In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

因为大家全家人要出门旅游，只能把我非常放心不下的吃客盆友，托付给王阿姨。吃客就是我养的小宠物，一只十分可爱的小小兔子。下面就要我给大伙儿介绍一下这只可爱的小兔子吧！

吃客全身长满了毛茸茸的白毛，从远方看像一团小棉花，软绵绵的，令人看过就想要去抚摩。它有二只大眼，红红的眼珠，像嵌入上来的红宝石。那细细长长耳朵里面足有两寸半，占有了它三分之一的人体。而它的鼻部扁扁的，嘴巴分为三瓣。它的身体圆滚滚的，前腿又短又小，而后腿又长又强有力，也有那像绒球的小尾巴，讨人喜欢无比，我非常喜欢它！

为什么叫它吃客呢？因为它尤其能吃，进食的速率又十分快。你假如给它一个食材，它一定会在三分钟以内吃了，母亲每一次买红萝卜回家了的情况下，它都是会绕着饭桌转。如何轰也轰不动，张着一双可怜兮兮的大眼，仿佛在说：小主人，帮我也吃点吧！这时候，我也会央求母亲给它一根萝卜，它便快速地躲到角落，撅着小嘴巴迅速地吞掉。简直个当之无愧的小吃货呀！

由于吃客吃得过多，看起来太胖。为了更好地让它保持健康，因此 大家常常一起玩游戏。在探寻了好多游戏之后，我发现了它最爱的或是推气球了，这个游戏便是我与吃客都趴在地上，它用短小的前腿扶着球，后腿用劲，好像耗尽了全身上下的气力把球一推，发送给我。我再把球轻松地推给它有时我有意用劲推，气球传入它身旁忽然发生爆炸，吓得它一溜烟就跑了，它一边跑还一边回头看，仿佛在说：太恐怖啦！太恐怖啦！

小吃货为我的生活产生了许多快乐，我尤其喜爱这一胖胖的小仙女！期待王阿姨能够给我好好地照料它，等我回来不必瘦下来哦！

making cleaners must rush all day long and also by night to clean the

rubbish.

This lack of consideration for nature in general is extremely detrimental

to children’s education, toChina’s image, to public health, to tourism and to

the future.Chinais the common treasure of all Chinese, and we should live up to

be a member of this big family, a descendant of 5000-year-plus ancient civilized

country. I think the environment must absolutely be strictly protected by all

means. This protection should go at the same pace as the marvelous development

of the nation.

In this respect,Germanyis a rare model and leaves me a very deep

impression. After you have an exciting tour around in this country for a week or

so, it is unnecessary for you to polish your leather shoes. Personally, first of

all, the strong awareness of people’s environmental protection; then, the

advanced technology applied in the field of preserving the nature; We can learn

form others in building China into one of the most environmentally friendly

places in the world.

生命不可能有两次，但是许多人连一次也不善于度过。我们一步一步走下去踏踏实实地去走，永不抗拒生命交给我们的重负，才是一个勇者。到了蓦然回首的那一瞬间，生命必然给我们公平的答案和又一次乍喜的心情，那时的山和水，又回复了是山是水，而人生已然走过，是多么美好的一个秋天。

我坐在电视机前，看着舞台中央的他们那样自信地握着话筒，完成着我的梦想，我是多么地羡慕他们啊!

我想成为一名主持人，站在舞台中央用妙语连珠来赢得观众的掌声，为别人带来欢乐。

可是，这个梦想对我而言是多么遥不可及啊!“风清，你的声音就像微风一般轻拂过别人的心，不会留下丝毫的印象!”我听见自己对自己的否定，心中充满了沮丧，难道我就注定与梦想无缘，注定了不能给别人带去欢乐?

“风清，你的梦想很好啊!你需要梦，你也一定要相信，梦想就是用来实现的。抛开烦恼，疑虑吧，勇敢地大步向前，你一定会站在舞台中间的!”好友月晓鼓励我道，她的眼中盛满了期许。一霎间，我仿佛充满了力量，斗志昂扬。是啊，我根本没有努力，怎能如此否定自己呢?

于是，我开始相信自己，我相信总有一天，我可以像人如其名的月晓那样，成为漫漫长夜中那轮耀眼的皓月，为别人带去希望与光明!于是我开始改变自己：勇敢地发言，尝试不同的课外活动，参与演讲竞赛……无数在从前的看来不可能完成的事都被我一一做到了，我变得更加自信，我相信我就是我，梦想成了我伸手就能触碰的事了。

终于，我站在舞台中央，冷静地说着出场词，我完成了我的梦想!月晓对我说，我们的声音像风一样清爽，为所有人带去了欢乐与感动!

我十分感谢月晓对我的陪伴，是她让我相信我就是我，是可以发光耀眼的我。我向她道谢，但月晓笑着对我说：“原本就没有人能否定你，梦想是无须遮掩的。"

是啊，我早该自信起来的。人说，自信是成功的一半，果真不假。只要相信自己可以做到最好并切实地付出努力，就没有什么事是做不到的。

谢谢我的自信没有让我辜负我的青春，也谢谢我的青春让我明白：无须艳羡旁人，自信才是做人做事的第一要素。

Many people believe that human activity is causing the earth’s temperature

to rise. They say that this global warming will have dreadful consequences for

our environment, such as drought and flooding.

What should governments do to help prevent global warming? Give reasons for

your suggestions.

The earth’s temperature is rapidly changing. As a result there has been a

lot of climate change such as heat waves, droughts and floods. Scientists

believe that this is the result of human activity, which is polluting the

Earth’s atmosphere. This could become a disaster if governments do not act to

help prevent global warming. They can act in three ways; by supporting research,

by making laws and by keeping the general public informed.

Firstly, governments can support research. For example, they should

encourage companies to develop vehicles that cause less pollution. They should

also support alternative sources of electricity from wind and water rather than

from oil and coal. As well, they should sponsor conferences to discuss the

effects of greenhouse gas emissions and possible solutions to the problem.

Secondly, they should make laws that limit the amount of greenhouse gases

that companies can emit. Private companies should be rewarded for following

these laws. They should also be punished for creating pollution.

Finally, everybody is affected by global warming. Therefore, it is

important that governments involve individuals in the problem solving process.

For example they should encourage households to save as much energy as possible

by using more efficient light bulbs or less hot water. They should also

encourage the public to recycle, and this should be compulsory for everyone.

Another way of saving energy is by public transport systems. Governments should

spend money on public transport to make it as easy as possible for the public to

save energy.

In summary, it is clear that there are a lot of things that governments can

do to prevent global warming. They should involve companies, support scientists

and encourage individuals to protect the planet.

人间处处有真情。一句问侯，一个微笑，一声招呼……在我们遇到困难时，让我们感到无比幸福。

那天骄阳似火，灸烤着大地，蝉也“知了、知了”的叫个不停，仿佛在说：“热死了!热死了!”

走在回家的路上，我将钥匙环套在手指上，不停地转动着，它在阳光的照射下形成了一个银色的轮子，好玩儿极了。我正沉醉其中，只听“嗖”的一声，钥匙在空中划了一个优美的弧线，稳稳地挂在了树上。我顿时惊呆了，傻傻地愣在那里，汗水顺着脸庞大把大把的流着。

思考片刻，我伸直手臂踮起脚尖儿，却相差甚远;我又俯下身子，一跃而起，嘴里不住的喊着“1、2、3跳……1、2、3跳……”却仍以失败而告终。我望着树上那明晃晃的钥匙，又气又急，而它却闪着银光向我挑衅。

正在我无助的时候，一位拄着拐杖，戴着凉帽的老爷爷向我走来：“小伙子，啥东西挂在树上啦?需要我帮忙吗?”我连连点头，指着树上：“我的钥匙在树上啦!”

只见他抬头看了看，站在路边石上伸出拐杖，用力一打树枝，钥匙像被施了魔法一样“当啷”一声掉到了地上。他弯下腰，拾起钥匙笑着说：“小伙子，以后不要把钥匙当玩具啦，现在是幸好挂在了树上，要是扔到屋顶上，咱爷俩就望钥匙莫及啦。”他把钥匙轻轻放到了我的手里，转身离开了我，我冲着他远去的背影，深深地鞠了一躬。

从那以后，我在钥匙上系了一根长长的绳子，把它挂在胸前。那位和蔼可亲的老爷爷的背影，却留在了我的记忆里。
