对于儿童来说，一本书是枯燥无味，教师需要采用不同的方式去刺激学生、培养学生的兴趣，激发学生的求知欲，引导学生热爱学习。针对这低年级的儿童的心理和身理特征，实验小学低年级开展绘本课程，通过讲故事，演故事形式进行。从3分钟《小鼹鼠找新家》，两个低年级学生声情并茂，动作大方，校本课程不但让学生在听故事中学到了知识，同时还培养了学生的表达能力、语言组织能力和自己动手的能力，也给学生锻炼口才的机会。

二、快乐的课堂气氛

王林老师给予不同程度的学生都提供了展示的机会，学生们有的展示有感情朗读课文，有的说自己的想法，有的展示扩词，有的展示课文朗读，还有的交流自己的读书感受。因为人人都有机会，因此人人都为能够展示自己而激动万分，争先恐后地发言，学习兴趣非常浓厚。

三、教师深厚的知识素养，让人叹服

学：“两学一做”基础在学。要组织党员认真学习党章党规，从根本上搞清楚党的纪律规矩、党员的权利义务;认真学习习近平总书记系列讲话，搞清楚系列讲话丰富内涵、核心要义和贯穿其中的马克思主义立场观点方法;认真学习党的十八届五中全会精神，深刻理解“四个全面”战略思想和“五大发展理念”，全面理解“十三五”时期经济社会的发展目标和重大举措;认真学习廉洁自律准则、纪律处分条例，切实增强党员法纪意识;认真学习中央和省市县委关于推进精准扶贫精准脱贫方面的决策部署和各项惠农政策，增强党员改变落后面貌的责任感和紧迫感。

找：两学一做，注重查找。通过学习，查找分析自身存在的问题，对照理想信念是否坚定、组织观念是否淡薄、组织纪律是否散漫、群众观念是否淡漠、服务意识是否欠缺、是否严于律己、是否勇于担当等问题进行认真剖析。

做：两学一做，关键在做。通过学习和查找问题，针对问题进行整改，就是做的过程。要坚持以知促行，做讲政治、有信念，讲规矩、有纪律，讲道德、有品行，讲奉献、有作为的合格党员。引导党员强化政治意识，保持政治本色，站稳政治立场，做政治上的明白人;践行党的宗旨，保持公仆情怀，密切联系群众，全心全意为人民服务;加强党性锻炼和道德修养，廉洁从政、从严治家，筑牢拒腐防变的防线;始终保持干事创业、开拓进取的精气神。

三、主要措施

(一)、从严落实“三会一课”制度。

“三会一课”是抓好“两学一做”的经常性措施，要推进“两学一做”常态化、经常化。每次召开会议安排部署工作前，先组织学习，将“学”列入每次会议的重要议程，形成长效机制，常抓不懈。每季度召开一次党员大会，组织集中学习，结合村具体工作，确定党课内容，以学促知，以知促行。

(二)多种形式开展学习教育

1、开辟学习专栏，节选党章、准则、条例相关内容在党务公开栏内张贴，广泛宣传。

2、利用远程教育站点，组织党员进行学习。

3、结合开展组织关系排查，摸清党员情况，区别对待，探索在年轻党员中建立微信群，进行学习讨论，也可建议其关注相关公众号进行自学，对于因老因病不能参与集中学习的党员，结合贫困户帮扶走访进行送学。

4、围绕专题讨论，在学习中围绕“坚定理想信念，明确政治方向”、“坚持根本宗旨，发挥党员作用”、“坚守纪律底线，培养高尚情操”三个专题组织讨论。学习讨论要紧密结合现实，联系个人思想工作生活实际，进行批评与自我批评，找差距，明确努力方向。

(三)运用党建载体，巩固学习教育

1、党员承诺践诺：在全体党员中开展承诺、践诺，引导每位党员身体力行，参与到村级公益事业中来，特别是美丽乡村建设的方方面面。

2、民主评议党员，通报表彰。在党员中开展民主评议，表彰优秀，发挥优秀的示范带动作用;对有不合格表现的党员视情给予组织处理。

3、组织开展党性锻炼活动。一是利用农村舞蹈队等挖掘其中党员的“金点子”，开展健康向上的文娱活动，将两学一做的内容融入其中，以党员群众喜闻乐见的形式展现。二是结合七一建党95周年，开展红色教育，重温入党誓词。三是利用正反典型教育，开展向身边先进模范学习，弘扬正能量;用党员干部违纪违法受处理的反面典型警醒干部，从内心深处崇廉尚实、严于律己、爱岗敬业，练就过硬的纪律作风。

两学一做，抓在日常、严在经常，要把学与做同当前的各项工作有机结合起来，形成长效机制，最终为人民群众服务、为美丽桂林服务。

上课了，我们的第一个活动就是“吹乒乓球”。看到这几个字，我心里的石头就落了下来——我可是吹乒乓球能手啊！想起第一次玩这个游戏时，一吹就直接把乒乓球吹到第五个杯子！哈哈，我们队肯定能获胜。可是，当老师说必须一个一个地吹时，我的心就像被冷水波了一样，非常凉。哎！没办法啊，我只能一个一个的吹。两个队长先猜拳，谁赢了谁就先来。可是我们队赢了，他们队却要先来，他们是不是忘了自己说过的谁赢了谁先来啊！突然有一个同学问：“老师，杯子里是不是倒水？”“不是，倒面粉。”老师冷静的回答。什么，面粉？老师好坏啊！

第一队正式开始了，王泽宁先吹，可是他犹豫了半天也不敢吹，只好对两位女生说：“你们先吹吧！”李佳意只好上场。不过她吹了好久，也没有吹过去，还得到了免费的美白呢！两位女生都吹不过去，最后王泽宁只好戴上可爱的熊猫眼罩，他用力一吹才吹过去。结果用时120秒，我们队也用尽全力的软，可时间太长，用时122秒，所以，第一个项目二队获胜。

接下来，我们又比了“矮人赛跑”，“夹球运动”。矮人赛跑我们队赢了，可是夹球运动我们却输了。所以，这一次我们没有获胜，虽然没有胜利，但过程也很开心。作者：邸佳茵

First of all,I need to greatly improve my English in this semaster,for I’m already in Junior 2 now,and there’s no time to waste.

I’m really not good at English,and I think there’s a long road ahead of me.I am thinking about taking a TOEFL course on weekends to prepare for entering college.Besides,I need to learn something from my life,for example,I can read some kind of English books,watch some Enghlish movies etc.

On another hand,I wanna improve my spoken English,cuz its a kind of language which is used to communicate with others,but not just a subject that can prove I am a good student.My plan for the future is to study abroad,so the skill of spoken Enlish is really important to me.

Father’s Day is coming and you must be thinking of giving a present to your

father。 Different people like different kinds of gifts。

If you have enough pocket money， you can buy a useful but not expensive

thing， like a tie。 I think your father will like it。 But if you don’t have

enough pocket money， you can do something that you can do， for example， you can

prepare a cup of tea。 When your father comes back from work， he can drink

it。

No matter what you do， the most important thing is to make your father

happy on Father’s Day。 Don’t you think so?
