1、导学案教学的优点

一是实践了学生主动学习。导学案一般是在新课前发给学生，留为作业，学生可根据教师的引导展开自主学习，这个做法使“学生主动学习”的理念得到了落实。也真正发挥了传统课中学生课前预习的功效。学生在课前的“自主学习”或者说“预习”是有必要的。一般来讲，学生在上新课前至少应当知道新课要学什么，对要学习的内容是否了解。通过自主学习，知道哪些内容自己能够学会，哪些内容还存在迷惑，需要得到帮助。这样，学生带着问题走进课堂，听课有了针对性，提升了听课效果。

二是分散了教学任务，保证了教学质量。一般情况下，教学任务主要包括两部分，即基础知识的落实和思维能力的培养。我们在教学过程中长期存在着的一个困惑，就是我们仅用一节课(40分钟)的时间去完成这两项任务，总感到时间不够用，尤其是文科知识量大，识记的东西多，要落实好基础知识就要用去大半节的时间，时间有限，讨论和探究就不能深入展开，所以经常会看到教师上课“满堂灌”的现象。学生思维能力得不到有效锻炼和养成，而对于学生的个体发展来说，这恰恰是最重要的，这些年的高考有明显的体现。而基础知识少讲或不讲更不行，没有基础知识，其他活动就无法进行。总之是时间短，学生准备不足，两头难顾。而导学案中的自主学习即预习案部分，主要任务就是落实基础知识，并为下节课的讨论预设问题，做好充分的准备。展示课实际上是自主学习课的延伸，主要体现的是师生和生生之间思想的交流，学习经验和方法的总结，学科思维能力的养成和提高。通过自主学习和合作探究活动，教学的两大任务得到了较为有效的落实。

2、对导学案设计的认识。

首先，导学案的设计不要太复杂。导学案一般分三个部分，即预习案、探究案和训练案(我称为自主学习、问题探究和拓展训练)三部分，但有的导学案又增加了“预习自测”、“知识网络图”、“当堂检测”等内容。环节过多，显得有些乱;任务过多，学生不易完成。我觉得在环节和内容上，都不必过多，关键在于落实好。

其次，学生的基础知识，也就是预习案要完成的自主学习任务，一定要落实好。传统课堂下，老师用大量的时间给学生讲基本知识点，学生能力训练得不够。现在，这部分内容由学生在课前自主完成，但这并不意味着基础知识不重要了。我想，无论怎么改，基础知识的重要性都不会改变。历史学科中的基本史实、基本线索、历史理论、历史概念，这些基础知识和语文科中的字词、英语科中的单词在本质上都是一样的，没有这些东西，就无法造句、成文。历史课是用史实说话的，历史基础知识既是高考考查的基本内容，更是解答材料分析题及评论题的工具，如果基础知识在课前没有落实好，那么，课堂上学生就不能较好地回答问题，要么就是捧着材料或教材读，这样的课堂学生表现的再积极主动，也是形式上的东西多，效果不会太好，老师也感觉不踏实，必竟高考是不开卷的。在这方面，新绛中学比较务实，学生自主学习部分是由老师看着完成的，而且在课堂上还有展示环节，老师进行检查、评价，没经过学生认真自学的不讲解，没经过学生充分思考的不交流探究。

第三，预习案的设计主要有两种方式，一种是填空式，一种是问题式，各有优缺点，填空式的优点是知识条理清晰，体系完整，但这个体系是老师预设的，不是学生通过自主学习生成的，在这种方式下，学生的任务仅仅是机械地找书填空而已，虽然容易完成任务，节省了时间，但起不到培养思维能力的作用，这实际上是一种回避困难的做法，不符合教学新理念。在这个问题上，我倾向于问题设置法，尤其是针对高一高二年级的学生。在历史教学上，高一、高二重在学生基础知识的积累和历史思维能力的养成，高三注重体系的构建、知识的拓展深化以及答题技巧的强化。学生能力应该早培养，而不是等到临近高考，以前我们吃过亏，要知道，学生能力的养成不是一朝一夕的事情。在日常教学中，我们确实发现学生在这方面存在着严重问题，阅读材料抓不住重点，不会从材料中提取信息，进行归纳、概括、总结，而这些能力正是解答历史问题最基本、最重要的，也是历史高考要考查的重点。问题教学法根据教材的内容设计一个个问题让学生通过阅读教材作答，这样既梳理了知识，也培养了学生的能力，一举两得，使教材资源得到了充分的开发利用，这是打造高效课堂的一个好办法，我们正在进行的省课题 “如何提高学生的阅读能力”，我想这是一个很好的策略。不过，问题的设计需要根据学情而定。我在高一刚开始使用导学案时，设计的问题就有些偏难、过多，基础知识部分与问题探究部分混杂，犯了急于求成、“眉毛胡子一把抓”的毛病，学生解决问题比较困难，任务往往完不成。在同组老师的合作下，逐渐改进，到高二时，我做了进一步改进，课堂状态有了较大的改观。

第四，问题探究是课堂展示的关键环节，在材料的选取，问题的设计上一定要紧紧围绕课程的核心内容进行，难易适度，有针对性，有典型性、层次性和启发性。在教学过程中，教师应该充分发挥主导作用，对学生的发言议论作适当的点评，还应注意掌控学生谈论的方向及时间，及时纠偏，做到收放自如。

In my opinion, I think wed better not use mobile phones. We should spend

more time on our study instead of using mobile phones.

自高效课堂教学活动开始以后，深深体会到：

1、快乐是前提：学生是学习的主体，兴趣是高效课堂的前提，学生有兴趣学习，才可能提高学习效率。试想一堂让学生索然寡味的课堂，一门让学生毫无期待的学科，怎么能引起学生学习的欲求呢?

2、人文是内涵：数学课和其他学科有着不同的特点，不仅仅是传道授业解惑，还具备“对全体人民的科学思维与文化素质的哺育”，应该通过数学课堂让学生学习数学时不仅仅是为了获取数学知识，更要通过数学的学习来接受数学精神，数学思想和数学方法的熏陶，提高思维能力、锻炼意志品质。

3、高效是方法：只有高效、实效、有效的课堂教学，才能让学生学有所得，学有所感，学有所悟。脱离“高效”，一切教学都是徒劳的，一切口号都是苍白的。所以，打造高效的语文课堂应该是语文教师永远放在首位的指导方针，永远坚定不移的教学宗旨。

反思自己过去的教学：在教学过程中，学生预习流于形式目标不明确。学生“课上”除了听讲还是听讲，“课下”除了做作业还是做作业。学生课堂上“精力流失率”较高，“题海战术”学生成了“做题机器”，教书和与育人冲突，学生个性发展和全面发展冲突，素质教育与及格率冲突……遇到了很多困惑，课堂怎样才能高效?怎样调动学生学习的热情?怎样培养学生的学习能力?“学会”与“会学”，“学会”与“会学”是数学课的基本要求。所以我觉得处理好“学会”与“会学”的关系，是数学课堂教学的灵魂.。课堂教学的每个行为都应以学生学会什么为目标，按照学生的认知规律，感知、理解、运用、深化，指导学生围绕学习重点，展开积极的思维活动，相互交换信息，让学生在活动中自我发现问题、分析问题、解决问题，在教学策略的指导下，教师安排一系列教学事项，提供学习目标，引起注意和兴趣，呈现各种刺激、各种音频、视频，激励回忆，讨论总结、练习作业、反馈信息、迁移应用、实验操作等，学生应积极主动地参与，配合协调，在长期的自我实践和锻炼中，学会了思考，学会了应用，如此长期的培养。学生的自学能力会逐步提高，会逐步掌握独立获取知识的方法，最终由“学会”变成“会学”。

并且我还觉得在数学课堂上要处理好以学生活动为主，教师要做到适时调控，师生共同研究、共同发展的新型师生关系。学生的能力是在自我活动和实践中得到锻炼和发展的，课堂上学生是学习的主人，任何高明的教师也无法代替。为此，教师应充分掌握学生的学情，精心设计学生的活动，激发学习兴趣，启迪学生智慧，启发学生思维，给以足够的时间，引导学生阅读、查资料、动脑思考、动手操作、集体讨论、自我展示、及时反馈信息、及时调控，使师生、生生合作和谐、默契，以实现课堂教学的优化。

其次，给学生创造一个愉快的学习环境，是数学课堂高效的切入点。人才的教育不是知识的灌输，把学生当作知识的仓库，不如给他们几把钥匙，让他们自动地去开发知识的宝库，自我获得解决问题的方法和改造社会的能力。为此，在教学设计中我深入钻研教材，从教材、教学条件和学生实际出发，精心设计过程，构建一个优良的、有利于激发学生积极情感的教学环境，让所有的学生都能“动”起来，创造一个愉快的、欢悦的气氛，提供一切可能诱发兴趣的条件，使学生提高兴奋度，增强求知欲，让学生积极思考，主动探索，实验研究、竞赛、提问、讨论、交流谈话、音乐动画、网上查寻、问题答辩等，学生在学习中得到审美的快感，从而兴趣盎然的学，汲取知识，发展智力、培养能力，提高素质。其次，要不时地创造条件，让学生获得成功的喜悦，尝到学习“甜头”，从内心体会到学习的快乐，从而逐步养成自觉主动学习的习惯，发展学生的创造力。一节课的成功之处在于，设置一个个问题情境，引导学生自我实验探讨，生生相互讨论交流，分析形成结论，学生学习兴趣浓，自主空间大，不受条条框框的限制，广开思路，大胆创新，把学习的压力变为动力，整个学习过程充满了生机和活力，使学生的学习完全成了自我锻炼，互助研究的过程。

总之，高效课堂中师生和谐对话，一堂课结束，给学生留下思维、留下数学意识、留下数学思想、留下解决问题的能力，变被动为主动，变学会为会学，既传授知识，又培养能力，从而提高数学课堂的教学效果。

When I was in middle school, I heard the English song Baby One More Time. Then I saw the music record, the girl was so sweet and pretty. She danced so well in the record, she was full of energy. 我们这个时代顾名思义――什么东东都以课堂内外为主。各个都是《课堂内外》的疯狂读者，这下好了，――如果某个旅馆招牌上说住店免费提供《课堂内外》杂志，那么旅馆全天爆满。本来可以不住店的，为了《课堂内外》住旅馆。害的真正要住店的人定不到房。本来住一天就可以走人的，为了《课堂内外》宁愿在这儿住三天五天。你要问不是《课堂内外》时代吗？家家肯定都有啊。是啊，原本是应该家家都有的，可是有的人居然同一期买十几本！印刷场刚印来几万本，一上市，就被抢购空！为什么买十几本呢？因为我们学生的作业就是给《课堂内外》提意见。为了分数，一家老少拿着看来看去，帮着自家孩子提意见呢！如果意见提的多，提的好。不仅孩子分数高，家长工资也高。如果哪家商店卖上面印有有关《课堂内外》的衣服，房间一定会被挤暴。如果他们都知道了这个网站，我们你们千万要替我保密啊！谢谢了。

March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough trees

before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our

classmates planted trees around our school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug

the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth

hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very

well. It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are!
