第一，转变教学观念和教学方式。课堂低效多是教师教学观念较落后，没有积极采用新课改理念，教学仍以讲为主，不是把课堂交给学生，自己组织、引导学生学习。教师必须在课堂教学改革的实践过程中不断转变教学观念，进而转变教学方式，以逐步消除由于教师讲得过多、学生参与过少而导致的靠大量课后作业来完成教学任务的问题，从而提高课堂效率。

第二，精心备课，尤其是备学生。现在教师把主要精力放在了上课上，而不是放在备课上，没有精心备课就去上课，以致课堂效率较低。教师在备课时，不但要根据教学内容精心设计教学过程，采用不同的教法处理重难点，更要认真学习课程标准，认真研究课本和教法，充分备学生。如果教师不去研究学生对所教内容的掌握情况，不去研究学生的个体差异，一切从本本出发，课堂教学的适切性就会大打折扣，课堂教学的高效更无从谈起。

第三，研究和设计好课堂提问。在真实、常态的课堂教学中，有些教师所提的问题本身就有问题，无效问题、假问题、无价值问题充斥课堂，教师的很多提问耽误了学生宝贵的课堂学习时间，影响了课堂教学效率的提高。因此，教师要高效地完成课堂教学任务，就必须注重对课堂提问的研究，所提的问题必须是有价值的、有启发性的、有一定难度的，整个课堂的问题设计必须遵循循序渐进的原则。

第四，加强对课堂节奏的把握和管理。课堂上，有的教师刚给学生提出问题，学生还没来得及思考，就马上要求其回答。这样不仅浪费了学生课堂思考的时间，而且有效性很差。这种形式主义的教学方式使无效劳动充斥课堂，严重影响了课堂教学的效率。有的教师让学生阅读课文、讨论、交流、做巩固练习等，不提时间和要求，学生漫无目的地阅读与交流，课堂组织松散，时间利用率低。有的教师只对学生提出比较笼统的要求，学生不明白教师要他们干什么和要他们怎么干。这样，学生就失去了教师的有效指导。因此，要给学生一定的思考时间和思维空间，要减少“讲与听”，增加“说与做”，尝试“教与评”。

第五，积极实施小组互助学习制。现阶段，大班额的班级授课制也是课堂教学效率难以提高的一大原因。在小班化教学难以推行的现实条件下，在班内实行小组互助学习可以说是一个最佳选择。教师要根据学生的认知水平和个性心理特点，把学生划分为若干个学习小组，发挥优秀学生的优势，积极推行学生互助机制。同时，教师通过对小组的学法指导和激励性评价，进一步提高小组的自主学习、合作学习的效果。这样，小组学习就可以最大限度地面向全体学生，做到因材施教，以促进课堂教学效率的提高。

作文教学一直是语文教学中的一个难点，学生有话不会表达，不乐于表达，和学校教育出现了分离的现象。如果要求学生两节课时间完成一篇三四百字的作文，教师不得不思考如何构建作文教学的高效课堂。

“五严”规定下的作文教学应该注重教学的高效率、大密度、快速度。高效率、大密度、快速度的课堂需要高效率的教师。教师要做到备课时能预设，讲课时善调控，课堂组织恰到好处，时间分配科学合理。课堂教学在单位时间内完成的任务越多，浪费的时间越少，课的密度就越大，教学质量就越好，效率也越高。课堂教学密度是指教学活动中合理运用的时间与一节课总时间的比例。看一节课的密度，不仅要考虑一般密度，还要考虑特殊密度。

中年级的作文以片段训练为主，作文评讲应该不仅仅停留在对学生文章的简单点评上，还要安排好有所侧重的片段训练，一节作文评讲课基本上可以安排三到四个片段训练。教学要面向全体学生，一名好教师应该让所有的学生都受益，因此对学生要分层要求，区别对待。所以我让学习吃力的学生少写一个片段，或者写得字数相对少些。

我经常采用“一句话题材日记”的方法帮助学生积累素材，同时锻炼表达能力。这一句话中时间、地点、人物、事件四要素必须齐全。这样的句子简单、省时，这类日记坚持下去，一个学年后，选材本上就会有不少积累。学生不再为选材发愁，也提高了表达能力，觉得作文原来如此简单。智慧型的教师总是能启迪学生，让学生愿意写、乐于写，为学生写作提供有利条件，减少写作的束缚，鼓励自由表达。对于中年级的学生，一开始可以用找中心句的方法进行语言训练，提高思维、表达等多方面能力。接着，再围绕中心句进行段的训练。作文有梯度，学生就会消除负面心理，获得成功的体验。

there are many reasons which can explain this phenomenon and the following are the typical ones. the first reason is that learning can light our road in the coming future. there is no denying the fact that the society is developing increasingly fast and we are often easily surpassed by the people around. the only way to avoid this is to learn to improve ourselves. as an illustration, i’d like to take myself as an example. after graduation from college, my life has been full of working pressure, which contributes to my decision of pursuing further education. that’s why i can make my own way in such a competitive society.

the effect of learning can be boiled down to two major ones. first, with the spirit of learning, we are more capable of overcoming the difficulties in the future. more importantly, we can enrich our spare time life by learning. no matter who you are, you must remember that learning is the basic skill in our life.

参加通榆县“落实常态教学，聚焦师生发展，打造高效课堂” 暨“教研员帮带骨干教师，培养名师工程”小学科学课堂教学成果汇报会有感

4月17日，我有幸参加通榆县“落实常态教学，聚焦师生发展，打造高效课堂”暨“教研员帮带骨干教师，培养名师工程”小学科学小学科学课堂教学成果汇报课活动。聆听了来自全县各个学校优秀教师的精彩课堂。

通过这次活动，我受益匪浅。每位教师都体现了教改的新理念;都能运用“自主---合作---探究”的学习方式来教学。在活动中，都采取了提出问题——猜测——实验——汇报——结论，我很敬佩这些老师，他们的课堂很精彩，我有很大的感触。

一是科学学科注重语言的精炼准确。他们的确做到了言简意赅。反思自己的课堂，语言不够规范，经常为了解释某一现象，费半天口舌，可是也没有把意思说明白。所以就养成了拖堂的习惯。所以，我一定让自己的语言规范准确。

二是科学注重实验。每堂课教师都精心准备了实验器材、实验的步骤和方法。科学就是来不得一点虚假。我再次认识到科学的教学离不开实验，离不开与现实生活的联系。联系得越紧密越巧妙，学生感到受益越深，越能体会到学习科学的乐趣。科学离不开科学探究，但也有老师是为了在课堂上有探究而设计探究，显得只有形式而无真正效果。而这几节课，每一节都有很多为切实解决实际问题而设计小实验，小探究，有趣而又有意义。学生既动手动脑，又准确地落实了知识。

三是注重对学生的创新意识的培养。

爱因斯坦认为想象力比知识更重要，因为知识是有限的，而想象力可以概括世界，推动着进步，并且是知识的源泉。从某种意义上说，没有想象就没有创新，丰富的想象是创新的翅膀，可以说一个人的想象力决定了他的创新思维和创新能力。无论是再想象还是创造性想象，对学生的创新意识和创新能力的培养都十分重要。李广锋老师在《磁铁有磁性》探究的活动中，结合教材内容鼓励学生进行想象，发现和发掘他们的自由想象潜能，培养学生积极动脑、动手。充分发挥学生的想象力，在具体的操作中，学生的思维由获得表象，到产生出一种新的思维──创造性思维。

四是注重科学来自于生活运用于生活，科学来源于生活，必须紧密联系学生的生活实际，通过研究具体的生活现象，揭示蕴含的自然规律。比如赵燕老师上的《生的食物和熟的食物》，从研究马铃薯开始，引导学生生的马铃薯和熟的马铃薯他们从眼看，用手摸，用鼻闻各有什么不同。学生认识马铃薯他们的兴趣就来了，每组成员纷纷发表意见。其次，让学生亲自下厨，加工实物的方法。教师事先简单介绍酒精灯的用法及注意事项。最后总结出：生的食物和熟的食物各有什么好处，哪些可以生吃，哪些食物必须熟吃。这堂课学生在生活中获取科学知识，真是受益多多。

教师与学生的接触，最多是在课堂上。课堂上教师可以使尽浑身解数，可以发挥得淋漓尽致，让学生感受知识的魅力，感受教师的人格魅力，感受课堂充满希望的向上氛围，每一节课，都是一个学生生命中不可裂断的环节，都是教师以至学生不可重头再来的历史。

这次的学习让我对当前科学课有了一个新的认识，到底怎样上好科学课，我们将不停的努力，不停的探究。让我们的科学像语数课堂一样的精彩。

People always say in one life, they can’t be sailing plainly, it means

people will meet all kinds of difficulties and they are easy to feel frustrated,

the one who gets over frustration, the one who becomes successful. When we meet

difficulties, we must learn to face it in the optimistic way, so we can see the

hope and have the faith to move on. The difficult moment is just the small

Since I went to school, I spent a lot of time in study. My classmates and

teachers are just like my families. We almost meet each other every day. My

teachers help me a lot. When I meet problems in study, they are very patient and

help me to figure out the answers. When I have trouble in getting along with

other students, they will talk to me and comfort me. I am so thankful to them,

because they care about me just like my parents. I respect them so much. In my

heart, they are the great people. I must study hard so that I can return their

love.
