敬老院环境不错，名字叫爱馨敬老院，条件设施也挺齐全，有医疗保健室，老年活动室，但进入老人们的住宿区时味道不好闻，大多数老人都坐在轮椅上，只是腿脚不灵便。

这个敬老院是营利性质的，护理的价钱是不同的，除非是高级护理，否则不可能有专门人员一直陪着老人聊天，所以大多时间还是这些老人呆在一起，特别希望我们这样的志愿者来陪他们聊天，推他们出去走走。

我先扶着一位老奶奶下了轮椅在屋里走走，等到5点多后，太阳落山了，我推另一个老奶奶出去转转，我对她特别有好感，因为她很象我姥姥，脾气特别和善，不象其他老人满腹牢骚，总是为他人着想，一副与世无争的样子，她对我说：“你们年轻人这么忙，还能来这里陪我们，真是太感谢了!”我说我还是学生，她有点惊讶：“难得啊，可别影响了学习。”我对她说在我们家乡，把老人送到敬老院是很不光彩的，好象孩子不孝顺。老奶奶说：“孩子们太忙了，实在是不方便。”原来老奶奶祖籍北京，在铁路上工作，因工作调配到郑州，孩子们有时在北京，有时在郑州，或其他地方。

每当我上体育课、放学的时候，总能看见我们学校教学楼墙上的爬山虎。我非常的感兴趣。因为我看到它的时候，我总会想些什么?

现在学校爬山虎的颜色很丰富。因为天气转凉，有的变成黄色的，红色的，而更多的爬山虎没有变颜色，还是绿色的，当然也有半黄半绿的。

It is very good. There are two teaching buildings and a office building. There are about 600 hundred students and 40 teachers in my school. I like going to school. I can study and play games in school.

什么是道德?我曾这样问我自己，做一个有道德的人。可有人说它是一种社会意识形态，有人说它是公共汽车上的让座，有人说它是随手捡起一张垃圾，还有人说它是陌生人之间的帮助，还有人说……

那道德究竟是什么?只在那个寒风凛冽的冬天，我才深刻领悟了它的含义。

那天天气很冷，整个村子都是灰蒙蒙的一片。水龙头被冻得都流不出水来。我围着围巾，带着毛茸茸的手套，穿得像个企鹅，准备和妈妈一起去温州火车站。在这拥挤的公车上发生了这样一件事。汽车正一路颠簸着，车内的人们左右摇晃，售票员正慌忙的往包里掏钱。突然，从车的一头传来：“啊!”的一声。原来是一个人踩到另一个人脚上了。看着那人疼痛不已的样子，原以为他会破口大骂，可是结果却令我大吃一惊。“对不起，对不起，真不好意思!”“没关系，没关系，我也有妨碍到你!”天哪，这些话竟出自于两个看似不良的青年之口。我是否也应该做到这样呢?

道德有时是渺小的，多做一个动作，多说一句话，你就已经获得了道德。

有一次，我到超市买东西，结账时，计算机出现了问题，食品的价格没有出现在小票上，只需我付牙膏的2。8元钱，我毫不犹豫地对服务员提了出来，收取了我的食品的费用。走出超市，我异常兴奋，道德竟是这么一般美好的感觉。

在路上，一枚小小的螺丝钉，“屹立”在路中间，差点扎破我的轮胎，我没有抱怨，只是走下车去，捡起那枚螺丝钉，把它远远地抛远方……

道德，是一种美德，是一种财富，更是一种智慧。

什么是道德?我带着困惑去寻求它的正确答案。爸爸说：道德就是要做到“勿以善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”，要从身边的小事做起，严于律已。妈妈说：道德就是最美丽的花儿，要求人做事必须要问心无愧，心胸坦荡。

那么什么才是道德呢?我思索了很久，把他们说的都总结了一下，我终于找到了自己的答案，原来道德是多献一份爱心!

Ladies and gentlemen,

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.

They are composed of a group of enthusiastic young people who love public

welfare and support the public welfare undertakings of the society.

abilities, identities, and statuses, it will hurt not only a persons emotional

problems, but also the longevity. , the affinity and cohesion of the team will

be greatly reduced! If the composition of the volunteers are all dignitaries,

then the transparency of the volunteers will have to be doubted by the

world.

Although it is said that if you are poor, you will be alone, and if you are

good, you will help the world, but it does not rule out that there will be some

people who are not rich and not very capable, but are willing to do their best

to join this organization. I think we should also. Accept them with a tolerant

heart, because our organization is voluntary, fair, and equal!

志愿者是城市跳动的脉搏，是都市亮丽的风景，由一群热爱公益的热血青年组成，撑起了社会的公益事业。

在志愿者组织中，每一位志愿者都是平等的，大家在人格上，地位上都是平等的，大家为了一个共同的目标走到了一起，可以说是最为亲密的，没有血缘的兄妹!

一个团队，由人组成，根据人的能力必然有了一定的.分工，有的人适合做领导，有的人适合做宣传，而有的人乐于做一个普通的义工工作在第一线。

所谓人尽其才。

才尽其用!这样的团体才能蓬勃发展，蒸蒸日上!若硬是把志愿者依据能力、身份、地位的不同，分出个三六九等，所伤及的怕不只是一个人的情感问题，天长日久，团队的亲和力、凝聚力怕是要大打折扣!倘若志愿者的组成都是些达官显贵，那么志愿者的透明程度，就不得不让世人怀疑了。

虽说有穷则独善其身，达则兼济天下一说，可也并不排除会有一些并不富裕，能力不是很强，却愿意尽自己绵薄之力的人愿意加入这个组织，我想我们也要以一个宽容的心来接纳他们，因为我们的组织是宗旨是志愿、公平、平等!
