烈日炎炎的夏天，老爸带我去学游泳。我怀着忐忑不安，又无比激动的心情换上了装备，兴奋地走到了泳池边。

泳池特别的大，水也是清澈见底。我把脚试探性地伸进了泳池，顿时一股冰凉的感觉袭来。在没有心理准备的情况下，教练硬生生把我拉了下去，一瞬间，我大半个身子都浸在水中，脑子里就只有一个字“慌”!脚都不知道怎么回事，不听使唤了，怎么也碰不到泳池底部，身体也仿佛失去了重量。但旁边的标牌明明写着水深只有一米二!而我的身高可是有一米五啊!这时，教练让我把力量使在脚上，我连忙两脚一用力，竟然真得轻松地踩到池底了，我想：嘿嘿，脚都可以站稳了，那还怕什么游泳呢!刚想走到教练指定的位置，突然，我的重心一下子失去了控制，“哗”地一声跌进了水中，我吓得赶忙抬头，但嘴里还是灌了不少水，把我呛得特别难受，鼻子也是酸酸痒痒的，而且还一个劲地咳嗽。缓了好一会儿，这种感觉才慢慢退去，啊!再也不敢掉以轻心了!

教练一开始就让我们在水下呼气，只有学会水下呼气才能学好游泳。水下呼气听起来很简单，只要先张嘴吸满一口气，然后头潜到水下把气吐出就可以了，只是游泳的基本功。但是教练也提醒我们动作要规范，不然很容易呛到水!我吸取了前面的教训，小心翼翼地按照教练教的动作要领，哈哈，竟然真的没有呛到水!后来，教练让我们练习蛙泳的蹬腿，把身体的上半部分躺在岸上，双腿在水下练习。先是收腿，再把脚背翻过来，最后用力一蹬，只见水花四溅，哈哈!真的像极了青蛙蹬腿时的样子呢!我觉得蛙泳最难的是划手，划手时还要在水下划，手划动的时候还要配合水下吐气，划动时手要划个圈，再把手并起来，就像拜佛一样。

日子一天天过去了，我渐渐地学会了蛙泳，1米、20米、50米……从刚开始的惧怕变成不用护具也可以游泳了，一点儿也不怕了!

杭州是世界游泳冠军的摇篮，孙杨、傅园慧、罗雪娟、叶诗文……，他们都来自杭州，他们为祖国增光添彩，但他们在站上冠军领奖台前一定经历了很多艰苦，付出了很多心血!我一定要克服困难，向大哥哥、大姐姐们学习，努力提高自己的游泳技能!

society. As a college student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than

In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage

to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much

more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time

instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. In

addition, Internet provides me a better way to communicate with my friends and

professors. I can get response from my professor in a few minutes instead of

waiting outside of his door for hours. Some of my friends are living in a

foreign countries, I can simply just drop him an email whenever I can and get a

message from him very quick. It is much better than waiting for letters. Also,

the email will not lose while the letter might be losing in the process of

delivery.

However, there are also disadvantage of using Internet. For example, I

might spend too much time on the Internet to concentrate on my study. Also,

there is a chance that I am cheated because of the Internet purchasing. Last,

Internet has lots of information, both helpful and harmful. There might be too

much tempatation that I will access some of the harmful information I can on the

Internet.

Even though the usage of Internet has both positive and negative effect to

me, I still consider Internet is a symbol of technology development. I believe I

“哈哈哈哈……”两只狗张着嘴，粉红的舌头伸向一边，滴出晶莹的口水，大声地喘息着。回到家，它俩更是迫不急待地趴在磁砖上小憩起来，大弟弟翻着肚皮，喘息声依旧响亮、急促，而小弟弟呢，它安静地趴在地上，睡着了。“唉，快起来!吃肉了!”妈妈敲打着狗狗的饭盆，大声说道。只听见咕噜一声，我回头一看，两只狗狗都不见了!咦?哪去了?我朝外一探头，晕，这两个弟弟居然马上不累了，都在闷头吃饭了。

家，是每个人最早接触的社会。在这里有我们每个人地喜怒哀乐，而每个人的喜怒哀乐都会影响到这个家庭中的每个成员。

写到这，我不禁想大喊一声“我爱我家!”

在日新月异的今天，手机已成了我们必不可少的物品。

手机，就像在生活的一支无形的手，一有机会就把你逮着，拉入想玩手机的欲望中。

大概在3、4年级手机进入了我的生活，我仿佛遇到了一片新大陆，我在一个漆黑的矿洞里，我不知道里面有这什么，也不知道有多奇妙，于我一点一点的去去探索、认知，掌握手机的玩法，我在矿洞里挖到了银，挖到了金，于是继续挖啊挖啊，挖到现在。

这之中我接触了游戏，接触了快手，接触了高效速读……我不能否认它们是坏的，也不能一口咬定它们是好的。或许玩游戏的确有危害到眼睛，但也教会了我们团队协作的能力;或许短视频的确会让人变得懒惰但也让我们开阔了视野。这里有很多的“或许”和“但是”。

手机使人们形成了一群“低头族”。他们在地铁上，在家里，在工作中，在餐厅……无时无刻都低着头，“享受”着手机的辐射。

也就因为这群“低头族”，很多人开始反对手机，有一些中学开始实行无手机模式甚至有一些家长有不让孩子接触手机的念头。但这世上从不缺没有胆量的学生，对着干乃他们一大特点，这样便形成了两派，“坚决反对手机”派和“坚决护着手机”派。

“手机会打扰你的学习，不准再玩手机了，给我拿来。”

“你看我不玩手机学习也一样差，跟玩手机不是一个样，还不如找点乐子。”

“你看看人家的孩子，再看看你，人家明明都不玩游戏还考了第一你有本事也给我考个第一回来啊!”

“……”

“两派”就陷入如此，无休无止的争执中。

我想如果“两派”退一步，乍一看手机非常好，但也非常不好，它好在它能让我们更利于沟通，却坏在了它给我们健康加上了一把新枷锁。

手机，虽然方便了我们的生活，但是我们也无法完美的控制它的害处。

Do you think what is the most important in your life? Maybe some answers

are dreams. I may directly answer “lovers”.

In my opinion, lovers not simply mean your partner of life, but the people

you love: your parents, husband or wife, children and friends. I have a happy

life because of their company. I even can’t imagine the life without them.

My mum told me” money is not as important as you think, you neednt think

too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my girl.” I got it. Person around us is the

most important. If they are unhappy, you won’t be happy. There is many beautiful

scenery in our life, however, the most important thing we should notice is that,

without the people we love, they worth nothing.

In reality, many people are chasing wealth which results to the ignorance

of people around them. Obviously, its not a brilliant choice. Don’t’ be

controlled by wealth or money. About life , this is my idea, what’s about

yours?
