早在二千多年前，老子就提出“有无相生”的观点。举个例子，我们若建一幢房子，实际上用的是水泥，砖瓦构成房子的建架结构。然而，我们所居住的，抑或是买房卖房所计算的，却是其中空的部分。所以建房子即将实心的“有”化为了空虚的“无”，而此中显然“无”比“有”更加重要。所以“无”“有”总是相伴相生的，就比如当去刻意想学好某一项技能，而且也成功地做到了，这称之为“有”。而你学习这项技能时所用的新方法，你在学习过程中掌握和别人一起的交流技巧等，你自己可能都意识不到它们的重要性，可它就是你没有追求的，“无”的那一部分，显然它也是不可或缺的。

所以我们大家应当学会辩证地去看待“有”与“无”。如果仅仅追求“有”那是万万不行的，如此下来人会沉溺与自身的快节奏中，心浮气躁，所以“无”必不可少。

在繁忙的学习中抽出时间看一些清新的散文是“无用”;在疲于工作追求金钱时放下公文包去旅行是“无用”;在无止境的出差，赴远方学习中抽空去照顾自己所爱的人是“无用”……但当我们放下激进的心态，去思索一番的时候，这些，真的是“无用”吗?显然答案是：不是。

如果为“有用”而活，我们的生活就会变得过于功利，我们就只能浸在“追求、得到、追求、再得到……”的令人兴奋一时的死循环里。生命的美好绝非仅体现在“成就感”上。一个人终会有他追求不到的东西，正如一个人不可能完美无缺。但一个人应当完善自己的精神及人格。

事实上，“有”更多代表着物质上的享受，而“无”则是精神上的。在现在这个时代，两者均不可或缺，但是人们往往更重视前者，而易于忽略生命中的点点“细节、忽视了生活的美好，迷失在功利中……任何事都必“有用”，精神上的满足更能令人愉悦。

“无用之用”，自有深意!

那一刻，我们笑了。笑得是如此美丽，比过草丛中的花朵。

我本以为自己只会永远地待在商店中，困在那个黑得不能再黑的仓库里。可当我要绝望时，一位小女孩买下了我。我在包装盒里躺了整整三个季节，本以为自己又要永远躺在这时，又是哪位女孩抱起了我，把我带去了一个不知名的地方。只觉得一阵难受，当我醒来时，已经在草地上了。那个姑娘在我身上打了一个小孔，手拿一根白线穿过那个孔。在线穿过孔时，我觉得自己身痒痒的，便摇晃起身子来。那位女孩又拿着一条长似龙，美似凤的尾巴装在我的身上。

她对着我心满意足地说：“嗯，这样才像我心目中的那只风筝呀!”

Zongzi. Firecrackers and fireworks are essential during the New Year. Now,

people live a much better life than before, so people want to have a lively and

grandFestival. Some are likely to travel while some stay at home and take part

in various activities to enrich their holiday.

Nowadays, house husband has become a hot phenomenon in modern society. As

we all know that no matter what country, it’s a tradition that men play a core

role in family who always take the burden to earn money to support their family.

But things are kind of different as society develops, more and more men are

beginning to take over housework while women go out from house. In my point of

view, I think this is not a big deal.

In the first place, house husband may be a shame title for men, but when it

comes to money, there is no room for reputation. As society develops, the life

standard are rising, and everything for living is much expensive than before, if

couples want to guarantee their life quality, then they should let the one who

earn better to work, although the one is female.

In the second place, it’s fine for women to support family as long as they

earn better than men. In the past, women always were treated very badly, and

they got no rights to be educated, to work. In some countries, they can’t even

show their face to others. A traditional female role is to stay at home, taking

care of children and do all of the housework. But now, lots of women have a good

job, so that they totally have the ability to be the economic backbone.

Therefore, in order to take good care of family, men are likely to stay at home

to do housework. I don’t think it’s a shame for men, because no matter what you

do, as long as you do it well, you are successful.

To sum up, people should change their opinion about core role of a family.

It’s acceptable for women to support the family, and there is no shame for men

to do the housework. As long as you remember life quality comes first.

When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

in the dormitory. Most students live with their parents before, so we all feel

excited and afraid of the group life. Luckily, I have three nice roommates. Soon

we become close friends. Living with others, we learn to do the house work, such

山外青山楼外楼，妙妙是我好朋友。瞧，它摇着尾巴来了……

妙妙是一只泰迪狗，它有一身棕色的卷毛，乌溜乌溜的小眼睛水汪汪的。总是迈着四条小短腿儿，跟在我脚边转悠，冰淇淋般的尾巴冲着我摇啊摇啊。跑起来就像一道闪电，快极了。它才三个月大的时候，就来跟我作伴啦，现在已经三岁多了。我看着它慢慢长大，它也陪着我成长。

妙妙不仅仅是我的伙伴，还是我的骄傲。它有许多小本领，总能让我在朋友们面前炫上一把。

记得那天晚饭后，我带着妙妙在小区里散步。突然，一道黑影闪到我们面前。原来是邻居家的孩子潘子彦和他的大、不，是超大金毛寻回犬。潘子彦从包里拿出了个飞盘，斜着眼珠子瞅着妙妙，轻蔑地说：“敢带着你的‘小不点’跟我的大金毛来场‘飞盘大战’吗?”

“哼，比就比!”我不服气地答道。妙妙也跟着“汪、汪……”地叫了几声。好像在表示同意，也好像在表达它内心的不平：“谁怕谁!我这么灵活，一定赢得了你这个大块头!”

大战马上拉开了序幕。妙妙那冰淇淋尾巴不再摇来摇去了，而是笔直地竖着，显然它做好准备了。我拿起飞盘往前一甩，两只狗同时冲了出去。

妙妙就像离弦的箭似的撒开腿往前跑，两只耳朵迎着风飞了起来。在飞盘落下的瞬间，妙妙奋力向上一跃，张开嘴用尖尖的牙齿，稳稳地接住了飞盘。再看看那只大金毛，还在吭哧吭哧地找飞盘在哪儿呢。

哈哈哈，妙妙赢了，妙妙真棒!小小的身体藏着大大的能量。小妙妙果然没让我失望!

妙妙是我的骄傲，也是我的“编外”好朋友。在我心情不好时，它会静静地陪在我身边，像是给我安慰和鼓励。

临近艺术节了，我正在练习要参赛的曲目，妙妙安静地趴在我的脚边听着，时不时还随着旋律摇摇尾巴。可总有句歌词总是唱得不够好，一直在卡壳儿，越练越沮丧的我一屁股坐在沙发上，不想再练了。妙妙见我不唱了，似乎知道我的心思，跳上沙发，把两只前爪搭在我的腿上，抬着脑袋眼巴巴地望着我，摇着尾巴。我觉得它似乎在安慰我，鼓励我别放弃，继续努力练习。渐渐地，我的心情平复了，又开始认真地练了起来……

在我伤心时，它在陪伴我;开心时，它与我分享。

我看着手中的银耳汤，金黄的银耳在汤中完美相映如同一幅美丽的画，我想起了刚才进来的景象，爸爸、妈妈对时间的把握，对我情况的了解。难道不像这碗银耳汤美好吗?

我喝了一口这银耳汤，汤如甘甜的泉水般美味，伴随着一股玫瑰花的香味，银耳入口即化，这一切就像母亲的爱一样，甜在心里。

我看着这银耳汤，不由得看见了妈妈做汤的全过程，母亲选用上好的食材在水中浸泡了十几分钟，再下锅里，母亲投入全身心为我做出了这般美味的银耳汤，母亲像守护神一样的锅前注视着，时刻观察银耳的状态和煮的时间，以保证在我回来的时候，银耳汤的温度必须刚好，状态必须最好。

我好奇的问了一下：“爸，妈今天怎么有心情给我做银耳汤喝啊?”妈妈说：“我们看了下时间，发现这么久你还没回来便猜你一定是累了、饿了，于是我让你爸在门口守你，我赶紧做汤。”

到了晚上，我作业写完后，妈妈拿了一杯牛奶过来说：“作业写完了没?来，先喝杯牛奶，喝完接着写。”我拿过牛奶说：“妈，我作业已经写完了，您就不用担心了。”母亲一直看着我喝完牛奶才离开我的房间。

爸爸妈妈对我关心和照顾让我明白，家不是一幢房子，一个独立的房间，一顿饭，而是家里有家人，有家人伴着你，不管是什么地方，只要有家人在的地方，那就是“家”。

main force of the China’s spending power. The debut was a great success. Then

“11.11” has an unusual meaning, which stands for on-line shopping carnival.

Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more

distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. People do

not need to go outside, just click their mouse, the goods will be home. The best

part is you can do it anywhere, anytime. All you need is a credit card. What we

can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

Recently, “clearyour plate” campaign is more and more popular in society, which advocates saving against wasting. The campaign draws our attention to wasting on campus.Some students are noticed to throw away a lot of food in the canteen. As is often the case, some lights are still on with nobody in classrooms. What’s more, many a student spends much money buying unnecessary items. As far as Iam concerned, it’s high time that we fought against wasting. Here’re my suggestions. Firstly, I think our school should carry out various activities to arouse students’ awareness of saving. Secondly, relevant rules and regulations are supposed to be made to punish those who waste things. Most importantly, we should form the habit of saving from now. It is everybody’s duty to save resources.

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。
