奔跑在人生的道路上，尽情地挥洒汗水，那点点滴滴的汗水是我最难忘的回忆——题记

每次跟爸爸出去跑步都会有不一样的心得，而今天的感觉让我发现跑道就像人生的道路!

跑步前，爸爸先让我热热身，以便待会儿跑步的过程不那么吃力，跑步开始，前一公里我感觉很轻松，觉得身上有使不完的劲儿，我均匀地呼吸，欣赏沿路的风景，心情十分舒畅。这使我对接下来的路程增加了信心。

到第二公里时，我便渐渐地有些体力不支，感到呼吸没那么均匀顺畅了，脚腕隐约有些酸胀。不过在爸爸与我闲聊和鼓励下也很快坚持了下来。

接下来第三公里，我已全身湿透，浑身像三天三夜没洗澡那样不痛快，双腿也很不讲义气，仿佛灌了铅一样。并且我当时极度渴望水，好在天气比较凉快，我实在坚持不住了，便停下来几秒休息一会儿。

第四公里，异常坎坷，我的呼吸变得急促，大口地喘着粗气，此时放弃的念头出现在了心中，不过我又忽然想起了爸爸曾引用过的一句话：心不唤物，物不至”你若不想成功，就一定不会获得成功，想到这里，原来好像被掏空的身体，又有了劲儿。在这种精神信念的支撑下，我努力向胜利冲刺。

终于跑完了设定的目标，回头一看也许这就是人生，只有小时候做好“热身”打好基础，才能减轻以后的“疲劳”，“行百里半九十”也只有克服最后的困难，才能真正地战胜自我!

Every year, my school holds sports meeting in about October, I am very

Many animals are in danger of dying out. As is shown in the chart, we can

see the number of animal species decreases faster and faster and this trend will

continue. From 1980 to 2010, at least 1 million animal species have disappeared.

Worse still, more and more wild animals are in great danger. It is not a piece

of sensational news; it is a fact, a harsh reality. Unfortunately, we may not

see these animals in the near future.

animal species declining year by year? Apparently animals have become victims of

“张涛，过来”。我轻声说道。“这盘蛋糕给你，你懂得。”说着我指了指雷登宇，张涛接过蛋糕，轻手轻脚的走到他身后。

“一，二，三，走你。”张涛一盘蛋糕拍在雷脸上，然后启动小马达跑下了楼。雷登宇满面蛋糕，我和王威范凯辉带他进厕所洗干净。洗完之后，我们发现台子上有一瓶洗手液，雷和范几乎同时抓住瓶子，在地上铺上天罗地网。“太少了，太少了，后面再一点。”我抢过瓶子，在前后左右都洒上洗手液。

王威拿来蛋糕，给了雷和范。“李你去把张涛引过来，我们躲在门后，就看你的了。”

我跑下楼，“张涛，张涛。”我拍了拍他的肩膀，“雷登宇在厕所哭了，快去和他道歉吧。”我领着张涛上了楼，“我先进去，帮你看看情况，让你进你再进。”

我走了进去，“准备好，他来了。”我轻声说道，我把开门，“张涛进来吧，赶紧道歉。”他好像有点怀疑，迟迟不肯进来。“唉，你就进去吧，道个歉就没事了。”王威说道。这下他终于放松警惕，大步走了进去，果不其然，他左脚踩了上去，右脚一滑，左脚踩在右脚上，来了个华丽的自由摔跤。雷从门后出来，他把蛋糕，放在空中，让它自由落下。蛋糕在慢慢滑落，张涛在苦苦挣扎，我们在哈哈大笑。啪，蛋糕准确地掉在张涛脸上。还没完，又一块蛋糕啪了上去……
