对于新同学，来到了大学，首先要明白的是，今后所要学到的、看到的、听到的和知道的，将与以往大为不同。首先自问一下，是否做好了准备?准备什么?做事情之前要准备，如果你想成为一个有知识的人，如果你想成为一个至少能够毕业后能够自食其力的人，必须要思考的是，读书为了什么?读书，涵盖很广泛，并不是仅仅拿着一本书坐在自修教室中这么简单的，你要多问，多听，多留心，这些你不曾知道的东西始终都是个在不断积累的过程，不要对“机会青睐有准备的头脑”报有任何的疑惑。做事情准备好了，做人呢?家庭生活20多年，学校教育20多年，但是，遗憾地是，很多人还是没有思考应该如何做人。

做人的涵盖更为广泛，当你看到自己的父母为自己跑来跑去注册交费的时候，你应该如何做?当你第一次和同寝室的同学及其父母打招呼的时候，你应该如何做?这些都是细节，很小很小的细节，但是正是这些东西决定了你走上一条什么样子的做人的道路。和/陌生人相处，才能显露出一个人真实的做人的水准。短短几年的大学生活，都将直接影响到你以后的价值观念的塑造。当然，如果你已经觉得自己已经不需要再多的认知了，或者不屑于这种观点。但是，你一定要保持谨慎和思考的状态，很多事情，需要自己反思一下，这样做到底对不对，这样说到底对不对，到底该不该做，到底该不该说?是否还能做得更好?等等诸如此类的问题。不要被别人的美妙的描述遮挡住眼镜，看不到这个世界的美丽之处，更不要被别人对现实世界的种种诟病而厌恶、排斥整个世界，很多观念都要经过自己的咀嚼和思考才能吸收，否则盲从和盲目地标新立异都是很幼稚的做法，会让一个人走很长的弯路。要想四十岁之后做到“不后悔”，那么现在就要多反思。什么是真的?什么是善的?什么是美的?什么是个人领域的?什么是集体领域的?什么时候需要思考，什么时候需要行动，什么时候需要沉默，什么时候需要聆听。对于在学校中的老同学们，你们将在学习、考研、或者寻找工作中煎熬很长一段时间，甚至面临一个、多个的选择，这个时候，心态最重要，很多时候，拼的不是学历和能力，而是谁对待生活更加积极、乐观，自信，谁能够给自己一个恰当的定位，谁能够准确地意识到自己面临的风险和挑战。人，都是要成长的，只有被打-倒的，不要被吓倒。

大四阶段，是人生转折的过渡时期，紧张而充满希望;求职，更是从未经历过的新鲜“历险”。惟其新鲜，才具备挑战的意味;惟其“历险”，才需要智勇双全，青春永远是不会被拒绝的。或者你要面对的是老师的步步紧逼，或者你面对的是招聘经理的重重责难，或者你面对的是父母的耳提面命。不要崩溃，这个世界这个社会最不缺少的就是崩溃的理由，无论如何生活，始终是要生活下去，希望总会有的。当你刚刚学会走路的时候某一次不慎跌倒而哭泣，但是周围并没有任何人帮助你的时候，你就已经应该意识到，路，还是要自己走。

卧薪尝胆，韬光养晦，对于大三的同学，在明确专业方向后，你应投入更多的精力去深化专业知识，这是你获取专业知识最重要的一个学年。就请你现在就抓紧时间学习，相信“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来”，“有志者，事竟成”，一展你寒窗苦读多年来的积淀与凌云之志吧!

面对压力，淡定从容，“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，对于经历了几次大学考试后的大二同学们，想必你们已经明白大学的学习压力。大学校园的环境你已不再陌生———深入的课堂讲说、丰富的课余生活、绚丽的校园舞台，多元的校园文化环境……这一切都将会积淀成你丰富的学识和包容的心怀。但是学长的经历会告诉你若没有坚韧勤奋的努力，最后的成功将会远你而去。请淡定从容地过好每一天，你会知道，你的勤奋与刻苦会丰富你的人生履历。
