花是生命的过渡，自然花被自然赋予了美。有的花枝招展，纷乱的花色缭乱人的眼睛;有的芳香浓郁，使人沉浸在另一种世界。她们花蕾满枝，争奇斗艳，琼花玉叶灿如云锦;她们香气凌人，沁人心脾。可无论她们如何夺目，如何扑鼻，我也不喜爱。我心中，只保持对兰花的钟爱。

偶见路旁盛开的花，我走进看看。两朵花瓣洁白，呈现一种纯洁的感觉，花蕊鹅黄，一星花粉落在花瓣上，将兰花点缀很美丽。出于对花的爱，我想挖一株带回家。但我把它的根铲断了，我懊恼不已。叹息生命又凋谢了一株。连着断根，它被我安息在土里。

意与日行，几日后，我又走过那，看到生命之花从新开放，并用自己的顽强生命力，撑起一道绚丽夺目的彩虹。我对这小生命越感敬佩。

她成了我书桌上的风景，从本心中流出一种刚毅之态，历经春华、夏茂、秋实、冬骨，加上日光的移动，阴影的变化，风摇雨打的辅助，越显生命的坚强。

All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth.

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

去年夏天去敬老院，约好时间是下午3点，但等到快4点人都没到齐，我加入的是河南义工联合会，是通过网络互相联系的志愿者组织，一切活动全凭志愿。

敬老院环境不错，名字叫爱馨敬老院，条件设施也挺齐全，有医疗保健室，老年活动室，但进入老人们的住宿区时味道不好闻，大多数老人都坐在轮椅上，只是腿脚不灵便。

这个敬老院是营利性质的，护理的价钱是不同的，除非是高级护理，否则不可能有专门人员一直陪着老人聊天，所以大多时间还是这些老人呆在一起，特别希望我们这样的志愿者来陪他们聊天，推他们出去走走。

我先扶着一位老奶奶下了轮椅在屋里走走，等到5点多后，太阳落山了，我推另一个老奶奶出去转转，我对她特别有好感，因为她很象我姥姥，脾气特别和善，不象其他老人满腹牢骚，总是为他人着想，一副与世无争的样子，她对我说：“你们年轻人这么忙，还能来这里陪我们，真是太感谢了!”我说我还是学生，她有点惊讶：“难得啊，可别影响了学习。”我对她说在我们家乡，把老人送到敬老院是很不光彩的，好象孩子不孝顺。老奶奶说：“孩子们太忙了，实在是不方便。”原来老奶奶祖籍北京，在铁路上工作，因工作调配到郑州，孩子们有时在北京，有时在郑州，或其他地方。

也许是这位老奶奶的缘故，我并不觉得这些老人很亲切，相反，有的还很凶。这次真正陪老人的志愿者并不多，有几个一直在外面打屁，发出阵阵笑声，一位和我一样坚持陪老人的志愿者跟我说：“咱们和他们不是一路人。”

奔跑在人生的道路上，尽情地挥洒汗水，那点点滴滴的汗水是我最难忘的回忆——题记

每次跟爸爸出去跑步都会有不一样的心得，而今天的感觉让我发现跑道就像人生的道路!

跑步前，爸爸先让我热热身，以便待会儿跑步的过程不那么吃力，跑步开始，前一公里我感觉很轻松，觉得身上有使不完的劲儿，我均匀地呼吸，欣赏沿路的风景，心情十分舒畅。这使我对接下来的路程增加了信心。

到第二公里时，我便渐渐地有些体力不支，感到呼吸没那么均匀顺畅了，脚腕隐约有些酸胀。不过在爸爸与我闲聊和鼓励下也很快坚持了下来。

接下来第三公里，我已全身湿透，浑身像三天三夜没洗澡那样不痛快，双腿也很不讲义气，仿佛灌了铅一样。并且我当时极度渴望水，好在天气比较凉快，我实在坚持不住了，便停下来几秒休息一会儿。

第四公里，异常坎坷，我的呼吸变得急促，大口地喘着粗气，此时放弃的念头出现在了心中，不过我又忽然想起了爸爸曾引用过的一句话：心不唤物，物不至”你若不想成功，就一定不会获得成功，想到这里，原来好像被掏空的身体，又有了劲儿。在这种精神信念的支撑下，我努力向胜利冲刺。

终于跑完了设定的目标，回头一看也许这就是人生，只有小时候做好“热身”打好基础，才能减轻以后的“疲劳”，“行百里半九十”也只有克服最后的困难，才能真正地战胜自我!

现在的我，正奔跑在成长的道路上，我挥洒的每一滴汗水，都是成长最好的见证，最难忘的回忆!

want to smoke again. At that time, people can find some food or fake cigarette

to take place of the real cigarette, in the long time, they will have less

desire to smoke.

表姐准备来我家，我准备为她介绍我的动物朋友——一只毛茸茸的小仓鼠。

这只小仓鼠全身都是金色的毛，头上隐约有三个不知道是什么颜色的竖线，手总喜欢东刨刨，西刨刨，脚也喜欢带着它跑来跑去，刚买回来时都怀疑买了只兔子，它的眼睛水汪汪的，有时还以为它哭了呢！

你千万别看它可爱，就也认为它很乖巧，不是的，它不高兴时会暴躁如雷，这边跑，那边窜，这时，你一定不要伸手过去，不然，它“吱”一声，就把你手指咬住，死活也不放手，除非你把它能吃的东西给它，它才张口。但它高兴时就会带着它的粮食塞进你的手里，你只要一摇头，它就跑回去换一种食物再塞你手里，反反复复，它就像个服务员似的，给你上一端又一端的菜。

它特别能吃，我有一次在它很饿的时候放了很多的食物，它一看，眼睛差点儿就绿了，我觉得有趣，故意不放进去，仓鼠一看，发怒了，眼睛似乎要着火了，我害怕它不高兴了，连忙放了进去，我刚走几步，它吱吱吱的叫着，我一回头，妈呀，它竟然吃完了！它还在叫着，似乎在对我说：“还有没有？有就拿出来！不然，有你好看的！”我连忙跑了过去，给它加上，又是一会儿，它吃完了，我看它脸上没了“杀气”，就松了口气，走了。没过多久，我又听到了呼呼的声音，原来，它睡着了。

这就是我要向表姐介绍的仓鼠，“叮咚”，哎呀，表姐来了，我该去介绍了！

“滴答滴答”我坐在窗户旁，见到蓝天中的白云姑娘突然换成了一件黑衣服“哭”了起来，我想：这一场雨，它会怎样呢?

雨点儿一点点的落了下来，这好像是一首歌的开头吧?小雨点儿不停地从云里跳下，缓慢地从树上落到河中，形成了美妙的音乐。“滴答，滴答”柔和的声音发出了，好像一个小男孩在吹着一个慢而轻的小曲。

雨点落到了大树上，“沙沙沙沙”树上成了一个音乐盒，在马路盘唱着，调皮的雨点落到了池塘里，水中一个个小圆圈荡漾开，雨点落到了荷叶上，这时的荷叶像个大绿碗，里面盛着透明的水。

突然，雨变大了，“咚咚咚!”原来小小的雨点儿变成大大的雨珠了，这是歌曲的“中间”部分开始了吧?狂风吹了起来，发出“呼呼”的声音，雨珠落到了大街上，刚下班的人们抱头鼠窜，被雨淋的像一只刚游完泳的鸭子，在路上乱跑，有些带了伞的撑起雨伞，不紧不慢地在街道上走来走去，像一个个会动的彩色大蘑菇。

这时，雨又大了许多，好像一个白花花的雨帘，已经看不见窗外的东西了，只能看见一些高的大楼忽隐忽现。现在，地上的草被雨打弯了腰，花瓣被雨打的七零八落。

一会儿，雨姑娘好像累了，雨渐渐变小，不到几分钟，雨停了，留下了青草的芳香，让人神清气爽，草上的露珠“滴答”的落了下来，我想：这是雨歌曲的尾声吧?

秋高气爽的秋天，我还和如常一样，与妈妈去游泳馆畅游泳池。

妈妈眯着双眼，笑着说：“宝贝，今天水池的水有些冷，要不要回去呀?”我起初认为妈妈在开玩笑，把双脚一蹬猛地扎到水里，“诶呦，太冷了。”我顿时像只“被冻僵了的鸭子”爬上了岸。太冷了，汗毛根根直竖，鸡皮疙瘩布满全身，我快冻成冰雕了。

我用脚尖小心翼翼地点了点池边的水，有点凉，再跺跺脚，好像有点适应了，接着蹲坐在池边，双脚一点一点往池中伸去。冷!但好像还能接受。掬起一捧水往身上浇，好冷!再来一次，冷!再来一次，我已经能接受这水温，一下子钻进水中。开始前进，在水里右脚站好，左脚心贴墙用力一蹬，双手在水里画出了一道美丽的弧线。我自由自在地游着，仿佛自己就是一只青蛙，快乐地生活在水里。我正这么想着，哎呦，脚好像碰上了什么东西，我爬上岸去，右脚破了，好深一个口子。不行，我还要游泳，不能白白浪费这次机会，但想到明天脚可能会肿。小心翼翼把脚放进水时，哪晓得妈妈就潜在脚下，妈妈的手像海草似的抓住我的脚，一使劲，让我成了个落汤鸡。为了让我不再受伤，妈妈在旁边保护着。我的心里像装了十几只兔子，上上下下地跳着，于是我闭上双眼，凝住呼吸，把头扎到水里，脚一蹬，成功!我在水里做出了剪刀手。我灵活得像只小鱼一样，360度旋转着，越有越畅快。

加油，我要坚持，到明年夏天，每周一次游泳，我会游得更好。我要让泳池里的浪花飞起来!

真正近距离的接触芦苇就是今年。以前只知道它就是那种生长在沼泽地上的一种植物罢了——也许是我的孤陋寡闻吧，其实在山间也有这个东西的存在。

第一次看到它的时候是在春天，是在一场很大的春雨过后。那天山间的一切的绿都是与众不同的，套用一句行话是“绿得很正”。那满山的绿给人最多的就是好养眼——看着那样清新的绿、青翠欲滴的、流动的绿……好让人满足与享受，视线由上而下，视线中的绿也错落交织着……这时，我也发现了那生长在山间的芦苇，一下觉得这东西很是惹人喜爱。于是以后的日子，每回只要我来到山间就会有意识地去寻找芦苇了。慢慢的，们一点点地长高了，那头也慢慢低下了，开始打到我们的车窗了，发出了“叭、叭、叭、叭”的声响。有点被夹道欢迎的感觉，真是够兴奋的。可是今日夜游回来的时候，却意外的发现它们挺直腰板在那里欢迎我们呢?原来，它们又长高了，越高的越是直，那根细细的秆的顶端顶着那么的穗，可是它们就是不让自己低头了，笔直地列队站着山风一刮，它们摇晃着脑袋就是不弯腰了，真是越看越喜欢啦啦啦

看着看着不禁让人觉得他们好美，虽然没有好看的形象，没有绚丽的色彩，有点只有那不弯的腰板——那根细细的秆。不禁让我联想到那种和芦苇一样的人，柔弱的外表下有一颗坚强的心，那颗心在默默地承受着一切，大概这就是外弱内刚吧。应该说这样的人也算是禁得起风雨的、美丽的吧。

生活就像一片变幻的天空：有时乌云忽散，突然间就晴空万里，给你一个惊喜;有时明明是白云朵朵，突然间就晴空霹雳，给你一个打击。生活总是千变万化，令人琢磨不透。

一天早上，一通电话打破了清晨的宁静。一家人都在睡梦中惊醒，父亲慌忙地接起电话。在惺忪地睡眼中，我看见他脸上的表情越来越沉重。通过他的对话，我得知奶奶生了很严重的病。父亲立马推掉工作，收拾好东西回老家了。我的心情很沉重，奶奶由于年纪大了，医院里的医生不敢轻易地为她做手术，而这一病又要花掉不少的钱。几天后，我和哥哥也回了老家。回到老家，我们立马去了医院去看望奶奶，奶奶顺利地接受了手术，静静地躺在病床上，而父亲就在旁边守护着她，父亲看见我和哥哥来了，立马把我们拉到奶奶的身边。奶奶看到我们后，嘴里不断念着我们的名字。然后费力的伸出一根手指指了指桌子上的一箱牛奶，示意让我们喝，那虚弱的样子不禁让我流泪。几个月前还能行走自如的奶奶怎么就变成这样了呢?安顿好奶奶，我们与父亲就回我上学的异地去了，我一直坚信着奶奶她会好起来。时隔三天，父亲又接到家里的电话：奶奶病危!我们连夜赶回老家去，可惜晚了一步，没有见她最后一面。生活给了我们家一个巨大的打击——奶奶去世了!我第一次认识死亡，家里的每一个人的脸上都很是哀伤，屋里安静的可怕。最后，还是伯母先发了话，问我们饿不饿。随后转身去厨房。我独自在楼顶上回忆奶奶对我的各种好，心里一阵悲痛。我一直以为奶奶可以好起来的，但是，这一次的事却是我没有想到的，我从未想过奶奶会这么快离我而去。

我们料理了奶奶的后事，留给我的却是无限的忧伤。生活就像变幻的天空，时晴时雨，千变万化。这就是我没想到的悲伤——没想带奶奶会突然离我而去。

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green

foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and

nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so

on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the

junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or

oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will

cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a

healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

烈日炎炎的夏天，老爸带我去学游泳。我怀着忐忑不安，又无比激动的心情换上了装备，兴奋地走到了泳池边。

泳池特别的大，水也是清澈见底。我把脚试探性地伸进了泳池，顿时一股冰凉的感觉袭来。在没有心理准备的情况下，教练硬生生把我拉了下去，一瞬间，我大半个身子都浸在水中，脑子里就只有一个字“慌”!脚都不知道怎么回事，不听使唤了，怎么也碰不到泳池底部，身体也仿佛失去了重量。但旁边的标牌明明写着水深只有一米二!而我的身高可是有一米五啊!这时，教练让我把力量使在脚上，我连忙两脚一用力，竟然真得轻松地踩到池底了，我想：嘿嘿，脚都可以站稳了，那还怕什么游泳呢!刚想走到教练指定的位置，突然，我的重心一下子失去了控制，“哗”地一声跌进了水中，我吓得赶忙抬头，但嘴里还是灌了不少水，把我呛得特别难受，鼻子也是酸酸痒痒的，而且还一个劲地咳嗽。缓了好一会儿，这种感觉才慢慢退去，啊!再也不敢掉以轻心了!

教练一开始就让我们在水下呼气，只有学会水下呼气才能学好游泳。水下呼气听起来很简单，只要先张嘴吸满一口气，然后头潜到水下把气吐出就可以了，只是游泳的基本功。但是教练也提醒我们动作要规范，不然很容易呛到水!我吸取了前面的教训，小心翼翼地按照教练教的动作要领，哈哈，竟然真的没有呛到水!后来，教练让我们练习蛙泳的蹬腿，把身体的上半部分躺在岸上，双腿在水下练习。先是收腿，再把脚背翻过来，最后用力一蹬，只见水花四溅，哈哈!真的像极了青蛙蹬腿时的样子呢!我觉得蛙泳最难的是划手，划手时还要在水下划，手划动的时候还要配合水下吐气，划动时手要划个圈，再把手并起来，就像拜佛一样。

日子一天天过去了，我渐渐地学会了蛙泳，1米、20米、50米……从刚开始的惧怕变成不用护具也可以游泳了，一点儿也不怕了!

杭州是世界游泳冠军的摇篮，孙杨、傅园慧、罗雪娟、叶诗文……，他们都来自杭州，他们为祖国增光添彩，但他们在站上冠军领奖台前一定经历了很多艰苦，付出了很多心血!我一定要克服困难，向大哥哥、大姐姐们学习，努力提高自己的游泳技能!

China is the biggest family with 56 ethnic groups. Among them, the Han

Being too far away from big cities, the minority ethnic groups are poor in

economy and there people are not well-educated. They have very few

understandings of science and technology. So they must develop their

economy.

To help the people of the minority ethnic groups live better, the

government should take some effective measures. For one thing, more and more

knowledgeable undergraduates should be encouraged to those poor areas to help

the people there to get rid of their poverty. For another, the advanced science

and technology must be introduced into the minority ethnic groups to improve

their living conditions. More importantly, people of the minority ethnic groups

should be given equal opportunities to study and work. Only so will China be

more prosperous in the future.

Thanksgiving Day falls on the fourth Thursday of November every year. It is

the most truly American of the national Holidays in the United States. It is a

time for sharing. In the United States, it is their tradition that family

members get together for a reunion to have a traditional big dinner. On the

dinner table, people will find apples, oranges, chestnuts, walnuts and grapes.

There will be plum pudding, mince pie, other varieties of food and cranberry

juice and squash. The best and most attractive among them are roast turkey and

pumpkin pie. Although it is the traditional festival of America, it reminds us

Recently, I saw a piece of news on the newspaper. This news has a picture

matched. The picture shows that a young lady sitting on the seat of a bus. But

it is strange that an old lady sits on the leg of the young lady, which there

are still many empty seats on the bus. I am totally moved after reading this

news. The old lady is the mother of the young lady. The old lady had some

problem with her back and leg that she couldn’t sit independently. And her

daughter does not want to see her mother stand on the bus in such an old lady,

so I see situation on the picture. Having read this, my eyes become wet. When we

are young, our mother will often carry us if there is any inconvenient, but when

our mother gets old, we seldom carry her.

The ancients had a saying: dripping, the smallest favor. In this world,

there are many people who grace to us. Our parents are the two people who give

us most grace. When we grow up, we need to say our thanks to them. As far as I

am concerned, thanks the people do good to us, especially our parents should be

In the second place, teamwork provides a chance to cooperate with workmate,

it will make a friendly and enjoyable work environment, which is an important

factor influencing employees’ belief in the company as a good workplace.

Finally, teamwork contributes to the prosperity of the companies. With all

workmates’ knowledge combined, the companies possess high work efficiency and an

In sum, teamwork is very important, no one could live individually, they

无数人为中国道德事业建设做出了巨大的贡献，在这个道德似乎已经隐于山野的时代，一个个感动中国人物将希望领上了时代的舞台。作为中学生，我们应从我做起，关爱社会，关爱老弱，将道德之火在当代点燃。将中华民族的传统美德传承下来。让中国社会的每个角落都高挂道德的旗帜。建设民主富强的中国，早日实现中华民族的伟大复兴。

In the past hundred years, there have heen frequent natural disasters, such

as floods, droughts, mud-rock flows, seismic sea waves, earthquakes, windstorms

and the stretching of new deserts. The disasters have killed millions upon

millions of people, destroyed countless homes, and wiped out numerous pieces of

fertile land.

Now more and more people become aware that those disasters have much to do

with what we have done to the earth. We have cut down too many trees in the

forests,we have badly polluted the environment, we have shocked our own

home-planet time and against with tremendously powerful explosions of nuclear

bombs. As a result, climates have become abnormal, rainwater rushes down

hillsides angrily, and the underground energy goes up to revenge itself on

us.

The earth is our only home-planet. It is urgent for us to stop damaging it,

and to do our best to protect it and make it a lovely place suitable to live in,

for we have nowhere to go and survive except where we are now.

人生至此，每一种味道都已尝过，但要说我最爱的，印象最深的，非辣莫属了。

我自己并不是一个擅长吃辣的人，但多多少少对每一种辣都有所涉及。其实，辣是一种统称，其中门类许多，有让人吃了以后满头大汗的浓辣，有让人老远就能闻到的香辣，有让人吃了还想吃、欲罢不能的麻辣，有加少许醋、风格不同的酸辣……

辣就像一位“上位者”，无论处于哪种环境，都能将自己独特的魅力散发到极致，在每一种味道上都烙上属于自己的印记。它是味道中的“王者”，无人能降压它。

辣代表红色，在中国传统文化中，代表着红红火火，是喜庆的颜色。春节，一家人坐在一块儿吃火锅，每一个人脸上都带着笑意。爷爷奶奶会从橱柜里拿出自家制的辣酱，那是我吃过最好吃的拌酱，没有之一。于是，吃着吃着，每个人的脸上都红了起来，是兴奋，辣意在空气里弥漫扩散开来，并不刺鼻，我渐渐陶醉了……

说起辣，又不得不提爱吃辣的东北人。假期里在一家东北饭店打工，那是我第一次和东北人相处。他们文化程度不高，但知道的却很多，有身边小事，有生活琐屑，甚至于国家大事;他们喜爱聊天，聊天声音极大，老远就能听见他们说不完整的卷在一起的普通话;他们不拘小节，放荡不羁，一个个都狂傲不已，说的话能铲平几座大山……但我有时能听出他们对于生活的无奈，他们似乎在用“辣”来抵御人世的冷嘲与热讽;他们一日三餐都离不开辣，几乎每个菜里都要放辣椒，典型的无辣不欢。兴许因为是从小生活在一个崇尚辣的地方，即使如今身处异地，但口味却从未发生改变。他们的存在总让我产生怀疑，是不是每一个爱吃辣的人都是这样?

辣是一门学问，懂得吃辣，会吃辣，能吃辣更是一门学问。对于辣，我永远爱并畏惧着。
