and fosters the development of traditional minority medicine.

The relation among Chinas ethnic groups can be described as "overall

integration, local concentration, mutual interaction." Concentrations of ethnic

minorities reside within predominantly Han areas, and the Han people also reside

in minority areas, indicating that there has been extensive exchanges among

Chinas ethnic groups since ancient times. With the development of the market

economy, interaction among ethnic groups has become even more active in the

areas of government, economics, culture, daily life, and marriage. Linked by

interdependence, mutual assistance, and joint development, their common goals

and interests creating a deep sense of solidarity, Chinas ethnic groups

奶奶知道我们喜欢吃她做的粽子，夏初，就开始着手准备了。

包粽子要有大芒叶，需要提前从山上摘回来晒干，用时在热水中泡几分钟就可以了，有一种特别清香的味道，这是我们广宁人特别喜欢的。奶奶把糯米洗干净，倒上碱水，需要腌制十五分钟，在等待的时间里，奶奶给煮好的红豆加上了糖，扎粽子的竹篾也放在随手拿到的地方，一切准备就绪。

奶奶果然是个高手，一个个在她手里出产的粽子，大小均匀，形状一样，活生生的多胞胎粽子。我在一旁看着奶奶娴熟的手势，忍不住赞叹一番。奶奶说：“这个很容易做的，不信，你试试。”奶奶一说，我果然动了心，心里想：“这么简单的事情，应该难不倒我。”

我们农村的习惯，就是用柴火烧，煲出来的粽子特别香。奶奶架起了木柴，我负责看着火，只需要不时加一点柴上去就可以了。因为放了碱水，糯米容易煮烂，一个钟头后，就闻到粽子的香味了。

this measures, different people hold divergent opinions. The smokers protest

against that it is a kind of action to deprive of their free right, while the

In my opinion, I am inclined to support the latter one—smoking should be

banned in public places. There are reasons accounting for my point. For one

thing, people will be harmed by the second-hand smoking if someone smokes in

public places, especially the infants and children. For another, banning smoking

in public places is also beneficial to the smokers. If they are banned to smoke

in public places, they will restrain themselves from smoking and smoke less. In

the meantime, it is a contribution to reduce the air pollution.

Therefore, I advocate that smoking in public places should be banned so

that we can breathe the fresh air and suffer less from the second-hand smoking.

常常有青年人这样说：“前方的道路还真漫长，可这一路要顺利安全的走过是多么困难呀!”这样的人是可悲的，至少他不会乐观的面对生活，所以他注定是失败的。不是还有积极乐观的人这样说嘛：“我们都是热血青年，整个社会的未来就掌握在我们这一代人手中了!”这样的人爱拼，敢拼，成功的机率是很高的。但又不能武断地说他的人生是一帆风顺的，因为好马也有失蹄的时候，所以能否成功仍需继续奋斗。

说到“动乱”或许每个人都知道，它是一次由领导者错误的发动的一次革命运动。它使当时的中国社会一片混乱，经济水平每况日下。它是统治者在领导道路上走的一次弯路，但我们不能片面的否定它的影响。正是因为有了“动乱”的经验教训，才使得后来的领导者，立足于中国国情，寻求真正符合中国社会发展的道路。可以说每走一次弯路，就为我们的人生积累一个经验，最终促进人生的飞跃。

既然“失足”走弯路是不可避免的，那我们就不应绕过它。因为少走这次弯路，只会让我们年轻的翅膀在以后的道路上折伤更多次。少了前面经验的积累，我们只会在以后的泥潭中深陷、沉沦，不能自拔，最终看不到胜利的曙光，倒在了人生的路途中。

My school is very beautiful. It is in Guicheng, near the Qiandeng Lake. Do you know it? It is Nanhai Experimental Primary School. I like my school very much.

There is a big playground in my school. We have P.E. class on the playground and we often play sports on it , too. Our teaching building has five floors. My classroom is on the fifth floor. It is big and clean. The computer rooms are on the third floor. There is a library on the second floor. There are many books in the library. I often read books here. 跛乞丐上班的第一天，遇到了一位姑娘，她找不到她的情人，并求她给她的情人送信，他同意了，拿着信去找那个姑娘的情人，他找到了，可是当他回到邮递局时，因为三天没来上班罚去了跛乞丐一个月工资，可他依然羊一般的跑。有一次他又遇到了一个小男孩儿，小男孩儿想要让他去找小燕子，可是他不知道小燕子在哪儿说完，离开了小男孩儿。后来一位母亲找到了跛乞丐，说：“我的孩子很想给小燕子写信，因为没有人给他送信，便生病了，请你一定要给小燕子送去呀。”于是跛乞丐便同意了，找到小燕子后，把小男孩儿的信给了小燕子，然后，他飞快的跑回邮递局，可是他又因为五天没来邮递局又罚去了他一个月的工资，可是跛乞丐并不伤心，继续飞快的送信。

有一次他遇到了一只野兔，野兔求他把信给他的朋友，他说：“猎人来到森林里啦，一定要把信转告给我的朋友们啊，我被猎人杀了没关系，可是我还有那么多的好朋友，他们一定不能被杀。”他同意了来到了森林，他把信交给了野兔的朋友们，突然，猎人的一颗子弹打中了他的左脚，当他走到邮递局时，又两天没来，跛子又不适合送信，他就成了一个跛乞丐。这个故事让我想起了在生活中默默奉献的人，比如警察叔叔，环卫工人……他们是神圣的，我们应当尊重他们!

黄石市区形状呈“入”字形，三面环山，一面临江。风光绮丽的磁湖镶嵌市区中心。磁湖面积8平方公里，宛如嵌在市区中心一颗璀璨的明珠，是闻名遐迩的风景旅游胜地。一条宽阔美丽的杭州路，把磁湖分成南北两半。磁湖的水很清很清，水里有各种各样的鱼儿，在岸边还经常有一些垂钓者。湖面无风的时候像一面大镜子，湖旁的柳树正垂着柳条梳理着她美丽的秀发;有风的时候，水被风吹得像一片片鱼鳞闪闪发光，岸边一排排垂柳的头发给磁湖挠痒痒，把她逗得哈哈大笑，掀起一朵朵浪花。漂亮极了!

在我的家乡，有一座很有名、很美丽的山，它就叫做：“西塞山”。有一首诗就是写它的“西塞山前白鹭飞，桃花流水鳜鱼肥”，你要是去过西塞山，也会情不自禁的说西塞山，真美!西塞山一年四季的景色都很美，但是我认为春天和夏天最美。西塞山最美的地方是桃花洞,坐在桃花洞里能听到波浪拍打石头的声音，仿佛有人在奏乐，坐在洞里向外望去，看见一群白鹭悠闲自得地在天空中翱翔，英姿飒爽。一群群的鳜鱼自由自在地在水里玩耍，嘻波戏水。除了桃花洞，还有许多不错的景点……

还不止这样，黄石有很多特产：黄石港饼，米酒，松花皮蛋，劲酒……家里来客人时，爸爸总用劲酒招待客人，夏天，妈妈经常煮米酒给我喝，吃饭时我们也吃凉拌皮蛋。不过，我最喜欢的是黄石港饼，在过节的时候妈妈总要买一些回来，每次我都要吃好多，剥开包装纸，圆圆的黄石港饼露了出来。一股沁人心脾的香味立刻飘散开来，一个劲儿地往你鼻子里钻。只见港饼里面是一团浅黑、略带一点绿色的饼馅，外层是薄薄的面粉“壳”，表面再裹上黑色和白色的芝麻，真是外酥里嫩。糖馅的浓香，加上面壳的清香，外带芝麻粒的幽香，真是让人垂涎三尺。
