按照风俗今天要包饺子，奶奶已经把面和馅准备好了，而就剩下调馅开包了。奶奶问：“吃什么馅的?”哥哥说“肉的”姐姐说“素的”“好了，好了，别争了” 我说“有肉有素”大家都同意我的意见。

于是开始分工。奶奶调馅、煮饺子，爸爸、妈妈、叔叔、包饺子，婶婶擀饺子皮儿，哥哥、姐姐和我帮忙参与。奶奶先把饺子馅放到盆子里，然后再放上葱、姜、盐，倒上香油，顺一个方向搅动均匀。香气扑鼻而来，真想马上咬两口。婶婶熟练的先把和好的面分成几份，把其中一块揉成一根粗绳子，切成小块，再把小块制成约两厘米的圆饼，然后开始擀饺子皮儿。爸爸、妈妈、叔叔把馅放到皮上，皮边对齐，两手一用力一个饺子就包成了。饺子像个小老鼠，整齐排列又像士兵。我先擀饺子皮儿，可就是擀不圆，有时面还粘在擀杖上，婶婶告诉我撒上一些干面，均匀用力，一个饺子皮擀好了。我学着妈妈的样子，把馅放在皮上，皮边对齐，两手一用力，饺子形状成扁的了，馅也出来了。爸爸、妈妈、叔叔、婶婶都哈哈大笑，我很不服气，妈妈手把手教我，好不容易才包成了一个样子难看的饺子。想起来包饺子也并不太难。

说起我们江苏苏北的民俗，就不得不提“打囤子”。

打囤子的“囤子”是一个圆底方口用蒲草编织而成的蒲包，蒲包上面是两根麻绳，便于提在手里，里面装着石灰，囤子往地上一顿，石灰就从蒲包眼里渗出，印在地上就是圆圆的囤子。有时候，一些人家还会将囤子顿成不同形状，有元宝形的、小麦形的、梯子形的、风车形的……它的寓意有两层，一为团团圆圆，一为新的一年粮食丰收装满囤。

奶奶告诉我，她小时候的除夕日，一到傍晚时分，她和兄弟姐妹就聚集在一起。只等大人们往袋里灌上石灰粉，扎紧袋口后，孩子们就会一拥而上，都想抢到最大的那个。待人手一份时，孩子们就学着大人的模样，高高地提起袋子，重重地砸下去。顿时，地上就显现出一个漂亮的花纹来。孩子们可高兴了，不停地把囤子提起又砸下、提起又砸下，院里、院外、田边、河畔、甚至是猪舍旁，都是白茫茫一片。大人们催她们回家吃年夜饭，可她们玩兴正浓，哪肯放下手中的蒲包，一直到玩累了才善罢甘休。吃完年夜饭，有的孩子又偷偷到院子里打囤子，打到密密麻麻、没有一点空隙为止。大年初一，早晨起来一看，村上每家每户的门前、院中，全打满了一个个“囤子”，有大的、有小的，预示着今年粮食大仓满、小仓流，五谷丰登。

关于打囤子，奶奶告诉我家乡还流传着一个传说：老百姓听说皇帝有诺，家家有“仓囤子”就可以三年不缴税银，相互一串，家家都在门口用青灰画“仓囤子”，每个“仓囤子”里放几粒五谷杂粮。宰相张玉书奉旨迅速到乡间查访，看到家家门口全是青灰打的“仓囤子”，“仓囤子”里的确有五谷杂粮。皇帝听了张玉书的禀报，惊诧不已，因为自己说过家家有“仓囤子”就不缴税银，这样他只好免掉老百姓的三年国税。

所谓“百里不同风，千里不同俗”，中国幅员辽阔，地域不同，风俗亦有不同。打囤子只是苏北民俗中的一种，我们家乡还有“腊月二十四送灶”“除夕夜迎灶”等很多的民风民俗，下次再慢慢道来。

20xx年结束了，新的一年开始了。除夕夜是团圆夜，家家户户都张灯结彩，欢聚一堂，每家门口都贴上大红福字，空气中都弥漫着新年的气息。

每年的对联都是由我来帮爷爷贴的，爷爷还告诉我贴对联的学问，只要一看对联你就知道家人对新的一年的希望和打算，也会知道在过去一年里这家人家里发生了什么喜事。我家的对联是邻居叔叔写的，他写的毛笔字很漂亮，我也要多多向他学习。

贴完了对联开始挂灯笼了。我们把两个打灯笼挂两边，把两个小的挂中间，那两个打灯笼上写的是“欢度佳节”，两个小灯笼上写的是“福”字。

下午三点多，家人们就开始准备年夜饭了，洗的洗，包的包，忙忙碌碌中，锅碗瓢盆碰撞在一起，擦出了幸福的火花。

我们吃完了饺子就去放鞭炮。有闪光雷、通天雷，它们五颜六色，特别好看。烟花像闪电一样窜入云端，“砰”的一声绽放，像天女散花般，忽然又消失的无影无踪。耀眼的礼花在空中闪闪烁烁，把天空衬托的无比美丽。

美好的除夕令人难忘，这个除夕我过得很快乐。

一直以来，我都不懂除夕之夜的含义，不过这次我懂啦!

大年三十这天，我家的瓜子店早早的关门了，这是几个月来的第一次，为的是能吃上团圆饭。

其实我们餐桌上的菜，并不丰盛，也就四样。不过呢，我们还是吃得津津有味。

我们家也算是较开放的，只要不影响学习，喝点酒倒没什么。所以，一家人都举着酒杯，为新的一年而干杯。而且我的酒量可比老爸的要强得多。

吃完晚饭后，我们才想起鞭炮还没买，就急急忙忙收拾碗筷。说实话，今天这日子，鞭炮店也早关门啦，不过后来还是被我们买到啦!

起初，我们去的时候店已经关啦，多亏店对面的一位阿姨才得以买到鞭炮。而就在买鞭炮期间，我们做了一件对我来说很有意义的事。

我们在路上遇到了两个很可怜的人。一个是外地人，另一个是在路边过日子的人。而在那时我真的觉得他们好可怜。所以，我们一家人都在同一时间里往记即将关门的蛋糕店里走。我们买了两袋面包，一人一包给了他们。看他们接过面包，虽然没道声谢，但看到他们那狼吞虎咽的模样，我就知道，他们一定饿了很久。不知道这么点面包够了没。

想起几天来，在湖南电视台上看到的画面和听到的歌《我们一起过年》，想到在冰天雪地里抢修电路的电工人员，我就觉得我的行为有些微不主足道。我才明白，除夕之夜并不是家人在一起吃个团员饭，放个冲天炮，就是幸福。而是人与人之间的温暖，大家在互相帮助下的温暖，就好像一家人一样，这才是幸福。

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at the gate.

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers and other fireworks to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year, almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. 春节

这不，我、哥哥和家人们就拎着一大包烟花来到了一片空地上。我和哥哥迫不及待地拿出两根红色的、长长的烟花。爸爸笑眯眯地走过来为烟花点火。不久，一丝丝火花就出现在烟花的顶端，我和哥哥高兴极了，各拿了一根烟花跳起舞来，火光在我们身边飞舞着，多漂亮呀！过了一会儿，红光居然变绿了，可是火光却维持得不久，一会儿就灭了。这时，站在一边的妈妈拿着一筒“仙女降落”正在“研究”呢，我一把拿过妈妈手的“仙女降落”说：“我们来放一放这筒吧！”舅舅把烟花放在地上，把导线点燃了，我们在一边儿静静地等待着。突然，一颗闪耀的“流星”从筒中飞向天空，“流星”又从空中慢慢儿地降落下来。这时，它已经变成了一只黄色的“降落伞”了，它像仙女一般轻飘飘地飞过去，飞过来，我情不自禁地伸手想接住它，可是“仙女”却我行我素地往树上飞了，挂在了密密麻麻的树枝上，真遗憾哪！我又从口袋里掏出一艘“飞船”来，“飞船”一被点火，就急着想飞上天，它开始原地转圈，当我以为它就这么点本事时，它却一使劲儿，一下子飞上天，好像一颗拖着长长尾巴的慧星呀！我们又放了许多有趣的烟花，比如什么“冲天炮”、“小神鞭”。

放完了烟花，家人们又去看烟花，到处都是一片热闹的景象。忽然，空中传来“轰”的一声，我回头一瞧，嘿！好多礼花像一朵朵大花一样空中绽放开来，五彩缤纷，绚丽多彩！十二点，四周不约而同地响起礼花的声音。我仰头一望，天哪！我们已经被礼花包围了！有几发礼花甚至炸到了我们面前，妈妈连忙拉起我“逃”到哥哥那儿，我们四周震耳欲聋，妈妈说：“啊！“烟花大战”来啦！”

小孩喜欢什么？喜欢过大年嘛！一年一度的除夕又到了！

除夕的前一天我和我的好朋友——刘珂君，一起把这栋楼的楼梯给辛辛苦苦的给扫了一遍。扫的很干净。然后，和爸爸妈妈一起到菜市场买菜，那里人山人海，热闹非凡。最后才是给我买鞭炮，还送了一幅对联。

第二天早上，我从床上“嗖”地一声起来，便看见门开着，我把门关上，就传来一声“喂”，我抖了一下，又把门打开，看见老爸在贴对联。我说：“贴对联呢！吓我一跳。”边说边出门去帮忙。一会儿，按住对联，一会儿，拿不干胶。看着红红火火的对联，喜庆极了。我问爸爸：“福字为什么要倒着贴？”爸爸说：“到字和倒字同音，所以，我们说福倒了，意思就是福到了。过年，图个吉利。”

到了晚上，是我和爸爸妈妈吃团年饭的时候。端上桌的菜看起来就很好看，闻到了就更香。还有我喜欢的清真菇，头大身小，全身黄黄的，很好看。如果你已闻，仿佛自己在清香的世界里。像这样香喷喷的蘑菇，还真是满屋飘香啊……我们边吃边说笑话、猜谜语、成语接龙、脑筋急转弯……谈到脑筋急转弯，我正好给你说一个：有一天，小明问：“爸爸，孔子的老师是谁？”爸爸吞吞吐吐地说：“是——是——是……”最后也没有是出个所以来，小明最后揭开谜底：“是转子，没有转子，哪来孔子？”你猜到了吗？吃完晚饭，接下来就是放鞭炮了！我们先把人召集齐，一个来了，两个来了，三个来了我也下楼来了，渐渐地人越来越多，开始了：我们先从最简单的`搭搭炮开始，来了个男女大PK，男女各自一队，向对方甩去，甩到脚下爆了，还没有跑开就算输了。就这样你甩给我，我也毫不示弱的甩给你，满地都是火炮爆……最后打成平手。还有檫炮、响炮、烟花……就说我最喜欢的降落伞炮吧，点燃后飞上天空爆了后就有一个降落伞摇摇晃晃的落下来，我们就会一起去抢。我抢到了一个，运气还不错。

除夕真快乐，耶！你家福倒了吗？

除夕一大早，我就和爸爸妈妈穿着新衣，带着年货，去奶奶家过年。一路上，到处是红色的海洋：红对联、红“福”字、红灯笼和小摊上的红红的鞭炮，它们仿佛在移动，甩也甩不掉。

到了奶奶家，第一件事儿就是贴春联。我和爸爸拿着爷爷写好的.春联和面糊儿来到小屋前，遇到了很多贴春联的邻居，我想：我一定要第一个贴上春联，让我们家红红火火。我先用扫把将去年的春联清扫下来，在心里对它们说：“你们下岗了，不用伤心，会有人替你的。”然后把春联背面刷上面糊，交给爸爸，爸爸找准位置，贴了上去，我发现是我们家第一个贴上春联的，心里别提多高兴了。

一转眼的功夫，到了下午，全家人都在包饺子。我发现有几个饺子里包满了糖，听奶奶说吃到糖饺子的一年里都会甜甜蜜蜜。所以我决定，无论如何都要吃一个糖饺子。为了以防万一，我先摸清了它们的“底细”：形状扁扁的，白色。哈哈，万事俱备只欠东风了。

“开饭了!”奶奶端着热气腾腾的饺子从厨房里走出来。我瞅了一眼：全是素的，当菜上齐了，我不停地在每个盘子里寻找“糖”饺子，可是我怎么着也找不找，突然，一个白色的饺子出现在一盘素饺子里，我连忙伸过去，夹住了它生怕别人抢走。我送进嘴里，糖流了出来，真甜啊!同时我的心也像灌了蜜一样。

晚上，我们全家人坐在沙发上，看着春晚，有趣的小品让人捧腹大笑，奇妙的魔术让人目瞪口呆，炫动的歌舞让人大饱眼福，与此同时，鞭炮声络绎不绝。

子时快要到了，压轴戏“新年鞭炮”所有工作准备完毕。11时59分，新年就要到了，我来到楼下，心里掐着点，估计快到了的时候，我用香点燃了鞭炮，顿时，震耳欲聋的鞭炮响彻了整个院落……

除夕已经远去，但给我留下了深刻的印象，我等待着下一个除夕。

在除夕夜里，每一家的人都要守岁跟包饺子，放鞭炮。

我家也不例外。

除夕夜，我跟姐姐在奶奶家里一边看春节联欢晚会，一边跟大人们说着话。谈笑风生之余，也可以捕捉春节联欢晚会的欢乐，好不热闹。

到了晚上十点半，奶奶把两个盆子，擀面杖跟盛东西的大盘子端上来，对我们说：“你们快来一起包饺子吧。”我们高兴地去了。

奶奶从一个盆子里拿出一大团面跟一大碗面粉，再打开另一个盛馅的盆子，手持擀面杖就擀了起来，我跟姐姐看到奶奶动作非常麻利地擀完了几个面皮，心里也不服气，都毫不示弱地跃跃欲试。

姐姐一手拿起擀面杖，一手拿着面团，很得意的看了我一眼，神气十足地擀了起来。

她很认真地擀着，不时撒点面粉进去，又擀又按，头顶冒出了细细的汗珠。

费了一番周折后，姐姐这才擀了几个比较好看的面皮，我对姐姐说：“看起来很简单嘛，没有那么难的。”姐姐对我说：“你去试试就知道了嘛。”我就去了。

当时我想：“有什么难的，去就去呗，我做的一定比姐姐好！”

我戴上袖套，洗洗手，大步流星地走上前，拿起擀面杖，不假思索把面皮按在板子上，用擀面杖使劲地擀着，有点儿飘飘然了，嘴角咧开露出了笑容。

突然，姐姐拍了一下我的肩，对我轻轻地说：“乐乐，你忘放面粉了……现在都粘上去了……”我才如梦方醒，叫道：“呀！”姐姐摇了摇头，似笑非笑，道：“唉，你可真马虎。”我不好意思地挠了挠头。

这时，姑妈过来了，对我跟姐姐说：“你们两个啊，唉。我来教你们包饺子吧！”我跟姐姐相互对视了一下，点点头，答应了。

姑妈很认真地教我们，我们也很仔细地听跟看，不一会儿就会了。我们摩拳擦掌，都期待再一次包饺子的机会。

除夕之夜家家户户张灯结彩，全家人张罗着丰盛的年夜饭。绷不住的，不到五点就开放了。我们也是如此，表妹格格捧着二十多盒摔炮来了，我俩马上在院子里“啪，啪啪!”地一口气放了十几盒，又试着两个一起放“噼噼，啪啪!”实在是太有趣了!好不容易熬到了晚上七点，由我和表妹主持的家庭晚会也开始了，猜谜、踩气球、抽奖等游戏令每个人都非常开心。虽然我和表妹仍然一本正经地按事先安排的程序主持着家庭晚会，其实窗外的火树银花早就把我们的心带远了，我匆匆地将节目赶到了最后一项——抽奖!

我一边闭着眼睛在袋中摸索，一边想着该用什么当作奖品。“哈，是老爸!”我扫了一眼四周，突然眼前一亮：“对了，去放爆竹!”我将装鞭炮的纸箱推给了爸爸，然后飞快地穿上外套向外奔去，爸爸他们也是，原来每个人都已经迫不及待了呀!

我们从家里出来，外面的夜空早已是流光溢彩，四面八方的爆竹声震耳欲聋，东南西北的烟花光焰万丈。一秒钟也等不住了，我们拿出烟花爆竹也尽情地燃放起来。

接近午夜十二点，整个城市的上空火花满天，绚丽多彩。你看!钻天猴“嗖----”的一声窜上了天，象火箭似的;那朵朵烟花在天上飞舞着，有的象光彩照人的钻石;有的象光洁绚丽的丝绸;有的还象拖着长尾巴的流星呢!“噼里啪啦”的鞭炮声响彻云霄，划破了寂静的黑夜。人们的欢声笑语与喜庆的鞭炮声，汇成了一首和谐、雄壮的交响曲。

放完烟花爆竹回到屋里，一盘盘热腾腾的饺子出锅了，我们有说有笑地吃着饺子，彼此之间传递着祝福。此时此刻，我是快乐的，送走旧岁了，我有好多好多的愿望，不过今天这么热闹，每个人都兴致勃勃的，实现不实现只要开心就好。

“新年快乐!”这是我对每个人的祝愿。
