makes most students miss the best time to equip themselves with skills. I

realize my job and dare not to loose study.

The second thing for me to learn is to make friends by joining activities.

I am a shy girl, but inside my heart, I am so eager to make more friends, so I

choose to join many activities in the spared time. I learn dancing and playing

tennis. The lucky thing is that I know many nice people and we become good

friends, who make my college colorful.

众所周知，作业一旦多起来，心里就会很烦。可我不一样，当我连续写字超过二十分钟以上时，我会产生一种“作业效应”，那时我就会一直写字，一直写字，不写就不舒服，我就会找作业做。不过休息时间一旦超过五分钟，“作业效应”将要重来一遍。我认为，进入“作业效应”的感觉特别爽，既解压，又完成了作业，拥有这种超能力的人，幸福度是极高的。

Since I go to middle school, I have to learn many subjects. Though I am not

the best student in class, but I won’t give up. I always tell myself to work

hard, because if I want to compete with other students, I need to make great

effort. People are easy to deny themselves when they face difficulty. If they

fail one time, then they will doubt the effort they have made. Actually, we are

not studying in vain. What we learn will be a great help to improve ourselves.

The thing we learn decides what kinds of person we are. So don’t deny yourself,

as you will see the value you have stored before in the future.

In the past few decades, our Earth has changed a lot, but to the bad

direction. Among these changes, the air pollutions resulting from a huge number

of automobiles and coal-burning is almost the severest. The severe air pollution

alarms humans of the heavy load we have exerted on Earth by our insatiable

production and usage of automobiles. However, with the deepening of

urbanization, more cars are needed, which will make the air pollution worse.

Therefore, the following actions should be taken. First, we should apply the

most cutting-edge technologies in order to adopt new forms of energy as

substitutes for fossil fuels. Second, try hard to develop possible

transportation means, which are enviromental friendly. So that the citizens can

reduce the dependence on cars. In short, our humans should take responsibilities

for the air pollution and have to find ways to solve this problem.

The way people hold the belief that a fun-filled， pain-free lifestyle

equals happiness actually reduces their chances of ever obtaining real

happiness. If fun and pleasure are equal to happiness，then pain must be equal to

unhappiness. But in fact，the opposite is true： more often than not things that

lead to happiness contain some pain.

As a result，many people avoid the very attempts that are the source of true

happiness.They fear the pain inevitably (不可避免地) brought by such things as

marriage，raising children，professional achievement， religious commitment，

self-improvement.

Ask a bachelor why he resists marriage even though he finds dating to be

less and less satisfying. If he is honest，he will tell you that he is afraid of

making a commitment，for commitment is in fact quite painful. The single life is

is one of the most liberating realizations. It liberates time： now we can devote

more hours to activities that can really increase our happiness. It liberates

money：buying that new car or those fancy clothes to increase our happiness now

seems pointless. And it liberates us from envy：we now understand that all those

who always have so much fun actually may not be happy at all.

It was a sunny Sunday,my father and I went on an excursion.We took a bus and walked along the river.Theres really a beautiful place!We walked beneath the deep bule sky and breathed the fresh air.And we climbed up the mountain,admired the beautiful sunlight brighten the land.

At noon,my father and I went to a restaurant which is my favourite and had a good lunch.We were so tired that we aet a lot.After a big meal,we went home by bus.The surroundings were beautiful,but I fell asleep after I got on the bus.Whats pity!

早晨，阳光温暖地照耀着大地，我迈着轻快的步子来到了公园。公园里花红柳绿，真是让人心旷神怡。这时传来了一阵歌声：“我们是祖国的花朵……”这么美妙的歌声是谁唱的呢?我顺着声音望去，原来是两只小鸟在唱歌，我吃了一惊，我居然能听懂鸟儿说话了!那我还能听懂别的动物说话吗?带着这个疑问，我向公园里面走去。

走到湖边，我看到水里的鱼儿们游来游去，还说要去荷叶下捉迷藏。我确定自己真的能听懂动物说话了，我高兴极了!

我继续向前走，发现一棵大树后面，几只流浪狗在密谋着什么，我悄悄地走过去，听见它们说：“昨天咱们的一个同伴被一群坏人抓走了，得想个办法救它。”另一只大点的流浪狗说：“听说灰太狼发明了一种绿色的神奇药水，喝了它，就能变身成魔法师，然后我们把坏人全部打败，救出同伴就可以了。”这时，一只小花狗说：“狼堡那么远，我们怎么去呢?”小狗们怎么也想不出办法来。我走到它们面前说：“我有办法让你们去狼堡。”它们欢快地说：“太好了!谢谢你!”于是，我找来了材料，做了一个巨大的热气球，我和小狗们坐上热气球，飞过千山万水，来到了狼堡。我们说明了来意，灰太狼看了看热气球，说：“可以，但你们要用热气球来交换。”就这样，我们拿到了神奇药水。我们喝下药水，如愿以偿地成为了魔法师。我们找到那群坏人，把他们打得落花流水，救出了它们的同伴。小狗们亲热地围着我，向我道谢。

Today is womens day, and also the day I get the scholarship. Look! I made

a chocolate bar for my mother with a scholarship. Although I have paid a lot for

这时，不只是一股什么力量，使我的手也慢慢地举了起来。“在这里，我们衣来伸手，饭来张口，如同一个娇生惯养的“小公主”，而在这里……。“这时，妈妈那慈祥的面孔浮现在眼前，妈妈那对我无微不至关怀的情景出现在脑海里，我的鼻子酸了，眼泪也直在眼眶里打转。俗话说：“男孩有泪不轻弹。”我虽然是女孩，但我也决不能哭，要是哭了就太没出息了。想着，我再也控制不住自己的感情，眼泪夺眶而出。当时许多同学都流泪了，我竭力控制自己的感情，让自己不哭，我终于不哭了。马添翼的一句：“如果面临这么点挫折就掉眼泪的话，那将来怎样走向成功的道路呢?”使我感触最深。同学们都鼓起了热烈的掌声，我又控制不住自己的感情，流泪了。老师也被大家的话所感动。老师可能是为了让大家不再伤心，又让同学们讲了许多有趣的事。

王守一说：“我最留恋这里的饭票，仿佛回到了六十年代。”当时同学们又哭的，有笑的，场面十分感人。又有许多同学说了自己的体会。

总结会结束了，同学们怀着个自不同的心情回到了宿舍。第二天下午1点半左右，我们迈着沉重的步伐上了汽车，就在汽车开出校门的那一刻，我多么希望车子能停下来，希望时间能停下来，让我再多看一眼那美丽的校园。

Since I was very small, my parents sent me to learn painting. They thought

I could understand art and mastered one skill. This experience brings me the

sense of art. I have my own understanding of it.

On the one hand, art is an important way to express peoples opinion. When

we see the pictures, the difference between classical and ordinary paintings

lies in the thoughts. The famous artists implant their ideas in the pictures,

which are admitted by the public, so the value of arts can be seen. Some famous

artists expressed their unique opinion and gives arts great meaning.

On the other hand, art is not only from works, but also from life. For

example, my mother cooks the delicious food. Everybody speaks highly of her. So

her food brings people great happiness, which makes the food an art for me.

Whats more, my friends is good at communicating. The way she talks can convince

other easily, so I call the way she communicates as an art.

In all, for me, art is around. It brings people a way to see the world or

makes our life wonderful.

今天，看见超市里有卖粽子的，我就央求妈妈给我买几个，老妈爽快地说：“明天我们一起包!”。

开始包粽子了，我麻利地拿起一片叶子，抓上一大把米，塞上了两个大红枣，费了九牛二虎之力才把口封上，才兴奋了没几秒，“呲”一声响，米漏出来了!我仔细一看，啊!原来是角破了。妈妈过来对我说;“不要急，看妈妈给你做个示范。”粽叶在妈妈手中飞舞着，我仔细的看着，心里暗暗发誓，下次只许成功不许失败!加油加油!

我再次卷起粽叶，角上填上小枣，又小心地抓了把糯米，笨手笨脚地堵上口。开始缠线了，这次我缠得非常紧，很像一个皱巴巴的老爷爷那沧桑的面庞。虽然丑，但是却包住了。我左看右看，怎么也分辨不出是什么形状。再看看妈妈包的粽子。哇!又漂亮又结实，不但棱角分明，还能看出是个圆鼓鼓的小胖子呢。于是，我不服输的劲头上来了，一定要包个好看的!

又到了关键一步，缠线!这次缠得时候，我想了想：假若是医生给病人缠带子的话，可不能缠得这么丑，肯定要美观一些。于是，我下足了功夫，包了个有模有样的粽子。但是，我忽略了一点，粽子虽然美观，但是，绑得却不够紧，不一会儿，就又破了。

我就像一个撒了气的气球，垂头丧气。思量再三，我想出了一个好办法。缠线时，我把线的一头用嘴使劲咬住，腾出手来，一手绕线，一手使劲缠。我打量着自己的作品，有型了，也紧实了，只是不太美观，像一只小哈巴狗趴在那儿。我忍不住咧嘴笑起来。

“这样就不错了，毕竟是第一次嘛”。妈妈笑着说道。

通过这件事我明白了一个道理：要想学会一样本领，就要坚持不懈的努力。

现在体育课跑步我都是能走就走，不能走就慢跑。因为天气热，跑久了出汗，身上黏黏的还难受。

但是今天有一个伟大的人让我重温了努力跑步的时光。这个人就是大头娃娃--×。

我的数学卷子放在桌子上，大头娃娃跟后面的人在聊着天。结果我忘了咋回事儿，他就说到了大头娃娃的头为啥这么大，我在旁边连声附和。这个大头娃娃就不高兴了，拿起我的作业就跑，我在后面一边追一边喊：“你个大头，快还我作业，我还要写的呢。”

结果他听见这话，跑得更带劲儿了，没想到他小短腿跑那么快，我都追不上，可是为了我的作业，拼了。

好家伙，大头从4楼跑到1楼，又在操场上转了好大个圈，又从一楼跑回4楼，我已经热成狗了，俗称这个狗。大头的腿也不像开始时那么轻快，脚也有点软起来了。

我攒足了最后一点力气飞奔过去，拿起手中的笔就砸向大头娃娃，结果没想到没砸中，笔还被他捡了去。呜呜呜，他有两个“人”质了。

他跑下楼去，我再也没有力气追赶他了，他在楼梯下喘着粗气儿，我在楼梯上喘着粗气儿。我俩就这样子站着，一分钟后，我有了点力气，又下楼追他，可是他这招太损了，竟跑进了男厕所，还在男厕所里鄙视我。如果只有他一个人在男厕所，我可以考虑一下，进去把他抓出来，可这时是下课，好多人都在厕所外呢，众目睽睽之下闯男厕所，我可不敢做这种流氓行为。

结果我俩就这么一直耗着，一直到打上课铃，他手一抛，笔和卷子都抛到了我的手上，我可爱的卷子和笔，终于又回到了我的手上。

额头冰冰的，一摸，整个头发都湿了，鼻尖也是水滴，我相信我的脸一定红扑扑的，十分钟，我追大头娃娃，追得像个“诗”人。

Tomorrow is dragon boat festival, I and father mother go together Woerma goes buying a zhongzi.

Taking away doubt I looked in the past after all. Oh! Buy a zhongzi so, the zhongzi breed here is really too much: Of beef stuffing, of red jujube stuffing, of chop stuffing, of earthnut stuffing... my what look saliva should flow. Took a bag rapidly, say to mom: "Mom, I like to eat fresh chopped meat, I should be bought more a few. " mom nods express to agree, then I bought the zhongzi of a lot of fresh chopped meat.

Buy a zhongzi, we bought a lot of things again, have a meal in hall of Xiang Shang coffee next, had eaten a meal, we came home cheerfully, really happy today!

今天，爸爸妈妈带我和我的弟弟去海边玩。

我和爸爸到达海滩后，爸爸撑起租来的太阳伞，对我说：“你快去和妈妈、弟弟玩，我在这里撑太阳伞，撑好了就来。”“好的，我这就去。”我说。于是，我到妈妈那里去了。我对弟弟说：“三万，叫姐姐!”“啊，啊……”弟弟“回答”说。妈妈扑哧一声笑着说：“他还不会说话呢，你让他叫姐姐，你岂不是徒劳嘛。”

这时候爸爸过来说：“走了，去海里玩了!”我就跟着爸爸去海里玩。哇!这么蓝的海水，它好像一块蔚蓝的宝石，镶嵌在地球妈妈漂亮的外衣上。大海这蔚蓝的颜色是谁给的?原来是蓝色的天空。晴朗的天空像一块大大的美玉，我觉得这块美玉可以和玛瑙媲美。在晴朗的天空中，偶尔可以看见几只海鸥在空中盘旋。在不远的码头上，有两只天鹅，像两只白色玉石嵌在那里。突然，我看见一个庞然大物，足足有七八十厘米长，五六十厘米宽!我大喊：“爸爸，快来!一个很大的，类似水母的东西漂到岸边来了!”爸爸连忙过来说：“这是一种水母，它会蛰你，不要碰它!”可是在这人声嘈杂的海边，谁能听到啊!还没有等爸爸警告我，我就用脚动了一下它，然后马上把脚缩回去。“没有事呀!”我对爸爸说。就在说话间，那只水母猛地向我游过来，可能要蛰我。我赶快往旁边一闪，幸好没有被蛰，否则后果就麻烦大了。

在海水里玩了一会，我到沙滩上休息。刚到沙滩，弟弟就打了我一拳，随后又抓起沙子往我身上撒。哎呀，我快脏死了!于是，我也抓起沙子撒向弟弟。哈哈，弟弟也变成了大花猫!我们就这样玩呀玩，一直玩到太阳落下海平面才肯罢休。

天色渐渐暗下来了，我们一家人一边听着大海优美的歌声，一边在数着天空中明亮的繁星……

同时，回忆自己的以前的时光，饱览中华文化，正如同那丛林，也为后人留下了一本《离骚》，他知足了，即使在跳江那一刻，他也不遗憾。李时珍翻山越岭，尝遍百草，他解决了一个又一个，终于著成了有利于民的《本草纲目》，这些文化的结晶，使他们怅然，使文化延续，他们体现了中华文化，又展现了他们的精神价值所在。

“至今思项羽，不肯过江东”那一可歌可泣的任务，在敌人包围下，走投无路时毅然决然选择自己结束生命，他所顾虑的仍是那尊严。即使是肉体上的痛苦，也毫不顾虑，因为他的精神是丰富的，他所拥有的何止是生命这一事物，还有很多寻常人所没有的，生命又何足挂齿。

In the annual labor day again, Im going to do one thing, to experience the hard labor.

My grandpa at home there is a mountain, the spring is bamboo shoots growth season, he went up into the mountain to dig bamboo shoots every day. I want to experience of work, three dig bamboo shoots. In the morning I carry a small hoe grandpa and up the hill. Later in the mountain, my grandfather began to dig, I also cant wait to picking up a small hoe. Very hard but the mountain soil, hoe and very heavy, I was too tired to full head big sweat without digging for a minute. So I sat down to rest.

I saw grandpa also rest for a while in the full head big sweat, I quickly took the grandpa towel to wipe the sweat, and then handed over tea. Grandpa looked at me and smiled happily. I realized work hard today, also know each work hard!

又到了一年一度的劳动节了，我准备去做一件事情，去体验劳动的辛苦。

我的外公家里有一片山地，春天是竹笋的生长旺季，他每天都要上山去挖竹笋。我要体验的劳动就三挖竹笋。早上我背着小锄头就和外公上山了。到了山上以后，外公就开始挖了，我也迫不及待的抡起了小锄头。可是山上的土很硬，锄头又很重，我没有挖了一会就累得满头大汗了。于是我就坐下来休息了。

我休息了一会就看到外公还在满头大汗的挖，我赶忙拿了毛巾去给外公擦汗，然后又递上了茶水。外公看着我开心地笑了。我今天体会到了劳动的辛苦了，也知道了每一份成果的艰辛!

读过不少文章，大多是赞物，作者的妙笔生花让人们深切体会到“物”的.各种品质与精神。赞祖国大好河山，赞梅、赞竹、赞松……。让我们铭记于心。对了，还有赞小草的，微不足道的小草也能用青绿渲染世界。的确，在那些平常的不能再平常的事物上，我们真的会有很大的发现……。

你种过吊兰吗?我家就有这样一盆。还记得，妈妈那时是从单位的一盆吊兰中割下一小撮带回来，插进一个还没巴掌面积大的小花盆里，摆在电视机旁的音响上，说是有防辐射作用，还能净化空气。没什么特别之处，不开花只长叶子，和小草差不多，我也就从来没有留意过这盆小小的吊兰……。

不知道过了多长时间，只是不经意地走过大厅，那一抹鲜绿吸引了我的眼球，倒退几步，便看到了那盆小吊兰，不对，不能再说它小了。我挺惊讶的，那花盆虽小，可吊兰却给了我极大的震撼。从最初那如草般渺小，现在却从中间长出一根细长的茎，垂直向下，中间又长出许多新生的吊兰，直拖地面，如那一头纤柔的绿发，不敢想象它是如何活过来的。在我的记忆中，从它刚栽入小花盆开始，几乎没有人管过它，最多也只不过偶尔想起来，随意给它喷些水，可以说早就被遗忘了。紧盯这小小吊兰，心中不禁涌起层层波浪：自强不息!坚强不屈!一霎时，我有一种世间万物都不及这小小吊兰的感觉。真的不及它!没有足够的水份，没有充足的阳光，使生长要必备的东西寥寥无几，怎会活得这样旺盛!还留意到，吊兰从上直直垂下，高度也是一米朝上，担心地看了看最初的那吊兰，因为垂下的力量，整体都向一方倾斜，真有些害怕，如果承受不住重量会整个从土中拔起，况且花盆还如此之小!顽强!真的顽强!

看着这抹鲜绿，我的敬佩感油然而生!也许有人会说，小小的吊兰有什么可歌颂的地方，极其平常，微不足道。可在我眼中，它却如此的不寻常!虽说腊梅，松柏傲立严冬，可让我觉得太过声张。看这小小吊兰，默默无闻，却能净化空气，无私奉献。小小吊兰比世上任何事物都美!美不仅在色泽，更是美在精神。由衷地赞美这小小吊兰!

现在，这株小小吊兰又被妈妈割成几小断栽在不同的花盆里，放在其它的房间中。最初的小小吊兰此刻摆放在我桌前，情不自禁地看了看正在被我写在文章里的小小吊兰，温暖的一束阳光透过窗户照射在它的身上，投下那娇小的影子映在我的作文本上，真美!

我是一只藏羚羊，一直在我母亲的关爱和呵护下成长。我生长在广袤的青藏高原上，那里富饶而又开阔，抬头是湛蓝的天空，俯首是茵茵的绿草。茂盛的青草，清新的空气对我们来说是唾手可得。每天，我们家族所有的成员在高原上纵情地驰骋，无忧无虑，那梦一般的世界是多么美丽……

“砰!”一声枪响穿透了宁静的黎明，我的梦被击得粉碎。一群人端着枪公然向我们扫射，有些藏羚羊的凄惨嚎叫声险些刺穿了我的耳膜。同伴们一个接一个地倒下了，我绝望的闭上了眼睛……
