4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

她是个乐于助人的人。在暑假中，我和她一起坐公交车出去，在等车的时候，我们看到了一辆大巴车上有一位四五十岁的人正从车上下来，他的皮肤被太阳晒得黑黝黝的，只穿了一个背心和一条短裤，手里拿着几根长长的木棍，一个好像很重的油漆桶和几个刷子，可能是来打工的吧。因为东西太多，所以他下车后，在过马路的时候先把木棍拿了过来，而把油漆桶留在了原地，我去叫曾姿怡。

可她却完全不理会我，飞一般地冲到马路中央，吃力地把那个人的油漆桶搬了过来，一辆车飞快地从那条路驶过，那个人也忙向曾姿怡道谢，但就在这时，公交车也过去了，我并不怪她，因为她既帮助了那个人，又避免了一次不必要的车祸的发生，我真想为她点赞、喝彩!

她还是个乐于助人的人。有一次，我和她约好了一起做作业，但她临时有事出去了，我本以为她不会来和我一起写作业了，没想到，不到十分钟她就回来了，我疑惑不解地问：“你不是出去了吗，这么快就回来了?”她说：“我本来是要出去地，可是一想到和你有约在先，我就回来了。”我开心地说：“你真是一个讲信用的人啊，我要向你学习!”

她在学习上十分认真。七年级的一次数学课上，老师在黑板上写了一道特别难的奥数题，老师提问了很多好学生都没能回答上来，老师的目光不时向下方望去，不想错过每个举手的人，只见曾姿怡眉头微蹙，绞尽脑汁地冥思苦想，还不时在纸上演算着……

终于，她长长地舒了一口气，把手举的高高的，老师示意她站起来回答，她便把每个步骤的意思和分析的过程说的清清楚楚、一字不差，老师的脸上露出了笑容，同学们也都微微点头，老师表扬了曾姿怡，同学们还给她鼓了掌，曾姿怡只是谦虚地笑了笑，坐下了。

她还有许多好品质：拾金不昧、关心班集体……值得我学习。我为有这样的好朋友而感到骄傲、自豪!
