要条件。《数学课程标准》指出:“力求从学生熟悉的生活情景与童话世界出发,选择学生身边的、感兴趣的数学问题,以激发学生学习的兴趣与动机,使学生初步感受数学与日常生活的密切联系。”数学教学中,教师要不失时机创设与学生生活环境、知识背景密切相关的,又是学生感兴趣的学习情景,使学生从中感悟到数学的乐趣,产生学习的需要,激发探索新知识的积极性,主动有效地参与学习。

如张德强老师教学五年级《找次品》时,充分利用多媒体资源设计了“挑战者号”航天飞机的失事视频片段为学生创设问题情景,让学生身临其境的感受到次品造成的危害,让数学问题生活化,提出对次品的看法,感受到找出次品的重要性。又如肖雯老师教学《密铺》时,课前安排学生实践调查,让学生在身边寻找不同的地砖图案,使他们感受到数学知识来源于生活实际。课后安排实践调查,创设了大课堂的学习情境,使学生的实践活动向课后延伸,并为以后的教学埋下了伏笔。通过实践调查,让学生体会到生活中处处有数学,激发学生学习数学的兴趣,树立学生学好数学的信心。

二、注重学生的自主探索。

教学中教师是学生学习的组织、引导者、合作者,而非知识的灌输者,因而对一个问题的解决,不是要教师将现成的方法传授给学生,而是教给学生解决问题的策略,让学生在积极思考、大胆尝试、主动探索中,获取成功并体验成功的喜悦。如张德强老师教学五年级《找次品》时给予学生充足的时间去独立探索、尽量地显现他们的不同称法,最后通过对比发现结论。他首先安排了从5个中找次品,采取学生动手实践、小组讨论、猜想探究的方式教学。要求学生说出各种找次品的方法,从而让学生感受解决问题策略的多样性;其次安排了8个,继续通过动手操作、小组合作交流的学习方式让学生继续发现多种方式找出其中的1个次品。最后安排了9个找出次品,这次提高难度要通过写一写的方式找出次品。总结以上三种情况要求学生归纳出解决这类问题的最优策略,从而让学生经历由多样化过渡到优化的思维过程。如分几份最好?每份几个最好?引导学生发现分成3份称的方法最好,进一步认识“找次品”这类问题,探索解决问题的最优方法。

三、重视操作活动,发挥主体作用。

《数学课程标准》指出:“有效的数学学习活动不能单纯地依赖模仿和记忆,动手实践、自主探索与合作交流是学生学习数学的重要方式。”因此,教学中教师要注意从学生熟悉的生活情境和感兴趣的事物出发,为他们提供了丰富的素材,创造观察和动手操作的机会。如肖雯老师教学《密铺》时让学生在实践活动中探索、归纳出“用正多边形密铺的规律”,并应用规律指导实践。在这一过程中,学生的思维与实践操作完美结合,促进了学生多种能力的整合与发展。如张德强老师教学五年级《找次品》时让学生借助圆片,以动手操作为手段,以思维训练为目的,把5个零件和8个零件作为学生研究的起点,放手让学生操作探索,让学生通过操作、思考、讨论、交流去获得数学知识,使学生得到主动发展。

四、注重数学思想方法的培养。

在数学教学中培养学生数学思想方法一直是我们数学教学学科的特色。如肖雯老师教学《密铺》时,在学生明白密铺概念后,肖雯老师出示正方形、正三角形、平行四边形、正五边形、正六边形、正八边形等简单图形,问学生哪些图形可以密铺。先让学生大胆猜想,在头脑中形成表象,接着让学生小组分工操作验证。另外,在得出正三角形可以密铺这个结论后,林老师问:任何三角形都可以密铺吗?学生也先猜想判断,再分别尝试拼接,进行验证。学生在“观察——猜想——验证——结论” 的学习过程中主动思考、大胆交流、自由辨析、理性反思。又如张德强老师教学五年级《找次品》时渗透了一定的数学思考方法。本课的开始他就渗透了化繁为简的数学思想方法,然后在学生众多的策略中提炼出一般方法和优化策略;最后,再利用归纳出的方法去解决待测物品数更多时的问题。这过程中,就渗透了不完全归纳法,优化策略、分析,讨论等多种教学方法。让学生经历探索数学知识的过程。围绕问题的解决,让学生经历探索数学的过程,进而使学生得到数学思想方法的渗透、提高数学思维能力。通过在解决问题中展开观察、操作、猜测、实验、推理与交流等数学活动,感受数学思想方法,提高他们的数学思维能力和解决问题的能力。

总之,这次外出听课学习,让我在欣赏别人精彩的同时发现了自己的很多不足,在以后的教学中,一定要严格要求自己:做到课前认真解读教材,根据本班学生的情况设计出合理的教学流程;课后认真反思,坚持写好教学后记;多看书学习,多做笔记,不断提高自己的文化底蕴和业务水平。争取成为一名有思想、有特色让学生、家长和自己都满意的研究型教师。

一、积累词汇

初中学生在阅读理解方面最大的障碍就是词汇量的缺乏,而扩大词汇量绝非死记硬背就能做到。最有效的方法就是大量接触各种不同体裁的英语文章,利用“在句中记,在文中记”的方法来积累词汇。因此我们指导学生依据英语报刊的特点,按栏目、话题、题材、体裁归类收集常用词,将出现频率较高的常用词汇积累到单词本子上,查字典写例句,初步学会这些单词的运用,放在身边,利用零散时间反复记忆,加强印象。还要求学生给出与单词有关的同义、近义、反义和词形相似的词,使词汇量得到最大限度的复现。如:反义词appear/disappear, crowded/uncrowded,polite/impolite/rude.词形相似的词except/expect,chance/change/challenge.这样,通过大量的词汇练习不仅仅能有效地积累词汇,还为组句打下了基础,同时还能训练学生的发散性思维和总结、归纳、比较的能力,为学生正确使用词句奠定了良好的基础。

二、活用词句

当学生有了一定的词汇量的时候,教师在教学中可以采用先易后难的方法,让学生用简单的词组成句子,再以句子的构成作为学生进行写作训练的起点,引导学生从对单个句型的掌握,逐渐过渡到多种句型的混用,直到学生能连贯自如地表达思想。一句多译,句型转换,是书面表达能力的关键。总的来说,教师在平时的教学中要将日常生活中经常出现的词、句作为材料让学生训练,使学生乐于接受,轻松完成,享受成功感。

例如:以study为中心组成句子。

三、创设情景

例如,学生举行运动会,开“生日聚会”,以“A sports meeting”和“My birthday party”为语境,让学生在活动中仔细观察,亲身体验,然后试着用自己所学的语言知识,表达“A sports meeting”和“My birthday party”这些话题。在我们新教材的每个单元中,都设有写作训练题,它们用英语设置语境,用英语提示内容,这些写的练习,与我们平时用汉语给语境、用英语完成段落的方式相比,更为理想。当然,教师在设立语境话题时要与学生的水平和能力相适应,应从简到难,从浅到深进行。否则,学生会无从下笔,久而久之,他们会失去信心。

四、注重听、说和阅读的培养

在英语写作中听、说、读、写应同步发展。写作是一种语言输出形式,只有语言输入大于语言输出,语言输出才有可能。英语写作训练作为英语综合能力训练之一,是与英语的听说读不可分割的,它们是相互影响、相互作用的有机统一体,必须注重听、说、读、写能力的同步发展。

比如笔者实施多年的“五分钟课前演讲”:在上正课前五分钟里,要学生用英语讲述一个故事(积累素材);或者课前朗读一篇短小精 的文章,让大家课后模仿;或者就大家平时关心的话题写一个发言稿或演讲稿进行课前发言;或者让学生自立主题,围绕自己喜欢的主题写一段话。这种课前训练取得了很好的效果。

五、写英文日记

要养成记英语日记勤练笔的习惯。经常用英语记日记等于天天在练笔,这无疑是提高英语写作行之有效的好办法。在记日记时,不要总是用简单句,要有意识地用一些好的词组、句型和复合句等,使文句更优美生动。对一些所给情景写的文章,写好后要对照一些范文,找出差距,然后再去练习,不仅能促使学生及时巩固所学的知识,还能锻炼他们的恒心和学习毅力,同时对提高英语作文也是很有帮助的。只有这样,学生才能通过多练习提高英语写作水平。

排了好长的队才买到回家的车票,虽然是中午,济南的车站仍旧“满地”都是旅客,烈日骄阳,让人有些烦躁。

车厢里的空调没开,近发车点,车上更是人满为患。正当车厢内的旅客都因闷热而愁苦不堪时,车窗外走来一位推着小冰箱的妇女——她是卖冷饮的。“冰糕——汽水——”她一面吆喝着一面车窗这边走。临近发车了,谁都不愿意跑远路,大家便纷纷把头伸出窗外,循声去买她的东西。我也热得不行,索性也凑凑热闹买瓶汽水喝。

车上一下子热闹开来,车内外尽是她的主顾。她一时间手忙脚乱,一边慌忙找钱,一边赶紧向外递东西。颗颗豆大的汗珠流入眉宇间。

耳边传来汽车发动机的声音,我的汽水还没有买到,便着急地冲着那妇女大喊:“快点啊,我的汽水呢?”她或许是吃了一惊的缘故,赶忙像我递上瓶汽水,还没等我给她钱,她又迅速向我递过几张票子。我见她递给我钱转头就是一怔,她见我呆着,一脸不耐烦地样子:“找你钱,你赶紧拿着啊!”四面的催促声还不停出现在我的耳边,我“哦”的一声,故作镇定地将那一小把票子也取走了,坐在位子上的我嘴角轻蔑地一扬,得意自己得了小便宜。

汽车隆隆地发动了,我大口喝着手中的冰镇的东西,却又忍不住回头看。那妇女还站在那里,手中还忙活着自己的生意。那身影越来越小,不知怎么我心中有些人的影子却越来越大起来,那是我的父母,是那些用辛苦劳动来担负养家糊口责任的人。她四十多岁的样子,也应当有我这么一般大的孩子吧?我不再热了,那几口凉凉的液体流入我的身体,确确实实将我的心凉到了底。

我喝不下去了,不想我竟还有这等丑恶的嘴脸,那一秒我的嘴角看不起的人是我自己。我沦为社会的恶人了吧?我平日所宣扬的诚实善良又去了哪里呢?一小把票子就那么轻轻松松地剥夺了我的信仰吗?我的良心不安,感觉似乎辜负了很多人。我感觉自己就像坠入泥潭,难受,喘不过气来。

我没敢数那些怨念的票子,我怕再次背上良心债,沦为利义难分之人

素质教育对课堂教学提出了更高的要求,即在有限的时间内既要让学生学会,学好,又要让学生会学,达到知识的内化和能力的提高。因此,作为教师,如何让40分钟的课堂达到高效至关重要。下面,结合自己的教学实践,谈几点心得体会

一、何谓“高效课堂”?

何谓“高效课堂”?是不是教师把该学的知识都交给了学生就算“高效课堂”?或者说,这节课学生积极参与,达标练习顺利完成就算“高效课堂”?我认为,高效的课堂是在教师的指导下,以学为主,以探索为核心的课堂。是在宽松、民主、和谐、竞争的氛围中,学生积极活跃,40分钟内,知识得到充分内化,能力得到充分提高的课堂。

二、如何落实 “小组合作—高效课堂”?

(一)合理分组与科学操作

1.优化学生组合,合理划分小组

根据学生平时的表现和成绩,把全班学生分成9个大组 (每组6或7人)。分组时充分考虑了学生的能力、兴趣、性别、性格等方面的因素,遵循“组内异质、组间同质”的原则,每个小组都有a、b、c、三层学生,每层有2人,多者c层有3人。然后,又按上述的分组原则,将每个大组划分成两个小组,每小组3或4人,a、b各任小组长,两人分工合作。同时a兼大组长,负责全组工作。座位由传统的“排排坐”变为“对桌坐”。并且,座位编排兼顾了对桌互补,邻桌帮扶,这样利于组内互助与组间竞争。

2. 加强小组管理

为了发挥小组合作学习的功能,至关重要的是对小组加强管理。合作学习开始前,教师要使学生明确合作学习任务,对操作程序说明,并对学生进行集体合作精神的教育。同时给予小组长一定的权力和责任,组织本组成员在课内外开展学习活动,教师随时指导小组长的工作,培养小组长的管理能力,保证小组合作学习有序的进行。

3. 教师进行有效的帮助

在合作学习过程中,教师要为学生提供及时有效的指导和帮助。在讨论过程中,教师要深入到各个小组中,了解学生合作的效果、讨论的焦点、认知的过程,并在必要时给予及时的评价和总结,好的加以表扬或奖励。

4. 及时性激励与评价

为了充分调动组员的积极性,培养小组的团结协作意识,发挥小组的群体作用,小组评价采取加分制,即同样的问题,a、b、c、不同学层的学生正确解决分别给予5、10、15、的分数不等;不同难度的问题让不同层次的学生来解决,让每个孩子都有体验成功的机会,享受成功的快乐!这样真正做到小组内帮优扶差,共同促进;小组间相互竞争,共同提高。

(二) 小组合作学习应注意的问题

1.优化学法指导,培养良好习惯

叶圣陶先生说:“教育就是培养习惯”。良好的学习习惯将对学生终生受益,一群有着良好学习习惯、会学、主动学习的学生,自然是高效课堂的最有力的保证。但是,我们要知道,学生良好习惯的养成,与教师平时的严格要求密不可分。因此,在小组合作学习时,应注重培养学生以下习惯:

(1)独立思考。在组织合作学习之前,老师要留给学生独立思考的时间与空间。建构主义认为:学生的学习就是在已有的知识经验的基础上主动构建新知的过程,学生只有通过对问题的独立思考,才能主动为新知的构建提供心理与物质的准备,才能培养不盲从,有自己独特见解的学生。

(2)表达交流。“课程标准”指出:“让学生能与他人交流思维的过程和结果”。 教学中老师要创设情景,把说的机会让给学生,让他们在小组里能大胆陈述自己的观点与见解,甚至于能与同学进行辩论。比如,如何由三视图画出立体图形。教学中,通过从旧知识的分析、动手画图、实物模型的摆放,让学生自己先画,划不出来的,寻求帮助,找谁都可以。再让学生上黑板画,练习个后,让画得快又准确的学生说出自己的方法。马超的方法:先看主视图画好、再看俯视图,画在主视图上,左视图补全立体图形。随即毛瑞敏补充。学生的方法简单易懂,按照他俩的思路学生学得快又准。学生掌握由三视图画立体图形的方法,无需我的讲解,满堂灌。

(3)善于倾听。实际教学中,让学生说,许多教师能做到,但让学生学会倾听可能大多会忽略。学会倾听,这既是对别人的尊重,同时可在听的过程中,明晰他人与自己思维的异同,领会别人发言的中心思想,进而提高自己。学会倾听、善于倾听的方法与习惯,是达成小组合作学习目的不可缺少的重要一环。

(4)动手实践。孔子曰:“吾听吾忘,吾见吾记,吾做吾悟。”课程标准指出:“动手实践、自主探索、合作交流是学生学习的重要方式”。教学中要把做的过程让给学生,属于学生的教师绝不占有,能让学生实践的教师绝不代替,让学生养成敢于动手、善于动手的习惯。如《相似》、《视图》等章节,一定要充分发挥小组的合作效用,在做中观察,在观察中发现,在发现中思考,在思考中总结规律,从而把对知识的理解和掌握由感性上升到理性!

2.选择合适的学习形式

(1) 讨论自学

对于适合学生自学的内容,上课一开始教师就布置给各小组,并将学习目标和要求告诉他们,然后在小组长的带领下开展学习活动,而且根据小组合作的不同情况,可选择不同的形式进行,如⑴中心发言式:一人作中心发言,其他学生作必要的修改、补充。⑵指定发言式:组员举手,小组长指定发言,其他同学有不同意见的,可继续举手发言,最后由小组长综合大家的意见,形成小组成果。⑶两两组合式:同桌先进行交流,然后再把意见带到小组交流,这样能体现合作的灵活性、时效性。⑷接力循环式:组员轮流发言,能促进学生平等竞争,人人参与,共同提高。⑸自由发言式:小组成员自由发言,讨论比较宽松自由,这样可以活跃学习气氛,但容易造成学习秩序的混乱,需要组长做好调控。⑹分工合作式:小组成员合作之前进行分工,活动开始后每位学生根据分工的不同进行实践,再把合作的结果进行汇总。这种分工合作式在新课程体现非常明显,如《图像信息大题复习》、《动点问题》等,一人进行讲解,另三人进行讨论,互相配合,既可以培养学生的团队精神,又可较快得结果。

在学生自学交流的过程中。教师要巡视指导,必要时进行讲解,随时对自学进展好的小组给予表扬,给进展较慢的小组予以鼓励。确保真正发挥每个小组成员的积极性,形成集体的智慧。

(2) 测试竞赛

当学完某个单元后,由各小组自己进行相互检测。各小组成员按知识点共命一套测试题,抄写几份,上课时组与组之间互换试题,并在规定时间内完成,然后交对方批改。老师根据每组试题的质量、互测学生对知识的掌握情况,出示课前准备的竞赛,评出名次,最后按名次给出该小组课堂活动成绩。

(三).优化师生关系,营造和谐学习氛围。

我坚信,学生只有“亲其师”,才能“信其道”。对学生生活上的关心,心理上的关注,精神上的关爱,学习上的帮助,拉近了我们之间的距离。经常与学生交流教与学的意见,及时地调整自己的教学策略,来努力创设民主、宽松、和谐、竞争的教学氛围,以利于激励学生的自主意识,活跃学生的创造性思维,激发学生的想象力,利于不同观点的相互碰撞和交流。

三、如何评价 “小组合作—高效课堂”?

尽管“小组合作—高效课堂”的实施不是一帆风顺,但我还是有不少的收获!从教师层面看,由单纯研究教材转变为研究学生、研究课堂组织、反思课堂效率,极大地提高了教师本身的综合能力;从学生层面看,彻底改变了学生的学习方式。学生不再是被动的听、被动的做,而是自己独立思考、积极合作、勇于实践,感悟知识的内在联系,生成自己的感受,从而有所收获,极大地调动了学生的学习积极性。尤其是“兵教兵,兵练兵”的合作、交流、展示、评价等措施使后进生收益很大,成绩有了大幅度提高,学习兴趣日益浓厚。

“小组合作”这一学习模式让学生充分体验到独立思考与群体智慧交合的成功,让孩子们品尝到了自我发现的乐趣,对学生综合素质的提升起了重要作用!我自己也真正的体悟到“教”与“学”的乐趣!真正实现了教学相长!

总之,我对“小组合作—高效课堂”的操作也在探索之中,认识难免粗浅,特别是认真研读了王民勤教授关于《提高课堂教学效率的五大方略》之后,更感觉自己做的还不够。在今后的教学实践中,我将加强自身对课程标准和教材的把握,进一步培养学生的自学能力和科学的学习方法,不断总结,不断改进,争取创建更“高效”的课堂。

本学期,我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求,规范常规教学,提高教学质量,努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标,以抓好教学常规工作,提高英语合格率为重点,采用任务型教学法,注重“学困生”的教育补差工作,形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习,从上期期末成绩来看,七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确,态度端正,掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法,能够积极主动认真地学习,学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的,缺少学习的热情和主动性,自觉性较差,相应的学习习惯也差,加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元,包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式,融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构,形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构,需要掌握的基本词汇,并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容,B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分,供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习,培养学生对英语的学习兴趣,形成有效的学习策略,有效提高学习效率,发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力,使学生初步获得运用英语的能力,达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界,了解不同地区的人文风俗,学会理解和尊重异国文化,并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人,能在小组活动中积极与他人合作,相互帮助,共同完成学习任务,尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学,包括单词拼写、词义记忆,语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位,词汇量的大小,将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看,在今后的教学中,在加强拼读与拼写的同时,应帮助学生进行有意识记,应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解,要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力,逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句,这样,学生在学会了单词的同时,也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话,培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时,要坚持“四位一体”,即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题,联系语境,确定语法结构,明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用,又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时,应着力帮助学生分析语言材料,而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

尤其对学困生进行专门辅导,布置一些作业,让他们在小进步、小转变中体会学习的快乐,树立学习的自信,尽快成长起来。

7、作业布置要做到数量适中,批阅及时,对出现的问题要跟踪矫正,认真讲评,尽量面批面改。提高练习质量,要精选资料。

六、教研课题

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施:用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学,进一步改变教法和学法,培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣,提高学生的英语阅读能力,提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习,例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动,提高学生学习英语的兴趣,从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的,并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文,取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段,以课内为基础,增加课外阅读的量,指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法,提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体,培养学生的综合阅读技能,提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。
