我再次卷起粽叶，角上填上小枣，又小心地抓了把糯米，笨手笨脚地堵上口。开始缠线了，这次我缠得非常紧，很像一个皱巴巴的老爷爷那沧桑的面庞。虽然丑，但是却包住了。我左看右看，怎么也分辨不出是什么形状。再看看妈妈包的粽子。哇!又漂亮又结实，不但棱角分明，还能看出是个圆鼓鼓的小胖子呢。于是，我不服输的劲头上来了，一定要包个好看的!

又到了关键一步，缠线!这次缠得时候，我想了想：假若是医生给病人缠带子的话，可不能缠得这么丑，肯定要美观一些。于是，我下足了功夫，包了个有模有样的粽子。但是，我忽略了一点，粽子虽然美观，但是，绑得却不够紧，不一会儿，就又破了。

我就像一个撒了气的气球，垂头丧气。思量再三，我想出了一个好办法。缠线时，我把线的一头用嘴使劲咬住，腾出手来，一手绕线，一手使劲缠。我打量着自己的作品，有型了，也紧实了，只是不太美观，像一只小哈巴狗趴在那儿。我忍不住咧嘴笑起来。

“这样就不错了，毕竟是第一次嘛”。妈妈笑着说道。

通过这件事我明白了一个道理：要想学会一样本领，就要坚持不懈的努力。

我的家乡，算不上富饶，也并不出名，但它却是我七彩人生中，最美丽的一色。家乡的芬芳，永远留存在我的心灵中。

不必说人间仙境般的白云山，也不必说有伟人卧像的天池山，单是名不经传的竹林寺和陆浑水库就让人流连忘返。

竹林寺坐落在一个小山坡上，没有寺门，只是在半山腰上竖立着一块石碑，上面刻着三个朱红色的字——竹林寺。它的三面都被郁郁葱葱的竹林环抱着。那竹林的绿是很浓很纯的，仿佛一块青翠欲滴的绿水晶。远远望去，就像一块厚厚的绿被子，润绿了云雾缭绕的山谷，也映绿了远远的山峦。金色的阳光照射进竹林，层层叠叠的竹叶便把它碎成了星星点点，铺洒在地上，使地面像镶上了宝石一般。风吹翠竹，沙沙作响，仿佛是一首和谐动听的乐曲。

走进竹林，映入眼帘的是株株青竿，笔直的挺立着，直指苍穹，使人不由得想起“千磨万击还坚劲”的诗句。一些麻雀在细枝上不安分地跳来跳去，也不知是什么东西惊动了它们，忽然呼啦啦的全部拍着翅膀飞走了……

寺院的中央是一棵很大的`树，几人合抱才能围住。我不知道它叫什么名字，上面却挂满了红带子，应该是人们祈福时挂上去的。正对着大殿的方向，还有一口大钟，上面镌刻着美丽的花纹。拿起旁边的木柱撞一下，“当——”的声响回荡在山谷间，洪亮却不刺耳。

到了夏天，陆浑水库就成了人们的乐园。人们从不同的地方纷纷赶到陆浑水库，住家庭宾馆，吃野生鱼宴，坐摩托潜艇，尽情享受夏日风光。那边，有人安静的坐着钓鱼，耐心地等待鱼儿上钩，还有不甘寂寞的孩子们在浅水边嬉戏玩闹，更有人躺在岸边一脸惬意的享受日光浴。如果你起得早，就能欣赏到著名的“陆浑春晓”。它的风光曾吸引着许多人慕名前来呢。

夜幕降临，陆浑大坝上的灯亮了起来。长长的堤坝上仍旧人来人往，热闹非凡。小吃摊上欢声笑语不断，甜蜜的恋人相携相依在林荫小道上，还有倚在堤坝旁欣赏水库夜色的人们。此时的水库，波平如镜，只有晚风拂过，泛起一层层涟漪。灯光、人影、月光、星辰，倒映在水中，幻化出一个美妙的水中世界。

一个星期六的早晨，弟弟的哭声硬是把我从梦中惊了起来，怎么回事?

我连忙从床上跑下来冲向弟弟的房间，天呐!不在这里，我又跑向爸妈的房间，只看见弟弟一边抹泪一边跟我说：“呜呜，爸爸妈妈不在!”我赶忙安慰弟弟说：“昨天他们不是说过了吗?有我呢!”弟弟又说道：“嗯嗯，可是我饿了!”哦!原来是这样，我只好去给弟弟找吃的。东看看，西瞧瞧，我就像一只猫一样把家翻了个底朝天，终于在柜子里翻出了面条，我问弟弟：“你要吃面条吗?”弟弟点了点头，我心想：这下总能安静一会儿了吧!

接着，我来到了厨房，先是戴上了围裙，然后把葱切成段，再接一点点姜末，准备工作做好了，我打开煤气，往锅中倒了些许油，待油温五成热的时候，把我切好的葱花和姜放了进去，只听“呲呲”的声音，顿时，一股香味扑鼻而来，真香呀!眼看着葱花快要变黄的时候，我赶紧往里倒水，一瞬间，锅里面就像放鞭炮似的噼里啪啦。最后，我又放进面条用筷子搅拌，过了好大一会儿，面条在锅里翻滚起来，心想应该差不多了。我赶紧把面条盛在碗里，冷却之后端给弟弟吃。瞧!弟弟一副兴奋的样子，他吃了一大口说：“啊!好淡!”我有些奇怪，也尝了一口，哈哈!我居然忘了放盐。

今天的经历实在难忘，不过我还是收获了很多，我学会了照顾弟弟，更学会了自食其力。

放学了，我和我的好朋友罗海洋走在宽阔的人行道上，我们一路哼着小歌，还不停的讨论着学习的事儿。

走到一半的时候，我闻到了一股又臭又酸的味道。我一看，呀!原来那里的一个垃圾桶坏了，香蕉皮、西瓜皮、还有发霉的糕点都洒满了一地 。

我生气极了，瞪大了眼睛，眉毛一根根了竖起来，指着那一堆垃圾说：“是谁这么不讲卫生，把垃圾扔在外面，多影响环境呀!这是应该做的吗?”罗海洋眉头紧锁，也很生气。我慢慢地走过去，把书包放在一棵树的树荫下面，卷起衣袖，弯下腰，准备把垃圾一片一片捡起来放在垃圾桶里。

我猛地一回头，只见罗海洋还在树荫下清闲得发呆，而我却在太阳下辛苦的捡垃圾，我皱起了眉头，对罗海洋说道：“罗海洋你在那儿发什么呆呀还是不是朋友呀?真是一点儿忙也帮不上。”

罗海洋好像没听见似的，不管我怎么叫他，他也不过来。他自言自语地说道：“怎样才能让别人不再乱扔垃圾了呢，让我得好好想想。“有了!”他从书包里拿出一张纸和一支笔，在上面写道，“爱护环境，人人有责”不，不新颖，不如这样写……于是他又拿起笔开始写。

我好不容易地捡完了地上的垃圾，已经是汗如雨下了。我擦了擦汗后，看见罗海洋拿着一张，“文明只差一步”的纸条粘在了垃圾桶上。我望着罗海洋，轻轻地笑了，刚才的不愉快，早已飞到九霄云外了。

过了两分钟，有一个比我们小很多的小弟弟，随手就扔了一个空瓶，但他回头看就看见了垃圾桶上有“文明只差一步”的，六个黑色大字，赶紧把空瓶拾起来，扔进了垃圾桶。他望着我们，我们也望着他，我们大家都不约而同的笑了。我嘴巴一动，说出这一刻的感受，文明就在我们的身边，我们一定要好好保护它!

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food,

different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary

in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As

far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.

On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although

fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when

we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can

help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we

can taste different kinds of food by using less money.

On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used

to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often.

Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less.

Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our

growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should

consider when eating fast food.

In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not

eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food

restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and

strengthen the supervision of food making.

Some people like to work alone while others enjoy teamwork. In my opinion,

everyone had better learn to work with others together because teamwork is

definitely necessary and important in modern society.

First, working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each

other. Just as the saying goes, “many hands make light job.” Working in a team,

teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better

achievement. Second, working in a team is a way to broaden our horizon.

Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they are from

Nowadays, with long holidays at hand,travelinghas become a new trend for

us to relax ourselves outside work. Some people even had made a plan for it a

long time before the holiday begins. They usually travel with good friends or

travel along; only few people take their parents into travel plan. However, I

think it is high time for us to travel with parents.

In the first place, we should spend more time with parents. According to

research, if we come home 5 days a year, spend 4 hours a day with parents, it

would be less than 300 hours of 30 years, which means 25 days. We could see it

now that there is not much time for us to spend with our parents after we go to

work or have our own family. Hence, we should travel with our parents.

In the second place, parents used to took us to travel when we were young,

why don’t we take them as return when we are capable to do that. It is not the

matter of we are set free from parents, we are not a traitorous teenager

anymore, and we have time and money, of course we should take a trip with

parents. Holiday would be a good time for us to travel with parents, just like

the old time.

To summarize, we should make a plan for parents in holiday. Holiday is a

great gift for us and our parents.

我是一个十足的“体育白痴”，在小学的时候，无论是跑步、跳绳等有关运动的比赛中，倒数十名中必有一个我。随着年龄的增长，我开始了漫长的初中生涯。对于体育，我越来越伤脑筋。

小学时的体育课一般都是让我们自由活动。但在初中开始有正规的体育老师给我们上课。记得前几天的一节体育课老师要求举行一次跑步测试。听到这个消息，我犹如五雷轰顶，我是个争强好胜的人，在其它方面我绝对不亚于别人，但独有运动是我的致命弱点。我，一时慌了，身体麻木的走向操场迎接我的，将是一场嘲笑吧……

如我所料，我成了倒数第四名，虽然没有我想象中的那么可怕，但我还是从许多的同学眼里看到了“明目张胆”的歧视与瞧不起……

从那一次后，我便下定决心——一定要多做运动，把体育练好。因此我一直在为下一次体育测试做准备，这主要归功于母亲。自从那一次后，我向母亲埋怨过，她还是那么严厉，并为我制定了一连串的运动计划。我知道她的苦心，也一直暗自努力，跟自己较劲。因为，“倒数”这个名词对我来说太恐怖了!其实，我并不怪那些曾近嘲笑过我的人，或许就是就是他们激励我，让我有勇气直视这个缺点，并加以改正。

这便是我与体育的故事，我的身体素质确实不比别人好，但我认为——只要肯努力，我的体育成绩就一定能提高!

“哈哈!好可爱啊!”中午，阳光欢笑着一溜儿全闯进了教室。我们一堆人围在桌前，桌上斑斑点点的阳光是太阳的鬼脸。一只小仓鼠在光斑上蹦跳，就像踩在钢琴键上一般。十几双眼睛，大的、小的，亮晶晶的全都齐刷刷盯着它。小仓鼠穿着一件灰色的毛绒外衣，背上印着道深褐道痕，耳朵玲珑极了，眼睛又小又亮。一位同学将手放在小仓鼠前，这可爱的小精灵便屁颠屁颠爬了上去。这同学显然兴奋极了，发出阵阵欢笑，亮晶晶的眼睛里印着小仓鼠抖动的胡须。“嘿，给你”，她大方的伸出胳膊，稍稍倾斜，示意让小仓鼠到我手上来。几乎是条件反射，我使劲摇手，身体向后缩，“我不要，不要”。大家继续笑着、闹着，我退出了人群，头还在不停地摇晃，摇晃间那些青春岁月的记忆全盘散落，我被那叫悲伤的感觉击中。

暖洋洋的，可我的心确不暖，“奶奶，这已经是我第八次养蚕了，前七次全部失败，我可不想再残害生灵了，你帮帮我?”我用几乎乞求的目光望着满眼慈祥的奶奶。“好!”在这爽快的回应里我开始期盼。眼看蚕儿们一天比一天肥，奶奶乐呵呵的，我也傻傻的跟着笑。可秋天，奶奶回了家，我每天为找不到桑叶发愁。也是一个暖洋洋的下午，蚕要吐丝了。我手忙脚乱的收拾着它们的小屋，企盼着明天一早就能看到花花绿绿的茧，企盼着它们变成飞蛾的那一刻。可失败了，又失败了，蚕死了，全部死了。或许我就是残害动物的“能手”，或许我永远也无法与它们亲近。

说起平等，我的班上就有一位不一般的同学，她由于自身的一引些原因，遭到同学的白眼甚至歧视。我一点儿都不同意班上的人的做法。她天天被人嘲笑，她被同学称为“老婆子”，谁也不曾想起她那以前优美的名字——谭宇娟。她遭到歧视，在这里，我提出拒绝歧视。

有一回，她在一次抽查考试中虽然拼了命没有拖我们班的后腿，但是那些苛刻的人七嘴八舌地议论着，朝她做小拇指，对她说一些伤天害理的话，还有些人竟然趁老师不在的时候，用力地把她驱赶出教室。他们可想过，在这背后，谭宇娟做出了多大的努力。从此以后，她不再跟我们接触，一个人坐在角落里，做着她爱做的事。我想她心里一定恨死我们了。虽然通过老师的教育，这情况有所好转，但我总觉得同学们瞧一起她!

在这里，我要表白一下。其实，我也是一个被人歧视的同学。我知道被歧视的感觉，所以，心里怜悯谭宇娟。有一次，我只不过跟女生玩了一节课休，那些男生便抓住了我的把柄，鸡蛋里面挑骨头，他们竟说我是女生，是叛徒，是个娘娘腔。我也不知该怎么为自己争回一些面子。但他们对我的态度也越来越不喜欢。你们说这公正不公正?所以我拒绝歧视!

拒绝歧视从我做起，来吧，让我们看到阳光下，孩子们开心地玩耍，一切都是平等的世界吧!我们从现在开始拒绝歧视!

. For one thing,no matter when and where Jenny got into trouble ,Forrest Gump

,but Forrest showed great courage in love .For another,Forrest gump risked his

亮亮是一支普通的蜡烛，它的主人是一个小男孩，小男孩对亮亮很好，亮亮也想要小男孩开心，于是，它拼命地燃烧自己，展现出自己最美的一面——那一簇会跳舞的火焰，氧气的环绕让舞蹈进入高潮，无尽的光明散发而出，当“泪水”流尽时，它便死了。“我可不能像它那样!”一只名叫希望的新生蜡烛想。于是，希望从未流过一滴眼泪，不过，当它在垃圾桶里不朽时，它已失去希望!

我不是哲学家，那些唯物理论在我看来也只是考试内容，我无法说人生到底是什么，只能说人生像什么。在我眼里，人生就像一个蜂巢迷宫，每个人都出生在一个房间，而所谓上帝的公平，不过是每个房间都有六扇门，终点可能是迷宫外，也可能在迷宫中心，也有可能根本不存在。而人生的多变性。不可预料性就取决于那一扇扇门——人生的抉择。在这个世界上，有许多令我们望而生畏的人，但请记住，有天生的天才，但没有天生的强者;有天生的笨鸟，却没有天生的鲲鹏，慎重的把握好每一次选择的机会，不要后悔，也不能后悔。

蜡烛只有三种选择：一是发出光明，既要发出光明，就要献出生命，不顾泪水，照亮黑夜，照亮世界，照得大地光辉坦荡;二是燃烧，既要燃烧，就得奉献自我，自己燃烧至虚无，而那无穷无尽的火焰则是生命的延续，烧吧烧吧，让那苍穹也挡不住这熊熊烈焰!三是沉沦，既要沉沦，就得忍受世界的孤独，没有光明的世界固然不朽，但永恒的生命却是一杯毒药，喝下它，用一生的情感交换不朽!

选择时，要慎重;选择后，要尊重。尊重自己的选择，尊重自己的人生。做正确的事，用正确的态度，不必做到完美，但要做到无愧。用整整一辈子的时间，去做好一件事，这不算太难!

在一辈子的时间里，能做好一件事，也不平凡!

苏轼云：人有悲欢离合，月有阴睛圆缺。

自古便是如此，即使历史已走过千年，即使水已淌过万载，亘古不变。

这是憾事么?正因为如此，所以世界是悲哀的么?不，当然不。

如月，自由其阴睛圆缺，而不是一成不变的一轮，试想，如若月儿夜夜皆圆，晚晚都满，那还会有从古至今无数对其的赞美与慨叹吗?还会有今日象征团员的中秋节吗?我们还能欣赏到月缺时月儿那犹抱琵琶半遮面的羞怯之美吗?不，并不会。

如果没有阴睛圆缺这般变化，便不会有李煜的“无言独上西楼”，更不会有李清照的“雁字归时，月满西楼”的千古绝唱。如果没有阴睛圆缺这般变化，夜夜所见的月便是圆得近乎完美、近乎不真实的月，这样，便不会有那个特殊的、象征团圆的节日，因为夜夜皆团园。

没有了阴睛圆缺这般变化的月，便如只缺少了瞳孔的眼，苍白而空洞。这样的月，称其为夜间的太阳又何妨?那样的月，已不是月了。

如蝶。所有的蝶，都不是天生便拥有那绚丽的翅膀，也不是天生便懂得翩翩起舞的。他们出生，仅仅只是丑陋而不堪入目的毛虫而已，只会在地上缓慢地蠕动。它们必须吐出丝，然后一圈一圈地，亲手将丝勒进自己的皮肉，勒断自己的呼吸。然后，默默等待破茧，等待自己破茧而出，展开重生后绚丽得耀眼的翅膀。并且，飞翔，在空中绚丽的飞翔，得到赞美不已的目光。

正是因为前面的不完美，才能蜕变，蜕变成为令人惊叹的完美。

亦如人生。

漫漫人生路，总有说不尽的离愁。像面对一个陌生的环境，总忍不住忆起过往，心中满是对亲人的思念，对朋友的思念。只有切身体会，才能理解古人漂泊异乡，思念家乡的情感，才能理解折柳相送，依依借别之情。

然而，没有曾经的聚，何来的离?没有过往的喜，何来的悲?聚散离合，本有着人生定数。何况，若生活无悲无喜，如一源死水，如倒带般重复着那般一成不变，不是更可怕么?这样的生活，叫生活么?因为月阴，月睛才可贵：因为月缺，月圆才更完美。人生有悲，才懂得欢的珍贵：人生有离，才懂得合的难得。

人生本无常，因此，才完美。

麦子熟了!收麦子的时节又到了!金黄的麦子在风中荡起一圈圈波纹，发出沙沙的声音，仿佛在催促着人们快来收割。

大块地的麦子，人们都用机器收割。“突突突……”收割机启动了，齿轮飞快地转动起来，上面的“烟囱”冒出了黑色的烟，黑烟缓缓地飘上天空，消失在蓝天中。前排的、挂“牙齿”的齿轮缓缓地下降了些，也转起来。“牙齿”把麦子连茎带穗的整个卷进去了，经过各种管道，麦子的茎和麦穗分开了，茎被打成了粉末，从上面的口里喷出来，像雪花一样飘飘洒洒散落在地里，成为肥料。麦粒则通过另一条管道落到车厢里，等装满了，就把车倒出来，装车运回家。

小块的地收割机进不去，就只能人工收割。几个人三三两两站在地里，人们一手拿着镰刀，一手攥住麦子的一头，镰刀一过，麦子就齐刷刷地倒下了。一束束麦子伴随着汗水躺在田垄里，仰望着万里无云的蓝天，仿佛也在为丰收骄傲。

麦子收割完了，脱麦粒就是个难题了。有些人家用机械，不大一会儿就把麦粒与麦秆分开了;有些人家怕机械分不干净，就用自己的双手来干;有些人既怕机械分不好，又怕用手麻烦，看到街上来往的车辆，灵机一动：自己不愿动手，让别人帮忙不就可以了吗?于是把麦子放到街上，来往的行人与车辆反复碾压，麦粒就与麦穗脱开了;再收集起来，用簸箕簸一下就完美收场了。麦子脱完粒后就该晒麦子了。有的晒在院子里，有的晒在房顶上，有的晒在村里的广场上。于是，到处都是金灿灿的一片，美丽极了。

麦子收了，但那收麦时的繁忙，那晒麦时的金色，依然留在脑海中，挥之不去。
