每年秋天蔬菜成熟可以食用的时候，孩子们就会挑出大个儿的橙色南瓜。然后在南瓜上刻上一张脸，把一根点燃的蜡烛放在里面。看起来就好像有人在向南瓜外面张望。这些灯就叫做“iack-o-lantems”，意思也就是“杰克的灯”。

每年万圣节前夕孩子们还戴上奇怪的面具，穿上吓人的服装。有些孩子把脸刷成怪物。然后他们拿着盒子或袋子挨家挨户串门。每来到一个新房子他们就说：“不款待就捣乱!给钱还是吃的!”大人们就会把用来招待的钱或糖放在他们的袋子里了。

不仅孩子，许多成年人也喜欢万圣节前夕和万圣节前夕晚会。因为这一天他们可以根据自己的想象把自己装扮成名流或幽灵。这会带给他们年轻的快感。

草长莺飞三月天，我们如约相聚笔架湾。

笔架湾在长江支流旁，这里很空旷，是春游的好地方。远处，一大片金黄的油菜花格外惹人注目。微风拂过，阵阵清香扑鼻而来。地上的小草探出小脑袋，好奇地看着周围的一切。草又是那么绿，那么软，在地上铺得密密的，就像一张无边的绿毯。新栽的小树抽出了嫩嫩的枝条，枝条上还有点点新绿，她们正努力地向外伸展。人们脱去了厚厚的冬衣，换上了薄薄的春款，尽情地享受着春天带来的温暖和美好。

人们在这里好不热闹。大人们有的在烤烧烤，有的在跳舞，有的在拍照……我们这此调皮的小孩子呢，有的人在放风筝，有的人在吹泡泡，还有的在奔跑……我呢，和同学们一起拔河。我们使出了全身力气，拼命地拉，但还是不敌对方。虽说输了，但我们都很开心，重在参与嘛。黄老师还和同学们一起跳绳，一起留影，真是其乐融融。同学们在地上无忧无虑地跑来跑去，风筝在天上自由自在地飞翔。这不禁让我想起了一句诗——儿童散学归来早，忙趁东风放纸鸢。

春天，生机勃勃，美不胜收。春天的笔架湾，欢乐多多，回味无穷！

呼啸的北风从窗隙钻进来，穿到我耳边。这就是冬的信号，这就是秋的离别。

朦胧中，看到窗外飘起了小雪花。这就是多么令人期待的啊！我冲出家门，扑进雪的怀抱。雪花好似绒毛，却没那么轻飘；雪花如同白盐，却没有那淡淡的咸味；雪花仿佛棉花糖，却不能一碰即化……她，就是穿着白纱裙的小天使，悄然降临人间，迈着轻盈曼妙的舞步，伸展修长的手臂，慢慢降落在地上。

雪为大地铺上了一层棉被。人踩在上面，只听“嘎吱，嘎吱”的响声。路边，唯有清洁工老人迎着北风扫雪。人们穿着厚厚的羽绒服，还就是冷地缩着脖子，瑟瑟发抖。道路上的雪越来越厚，一步一个脚印。路边随时都可以看见大大小小的雪人。

树上光秃秃的，落叶已全部凋零。雪积在树上，真就是“忽如一夜春风来，千树万树梨花开”啊！朵朵雪花在大树上画了一条条白色直线。狂风一吹，树上的雪就落下，盖在地上。

林子深处，有几棵梅树。梅花盛开着，点缀了一小朵雪花。把树枝轻轻摇晃，呈现出梅花秀丽的，羞答答的样子。我凑上去闻了又闻，它散发出阵阵沁人心脾的芳香。几束婀娜多姿的梅花令人陶醉。在这寒冷的冬季，梅花却“凌寒独自开”。我瞧着一旁的树只剩下光秃秃的树干，不禁大为叹息：现在富有梅花这种傲雪寒霜精神的人，真就是少之又少。

这时候，不仅就是道路，大树还有房屋上盖满了白雪，连我自己也快成了可爱的小雪人了。

任春天柳条婀娜，百花争艳；任夏天浓荫密布，繁星点点；任秋天硕果累累，细雨绵绵，我依然喜爱鹅毛纷飞，银装素裹的冬天。

冬只就是路过，只就是路过。它去了，留下一抹白色和丰收的好兆头。这就是我仿佛闻到了泥土的芳香。
