推荐它的理由是这本书很好看，很有意思，而且对人物的刻画栩栩如生。这是一个民间故事，里面讲的是从前有一个妈妈生下了一个小女孩儿，但是谁也没想到，这个小女孩会成为田纳西州最伟大的猎手，她的爸爸妈妈给她取名叫安杰莉卡。

寒冬，街道上空无一人，冷冷清清的。

我路经一条巷子，我漫不经心地走着，却突然停住了脚步，在嘈杂的灰枯色中，一抹绿色竟有些刺眼，是一株爬山虎!它竟已经完全覆盖了这堵石墙，仿佛是一堵绿树组成的墙了。

他茂密的枝叶覆盖了一层又一层，层层叠叠，望不见底。它的叶子绿的是那样鲜亮，叶尖一顺朝下，如同漾起的水波一般。

你还可以看见他那细小的茎，密密麻麻，如同一张网一般，纤细却又是那么的挺拔。在寒风中仍竖立不倒，我不禁想到他是如何做到这点的。

我们学校的大门是由石柱和三个大小铁门组成的，石柱上还写着：“泉州市实验小学”几个金色的大字。

一走进大门，就可以看见许许多多五颜六色的花草，还有仙人掌。校园里有几棵比办公楼还高的大榕树，就像几把大雨伞。

大门的右边有个运动场，动动场上有四条跑道，跑道围成的中央有一块绿色的活动场，是用塑胶铺成的，像一块绿色的草坪。运动场边上还有各种各样的运动器材。

走过学校的主通道，就看见左侧是学校的办公大楼。办公大楼有许多玻璃窗，被太阳光一照，就发出耀眼的光来。办公大楼的外墙上还挂着一个比黑板还大的屏幕，这个屏幕经常播放些新闻和各种各样的节目。

通过办公楼的一条天桥，就可以走进教学楼。我们的教学楼共五层，我的教室在二楼。教学楼前面是一个操场，操场上有一个围着树身的公开栏，还有两个篮球架、还有石桌

顺着学校的主通道往前走，就可以来到学校后操场。后操场有一个篮球场，还有许多乒乓球桌。对了，我们后操场旁边还有一座实验楼，我还在那里学过毛笔字呢!我们学校有个特点，办公楼、教学楼和实验楼都用天桥连在一起。

It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re

sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase

after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities

for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful

suggestions:

First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to

rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell

phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the

health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be

too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars

and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If

you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much

meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are

many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing,

playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of

blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the

less disease he will have.

In conclusion, if we pay close attention to our health, we can avoid

getting sick. Try to sleep earlier, eat more fruit and vegetable, drink more

water, and do exercise everyday. You will realize that it’s not that hard to

stay in good health.

今天，我和爸爸去敬老院看望婆婆。

大约开了十分钟的车，我们就到了目的地敬老院，热心的大伯帮我们开了门。只见敬老院里的老人们在悠闲地晒太阳，非常惬意。有的老人在谈话，看起来兴致勃勃。有的在散步，偶尔的抬起头望望湛蓝的天空。还有的老人可能困了正睡得香呢!

我跟随着爸爸往里走，准备直奔太婆住的房间，我东张西望地注视着每一位老人。就在这时一只粗糙的手搭在我肩上，我回头一看是一位老奶奶，她问：“小姑娘，你来看谁呀?”我回答：“我来看望太婆。”老奶奶低下头思索了一会儿，又看看沉甸甸的篮子，抬起头，说：“小姑娘，带了这么多的点心给太婆啊!能不能给我一个?”旁边的老人严肃地提醒我：“别给她，她得了神经病。”可我还是控制不住双手，我觉得住在这里的老人都挺可怜，挺孤独的，心生怜悯的我不由自主地拿出一块点心，说：“这个给您吃。”老人们十分惊讶。

递了点心，我奔向太婆房间，只见太婆半躺着，看起来有些疲倦。我提起篮子，对太婆说：“太婆，我来看您了，还带了点心和葡萄给您呢!”我边说边拿出来，太婆立刻起身，突然变得有精神了，她的眼眶有些湿润，把葡萄递给我，说：“小艺，乖孩子，你多吃点。”我和太婆聊了片刻，爸爸进来了说;“下大雨了。”我忙走出去看看。呀，这雨下得可真大呀!哗啦啦地居然下个不停，这坏天气在今天的我看来却并不坏，这样，我就可以和太婆多呆一会儿，让太婆高兴高兴。平时，她一个人住在这里，虽然生活起居都有人照顾了，可是我想没有亲人陪伴在身旁的她一定是孤独的，一定非常想念她的儿孙。

晚上八点刚下飞机，机场冷冷清清，可街道上车水马龙，数那火锅店最热闹了。我们快步走了进去，来到宾馆旁边的解放碑。最让我惊讶的是重庆的道路，四面八方皆为路，连高德地图都罢工了，难得糊涂起来。

呵呵!我听说好辣，拿过来尝一尝，呀!好辣!好辣!我抓起大矿泉水瓶，“咕咚咕咚”猛喝，还是冒着火星。爸爸还说不辣呢!在新昌都算重辣啦!

无奈之下，妈妈跑去买了碗凉面。“不会吧，连凉面都是辣的!”我惨叫起来，这回有一种不祥的预感：不会连饭都是辣椒水泡着做的吧!

爸爸豪迈地点了一碗辣子鸡，碗里鸡肉几小块，上面铺着满满一堆红彤彤的辣椒，这么辣的菜，可不应该叫辣子鸡，而是叫辣子辣，嗨，这店家可真坑人，重庆人是吃辣椒长大的吗?我才不吃呢，不由仰天长叹，不得不感慨……

来到重庆，我真开心，见到了它的辣，还让我参观了周恩来的故居……

“哗啦，哗啦!”蔚蓝的大海如天空一样辽阔，时不时掀起一片海浪，欢腾在半空中的浪花像天空中尽情飞翔的海鸥。

我是一只漂流瓶，在这片大海上，一切发生的事情都不需太过惊奇。而我，就成功地穿越了太平洋。

那是一个风和日丽的日子，一个醉汉将喝完的酒瓶丢在了沙滩上。这时，一个小孩手舞足蹈地跑了过来。“哇，有一个瓶子，我们可以做一个漂流瓶了!”小孩兴奋地叫道。

它的肚子简直是一个黑洞，小鱼、小虾、沉船木头、钢材，它都一个不剩地吞进了肚子里。周围充斥着刺鼻的胃液的酸味，我感觉身体越来越软，没有一丝力气。忽然，我周围的箱子被胃酸泡化了，箱子一下裂成了两半，里面全是麻辣油，辛辣的味道让我无法呼吸。这时，蓝鲸好像也感觉到了这些麻辣油，“哗”的一下，将胃里的东西全部吐了出来，我终于得以脱身。

我有一只小猫，他全身黑黑的，毛长长的，软软的，摸起来舒服极了！一双黑色的大眼睛炯炯有神，在漆黑的夜里，那双大眼睛可以看清楚夜里所有的东西，如果你不开灯去喝水时，小猫的那一双大眼睛就像两个绿油油小灯泡，发出闪闪的光芒。对了，我的表妹给它取了一个好听的名字：米小咪。

米小咪不仅长得可爱，他还十分尽职。记得有一次，一只又肥又大的老鼠在半夜跑出来偷粮食吃，被米小咪发现了，他把眼睛睁得大大的，“呼”地朝那只大老鼠扑去，谁知老鼠灵敏地躲开了米小咪的攻击，米小咪只好使用他的必杀技：装死，只见米小咪“扑通”一声倒在地上，眯着眼睛，屏住呼吸，一动不动，老鼠见了，以为米小咪真的死了，就跑到他面前，“吱吱吱”叫个不停，似乎在说：“真没有想到，堂堂猫王也会死在我们老鼠面前。”就在这时，米小咪“喵”地站起来，用爪子用力按住那只得意洋洋的大老鼠，用他那锋利如刀的牙齿咬断了老鼠的脖子，然后津津有味地吃了起来。说他贪玩吧！是呀！每天的傍晚他都会出去玩，跑过小河，跑过田园，跑过小山坡……他喝过凉凉的、甘甜的山泉水，吃过又红又大的野果，还闻过散发出清香的野花和野草。

这就是我的小猫，一只可爱、尽职、贪玩的小猫！

我喜欢我的小猫——米小咪，在我的眼里，他是独一无二的。

“哗——哗——”伴随着大海一阵阵优美的歌声，在这风和日丽的下午，一只漂流瓶正怡然自得地漂浮在海面上。

这只漂流瓶外表清澈透明，瓶中似乎有一张纸条，瓶盖在这海水中长时间的浸泡，已经变得泛黄，瓶盖下面系有一条细小的红绳子。谁都不知道它从哪里来，也不知道它要到哪去。

它一直这样飘着、飘着……

它看见过像棉花糖似的白云，看见过像蓝宝石一样的天空，欣赏了红日初升的美丽，当然也领略了电闪雷鸣的可怕……

它就这样一直漂着、飘着……

一只白色的大海鸥从它头顶迅速划过，从高到底，由远及近，海鸥用它那像樱桃的小爪紧贴海面，划出了一条美丽的弧线，然后一声鸣叫，潇洒地冲向蓝天……

海鸥为什么不把我带走?我想到去附近那漂亮的小岛欣赏风景，我想到白云上俯瞰辽阔的海面!漂流瓶默默地想。

力大无穷的海浪一次又一次把它推向前方，突然，这只小漂流瓶在没有做好准备的情况下，一个大浪向它慢慢逼近，“唰——”一声，浪涛把小漂流瓶卷起来，一直卷到小岛的边缘。

就差一点，就差那么一点点，小漂流瓶就能脱离大海的束缚，到小岛上去生活了，可是它也不能上岸，岛上无人，自然不会拾起它。它只得继续随波逐流。

它继续飘着、飘着……

有一艘豪华轮船经过，甲板上有个小女孩甚至惊喜的叫着：“瞧，那儿有一只瓶子!“但是没有人来捞它。偶有风帆从身边经过，但帆船激起的浪花，又把它冲得远远的……

不知飘了多久，也不知飘了多远。终于有一天，一阵吵杂声惊醒了它。它已经冲到海岸边，一群人正在围着它说着什么。

一个健壮的男人弯下腰，双手捧起了它，对其它人说：”这是漂流瓶。“他小心翼翼地打开瓶盖，漂流瓶里渗进了一些海水，里面的纸条有点泛黄，但里面的文字依旧清晰可见。

漂流瓶默默地想：我终于结束了旅程，终于完成了我的愿望。

最近，身边的亲朋好友一见到我，就唠叨起来：“子涵啊，你一夏天怎么长得这么瘦啊?得多吃肉。”这句话听得我耳朵都要长茧子了。

妈妈也不例外，一见到胖乎乎的小孩呢，就开始用“语言武器”来打击我：“你看看人家家的小孩，又高又胖，再看看，又瘦又矮，你长大后别长成了小矮子了!”

中午，我和妈妈顶着“火毒”的太阳来到了菜市场买菜，我看着那鸡肉、鸡翅，口水都流成了河，我回头看看妈妈，期待着妈妈给我买可口的鸡肉吃。但我那不答应的妈，一句话就把我的希望给捻灭了：“不买，鸡肉含有大量的激素，我带你去买猪肉。”

啊，我敬爱的母亲，您想让我长胖点，但我现在吃一些长胖的食物，您又不同意，非要拉我去吃我不喜欢吃的。

到了猪肉摊，妈妈挑了一大块猪肉。毫不夸张的讲，我觉得这猪肉都够我们一家吃一年了。回到家，妈妈一进门，鞋也不换，就跑进了厨房，把猪肉泡在水里，开始做饭。30分钟一股“腥味儿”调皮地钻进了鼻子。

“啊，今天能不能不吃午饭了?”我走到饭桌前，嘟囔着。
